Niet echt praktisch: bed, keuken en eettafel in 1 ruimte. Badkamer en zetel boven. Keuken heel basic uitgerust: vb geen schilmesje, geen bowl voor muesli, enz.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Staff gentile e accogliente, la struttura ha il deposito bagagli e in caso di imprevisti cercano di risolvere il prima possibile (hanno aggiustato l'aria condizionata per un guasto dopo la nostra segnalazione). Il pass per parcheggiare vicino alla struttura è ottimo per chi viaggia in auto. Se disponibile, forniscono l' ombrellone per la spiaggia libera. È presente la lavatrice in struttura ma difronte si trova servizio lavanderia a pagamento molto conveniente. Posizione strategica, in quanto vicino alla spiaggia e al castello di Santa Barbara.
L' appartamento per quattro persone ha previsto una camera matrimoniale e un divano letto, in termini di rapporto qualità/prezzo migliorabile. L'appartamento al piano terra è soggetto a rumori e schiamazzi della piazza adiacente. La privacy è garantita solo dalle tende dell'appartamento.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Posizione ottima, a due passi dal mare, dal castello e dalla zona dei locali e comunque in una zona tranquilla, quindi fuori dai rumori della città. Avevamo l'auto a noleggio e il parcheggio era a pochi passi, tra l'altro ad un prezzo scontato tramite la convenzione con l'hotel. La camera ha superato le aspettative; avendo prenotato una quadrupla con matrimoniale e divano letto abbiamo invece trovato due letti, di cui uno matrimoniale, e un divano letto. La stanza non era molto grande ma sufficiente a soddisfare pienamente le necessità. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e sempre cortese; avendo il volo di ritorno la sera, hanno tenuto i bagagli per permetterci di goderci la giornata e ci hanno poi offerto una doccia con tanto di asciugamani puliti per poterci preparare al viaggio, dettaglio che mi ha particolarmente colpito. Comlimenti a tutto lo staff
Forse l'unico neo è la pulizia delle camere che avviene ogni 4 giorni, ma la reception ci ha dato la massima disponibilità nel caso avessimo avuto una qualsiasi necessità.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026I was pleased with location at this historic place, very convinient to go anywhere ( places of interested, supermarkets, tram station, promenade, bay, park, amusement) . Reception team was brilliant, explained and navigated us kindly offerering ashower before our late flight and keeping our suitcases).
Neughbours can be very noisy and did not comply the main polivce - be quiet after 10pm. Bed was not comfortable unfortunatelly but sofa much better. Walls had not noise insulation and you would hear what doing your neighbours.

The apartment was large and satisfactory just a nightmare if you need to work or go to sleep before 1am. For groups or students on a bit of a tear up it’s perfect, close to bars and busy streets.

The apartment is a bit tired, there was no TV working which isn't a big deal however for some it could be and there was a cupboard with a mop and bucket which had a damp smell.

No me gustó la limpieza, en mi apartamento había varias cucharachas, lo cual no me dio tranquilidad ni para cocinar, la limpieza de las duchas se notaba que la hacen por encima yo soy muy detallista y la suciedad en los bordes la manguera de la ducha era notoria. Fui a fregar el piso con la fregona y cuando la pasé olía fatal que ya no sabía ni cómo quitar el olor.

La unica pega es que riviera solo un baño y que estaba en la planta alta. Por la noche es bastante incómodo si duermes abajo y necesitas ir al baño. Tienes que prestar atención a las escaleras y eso puede hacer que te desveles

Apartment has one window and it is very dark, without daily light. There is only one small closet, there is no space at all for the warderobe. Apartment is at the street level, so everybody passing by is looking in the apartment and it is pretty noisy.

Говорим менеджеру это совсем другой апартамент и он начал на нас возмущаться что вы не фотографию снимайте а апартамент. Мы на квартиру студию вообще не смотрели мимо пропускали.,ещё дешевле было. Мы специально 1 спальную и 1 гостиную комнату отдельно хотели. А получилось на квартиру студию заплатили столько денег. Почему так обманывать. Почему букинг не следить за этим. В конце мы пострадали. Разве так можно??????

