The hotel is in a great location for San Antonio. The rooms were spacious, spotless and really comfortable. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and great quality. The spa was lovely, but the best thing about the hotel were the staff. Everyone was just so helpful and friendly and would do anything for you!

Etablissement très bien. le jeune homme à l'accueil a été très efficace et a su répondre à nos attentes, notamment pour le parking. la situation est parfaite. le spa est un plus pour bénéficier d'une vraie piscine (en plus de celle du rooftop) et des équipements. en supplément abordable pour les clients de l'hôtel.

les vues ne sont pas extraordinaires. comportement de certains clients qui rentrent dans la nuit.

L’hotel è molto carino, curato e moderno. Ha una spa e una piscina all’ultimo piano, non profonda, con bar annesso. La colazione è abbastanza abbondante. Nota di merito per l’accoglienza, la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei receptionist, che sono sempre pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problematica e a mettersi a disposizione in caso di necessità. Vi forniranno i teli per il mare, la piscina o la spa, ombrellone per la spiaggia e, se occorre, anche un parcheggio custodito a pochi passi dall’hotel (a pagamento)! Ringraziamo soprattutto Zoe che, con i suoi consigli preziosi, ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del buon cibo e di visitare le più belle calette di Ibiza!

La piscina per via della poca profondità e consigliamo di essere un po’ più minuziosi con la pulizia delle camere!

Super friendly staff, remembered my partner from previous visits so already had a great rapport. Central location in San Antonio, so easy to walk to shops/ waterfront/ restaurants. Walkable distance to Cala Gracioneta, which is an exceptional secluded beach.

Free parking for hotel guests in the secure carpark would have been a good option but understand that space is limited. There is a large outdoor carpark (unsecure) about 5min walk away.

Habitaciones amplias, el personal es encantador y atento. La piscina son solo 40 cm pero al ser un hotel urbano es suficiente para refrescarse (si tu plan es pasar el día entero en piscina este no es el hotel).

Creo que el desayuno tiene mucho margen de mejora, poca variedad y la bollería es toda industrial

Las habitaciones muy amplias y equipadas. Para ser una reserva para 4 personas, tener dos habitaciones continuas y unidas fue una maravilla. El personal muy atento y profesional. El desayuno muy bueno, incluyendo productos típicos de Ibiza

La piscina tiene solo 40 cm de profundidad, por lo que es algo incómoda. Pero el ambiente de la azotea magnífico.

Great location in San Antonio - close to taxi rank and main area. Nice modern hotel which was clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and great air conditioning! The rooftop area is really nice and has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas with a well priced bar.

Informed staff multiple times that the safe in our room was not working and could it be looked at and fixed and this was never followed through on.

The location is great, small walk to the San Antonio square. The pool is relaxing and had a SJ playing for a few hours on Saturday which we loved. We went to the spa on our last day and regretted not using it more, it’s beautiful! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family and definitely stay again!

Great location, modern, clean and good facilities. The roof top pool was lovely and nicely presented. We had fresh towels daily and pool towels provided on arrival to the pool area with comfortable cushioned loungers.

I like the boutique feel of the hotel. I liked the spa although I feel it should be included in the price of the room not extra.

My air conditioning wasn’t working and the maid took my pyjamas one morning so I had nothing to sleep in for one night. They offered me a spa voucher as a goodwill but i had to ask for that. I didn’t like having to pay a £200 refundable deposit for the room. I’ve stayed in 4/5 stars before and never been asked to do that. I didn’t pay it.

Clean, beds were comfortable staff were friendly. Roof top area is lovely for sunbathing. Close to bars, restaurants and supermarket.

Le lieu était bruyant notamment les autres clients et le parking public à côté est onéreux. L'hôtel ne dispose que de 4 places avec un tarif à 15e par jour. J' ai également du demander des couvertures en arrivant il n'y en avait dans la chambre alors qu'il faisait un peu frais

Central location close to sea boulevard. Good beds, nice breakfast. Nice roof terrace.

Quite noisy starting around early morning hours. Bathroom rather dark with only a shower and a very noisy extractor that turns on with the lights, not separately (an issue when the other is still sleeping). An empty minibar.

The noise was to much, it is not soundproofed at all. The emptying of the bins at early hours was horrendous. Noise from other guest was continous, some were very rude. The roof top pool is only 40cm deep which is impossible to swim, they do have a spa which is €20 euros, however they allowed a large group of young men in there at the same time who were so loud ruining the experience for others, additionally no staff cleaned the surroundings of the spa area so there was lots of dirty towels and slippers everywhere. The pillows were awful so uncomfortable and the beds were very soft with the rooms being very basic, rea and coffeeoccasionally but more suited to a hostel. Unfortuantly the breakfast was always cold and basic and not what I expected.

Location is great if you are into partying, the atmosphere seems calm on approach, however constant noise from other guest during day and evening was just to much. This on top of bins being emptied mid night waking us every night was just awlful. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were unusable. The pool on the roof is only 40cm deep however it is pretty up there however again very noisy. There is a spa which is ok, however cost an extra €20 euros for 2 hours on top of room, unfortuantly they allowed a large group of males in there who were very noisy and no cleaning was done well we were in there. We needed some.peace so actually brought day passes to another hotel to use thier facilities and have some peace by a pool. Breakfast was always cold which was a shame as if warm would have passed as ok. The lack of milk, and little basic coffee and tea in the rooms was below standard for a 4 star hotel. The staff were friendly. Overall it would pass as an ok stay if you dont mind noise and lack of facilities. I have been to ibiza many times and was underwhelmed by this new hotel which cost more than the surrounding places and charge a €250 euros per room deposit.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Essen und das Frühstück war perfekt. Die Poolbar ist auch sehr hübsch. Obwohl der Pool nur 40cm tief ist war es eine tolle Abkühlung. Sehr bequeme Liegen und tolle Trinks. Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch. Und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Lage ist Perfekt. Alles in der Nähe: Restaurant, Shops, Meer, Altstadt, öffentlicher Parkplatz.

