Wunderschöne ruhige Anlage mit Coworking Area, Spa, Pool und lieben Hühnern, man fühlt sich wie in einer anderen Welt. Wahnsinnig tolles Personal, das einen mit Namen gegrüßt hat. Zimmer war super ausgestattet und das Bad war mit dem kleinen „Garten“ ein echter Hingucker.

Die Anlage liegt etwas ab der Hauptstraße, mit dem Roller super zu erreichen, zu Fuß ist man ein kleines Stück unterwegs. Dadurch hat man aber natürlich auch seine Ruhe, was wiederum positiv ist.

Velmi výhodně umístěný hotel. Naproti půjčovna skútru a parkoviště před hotelem. Pokoje veliké a čisté, každý den pokojová služba. Krásný čistý bazén. Milý personál.

Alot of rubbish around the hotel. Not their fault but they could improve it. We were very surprised to learn that the hotel was only 2 years old. Our bedroom was very tired. The taps and shower were full of lime scale and the flooring (laminate?) Was lifting in places. It didn't give a first impression. Also, the taps ran black when first ran or flushed the loo

Es el hotel donde el personal ha sido más atento y con más detalles de todo el viaje. Delante del hotel hay un sitio de alquiler de motos a mejor precio que en Bali y con diferentes opciones que están más que bien, también hay una lavandería que no utilizamos pero que parecía de confianza. Las instalaciones nos gustaron mucho, dispone de piscina central con unas 20 y tantas habitaciones que rodean el hotel. Tienes coworking, gimnasio y servicio de spa, muy recomendable. Además puedes ir a Guru a desayunar caminando 3 minutos, sitio lleno de occidentales con un ambiente joven brutal.

I really liked the location, the infrastructure and the security personal.

They put me in 207 room, it was already smelly from the toilet(toxic) and at night it got really worse. Never give a room like that to noone! Better cancel or refund, find another solution. Instead they masked with perfume but it was impossible to stay there. I had to make a complain by my iniciative to chance room. Really bad welcoming! Then i stayed in 209, no smells but i am bold and i found hair in the floor. Took pictures of the bar. I asked for some compensation and to speak to the manager but they didnt attend, then after more pressure they gave 3 free breakfast. In the end, I already checked out and was preparing to go to the airport, one of the crew said i drinked one bottle of water and had to pay 15000k. But i knew it so i showed the pictures and prove they were wrong. It really said to be treated like this. Its an amazing spot, it deserves better services. I wish you improve. If i could i would give a -10 evaluation.

The staff are amazing, happy & helpful, nothing is too much trouble …. fresh ginger & lemon tea when we were under the weather, everything was perfect. The staff went far beyond expectations when they reattached quickly, effectively & effortlessly getting my forgotten passport to the airport with such grace & easy at every step, I am so grateful, thank you to all, kind regards from marion John & rose I cannot express how grateful I was with their quick & kind

El hotel es espectacular en todos los aspectos, superó nuestras expectativas sin duda. El servicio fue impecable desde el minuto 0, el personal es extremadamente amable y atento en todo momento. Las habitaciones muy limpias y preciosas, estuvimos muy cómodas. El hotel también cuenta con servicio de comida, spa y con coworking, fue genial para poder trabajar! Muy buen internet. Los masajes excelentes. El desayuno estaba espectacular, buenísimo y muy rápido. Sin duda, volveremos!

Albergo stupendo, centrale, con una buona presentazione. Il personale gentilissimo, ci hanno accolto con una bevanda buonissima e rinfrescante, e super disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta, anche se non sempre potevano soddisfarle. L’albergo gode di un ottimo ristorante e di un servizio spa/massaggi favoloso. Sono disponibili anche servizi navetta e noleggio scooter. Anche il bagno era ben fatto, con doccia ampia.

Tre piccole pecche per questa struttura: facendo il bagno in piscina, il costume da bianco mi è diventato verde; purtroppo nel bagno c’era un forte odore di fogna, forse dovuto al caldo; infine il personale quando ha rifatto la stanza, non è stato attento a portare via la frutta rimasta dalla colazione, quindi al nostro ritorno abbiamo trovato il piatto con un po’ di formiche dentro. Altra piccola nota spiacevole: il ristorante purtroppo chiude troppo presto e la prima sera non abbiamo potuto cenare lì perché abbiamo trovato chiuso appena alle nove

Tucked away down the side road off of Kuta chaos. Very pleased with our choice. Rooms are large, everything is walking distance and the beer in the fridge is Cool

The crazy paving stepping stones that are watered in the morning splash mud up your legs. If that’s the best I can do on a negative from the quite frankly the hotel was perfect. There is Construction going on opposite it wasn’t too noisy, but there is some noise. I’ve stayed in a lot worse.