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Die Lage ist sehr zentral aber leider ist es nachts extrem laut und die Fenster lassen den ganzen Lärm durch! Es ist fast unmöglich, dort vor 3h morgens zu schlafen, weil so viele Leute an diesem Platz feiern und dann anschließend weggeräumt wird bevor noch spät nachts die Straßenkehrmaschine mit Getöse herumfährt! Sehr schade, da ansonsten alles top!
Der Lärm, es war micht an Schlaf vor 3h morgens zu denken und um 7:30 ging es auf den umliegenden Baustellen los

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Apartamentų vieta buvo puiki – viskas pasiekiama pėsčiomis. Netoliese yra paplūdimys, centrinis turgus, senamiestis, pagrindinės lankytinos vietos ir tramvajaus stotelė, todėl keliauti po miestą buvo labai patogu.
Didžiausias trūkumas – labai prasta garso izoliacija. Triukšmas iš gatvės buvo girdimas visą vakarą ir naktį. Pirmąją naktį visa šeima negalėjome užmigti iki 3 valandos ryto, todėl poilsio kokybė buvo prasta. Jei ieškote ramaus poilsio, šie apartamentai gali netikti.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Przestronne studio typu loft. Dobrze wyciszone okna. Czysto i schludnie. Przyjemna okolica. Wszystko działa bez zarzutu - klimat, kuchnia, lodówka, ekspres do kawy nawet toster i żelazko. Ładny widok na Carre del Carmen. Blisko nad morze i stare miasto.
Troszkę mała umywalka w łazience i same hiszpańskie kanały TV. Brak kanału z News international . Ale to drobiazgi bo reszta rewelacyjna.

The apartment had the bed in the same room as the kitchen and a sofa by itself upstairs just looking quite weird and senseless. The place is way older than the pictures show. The tv does not work well and can’t connect to your Netflix. Overall it was ok but nothing amazing as the pictures show or maybe that was the place I got.

Purtroppo avevamo prenotato un appartamento che prevedeva la presenza di due letti singoli e due matrimoniali (Pur essendo 4 ospiti) per nostre esigenze personali. Nelle foto del sito si vedeva la presenza di due letti a castello...penso che ci sia stato assegnato un appartamento diverso da quello richiesto. In ogni caso il personale è stato gentilissimo e il giorno dopo ci ha fatto trovare altri due letti singoli.

Nous avons enormément apprécié la gentillesse de César qui nous a emmené à l'aéroport au retour. Il a même pris le temps sur le chemin de nous faire visiter une palmeraie, Franchement c'est la première fois que quelqu'un est aussi gentil et attentionné envers ses clients. Nous le remercions chaleureusement. Nous reviendrons et nous resterons chez vous.

Nos atendieron muy bien en recepción, tanto al llegar como al irnos y nos ayudaron permitiendo que dejáramos las maletas en consigna. La plaza donde está situado el bloque de apartamentos está llena de vida
La zona es ruidosa, pero para cuatro días no fue un problema. Suponemos, que debe ser mucho más complicado de llevar para los residentes

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Die Lage war sehr gut! Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen und es gab Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Das Appartement war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet - jedoch könnte man mit ein paar Handgriffen mehr Komfort schaffen und auch die Möbel sind teils schon stark gebraucht.
Extrem hellhörig, man hört die direkten Nachbarn und wenn Personen gehen/kommen. Beim Haupteingang unangenehmer Geruch (im Appartement zum Glück nicht). Möbel stark abgenutzt, Duschkopf teils schimmelig.

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Keine Nachttischlampen, keine Garderobenhaken beim Eingang.

