Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged sightseeing tours and a taxi for us at a very good price compared to the rates found online. Room has good views too the river.

The hotel is well located, the pool and the sky lounge are amazing. The room size was good and the bed is huge with a view on the river.

I showed video of a small bug walking on the sheets suspecting it was a bed bug. The staff didn’t believe and didn’t offer to change rooms. They only changed the linen, which is a nice gesture but is useless against bedbugs unfortunately as they hide under mattress and between the bed and the wall. We felt ignored on this issue which really minimised by the staff reaction. Also, the driver provided by the hotel yelled at us because he had to wait for us at the airport for an hour because he got there early by 30mn and the immigration took 30mn more than planned. It wasn’t the best start for the trip and the hotel didn’t actually ask us about it. The driver showed us the text from the hotel saying they contacted us but we didn’t receive anything and we only got a vague answer the next after we already arrived.

There's nothing not to like about this place. The location is brilliant. Incredibly easy to get to where ever you need to get to and overlooking the water, what more could you ask for. Staff were wonderful. Just an all round wonderful experience

Als je de kamer verliet ging de AC ook automatisch uit, waardoor je terugkwam in een snikhete kamer. Het afkoelen duurt dan ook even. De staff gaf als tip om nog een roomcard te halen, zodat je 1 erin kon laten.

All the staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and the service was extremely good. The breakfast was delicious, and if I visit Da Nang again, I’d be so happy that I’d want to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is a good location to coffee shops, restaurants and Han market. The staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping need training. It takes them no longer than 7 mins to clean the room. One day we did not get any towels and when I asked I was bought 2 dishrags. They were frayed with holes. I had to take them to reception to request towels that I could use. One day the bed wasn’t made and when it is they only pull the covers up. Breakfast appears to offer a selection but only the egg station is good. I would not stay here again

Great location and we really enjoyed our stay! The room was great with a really nice view, and everything was comfortable. It can get a little noisy at times, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. The service was excellent throughout our stay. We ordered food delivery quite a few times and would always ask the staff to send it up to our room, which they happily did every time. They were also very accommodating and helpful with my birthday surprise request, which I really appreciated. Overall, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, and they made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

窓のある部屋を希望していたのですが、直接外が見えるというよりは、ガラス張りの吹き抜けの向こうに外が見える構造の部屋で、窓から直に外が見えるわけではないので、閉塞感を感じた。多分各階一部屋ずつこのような構造の部屋があるように見える。

Breakfast options were good. It’s inexpensive.

Bit tired, particularly the rooftop bar which needs a serious update. The carpet on our floor needed cleaning. Traffic noise was a significant issue. Bring earplugs. Stairs up to hotel foyer from the street are a disaster for anyone with mobility issues.

周囲にレストランやカフェなど多数あって便利なロケーションです。リバービューだとドラゴンブリッジがよく見えます。 少し早めにチェックインさせてくれて、スタッフ皆さん親切でした。

交通量の多い道路に面しているのでそれなりの音がします。静寂を求める方には向かないかもしれません。(部屋に耳栓が常備されていました)

This hotel is amazing overlooking the river and the markets, restaurants are so close by. Very convenient location, great breakfast, friendly staff.

Property is very conveniently located along the river with many options for food, coffee etc. the harbour to board the boats for the river cruise is down the stretch from the hotel is easy to get to. View from the room gives a perfect view of the dragon bridge too.

The location was great! Lots of shopping and services near by including a local market. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There’s a lovely cafe right across the hotel that I highly recommend.

The washrooms need to be updated. The room itself was pretty nice but the washroom felt dirty. The bathtub is at the edge of the wall and water gets trapped behind the bathtub and it seems like it doesn’t get cleaned often.

The hotel has a beautiful view. The breakfast was quite average, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Vi at the front desk for her excellent support and detailed guidance. Everything was very well prepared. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

We had to request for two key cards because they only gave us one. They also charged us for renting the thongs in the room for 1 night, which we didn’t know was a thing.

We are currently enjoying our stay at DaNang Riverfront Hotel. The staff and service is superb. Everyone is so friendly. The room is clean and spacious with a nice view of the river and the dragon bridge. We enjoyed the variety of food at the breakfast buffet and it was delicious! Ngoc is so accommodating, always checking up on us and heats the coffee like I want it ready for us. She is always warm and smiling, such a good way to start our day in DaNang!

Hotel is located close to a lot of great restaurants ,it’s right across the dragon bridge with great views.Roof top bar offers live performances ,they have delicious food and a variety of good cocktails .Overall experience was excellent.

The room could of had sofa in the room as it was a lovely room but looked every empty

Clean and comfortable bed. Great breakfast and lovely staff lady Ngoc in breakfast restaurant so attentive, no boiled eggs left so I asked chefs if they could make some and when ready she brought me 3 to my table so I didn’t have to go get them and she knew I had 3 every morning so brought me exactly that amount!!! Cleaning staff super friendly too and front desk.. pool was excellent fun too with a great view of dragon bridge. Oh and excellent big bath. Best soak I’ve had in years!!!

A bit hard to get in and out of swimming pool as you get older. I struggled. But nice they had towels available for free to loan.

The room was spacious, clean and had a decent view of the river and dragon bridge. Stone's throw from Han market. Easy to walk to restaurants, a few bars, min marts etc. Easy to get Grab taxis.

Breakfast was geared towards the Korean clientele, of which there were many. Water in pool looked dirty and uninviting Rooftop bar area surrounded by glass which was dirty. Mold on blind in shower room Chipped grouting in bathroom I hate rooms which insist on having a window from room into bathroom and toilet.

Sa proximité de la ville, du célèbre Han Market. Le personnel a été très agréable et soucieux de notre confort. La chambre était spacieuse et la vue géniale.

Malheureusement et c’est inhérent à tous les hôtels du centre ville à proximité des très grandes rues c’est le bruit incessant des Klaxons. Bémol la salle de bain est très petite y compris dans la suite et n’est pas adaptée pour deux personnes en même temps.

We had a wonderful stay at HaiAn Riverfront Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore Da Nang’s attractions, restaurants, and the riverside. The staff were warm, professional, and always attentive to our needs. A special thank you to Ms. Huong Giang from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again!

The location of the property is really good. A great view of the river and close to Han Markets for shopping.

Exceptional experience and high quality of service

Haian riverfront hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Location was fantastic, my room was on the 5th floor with the balcony and i could see the entire river and the beautiful dragon bridge from there. It was especially majestic at night time. My stay was very affordable too, if you want value for your money you should book here. Room was very clean, staff very friendly always greeting you with a smile, very accommodating, and buffet breakfast was good. Also dont forget about the awesome gym and pool at the 20th floor! You can go have a swim at night while overlooking the river with the city lights on. Also there's a cafe beneath the hotel which is very convenient. Overall excellent service and experience and i would book again here if i ever return to Danang.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Han Market and many restaurants, cafés, and attractions, making it very convenient to explore Da Nang. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, while the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A lovely bonus was the complimentary 30-minute foot massage, which was a relaxing treat after a day of sightseeing. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Great location, excellent service, and fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.
