Prosty ale efektowny wystrój pokoi. Pomysłowe rozwiązania, jak na przykład siedzisko w przedpokoju pozwalające usiąść przy zmianie obuwia. Nowoczesne i różnorodne oświetlenie. Bardzo czysto. Duży telewizor z usługami on-line. Solidne i smaczne śniadania, podawane latem już od godziny 7:00, co pozwala na wcześniejsze rozpoczęcie aktywności. Sympatyczny i pozytywnie nastawiony do gości gospodarz. Tylko tu w Szwajcarii zostałem przywitany w moim ojczystym języku, co jest wyjątkowe i bardzo miłe. Mała niespodzianka przy wyjeździe. Obiekt jest położony w centrum starej części Andermatt, blisko stacji kolejowej i w ładnym otoczeniu. Miejscowość piękna, otoczona cudownymi górami, jakby odcięta od reszty świata, jeszcze wolna od masowej turystyki. To idealne miejsce dla osób wrażliwych na piękno przyrody i pragnących odpocząċ od zgiełku miasta. Dobra relacja ceny do jakości usług. To był mój kolejny pobyt w obiekcie i chętnie tu kiedyś wrócę.

Great comfort, great service, great place

Vi gillade läget att bo mitt i Andermatt. Nära till resturanger och matbutik. Mycket rena och fina rum. Viktigaste man bli väl mottagen av personalen.

To nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Obiekt utrzymuje bardzo wysoki standard w każdym aspekcie, począwszy od zameldowania, poprzez obsługę przy śniadaniach, czy też wyposażeniu pokoi. Pokój był przestronny, bardzo dobrze urządzony, a w nim było mega czysto. I tym razem podróżowaliśmy motocyklem, którego mogliśmy parkować w garażu podziemnym na wyznaczonym przez gospodarza miejscu. Śniadania były urozmaicone i bardzo smaczne. Personelowi serdecznie dziękujemy za gościnę, a sami polecamy to miejsce.

Excellent petit déjeuner avec certains produits fait maison (confiture aux abricots valaisans) par ex, du choix en sucrés & salés. Un vrai plaisir tout les matins.

Rien, tout c'est bien passés. Chambre avec vue sur le village, rénovée récement avec du matériel de qualité. La présence d'un petit frigo était une bonne surprise, ainsi que le parking en sous-sol

Eigenaar was zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Verwelkomde ons meteen, toen hij ons buiten voor de deur zag staan. Gezellige prater; maakte bij ontbijt altijd even ongedwongen praatje. Was ons ook zeer behulpzaam bij uitstippelen van onze uitstapjes. Hij wees daarbij niet alleen de weg, maar regelde ook meteen de tickets en attendeerde op goedkopere mogelijkheden met de Gästekarte. Een aangename gastheer!

Twee kleine minnetjes (dus echt geen tegenvallers): - Op de kamer kon je wel zelf koffie maken, maar geen thee. - Dekbed was te dik voor zomerse temperaturen (maar bed zelf was goed)

Lokalita hotelu naprosto perfektní. Přímo u hotelu COOP. Motorku jsme mohli parkovat v podzemních garážích, kde byl příjemný vzduch. Pokoj krásný, velký, koupelna také pěkná. Na pokoji skleničky, lednička, malý kávovar na kapsle. Snídaně luxusní a ochotný a přátelský personál. Moc se nám v tomto hotýlku líbilo. Určitě bych se na toto místo ještě někdy ráda vrátila. A snídaně jsou už od sedmi, což je pro nás ranní cestovatele veliké plus.

De ligging van het hotel en de zeer gastvrije en informele sfeer. Een prima gastheer.

Eigenlijk niets. Wat een meer dan prima hotel met een meer dan prima gastheer. Een klein probleempje met het ontbijt. Als je iets later kwam was niet alles meer aanwezig en ook niet bijgevuld. Bijvoorbeeld het brood (de boterhammen). Wel altijd nog bolletjes en afgebakken croissants. Het beleg had wat gevarieerder gemogen. Op zich prima ontbijt.

Mittlerweile waren wir zum zweiten Mal zu Gast und wir fühlen uns hier richtig wohl. Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind top. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, insbesondere sein Tipp für das Mittagessen war sehr hilfreich, vielen Dank dafür. Besonders wichtig für uns ist der perfekte Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel.