El sillon es una cama ! Si es un apartamento para 4 personas deberia haber camas y sillones para 4. Nos pusieron un rollo de papel para 5 dias y eramos 3

L'emplacement car sur une place avec des bars et des nuits d insomnie dues aux bruits incessants. 10 jours sans aucun moment de récupération. Nous rentrons épuisées. Vos doubles vitrages ne servent à rien. Obligées de faire appel à la police à plusieurs reprises. Vacances gâchées. Quant à l appartement équipements plus que sommaires. Pas même l'indispensable. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Bardzo miła obsługa hotelowa. Na każde pytanie odpowiadali z uśmiechem. Apartament był bardzo przestrony i w pełni wyposażony w sprzęty i naczynia. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko można dojść pieszo. Pod samym apartamentem jest restauracja, wieczorami było trochę głośno ale do zniesienia. Ogólnie bardzo polecam.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. W sobotę było trochę hałasu z ulicy. W kolejnych dniach cisza i spokój. Piękny widok, wszystko blisko. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone i czyste, łóżka wygodne, w kuchni jest wszystko, czego potrzeba, aby sobie przygotować śniadanie rano.
Podczas rezerwacji nigdzie nie było informacji, że sypialnia jest na górze, co dla niepełnosprawnych i małych dzieci jest utrudnieniem.

Badezimmer war etwas klein. Leider konnte man auch die Türe im Badezimmer nicht schließen. Leider war die Dusche nicht optimal gelöst. Es gab keinen Duschvorhang oder eine Glasabtrennung, sodass beim Duschen viel Wasser ins gesamte Bad gelaufen ist. Dadurch war der Boden danach komplett nass und das Bad wurde schnell kalt.

Brak lustra w mieszkaniu. Brak wieszaka na odzież wierzchnią w korytarzu. Minusem jest bardzo duzy hałas za oknem. Lokalizacja w centrum, niestety mimo rolet bardzo duzy hałas, polecam mieć zatyczki do uszu.

The main entrance to all apartments was covered by CCTV & secure door code for entry. Very bright & airy with lots of opening windows & small balcony. Good communication with owners & easy 24 hour check in.
The only negative was the Saturday evening loud music which continued until after 1pm. This was mentioned in other feedback comments so I was aware when booking. All other evenings were quiet.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Podobała nam się lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko. Apartament czysty ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi rzeczami. Widać , że jest użytkowany , ale było bardzo przyjemnie. Łatwy odbiór kluczy w hotelu.
Nie przypominam sobie.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026La posizione è meravigliosa, vicinissima al centro e ai punti di interesse. L'appartamento rimane molto fresco anche senza usare l'aria condizionata, e questo mi è piaciuto molto. Orario di aperitivo e cena la terrazza è molto piacevole, si sta bene e ha una luce esterna che permette di trascorrere lì molto tempo. Il personale è stato molto gentile, è possibile richiedere gratuitamente un ombrellone da spiaggia alla reception se non se ne vuole comprare uno, e ci hanno dato molti consigli su cosa fare, cosa vedere e dove mangiare.
La camera non aveva un poggia valigie (ci sarebbe stato lo spazio) e abbiamo dovuto lasciare tutto per terra. La terrazza, bella ma inondata dal sole la mattina, impossibile fare colazione senza morire di caldo. L'ombrellone non era presente, ne abbiamo richiesto uno e ci hanno messo alcuni giorni a portarlo. Non era presente il bidet (che si vedeva invece nelle foto, quindi forse è in altri appartamenti). La porta finestre dell'appartamento non si chiudeva bene, e faceva entrare tutti i rumori dei locali sottostanti.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026La struttura ha una posizione fantastica rispetto al centro di Alicante e al mare. L’appartamento è grande e luminoso, e la terrazza spaziosa è perfetta per aperitivi/cene all’aperto. Lo staff è stato super gentile e cordiale e i servizi offerti soddisfacenti. Se dovessi tornare ad Alicante sicuramente alloggerei qui nuovamente, lo consiglio vivamente.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Locația este ok , foarte aproape de centru . Nu a fost deloc gălăgie am putut sa ne odihnim . In fata imobilului este o spălătorie , și multe restaurante foarte aproape .
Lenjeria nu a fost deloc schimbată pe parcursul celor 4 zile de cazare , prosoapele nu sunt schimbate , mobilierul și aparatele electrocasnice lasă de dorit , le atingi cu grija sa nu le deteriorezi mai rău decât sunt .

Nicely furnished two-floor (duplex) apartment, with kitchen and master bedroom on the lower floor and bathroom and small sofa area on the upper floor (as well as the terrace). Air conditioning unit provided for each floor. Good, comfortable bed.
Having master bedroom and bathroom located on different floors was not very convenient.
