Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Apartament w super lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko. Sam wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne, okna wyciszone nie przeszkadzal gwar znajdujących się pod domem knajpek, kontakt z obsługą b.dobry. polecam i wiem że sama skorzystam z usług tej firmy jak znowu zawitam w Alicante 😀

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026La ubicación en pleno centro que por otra parte es un pero porque hay bastante ruido sobre todo nosotros que estábamos en el 1 piso. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado pero se portaron con nosotros de 10, vinieron varias veces (siempre preguntando la hora a la que mejor nos venía para no molestar) y mientras que se solucionó nos pusieron un aire portátil. Desde luego la atención al cliente lo mejor. Las instalaciones muy nuevas y bastante bien equipado el apartamento, cocina completa con accesorios, te dan un kit con pastilla de detergente para lavadora, esponja y bayeta y un botecito de Fairy.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Lokalizacja obiektu jest fenomenalna. Blisko zarówno do sklepów jak i plaży oraz głównych atrakcji miasta. Z plusów można wymienic jeszcze dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię.
Na wejściu przywitał nas brak informacji jak w zasadzie mamy dostać sie do budynku. Skończyło się na ponad pół godzinnej próbie dodzwonienia się do obsługi apartamentu aby wysłał niezbędne informacje. Po dostaniu się do budynku okazało się że drzwi do naszego apartamentu nie otwierają się. Metodą prób i błędów udało się w miarę naprawic drzwi w taki sposób aby otwierały się i zamykały. Ale to dopiero początek. Główny mankament to wychodzące co noc robaki w kilku rodzajach. Pomimo prób obsługi pozbycia się problemu ten pozostał do końca pobytu.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Struttura nuova, luminosa e in una posizione centrale perfetta, a due passi dai punti di interesse, dalla spiaggia e dai servizi. Il personale è stato gentile, accogliente e disponibile.
La pulizia era un po' superficiale (polvere, divano macchiato e stoviglie da rilavare). Inoltre, i kit di benvenuto per 4 giorni erano insufficienti (solo 4 caffè e 2 pastiglie lavastoviglie). Basterebbero piccoli accorgimenti per renderlo da 10.

Seul petit bémol, les sols n’étaient pas fait du tout et donc sales. Rien à redire sur le reste … seulement les sols, ce qui était dommage.

Das obligatorische online Check In, sowie die Zahlung der Kaution über APP. Beim Online Check In (obligatorisch) muß man seinen Ausweis fotografieren, Selfie machen, Unterschreiben (auf dem Handy, was schwierig ist und auch mehrmals wiederholt werden musste), so ungefähr, wie wenn man ein Konto eröffnet. Ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache, wenn man solch heikle Daten in Internet stellt, wegen einer Ferienwohnung. Gleichzeitig wird man aber gewarnt, sich vor Onlinebetrug in Acht zu nehmen -- Finde den Fehler -- Ich habe den Urlaub somit mit einem gemischten Gefühl begonnen! Nur aus diesem Grund würde ich nicht mehr buchen und werde in Zukunft die genaue Abwicklung vorab Abfragen, den der Kunde sollte König sein! Für alle, die damit kein Problem haben, kann ich die Unterkunft sehr Empfehlen !!!

La pulizia lascia a desiderare. Appena arrivati l'appartamento era sporco e gli asciugamani macchiati; fatto notare il problema, Laura, gentilissima, ha richiesto nuovamente la pulizia dell'appartamento ed il cambio degli asciugamani.

Le séjour dans l'ensemble était très bien, quasi tout était à proximité, on n'a pu tout à pied à part quelques sites

The location is awful for a weekend stay if you want to get any sleep. There are multiple bars on the same street which kept us awake until 4am three nights in a row. No hand soap was provided at the apartment, and when asked about this the hosts didn’t really explain why - basic minimum cleanliness would be to provide soap to clean your hands after using the bathroom or when arriving back at the apartment.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Amazing location, the building and apartment were very modern and well maintained, everything was code locks which meant we could go in and out without worrying about a key. The property was also so accommodating working with us to store our luggage but ended up letting us into the property early!!
Water from the shower would leak out a lot to the floor, not a huge issue just a little annoying having lots of water. Also, when checking out, there were no trash bins that we could use, so we just had to leave it next to a public bin that was small.

Very noisy due to World Cup football as restaurants along the same street were showing it through the night. The drains in the apartment were very smelly.

The only negative was the noise in the square outside as we were there for 4 days during the Hogueras de San Juan fiesta in June, I would definitely book this apartment again but not during a festival period unless your out partying with them till 4am 😂

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Die Lage war perfekt! Direkt im Zentrum, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Am Wochenende ging es abends etwas lauter zu ( wir reisten mit Kind, deswegen haben wir darauf geachtet) aber die Fenster sind sehr schalldicht. Man hört nur wenig. Sehr schön eingerichtet!
Die Dusche war leider nicht ganz so sauber. Ein paar mehr Mülltüten oder Klopapier wären nicht schlecht und ggf. ein paar Müslischalen.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Die Lage und das Ambiente der Wohnung an sich sind großartig. Nachts kann es etwas laut werden, aber das ist ja normal in einer belebten Altstadt.
Die Toilettenbürste, der Duschkopf und andere Kleinigkeiten waren etwas beschädigt. Außerdem musste man sich Sachen, die zur Ferienwohnung gehören sollten - wie Handseife - selber kaufen. Das war etwas seltsam. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, wenn auch nicht herausragend.

