Great location, central to local cafes, restaurants, and the bus station. The room was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean and staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Mykonos.

L'hotel si trova nella zona centrale di Mykonos, vicino alla fermata dei bus per le principali spiagge e a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla Little Venice e dai mulini a vento. La struttura è molto accogliente e moderna, la camera ampia con tutti i comfort necessari. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta (indicazioni per spiagge, prenotazione di transfert, suggerimenti per ristoranti)

Everything great

The rooms are in an excellent location, close to Mykonos Town and easily accessible by road. It is only a short walk to all the major sights, including beautiful Little Venice. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We also had a wonderful private balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee and watch the sunset. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and always willing to help. They contacted us regularly to check that we were comfortable, ask whether we needed anything and confirm if we wanted our room serviced. Their communication and willingness to assist were the best we experienced throughout our journey across five countries and more than ten different stays—a genuine credit to the entire team. The rooms are functional, beautifully maintained and appear newly renovated, with everything kept in excellent condition. We would happily return to the Gallation Suites and would also choose this hotel group for future stays. Well done to everyone involved in operating these wonderful suites.

If we had to mention one minor negative, it would be that the shops near the front of the hotel can remain a little noisy until late in the evening. However, this is part of the atmosphere—the soul of Mykonos remains alive well into the night.

Super central location , great very supporting staff

One watch out- can be noisy but it will be like this everywhere in mykonos town. For the rest -great location very close to everything and no need to go with bags in the middle of the city as taxi stops in front of the place

La disponibilità e il servizio assicurati dall'hotel sono eccezionali, grazie al contatto whatsupp ogni esigenza viene soddisfatta tempestivamente. Avere un butler sempre pronto e presente è stata una bella sorpresa.

Per quanto la posizione dell'hotel sia ideale, la notte il silenzio non regna sovrano.

We had such a lovely stay here and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The staff were so nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help, even arranging private transfers for us which made everything so easy. The location was also perfect, right at the start of Mykonos Old Town, so we were close to everything. We genuinely loved every bit of our stay and the staff really made us feel so welcome. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Escolhi esta acomodação devido a localização que fica em frente a Fabrika (terminal de passageiros de Míconos) mas o apartamento não tem isolamento acústico suficiente para os diversos ruídos de pessoas que chegam da balada e não respeitam o sono alheio, além de outros sons de veículos, máquinas etc. Acordamos várias vezes durante a noite com muito barulho o que prejudicou imensamente a estadia. O apartamento ficava nos fundos de uma mistura de restaurante na frente e apartamentos do hotel nos fundos e em cima. Parece um puxadinho (gambiarra). Ou seja, decepção total para estadia em Miconos. A máquina de cápsulas de café com aspecto de sujeira.

Nice rooms, fully equipped with toiletries, and beverages. Comfy beds with a/c and good water pressure. Centrally located in a busy part of Mykonos town. It's a lovely little hotel. Anglios & Julia at the reception went above and beyond to accommodate, support, and provide reccs.

Loud surroundings. If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend earplugs or staying elsewhere....

Fantastic location in Fabrikia square - centrally located with easy walk 3 minutes to town. Taxi and bus station across from hotel which go directly to and from Airport and Ferry. We had not checked this before and paid 35 euro to taxi ! Plenty of cafes and restaurants steps away.

Being so central it was bit noisy but there was double glazing and good aircon. To us it was worth it for location. We would stay again.

Pour les 3 jours que nous y avons passés, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, en face de la station de taxis, des bus pour l'aéroport, le port et les plages ainsi qu'à l'entrée de la ville, avec déjà tout à disposition à moins d'une minute à pieds (restaurants, mini/super market et autres). Il y a un petit réfrigérateur avec des boissons ainsi qu'une machine à café (avec les capsules), une bouilloire avec du thé et c'est régulièrement rechargé par le service. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la ville, c'est à dire le square avec les taxis, les bus, etc., donc assez bruyant mais avec les fenêtres fermées c'est tout à fait supportable. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et est silencieuse (à bas régime). Le personnel à la réception est très sympathique et arrangeant. Nous avions prévenu que nous arriverions avant l'heure officielle du check-in et le jour de notre arrivée, la chambre était déjà prête. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Super céntrico, frente a la estación de bus y cerca del pick up point de los ubers. Muy conveniente! El tamaño de la habitación estaba genial también! Muy cómodo y lindas instalaciones.

El wifi anduvo muy mal durante nuestra estadía, que era algo importante y que nos fijamos antes de reservar. Sin embargo, el personal intentó todo para solucionarlo :) Abajo de la cama encontramos bastante suciedad cuando revisamos no olvidarnos nada.

