Yuli's Homestay

Yuli, Juan and all staff members were so kind and helpful. Yuli and Juan were very helpful with coordinating transportation and connecting us with excursions in the area. Haggling is definitely a part of the Indonesian culture, and I always felt like I was getting a fair rate with their help. The room was clean. The air-conditioned room was great for sleeping. The pools were a comfortable temperature. The breakfast food was so delicious! We felt so comfortable and spoiled at this homestay.

Bien ubicado, vas a la calle principal de restaurantes etc caminando, a nada. Alquilan motos en el mismo homestay. Personal muy amable. Desayunos correctos. Zonas de piscina muy bonitas, cn temperatura agradable. Agua caliente en las duchas exteriores (son independientes y cerradas). Habitaciones correctas i básicas. Tienes tendedero para ropa y bañadores. Si no hay toallas en la habitación se las pides y te las dan sin problemas. No me importaria repetir. Relacion calidad-precio medianamente correcta.

Las duchas de las habitaciones no tienen agua caliente. Aunque está correcto podria estar un poquito más limpio (pero está aceptable e? No me malinterpreteis). De los 3 dias que pasamos nos hicieron la habitación un solo dia.

Sauberkeit - Flecken bei Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Klimaanlage tropft aufs Bett. Ins Gesicht - wir mussten das Bett wegrücken. Dusche ohne Einstellmöglichkeiten für Temperatur und Strahlrichtung.

L'emplacement au calme la piscine bon petit déjeuner dans un joli endroit très arboré

Un peu plus d'attention sur la propreté et ce serait parfait. Prendre en compte qu'il n'y pas d'eau chaude dans les douches des chambres mais on peut avoir accès à des douches chaudes à l'extérieur

Beide deuren in onze kamer waren scheef waardoor we ze moeilijk open- en dicht konden maken

Not at all bothered by cold showers - that's fine - nor by the not very clean pool but it was an unpleasant shock to find the bed sheet was badly stained.

Die Lage war super, es war ruhig und doch war man nah am Zentrum.

Zwar hat man ein eigenes Badezimmer aber ohne warmes Wasser. Für eine warme Dusche muss man in Gemeinschaftsduschen. Einzelne Kabine, abschließbar.

Ruhe, sehr leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück, täglicher Zimmerservice, Nutzung der Küche und Kühlschrank

Il ragazzo alla reception sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta.

All’interno delle camere la doccia si presentava senza il doccino e all’interno delle camere non è mai presente l’acqua calda, all’esterno del cortile offrono delle docce comuni e li ci si può lavare con acqua calda. Il driver che ci hanno fornito per le varie “esplorazioni” è arrivato sempre in ritardo facendovi perdere tempo utile, e oltre a arrivare in ritardo si fermava durante il tragitto a fare delle pause. Questo servizio ve lo sconsiglio.

Prezzo concorde con il livello della struttura, stanza familiare ampia.

Bagni un po datati, pulizia non perfetta, non presente doccia con acqua calda in camera.

El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, pero caia gotas de agua sobre la cama. La verdad que no nos quejamos xq solo estuvimos 1 noche, falto toalla de mano y la ducha era un chorro de agua

Un séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre verdoyant avec 3 piscines et au calme. Les massages sont extras. Le personnel est au petit soin. Tout était parfait !

Die Lage ist super und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es ist meist ein sehr ruhiger Ort und man kann gut entspannen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker.

Die Unterkunft ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Es könnte auch sauberer sein, besonders in der Gemeinschaftsküche. In unserem Bad hat es strong gerochen, wenn keine Klimaanlage lief. Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe einer Moschee und ab fünf Uhr morgens war’s das mit dem Schlaf, selbst mit Oropax. Außerdem haben (vermutlich) Flughunde ihren Mist täglich vor unserer Haustür hinterlassen. Man musste jeden Morgen aufpassen, dass man nicht selbst oder die Kinder hineinsteigern. Es wurde uns versichert, dass sich darum gekümmert wird, dass es morgens weg ist. Leider war das nicht der Fall und oft musste man das Personal mehrmals daran erinnern. Es wurde dann oft nachmittags entfernt. Das fanden wir sehr nervig und unangenehm.