Very noisy at night. Both didn’t sleep that great even with ear plugs. Flat was directly above busy restraunts and young vocal/ drunk people roaming the streets after clubs early hours of the morning. We had trouble with the getting into our apartment. The door lock had a very unusual turn with code which want explained properly .. We had to call for help.

I would rate the apartment as 9, but gave only 7 due to the following reasons: - information about the deposit is not visible so easily when you review the offer, I missed it and I had to pay deposit after landing at the airport to be given access to the apartment (it was very inconvenient). Information about the deposit should be transparently mentioned so that it is easily found when reading about the offer - the money for the deposit was not blocked, it was taken and returned, so due to currency rate change I received less back - the apartment is said to be luxurious, but guests are asked NOT to leave rubbish, you need to take the rubbish with you when you check out (you will be given the street name where to go to take out rubbish), guests are also requested to clean all the dishes (I always do so, but I found it surprising to be asked to clean dishes and take rubbish with me if they position themselves as luxurious accommodation) - apartment was repainted before the season but the quality of the repainting is surprisingly low - there are adverts in a lift asking for high rates in 9 or 10. It is weird as the rating should be independent.

The hosts were also kind and accommodating, and easy to communicate with as well. Checking in and out were also so easy and straightforward.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Znakomita lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Dojście do plaży ok 5 min. Na dole dwie znakomite restauracje w których zjedliśmy pyszną Paellę oraz tapas. Dobry kontakt z recepcją, trzeba pamiętać o wcześniejszym zakwaterowaniu on-line. Wówczas otrzymujemy kod dostępu do apartamentu. Wymagany depozyt w kwocie 200€. Sam apartament czysty i zadbany. Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi.
Brak mydła w łazience, zestaw tylko dwóch kapsułek do kawy.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Des restos, des bars, un carrefour City, la plage, le port....Rapide et facile d'accès, les codes reçus via message Whatsapp une fois, l'enregistrement fait en ligne. Propre et agréable !
Pas de contact humain 'direct', tout se fait par message. La zone est très fréquentée. L'appartement est bien isolé/insonorisé. En revanche, parfois, du bruit, des touristes très enjoués :) !

Reviewed May 11, 2026Absolute Top-Lage mitten in der Altstadt, direkt neben der Kathedrale. Von der Dachterrasse der Hauses blickt man in den Innenhof der Kathedrale. Die Nebengasse führt zum Castell St. Barbara, der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist modern und toll ausgestattet. Die Fenster richtig lärmdicht. Super Dusche und sehr bequemes Bett! Vor der Tür viele Restaurants, Bars und Bäckereien zum Frühstücken. Leider nur 4 Nächte - hier würden wir es definitiv länger aushalten!

Reviewed May 11, 2026Удобное расположение, в квартире было чисто, хорошая шумоизоляция, была кухонная посуда, кастрюли и сковорода, кофемашина, чайник, чистые полотенца в ванной комнате.
Заселение в 15:00 а выселение в 11:00, С заселением пришлось пройти небольшой квест, так как к 15:00 мы были уже уставшие, нужно было онлайн заполнять регистрацию для того что бы получить код от дверей и код от квартиры, мы к этому не были готовы, так же отправлять фото паспортов и фото своего лица, оплатить по ссылке залог за квартиру 200€. Рекомендую заранее проходить регистрацию, что бы не было нервов.

Reviewed May 8, 2026The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a convenient location. The bed was comfortable and the staff were attentive when we contacted them.
It was described as ‘luxury’ however, there was nowhere to sit & relax in the room, the roof terrace had a few plastic chairs, no cushions or parasols and was soiled with bird poo so we were unable to sit there. By far , the worst part, was the noise, every night from 10pm until 4am ish, crowds of young people standing outside bars directly under our 2nd floor balcony singing & shouting. It was impossible to sleep. We expect a bit of noise in a city centre but this was exceptional.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Only one complaint - not affecting the rating. I was told they needed a card for the deposit. The sum was not to be taken but "blocked". In fact the sum (E200) was taken. I queried this as soon as we left the property, but it was only resolved after 4 days (admittedly only one working day).

Se situe dans la rue des bars à la mode, il peut arriver qu'il y ait du bruit la nuit malgré les vitrages très isolants

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026La localisation centrale, les bars et restos au pied de l’immeuble. Toutes les activités accessibles à pied. À 2 mn de l’arrêt de bus pour l’aéroport. L’accueil très pro et sympathique à 2 rues de là , avec consigne bagages et toilettes. Tout le confort d’un appartement quasi neuf et bien équipé.
Les bars et restos sous les fenêtres, du bruit jusqu’à 3h du matin, même en semaine.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Laura, who greeted us on arrival, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean, airy and spacious with a very comfortable bed. It's very well located for the old town and was perfect for us to nip back to in between sightseeing, eating and drinking etc.
One downside is that because it's so conveniently situated in the buzzing old town(popular with locals and tourists I'm told), it's noisy at night but didn't prevent us getting to sleep, the windows blocked a lot of the noise out.

La pulizia buona, ma non all’altezza del livello dell’appartamento. Polvere un po’ dappertutto soprattutto sopra la TV e la testata del letto.

Fenster waren hochwertig, aber schlossen nicht richtig. Lärm von draußen war in der Wohnung relativ laut wahrnehmbar. Wenn man fest gegen die Balkontür drückte, wurde es leiser.