Everything was perfect. The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the location was amazing. We had such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.

There was nothing major we didn’t like, as everything was really great. The only small thing that could have made the stay even better would be having room service available.

The hotel is super comfortable and very good location. Very close to Little Venice but far away enough from the party scene. The Hotel is in the local bus station, which is great to get around the island without having to rent a car.

Not sure if we were unlucky, but our room faced the bus terminal/station and it was very noisy in the night with the buses coming and going and all of the traffic (a lot of honking). So if you want to sleep early, expect some noise until 1am at least.

Location is excellent. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Had everything I needed, plenty of facilities and very clean.

Camera piuttosto piccola, ma dotata di un comodo terrazzino con affaccio sul retro della struttura e una parziale vista mare, comunque gradevole. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, professionale e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. La posizione è eccellente, direttamente nella piazza principale da cui partono i bus, particolarmente comoda per gli spostamenti e per visitare la città senza utilizzare l’auto.

L’aspetto più negativo è stato il rumore proveniente dai locali situati sotto l’hotel: schiamazzi e musica sono proseguiti fino alle 3 del mattino, nonostante si trattasse di un giorno infrasettimanale, rendendo particolarmente difficile il riposo.

Il soggiorno di quattro notti a Galation è stato molto confortevole e rilassante. Camera ampia, accogliente e ben arredata. Posizione strategica nel centro di Mykonos. L'hotel è situato di fronte alla stazione dei bus, quindi comodissimo per spostarsi senza il bisogno di noleggiare auto o motorini.

Location was great just at the beginning of all things Mykonos. We had a front apartment which was great if a little noisey as the balcony door didn't shut properly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Galation! Julia & all the staff there were wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful!

Perfect location in the heart of Mykonos. Easy walk to everything in town. Good clean and spacious room. The friendliness and helpfulness of the Reception staff surpassed my ecpectations. They went above and beyond to help whenever they could. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Location is exceptional with a view of the sea as well. Staff was extremely helpful - assisted in booking a day tour and very receptive to messages. Room was extremely clean and while small, had everything we needed.

La ubicación inmejorable, se llega a todo lugar de interés tan solo caminando. Incluso la estación del bus está ahí a lado. Y te conecta a diferentes playas de interés. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí! Nos regalaron un vino de cortesía lo cual se agradece! Ah también teníamos té y café gratis. Agua y bebidas. Todo genial!

The kindness of the people working there was wonderful. They gave us really good advice on which places to visit and the best addresses to eat. Additionally, they cleaned the room neatly each day, and you could even smell cleanness every time you came back.

Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Platz – auch für längere Aufenthalte absolut komfortabel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wunderschöne, moderne Dusche, die zum Entspannen nach einem Tag am Strand einlädt. Lage: Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Stadt – ideal, um Mykonos zu Fuß zu erkunden, Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Aufgrund der lebendigen Lage kann es nachts gelegentlich etwas lauter werden. Das liegt jedoch in der Natur der Sache und ist kein Mangel des Hotels – wer Ohrstöpsel dabei hat, schläft trotzdem ruhig. Service: Der Service war durchweg zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besonderes Lob gilt Nik an der Rezeption: Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen, mir alles erklärt und mit tollen, persönlichen Restaurant-Empfehlungen meinen Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. So ein engagierter Mitarbeiter macht den Unterschied! Fazit: Wer eine saubere, geräumige Unterkunft mit herzlichem Service in bester Lage sucht, ist im Hotel Galation genau richtig. Kleine Abstriche bei der Nachtruhe nimmt man dafür gerne in Kauf – schließlich ist man im Urlaub ja auch unterwegs, um das Leben auf Mykonos zu genießen.

The hotel is very well located, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel is ideally located. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.There are restaurants below and all around it. It is less than 5 minutes walk to some of the iconic spots at Mykonos for example the wind mills are less than 5 minutes away. I was travelling solo but I felt completely safe and happy with the room, it was very clean, and had a view of the sea. But most of all, the staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you very much Trisia For all your help and attention. You really made me feel very comfortable and gave me so many helpful tips. Also Vasiliki whom I met the first day thank you for your help. There front desk is not open all day, so you do need to let them know when you arrive. But they are very good with texting you and keeping in touch with you if you need anything. Overall I would say ver nice location, very clean and safe and lovely staff.

The hotel is centrally located in Mykonos, right in front of the bus stop, which was extremely convenient since buses are the best way to explore nearby places in Greece. Supermarkets and restaurants were also within walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, and worth the price. Trisha, the host, was very kind and helpful — she guided us on the best places to visit and eat in Mykonos. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The staff were awesome, especially Trisia! She was so welcoming and lovely and made our stay so memorable.
