No pool 😂

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The best choice! From cleanness, room service, design, to localization - fantastic. We don't mind street noise though - that can be going on till 3 a.m., but the balcony door is quite soundproof.

It’s just a place to lay your head, no pool, restaurant or bar or other facilities. Staff lovely, kept our cases free of charge on the last day

Transfers were a nightmare as they refused to go to the hotel and both dropped and picked us up quite a walk away

Goede locatie, centrum San Antonio. Leuk uitzicht op het pleintje, fijne sfeer, goeie bedden.

Nous avons aimé l’accueil à notre arrivée, on nous a donné un petit ticket où l’on a eu droit à un cocktail de bienvenue au bar, juste à côté La propreté, la déco, le confort, les équipements

Le déjeuner n’est pas dans l’hôtel, il est dans un bar, il faut ressortir , l’emplacement est stratégiquement, super, sauf qu’il se situe sur une place effectivement très animée en plein centre malheureusement la baie vitrée des chambres n’est pas très épaisses et on entend parler les gens heureusement, nous étions au cinquième, les scooters le regroupement de jeunes, la musique et les taxis qui se situe juste en dessous cela dure toute la nuit À notre grand regret deux bouteilles d’eau sont disponibles uniquement à votre arrivée. Nous sommes restés trois nuits nous avons eu droit qu’à deux bouteilles d’eau, on nous a informé que c’était pour la première nuit Le parking pour la voiture est un peu cher 19 € la nuit Heureusement, nous avions trouvé l’alternative du parcmètre au coin du port (5 min a pied avec les valises) avec une application EasyPark où l’on règle directement la durée très pratique, mais ça nous en a beaucoup moins cher 2 euros les 3 jours puisque à partir du samedi après-midi jusqu’au lundi matin 9 heures c est GRATUIT

La atencion de recepcion fue excelente, muy educados, atentos y con buena comunicacion, la limpieza espetacular, la cama super bien, las almohadas para un buen descanso..un 10. Recomendado al 100 X 100. Volveremos.

Amazing view from the sea view room, the rooms are spacious and have USB ports right by the bed - plenty of lights and loads of mirrors. Amazing balcony. Really clean as well. The room was made up everyday and we were provided with fresh towels when requested. All the staff - from the cleaners to the reception - were outstanding. Great service and super friendly. You got 10% off at bondi which was the restaurant directly downstairs - I would highly recommend the avo toast with sundried tomato’s and the pancakes - the lunch there was average. Location was good as it’s on the main sunset strip but we we went during low season so it wasn’t too noisy but it definitely would be loud in the summer as you can see and hear the taxi rank queue from the hotel.

The location meant we had a great view but slight compromise would be the noise - it was ok for low season but during the summer I can imagine it’s a lot noisier.

Muito difícil utilizar o estacionado do hotel, sempre lotado. O carro tinha que ficar estacionado bem longe.

Decoração, espaço do quarto.

A falta de controle acústico externo. Foram 3 noites sem dormir devido ao barulho na rua. Uma isolação acústica resolveria isso. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Quando chegamos ainda tinha lixo na lixeira do banheiro deixado pelo hospede anterior, lençóis que não foram trocados. Resumindo: claramente o quarto não havia sido limpo, apenas organizado para o hóspede futuro.

Parking is 19euros a day extra plus a deposit for the parking card. When I arrived I asked for a blanket for the room, but this could only be done by housekeeping the following day.

It can get very noisy during the night with people coming back to the rooms and doors being shut loudly. Also if your room faces onto the sea at the front you get a lot of noise during the night

Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sehr modern, der Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen/Meer war ein Highlight. Die Minibar war gut ausgestattet, allerdings fehlte hier eine Preisübersicht. Für einen früheren Check-In wurden 10€ extra verlangt, für uns vollkommen ok. Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen.

Fehlende Transparenz bei den Preisen Bsp. Minibar und Check-In. Die anderen Hotelgäste waren gerade Abends/Nachts doch recht laut, sind zum feiern losgezogen oder wiedergekommen. Auch die Müllabfuhr war beinahe täglich zu hören.

The breakfast was only avaliable in a café next to the hotel. And you can choose only between croissant and a toast. Dont understand how hotel have 4 stars with this kind of breakfast.

It was exactly as advertised- modern, clean, well situated. All the staff were friendly & helpful!

Nothing negative to say at all

Our apartment was ideally located, near to bus station and many restaurants. There are also boat kiosks across the road. The room was well equipped with a functional layout. We had two balcony’s and made full use of the large one overlooking the bay. We stayed for three nights and our bedding was surprisingly changed! We also had daily replacement of towels and a general tidy. There is a large fridge with a mini bar which is very cold. I would recommend this place to anyone :)

Great location, clean rooms. Our AC wasn’t working when we first got there but we called and they were able to get someone from maintenance to come fix it quickly! Other than that, small hotel but that was fine for what we needed!

Very central location. Exceptional 270 degree views from the penthouse suite with spacious terrace. Not too loud considering location. Comfortable beds.

Maybe the shower room and WC is on the smaller side (unlike the rest of the suite).

The room was beautifully appointed, clean, modern, and tastefully designed with a chic aesthetic. The hotel enjoys a favorable location, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and local attractions, making it both convenient and engaging. What truly distinguished this stay was the exceptional level of service. Despite our early arrival following a 4AM ferry, the staff made every effort to accommodate us and graciously allowed us to check in by noon, which was immensely appreciated. My room offered a stunning view of the marina, and the high-speed internet made it easy to stay connected. Most notably, the staff went above and beyond when I accidentally left behind an expensive pair of reading glasses. After I provided a shipping label, they ensured the glasses were carefully packaged and delivered, arriving at my home in the U.S. shortly after my return. This thoughtful gesture exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction and left a lasting impression.

There was very little to find fault with during my stay. If anything, the early arrival made the initial wait for check-in slightly challenging, though the staff’s willingness to accommodate us by noon more than compensated for it. Beyond that, I encountered no issues worth mentioning.

Stunning interior design and comforts. Mini bar is a nice touch. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Really clean throughout. Great location with easy access to beaches. Despite being above restaurants, bars and near the west end noise was minimal. I chose to stay here for 2 nights after 4 nights on a stag do in Ibiza and was perfect to rest & recover. Will certainly look to stay here or others in the Mambo collection next time!

We didn’t realise there was no facilities such as a pool or bar, you can get beer at the connected bar below with a discount and can also use the facilities at sister hotels.

If you are going Sant Antonio in Ibiza, this is the right place to be and if you want to get the most out of this hotel, I will recommend you to book the sea view. This hotel is perfect and everyone working there was soo sweet. Alberto the receptionist was sooo great and helpful to make my stay a memorable one. There was a lady on the desk in the morning. She is also very sweet and lovely. I truly enjoyed my stay here and I will be back again.
