The staff was very kind. They were very respondent if we needed anything.

The property looks beautiful in the photo’s, but felt old and dated in person. Despite daily housekeeping, the room never felt clean. The bathroom had visible mould, missing tiles and a persistent ant problem that extended to the bedroom and terrace as well. Overall, the property simply did not live up to its presentation or its price point. I consider it significantly overpriced for what it offers and would not return.

I liked the proximity to the beaches and warungs and shops. Having your own private/enclosed villa is a nice plus

Our stay at La Numa Villas exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, the villa was immaculate, great floor plan & generous sized bedrooms. Located walking distance to shops and the beach. But most of all, the breakfast and lunches by the cosy restaurant were - incredible. Couldn’t recommend the place more. Thank you, Jinka & family

The front door was jammed so we used the side door which was ok.

La posizione, letto comodo e la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff.

Purtroppo la stanza era molto sporca, come anche la piscina. Sul letto era presente un runner pieno di briciole, il tappeto era sporchissimo, anch’esso pieno di briciole e polvere. Per questioni allergiche l’abbiamo piegato in due e anche sotto era decisamente sporco. Abbiamo chiesto allo staff di rimuoverlo e la nostra richiesta è stata accolta. In bagno era presente mazzo cappelli degli ospiti precedenti, nel lavandino erano prendenti costantemente formiche e i vetri della doccia non stati ben lavati. La piscina aveva molta melma sui bordi e sabbia sul fondo. I cuscini dei divanetti esterni erano completamente sporchi. L’abbiamo scelto per poterci rilassare in piscina, ma ovviamente non è stato possibile.

Very close to echo beach. Staffs are wonderful and room is excellent and spacious.

Staff and facilities were amazing! All interactions with staff as well as security were so pleasant, they were helpful with everything with contacts for things like transport and laundry. Felt like a quiet oasis even with a little construction around as well as being on a busy street.

I have stayed in this area before so I already knew but for those who don’t, you’ll have to walk to Garden Canggu to get picked up on a Gojek although they will always drop you back to the villa. It’s a great street to walk along though so no issues with that! The street is also extremely busy on a Sunday due to the La Brisa markets so I would just avoid arrival/departure on this day or if you need a car service for travel.

The only thing I would suggest is that the pool sides got a clean down every now and then otherwise all was very good

The villas are beautiful and the location is great. We have stayed here many times, some villas may be in need of an updated. There are some that have been refurbished if pay just a little bit more. This area is getting noisy at night with beach clubs surrounding it. If you can sleep with a bit of noise and taking ear plugs for a good nights rest is still worth it for the private pool, the excellent service and the location to echo beach.

Most nights have music playing nearby.

Good location in Canggu, close to Echo beach. We stayed in a 1-bedroom Grand villa with private pool, which is perfect for a couple. Nice breakfast with lots of different options. Very kind staff.

The bed is not comfortable : the mattress is too hard, pillows are terrible, bedsheets are very rough and there is no mattress protector. All seat cushions would need to be cleaned or changed as all of them were very stained (table and pool sofa).

The location was good and the room had privacy.

The room and the overall facility can be maintained in a better manner. The breakfast is not at all worth paying for. They charge too much for breakfast and the quality and quantity are very poor. Overall, the room and the service we expected after paying such high amount was not at all justified.

the location was really center of canggu hotspots and it was convenient as there were markets, convenience stores and pharmcy all walking distance from the villa, which was really helpful

The property was exactly as advertised. We loved every moment spent at La Numa Villas. The staff, villa, food and overall experience were fantastic. We felt so welcomed. We will definitely be returning.

The Location was fantastic! i absolutely loved my stay at la numa! the staff were amazing and so friendly, loved having a private pool, and the room was very spacious! I will definitely be back!

It was a very spacious property with an amazing sized swimming pool. The rooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. Villa is also located in a great area next to some of the best beach clubs.

Didn’t have a washing machine to wash clothes and also didn’t have a laundry service through them

I stayed for 6 nights, out of which 5 nights the room was extremely dirty and room service does not clean - just arranges the items. I had to contact the reception to replace my towels even though it is a basic service that should be provided by room service every day. The sheets are unclean and mattress + pillow are worn out. The staff are overall not helpful. To exemplify, the AC was not working despite they tried to have it fixed 2 times. We asked for another room and they refused. We had to depend on a fan - ridiculous! Only reason to take this place is for its location.

As the property had large walls there was no sunlight able to enter the villa so I couldn’t tan by the pool unfortunately

The pool turned green in the middle of our stay. We asked a few times for it to be fixed, they added a load of chemicals and it was blue again the next day but it meant we couldn’t really use the pool for a whole day

On a tout aimé, que ce soit la gentillesse des gens qui nous on accueilli, toujours avec un grand sourire, toujours avec politesse, si on avait besoin de quelque chose, ils étaient toujours là à disposition, peut importe l'heure. Le petit dejeuné était magnifique, la villa était aussi magnifique,.. Bref, le séjour était vraiment fabuleux de A à Z

The villa was nice and close to everything.

The pool could be a little bit cleaner, as well as the bathroom. The villa isn’t soundproof, you can hear everything outside. a group next to us was up all night and were extremely noisy so we could not sleep and could hear motorbikes on the street all night.

The absolute perfect place in Canguu to decompress after a long flight, it was so beautifully designed, quiet and very private while still being so close to everything - the beach, main restaurant and shopping area etc. It was also the staff that really made our stay special too - especially the lovely security guard on duty! We had a small incident where we were scammed by the money exchange vendor near the beach and so we asked the hotel their advice and they straight away said their security guard can escort us, the security guard walked up the road with us, said two words to the vendor and we got our missing money back right away - it was so nice of him to go above and beyond for us! I regret that I can’t remember his name. The breakfast was very nice also. We really enjoyed our stay at La Numa and highly recommend it! We booked because of the reviews and can verify La Numa is fantastic

Cant fault anything, absoutley loved our stay. Fantastic location ! Close to everything but very quiet on the villa. Great staff friendly and helpfull, we attended the cooking class this was alot of fun, and learnt loads. 100 % reccomend

La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, ma nulla di grave (ho solamente dovuto chiedere di cambiare le lenzuola sporche).

The staff were very tentative and kind.

The villa is in an area where power outages are prone. First night power went out at 11pm didn’t come back on until 12pm the next day. I had to stay elsewhere because there was no; aircon, insect repellent, wifi or cell tower reception. Also to order a ride on grab or gojek you have to walk 100m down the street to the nearest pick up point. If power outages are a common occurrence that’s fine, but to not preface that especially when the accommodation is non refundable under any circumstances is absurd. I didn’t even stay there 1 night out of the 3 I had booked.

The staff were excellent and very kind, they were good at communicating.

The pool was dirty as it had a lot of grime, mold and dirt in the bottoms, corners and edges. The pool also smelt bad which was a shame as we love to relax by the pool! You are also close to clubs so music kept us up at night.

There wasn’t a water filter for drinking water in the kitchen.

The villa is a short walk from La Brisa beach club. It was very convenient. We stayed for 3 nights and we were able to choose a different breakfast option everyday. The receptionist and team are very helpful. The only thing to note is that you might have to walk a bit to the gojek pick up point, however this applies to all villas in the same area not just La numas. It’s only a short walk and they drop you off right at the villa. Only pick up isn’t allowed by the Balinese regulations.