Les chambres ont malheureusement régulièrement une odeur d’égout, et parfois même une odeur d’urine. Dans la salle de bain, en revanche, le problème d’odeur est permanent : une forte odeur d’égout y est constamment présente. Dans la chambre, l’odeur apparaît plutôt par vagues, mais lorsqu’elle revient, elle est vraiment très forte, au point de nous réveiller la nuit. Nous avons également remarqué la présence de fourmis et retrouvé un cafard. Nous comprenons que, dans un environnement tropical, ce sont des choses qui peuvent être difficiles à éviter et que l’établissement n’en est pas forcément entièrement responsable. Cependant, cumulés aux problèmes d’odeurs, ces éléments créent une atmosphère assez désagréable et rendent malheureusement le séjour moins agréable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet while still being close to the main street. The pool was amazing, the staff were very helpful, and the restaurant was good for breakfast. Our room was comfortable, and having a spa on the property was a bonus

The bathroom could use a little bit of work, and there were some small ants in the room, but they didn’t bother us too much. The only real downside, which was out of the accommodation’s control, was a dog nearby that would howl multiple times throughout the night, every night, which did interrupt our sleep

Zona de piscina muy limpia y cuidada. Habitación limpia y con todos los detalles. Ubicación inmejorable. El césped de paso lo están estropeando de tanto riego, lo que hace llevarte todo el barro. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta superior y al subir daba a la zona donde vivían obreros locales, de la obra de al lado, con mucha basura entre sus casas y con el calor subía muy mal olor que a veces entraba a la habitación.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us plenty of food recommendations around Kuta, and every place we tried was excellent, so I can confidently say their suggestions were reliable. They also helped us arrange a motorbike rental, which made getting around very convenient. Before our departure, they even checked whether we needed an airport transfer, which was a thoughtful touch. Their warm hospitality and attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable.

The downside of this property was the bathroom. The shower drain didn’t work properly, so water tended to pool on the floor. The bidet spray occasionally stopped working, and the water pressure was quite low. The hot water was also inconsistent and didn’t work well, so I often had to shower with cold water, which was uncomfortable. At times, I was even shivering after showering and became reluctant to take a shower because of these issues.

De kamer werd elke dag opgemaakt/schoongemaakt. Dat was fijn. Douche was fijn. Zwembad prima ook.

De kamers zijn echt niet normaal gehorig, wij konden onze buren horen praten wat echt super vervelend was. Ook het geluid wat op Lombok wordt afgespeeld (vgm voor het gebed) was bizar hard te horen in onze kamer (dit was om 5 uur sochtends), waardoor we niet goed meer konden slapen. Je krijgt een fles water in de kamer waar zogenaamd sealed op staat, maar toen ik het probeerde smaakte het heel erg naar kraanwater.. wij durfde het niet te drinken. Voor de scooter hadden we 150 duizend per dag afgesproken met t hotel, maar bij betalen maakte ze er opeens 180 van? We zeiden wel dat dat niet klopte en toen hebben ze er 150 van gemaakt, maar het voelde niet goed.

Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The location was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the pool was fantastic, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Het personeel was erg behulpzaam, konden goed Engels en reageerde 24/7 snel op vragen. De accommodatie was erg mooi en nieuw en zag er uit als op de foto’s. De accommodatie was een zijstraat verwijderd van de hoofdweg in Kuta. Let erop dat het hotel is gevestigd in een zijstraat en er geen grabs te bestellen zijn. Advies is om een scooter/fiets te huren als je niet in de volle zon wil/kan wandelen.

Nous avons particulièrement aimé l’amabilité du personnel qui est vraiment aux petits soins. L’emplacement est top et les infrastructures parfaites.

Très bruyant, l’insonorisation n’est pas terrible et les équipements sont un petit peu usés (rouille dans la douche, toilette). Odeur un peu de renfermé/humidité dans la salle de bain.

Coffee shop/restaurant menu isn't very exciting but they make a good expresso, and there are many food options nearby. The balcony lights should have an on/off switch in the room, instead of being centrally turned on all night.

Room was beautiful, bed was comfy and so well equipped Staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything I needed, so easy to contact with quick response via WhatsApp Pool was beautiful and had plenty of day beds, staff replacing with fresh towels regularly Location was great - off the main road but still walking distance to everything in town

Everything was great - from the staff to the facilities, spa, coworking space, pool, and food! It was one of my favorite stays in Lombok. I decided to come back two weeks later and the staff welcomed me back with a beautiful display of flowers in my room!