WOW, loved this place booked for three nights stayed for more than a week. Will definitely book again next time I visit Kuta Lombok. Lovely place, amazing rooms, great breakfast served in a really cool outside location. Perfect location very helpful staff who organised a scooter for us.

Chambre familiale très spacieuse, très propre, jardin tout autour avec beaucoup d’espace, trois piscines, plusieurs coins cuisine commune à disposition (partagé), très bien situé, endroit calme et reposant (proche de la mosquée mais peu de bruit), juste à côté de la rue principale et proche de la plage de Kuta mais nous conseiller la location d’un scooter pour rayonner très facilement sur les différentes plages aux alentours Petits déjeuners copieux et délicieux

Literie à revoir sur le lit double Douche froide disons tiède dans la salle de bain privative (absolument pas dérangeant et douche à disposition dans l’espace commun) Pas de wifi dans notre chambre mais bien dans les espaces communs (pas dérangeant pour nous)

Yuli’s a peaceful haven in very busy Kuta. It’s hidden away, just off the main strip but you can’t hear any scooter noise whatsoever. You wake to beautiful bird song. Yuli and her team keep the place beautiful. The garden bungalows are great with everything you need. Pools are lovely and breakfast is excellent.

Locatie, heel behulpzaam, vriendelijk (en veel!) personeel. Toen er een mierenplaag in mijn kamer kwam kwamen ze het direct oplossen. Yuli is heel lief, de zwembaden en het park op zichzelf waren heel netjes onderhouden en schoon!

De accomodatie was wel wat verouderd, koude douche in je badkamer en de moskee was echt heel luid meerdere malen per dag (incl 1x per dag om 5 uur s ochtends....) Voor deze prijs zijn deze dingen echt te overzien!

Gepflegte Außenanlage. Trinkwasser zum nachfüllen.

Das Zimmer war leider absolut renovierungsbedürftig. Eingangstür ging nicht richtig auf. Armaturen im Bad/Dusche abgenutzt und abgelagert. Fliesen schmutzig/rissig. Schranktüren klemmen. Es gab kein Warmwasser im Bad, zusätzlich kam nur sehr wenig Wasser aus der Dusche (man kann warme Gemeinschaftsduschen nutzen, jedoch wurde dieser Umstand mMn nicht ausreichend bei der Buchung kommuniziert). Handtücher wurden nicht getauscht, erst nach mehreren Anfragen. Bett unbequem. Kaffee leider nicht genießbar.

Es un complejo bastante grande con varias piscinas, hacen buen desayuno y tienes una tienda, zona de masajes y despensa de bebidas.

La limpieza era algo justa diariamente y la habitación olia mucho a humedad, posiblemente sea porque el baño no tiene nada de ventilación. Solo hay agua fria, si quieres ducharte con agua caliente tienes que ir a las duchas exteriores.

Le personnel est tout simplement adorable : toujours souriant et attentionné. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est juste parfait : à 1 min à pieds de l’avenue principale mais dans une rue calme. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet homestay.

La ubicacion cerca del centro pero sin el ruido del caos. La zona exterior y la cantidad de piscinas esta muy bien.

La habitacion poco cuidada y encima ninguna de las puertas cerraba bien tanto la de entrar a la habitación, la del baño, incluso la del armario estaba bloqueada con un palo

Lo Yuli’s homestay ti accoglie in tutta la sua semplicità facendoti sentire a casa. Staff premuroso e gentile. Ottima posizione per poter visitare Kuta e dintorni.