Room was large and comfortable. Owner was very helpful with all our requests such as plug adaptors , parking and advice where to go and dine.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Es war alles da, was ein gutes Frühstück ausmacht. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und geräumig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Bergblick. Das Personal und der Hotelchef waren sehr freundlich und standen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Trotz etwas verspäteter Anreise (Check-In offiziell nur bis 19:00 Uhr) hat man auf uns gewartet und wir könnten am Anreisetag entspannt unserer Zimmer beziehen. Wir hatten Rennräder dabei, die wir im abgeschlossenen Ski- und Fahrradraum problemlos unterbringen konnten. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Andermatt, das Alpenhotel Schlüssel können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The location was great, within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go in Andermatt. Having the Coop store on the ground level was also very convenient for stocking up on some essentials. The breakfast had a very nice variety, and the scrambled eggs actually had flavor (unlike at some large hotel breakfast buffets). The ski storage facility in the basement was also very convenient, with a boot dryer.

O café da manhã é delicioso, sofisticado e completo! O serviço das funcionárias foi perfeito! A vista do quarto e do salão do café da manhã eram cinematográficas!

Schönes, modernes Zimmer mit Balkon mit Aussicht über Andermatt. Bett bequem. Frühstückstaum ist ebenfalls schön gestaltet und gemütlich. Inhaber und weiteres Hotelpersonal sind freundlich.

Location is very good, just 5 mins' walk to the nearest lift. Love the room with a mountain view.

Zimmer mit Bad und Abendsonne, Bedienung, tolles Frühstück, Skiraum, Parkgarage, und Nähe zum Skibus und allen Restaurants 😄 hat das ganze zum wunderbaren Aufenthalt gemacht - die Gastfreundschaft war ein weiterer herausragender Punkt.

Der Preis für 1 Person war nicht wesentlich günstiger als für 2, was trotz Abzug Bettwäsche/Handtücher/Frühstück die Nacht im Verhältnis teuer machte. Den Hoteleingang finde ich etwas karg, wenig einladend. Könnte man freundlicher gestalten:) - nur so als Idee. Der freundliche Wirt ist das Willkommen in Person.

Wonderful stay at Alpenhotel Schlüssel in Andermatt! This charming, family-run hotel has a fantastic central location — steps from the train station, lifts, and village highlights. They also have ski storage facilities right under the building (and a supermarket just around the corner). Owner Thomas and the team are incredibly warm and caring. Traveling with our baby, we were touched by their thoughtfulness: they provided a comfy cot right away and set up a high chair for us at every breakfast. The cozy chalet-style breakfast area with its hearty Swiss buffet was a daily highlight. The staff gave excellent recommendations and, when we needed a doctor during our stay, Thomas arranged everything quickly and smoothly. Heartfelt service, perfect location, and genuine hospitality — we loved it!

Our second stay at this hotel and it's still wonderful - if I return to the region I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. The hotel is modern and clean, with a spotless bathroom. It's right in the middle of town so is a perfect base for exploring Andermatt on foot, but Andermatt is a quiet town and it's in Switzerland so everybody behaves themselves and hence there's no noise in the evenings. There is a nice breakfast served in the bar on the top floor. During both our stays we were able to park free in a hotel space, the first time round the back, the second in the underground carpark,

Eigenaar/medewerker komt wat mopperig over maar helpt je wel bij alles.

Kameralny obiekt, położony w centrum Andermatt, w odległości 5 minut od stacji kolejowej. Nowy budynek oferuje przestronne pokoje z balkonami, z praktycznie każdego widać góry. Ładny i nowoczesny styl wyposażenia. Czysto i przytulnie. Ciekawie rozwiązana sala jadalna na poddaszu. Bardzo smaczne śniadania. Bardzo miły i serdeczny gospodarz. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie i dostęp do hotelu. Doskonała baza na wypady w Alpy centralne, w tym na słynne przełęcze. Miasteczko ładne, nie zatłoczone tłumami turystów i przepięknie położone w górskiej dolinie na wysokości ponad 1400 metrów nad poziomem morza.

No staff on check in when we arrived. Check in was fine but we'd have preferred someone there. This is normal 2 nights a week.

Perfect location right in the middle of Andermatt. The morning breakfast was one of the best on our trip for a smaller hotel. Very nice.

Some of the staff came off as a bit "odd" at best? Perhaps it was just a language issue. Something was lost in translation, I think. And of course, the stay was frightfully expensive. It is Switzerland after all.