The staff were nice

front door does not fit the doorframe, with large wonky gaps above and below the door, as well as holes throughout the door itself, leading to many bugs entering the room. - the front door not having a deadbolt or any other lock, meaning anyone with a key card could enter our room and we have no lock to stop them, this made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. - multiple stains throughout the room, the floors and walls, as well as mould inside the pillows. - terrible craftsmanship and painting throughout - the balcony door did not work throughout the duration of our stay, the first day we could not get it open and called reception to help. Someone came in and opened it, we closed it again and then could not open it whatsoever. Yesterday, before leaving, we asked them to come open it again, and they finally decided it was actually broken and that it needed to be fully repaired as we were packing our bags. - the pool area (the bottom of the pool floor) as well as the pool sun loungers were caked in mould, unable to be used in our opinion - the bathroom completely flooded everytime we had a shower, the drainage system was awful and therefore made the bathroom stink of mould for hours after the floor was drying.

The room was very comfortable, although there was some smell from the drains. The staff could not be more helpful. The breakfast and meals were excellent, if not a little limited, especially if you were there more than a couple of days. Nice pool. Spa is a pleasant addition to their services. Well run, and popular.

Hele fijne locatie net buiten het drukke Kuta, met circa 2 minuten op de scooter zit je op de hotspot van Kuta. De kamer is prima qua grootte, erg fijne (warme) douche en het bed is heerlijk. Het park wordt elke dag goed onderhouden door hele lieve mensen!

We hadden een kakkerlak in onze badkamer.. dat was minder, maar goed dit heb je vrijwel overal in Indonesië. De kussens op de ligbedden aan het zwembad zijn wat verschimmeld, deze zijn aan vervanging toe. De leuningen van de stoelen op het balkon geven verfschilfers af waardoor je armen en kleding vies worden. Qua afwerking kan men nog stappen maken. Verder is het belangrijk om te weten dat er naast de accommodatie een werkplek aanwezig is. Deze mensen kijken uit op het zwembad en het balkon. Wij vonden dat vervelend.

I found the room really comfy, clean, spacious, and well decorated!! It didn’t feel too hotel-like, still having that warmth to it which I appreciate!

The only downside for me was that I had to walk a bit farther to places (since I don’t drive scooters) & there’s no public transport in Lombok.

The room we were given must have been the worst in the hotel, strong smell of mould, the staff all hung out in a little corner next to our room, it must have been the area they were given for break to smoke and eat their meals. Other rooms in the hotel looked better so hopefully room 104 was the worst room in the hotel.

My stay at this hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which made the experience even more special. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming - you really feel at home here. The hotel is very cozy and peaceful, located slightly away from the main street, yet just a five-minute walk to all the main spots. One small thing to keep in mind, especially across Lombok during the rainy season: when it rains, there can be quite a lot of deep puddles on the way to the hotel, so be prepared to get a bit muddy. However, this is not a big issue and is quite typical for the area. The rooms are always very clean, housekeeping is done daily, and the breakfasts are delicious. Whenever I needed help or had questions, the staff were always attentive and ready to assist. They truly care about guests and make the stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s not very large, but thoughtfully designed in a way that feels private, calm, and уютно even when there are many guests. There is also a swimming pool, sun loungers, and lovely nature around, so even on rainy days you can relax and enjoy your time on the property. I would gladly return here again. The atmosphere is created with heart, and it’s one of those places you want to come back to again and again.

The team at TIKA are truly wonderful and incredibly helpful. Some of the most attentive and proactive staff I’ve come across in my travels, and they really made the stay feel seamless. The views from both the hotel and the rooms are absolutely beautiful, making it such a special place to wake up in each day. The co-working space is also a massive bonus and makes it perfect if you’re travelling while working remotely. A beautiful stay with genuinely exceptional hospitality and a big thank you to Zayyin!

The only downside during my stay was that there seemed to be a slight mould issue in the original room, which meant I needed to move rooms when I first arrived. That said, the team were very helpful and handled it quickly. I also noticed some black mould on the sunbeds by the pool, which could definitely use a refresh. Aside from that, the property itself is lovely, and the staff were so kind and accommodating throughout.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The property is set down a quiet street and has such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The gardens are beautiful and really well maintained, which adds to the calm vibe. The rooms were spotless and everything felt very clean and well looked after. The standout was definitely the staff – they were incredibly friendly and attentive. Every interaction was warm, they always said hello, and anything I needed was sorted straight away, often followed by checking if I needed anything else. It really made the stay feel special. The food was also great – all meals, smoothies and juices were consistently good.