Colazione abbondante e buonissima, camera grande con molto spazio anche all’esterno. La struttura offre tantissimi servizi, tra cui piscina, ristorante e un centro massaggi. Abbiamo noleggiato facilmente il motorino e approfittato del servizio di laundry. Posizione top a pochi passi dalla via principale di Kuta!

L’acqua calda per la doccia è solo nei bagni comuni fuori (a cui fortunatamente eravamo molto vicino), ma non abbiamo mai fatto fila per fare la doccia. La struttura forse necessita di un po di ristrutturazione.

De locatie was echt top! Vlakbij de hoofdstraat met restaurantjes. Ontzettend aardige mensen die er werken. Enorm lief! Makkelijk om een scooter te huren en de was bij vroeg wegbrengen nog dezelfde dag schoon voor je kamer gezet.

Geen warm water in de kamer. Kleine familiekamers.

Molto bello, immerso nel verde e molto spazioso. Noi avevamo una casetta con un piccolo giardinetto. Presenti una spa, tre piscine di dimensioni contenute ma adeguate e una buona colazione. La camera era spaziosa e con aria condizionata. È disponibile anche una cucina comune. Alcuni asciugamani andrebbero sostituiti. Le docce con acqua calda sono esterne e in comune, e ce ne sono diverse, mentre quella in camera ha solo acqua fredda. Infine, il Wi-Fi prendeva male in camera. Nel complesso è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. I bambini hanno adorato il posto e ci tornerei volentieri.

La connexion Wifi vraiment pénible, les douches chaudes à l’extérieur, le réveil à 5h par l’appel à la prière (son incroyablement fort), l’hôtel mérite un coup de neuf mais l’emplacement est bon pour aller à pied.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten in het restaurant was voortreffelijk.

Wij hadden een familiekamer, maar dat was eigenlijk een gewone kamer waar ze 2 extra bedden hadden gezet.

I loved this wonderful property. Three pools and a beautiful garden. Delicious breakfast. Great location in Kuta lombok. Staff in this property was amazing in every way i can describe. They rented me a scooter (big bonus) and helped me with everything i needed. Don't look to another if you want the best experience is here.

Het”resort” oogt vriendelijk met een paar blokken kamers en daartussen 3 zwembaden. Het is rustig gelegen nabij de hoofdstraat. Ontbijt is prima. Er zijn gemeenschappelijke keukens waarvan gebruik gemaakt kan worden.

Wifi op onze kamer niet beschikbaar, elders op het terrein wel. Onze airco deed het amper, gelukkig was de fan voldoende. Geen heet water op de kamer, wel zijn er gemeenschappelijke douches. Grootste minpunt is dat het wel enige renovatie behoeft en dat er beter opgeruimd kan worden. Er is best is goeds van te maken.

Goede locatie vlakbij drukke straat met leuke restaurantjes en barretjes maar geen last van . 3 zwembaden verdeeld over het terrein, rustig ‘s nachts

In de kamer koud water ( kwam ook bijna geen water uit want verkalkt) maar dat is geen probleem want je hebt op het terrein ook douche ruimtes met heerlijk warm water

From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and then greeted by name for the rest of my stay. The location is wondering with everything just a 5-10 minute walk, but off the main road so nice and quiet. The room is spacious with a huge bed, and the back pool is surrounded by trees and umbrellas for shade. Breakfast has a selection of eggs or local breakfast dishes, plus fresh fruits, juice and coffee/tea.

Cold showers are perfectly fine for me in such lovely temperatures, but note that if you want a hot shower, you’ll need to go to a separate shower block.

Friendly staff, decent rooms, swimming pools and a good location

La localisation, le jardin, et le petit déjeuner. Mais gros problèmes dans la chambre.

Chambre avec beaucoup d'humidité et d’ odeurs insupportables. La salle de bain est à rafraîchir totalement: cuvette des toilettes tâchée, rideau de douche moisi, pas d’eau chaude, murs avec tâches de moisissures.... bref je suis déçue et je ne conseille pas, même pour 1 nuit.

Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Heerlijk rustig ondanks het drukke Kuta. De mooiste stranden bereik je met een scooter of taxi. Warme douches op het domein, op de kamer enkel koud water.

El personal es maravilloso siempre dispuesto ayudar. La ubicación es muy buena apartada del ajetreo de la carretera principal. Las zonas verdes son muy acosadoras con hamacas y piscinas. Habitación amplia.

La habitación es muy antigua . Necesita reforma. No había nada de presión en ducha y lavabo lo que resultó muy incómodo. A/C que se condensaba y goteaba. Y si ponías el ventilador hacía mucho ruido.

A very well-maintained and spacious resort. The three pools are very relaxing! Our small bungalow was spacious and clean. The location is ideal—everything is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly!

Had the most wonderful time! The rooms are spacious, there is AC and big bathroom. There is also communal kitchen if you would like to cook. There are 2 swimming pools and tiny wooden huts you can rest under! The breakfast is the best I had during my whole trip!! Everyone is super lovely. They can also help with organizing tours or transport! Stayed there as a solo traveller it was a perfect place to get some rest 💙

The friendly family atmosphere and the kindness of the staff

Very easy walk in to town from Yuli’s, pool was great (they had three!) and nasi goreng for breakfast was the best I’ve had. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and you can rent a scooter from them (highly recommend). Great stay

magnifique hotel avec a 2mn a pied du centre vraiment ideal pour ce déplacer a pied, pour repondre au commentaire qui ce plaigne que les douche sont froide dans les chambres il faut savoir que devant chaque chambre il y a d'autre douche supplementaire avec de l'eau chaude et toujours netoiyer donc aucun probleme. le personne est trés gentille et le massage est trés bien aussi. Meuilleurs hotel sur kuta faut pas oublier qu'il y a 3 piscine donc largement le choix :)

Super emplacement au plein centre de Kuta, personnel très sympathique. 3 piscines, et petit déjeuner très bon. Grandes chambres et ménages tous les jours. Espaces extérieurs propres, très grands et soignés. Location de scooter à 200k/jour. Taxi pour se rendre partout sur l'île à des prix compétitifs.

L'eau des douches est froide (solution proposée dès le check-in tout de même, avec des douches chaudes disponibles dans les espaces extérieurs) La wifi est capricieuse

Un homestay molt ben ubicat a la ciutat. Espais molt ben cuidats i molt agradables. Varies piscines. Les habitacions no tenen aigua calenta (hi ha dutxes disponibles amb aigua calenta a les instal·lacions) però la veritat es que no ho trobes a faltar. Les habitacions son grans i còmodes. Pel matí esmorzar cuinat al moment. Tot el personal super amable. Tenen servei de terapeutes si vols fer-te un massatge. Recepció molt atenta.

ガーデンが広くて、ゆったりしている。各部屋の前にはポーチがあり、座ってくつろげる。部屋や朝食レストランにはササク織物のファブリックがあって、ロンボクらしい雰囲気。エリアが3つに分かれていて、それぞれのエリアにプールがあった。朝食も複数ある中から選べる。更にジュースとコーヒーも付いていて嬉しい。比較的リーズナブルに泊まれたのも良かった。敷地内にSPAや服のショップも併設している。それに、チェックアウトの後も、ガーデンのフリースペースでのんびりさせてもらえて助かった。スタッフも親切でフレンドリー。

部屋の中だとwifiが繋がらず、ガーデンや部屋の前のポーチに出なければならなかったのはちょっと不便。ホームステイだから仕方ないが、冷蔵庫や水、シェアキッチンは別のエリアにあるため、少しだけ面倒な時があった。また、室内のシャワーは水シャワーのため、温水シャワーを浴びたい時は、やはりガーデンの共用のシャワールームに行かなければならなかった。私の滞在の部屋のトイレの便座が壊れていたらしく、急遽古いものを取り付けられていたそうで…事前説明されていなかったため、当初困惑してしまった。