Die Zimmertüren sind sehr schwer und fallen extrem laut wieder zu. Leider hört man auch sehr laut die Partygäste die mitten in der Nacht nachhause kommen, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat.

L'odeur de parfum "chimique" assez forte (canapé, draps, serviettes..) Quand on y est sensible c'est contraignant.

Personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ruime kamers met fijne bedden. Goed ontbijt! Op de rooftop kan je heerlijk liggen aan het zwembad.

Aan de overkant van het hotel ligt een speelplaats. Dat zorgde voor enig geluidsoverlast.

De grootte van de kamers, het zwembad met het mooie dakterras en het personeel. We verbleven samen met onze baby van 5 maanden en het personeel was extreem behulpzaam en aardig.

De airco deed het niet zo goed, al was dit nog niet echt een groot probleem omdat we in april in het hotel verbleven. Het ontbijt was basic, maar prima voor ons omdat we met de kleine er niet altijd op uit konden.

Très très très bruyant, impossible de dormir. Invivable.Les murs sont en papier !!! Alors le réveil à l'aube par le personnel de nettoyage...horrible.

The hotel was perfectly located , shops and restaurants and bars within a street or 2. Staff were fantastic and made sure check in was smooth and also sorted out every request.

The only down sides , and it's more constructive criticism rather than didn't like or would stop me going back is coffee cups too small and the roof too pool isn't deep enough to swim in

Lovely hotel. Very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped, with amenities such as shampoo, a hairdryer, and a fridge. There’s a beautiful rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a bar.There is as a swimming pool, but it’s very shallow (around 40 cm deep but you can still roll around in it :) We didn’t have breakfast, but the food on the rooftop terrace is great. The location is excellent, right next to the West End, 7 min walk to Cafe De Mar ,4 min walk to the beach. I will definitely come back!

Le spa: très bien, l'accueil, salle de bain fonctionnelle, lits confortables. La proximite avec le lieu de vie.

- Le petit déjeuner trop cher ( payé à l’avance) . Nous sommes arrivés à 10h30 il ́a fallu demandé pour qu'ils remettent des choses à manger. Selon le thé qui était proposé il fallait payer 3,99€ pour 1 sachet de thé!!! ( pour certains thés). Et on nous a fait comprendre qu’il fallait vite partir c était l heure. - j'étais désagréablement surprise qu’il faille payer en plus par personne pour accéder au spa. J'avais choisi cet hôtel parce que je pensais que le spa était compris dans le prix. - la vue sur les poubelles depuis notre chambre. - dommage que le skypool n'était pas ouvert plus tôt le matin, avant 11h, pour pouvoir profiter de moment calme au soleil et le soir plus tard...

We had a great stay at the hotel. While there was a leak in our room, the staff responded immediately to check on it. Although the leak wasn’t fully resolved, we chose to remain in the same room. The rooftop Sky Bar staff were fantastic—providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and local events. Special thanks to Babs for his outstanding service and hospitality.

Super lovely staff, clean rooms and spacious. Cute little spa. Food surprisingly good and the location really good - 5 min walk from main part into town. Staff were amazing and helpful.

Cet établissement est assez récent, il est très propre et le ménage a été extrêmement bien fait, ce qui n’est pas négligeable. La piscine du roof top n’est pas une vraie piscine mais ce n’est en réalité pas dérangeant, c’est une expérience différente. Nous avons testé le SPA le jour du départ, très sympa aussi ! Quant au personnel, rien à dire, ils sont tous très serviables et sympathiques. On reviendra !

We stayed at Stic Urban Hotel for 3 nights and were blown away by the service and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us early check-in and even letting us use the hotel facilities after check-out. Before heading to the airport, we were offered fresh towels and shower facilities — such a thoughtful touch that made a big difference! The breakfast was a highlight — not an overwhelming selection, but everything was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Soft pastries, freshly squeezed juice, and a proper English breakfast were the perfect way to start each day. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Ibiza Rocks, the beach, the colourful street, and loads of great bars and restaurants. It’s central but still has a relaxed vibe. The rooftop pool is a hidden gem — calm, chilled atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a night out or soaking up the sun in peace. Huge thanks to the amazing staff who really made our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble, and their kindness and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Ibiza!

Hotel fica localizado numa região bem perigosa onde sofri uma tentativa de assalto ao meu relógio na porta do hotel . A recepção no dia da tentativa ao invés de ficar do meu lado , quis discutir comigo se tinha sido dentro ou fora do hotel a tentativa de roubo ! Enfim , Ibiza já não é mais a mesma , sofri duas tentativas de assalto a relógio . Com rlacao ao hotel , quarto novo e tamanho bom , porém travesseiros e toalhas ruins , e não tem pia no banheiro .. e serviço de quarto cobram 6 euros para levar uma água até o quarto , um absurdo .. enfim , não voltaria jamais

I loved everything from the: room and how spacious and comfy it was, to the location - walking distance to the beach, restaurants etc, to the gorgeous quiet rooftop and pool and the staff were all really polite and helpful.

I think if you pay for an upgrade this should also include access to spa - other than that nothing!

The beds were too soft

Everything was fantastic and the hotel service was amazing, from the reception to the sky pool bar. The receptionists were super attentive and helped with suggestions on how to get around. My only complaint is the noise from other guests slamming doors, which obviously is not the hotel's fault.

Amazing location. The staff were also amazing, best customer service I have seen at any hotel. The 2 girls at the rooftop pool alba and marget were so friendly and made our experience better. Will be back 100%.
