Provider-sourced guest reviews.
The bed was excellent but there was no water pressure in the shower and sink. The toilet was rocking and the floors were dirty in the bathroom.
We love the location and the amenities at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast is okay. The coffee is too weak for my tastes.
Location and breakfast
They didn’t clean my room and i ran out of toilet paper
It's the best hotel I've had in the last 10 years. Beautiful facility, amazing staff, complimentary breakfast and happy hour event was fantastic!
Usual great property with a few shortcomings. Breakfast is still lacking. Bring back the “Omelet “ your way. Two choices and $15 each. Elevator was out. Coffee in room is still inadequate. Pool and Jacuzzi were great.
Large spacious room but not divided up by a wall so not really a suite, but extremely nice. New tasteful furnishings and fixtures. Modern barn doors to bathroom and toilet areas that glided smoothly. Shower with separate bathtub. Complimentary drink and snacks at Happy Hour. Very good included hot breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage, waffle maker, etc. Much better than typical hotels of this type at a reasonable price! Staff very friendly too.
No complaints
We recently stayed 3 nights at this Hotel and we left very happy. The Facility is extremely well taken care of by the wonderful staff. Speaking of the staff we were very pleased with the front desk (Cheyenne), Bar Tender (Austin), Breakfast Cook (Name ?) & Shuttle Driver (Andy). Our room was clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. The Hotel is also close enough to downtown and the park to walk back if you don’t want to take the Shuttle. We will be back !
My son and I came down from the SF Bay area for a concert at the Vino Robles. We stayed overnight. Loved this place! Very modern high quality fixtures in the well decorated rooms. Smooth gliding barn doors, corian marble in bath, nice tub and shower. Free drink for happy hour and great breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage and waffles etc. very friendly staff. TV had a million channels. Well priced considering how nice it is!
Nice location about a mile from the main park and restaurants. Large tastefully decorated room. Comfortable King size bed. Nice restaurant in the hotel, free breakfast and happy hour.
For some reason the fan in the bathroom is operated by same switch as light and its motion operated so you cant turn on light without fan. All the lights in the room are operated by one switch and you can't turn them on independently. No towel racks in bathroom to hang towels on.
The property was clean and conveniently set up for happy hour, breakfast, etc.
Very nice place! Spacious, well appointed rooms. Well located for exploring Paso. Friendly staff. And cant beat the price point! High value for what can otherwise be an expensive area of CA.
It’s always a pleasure checking in with Cheyenne. She always make sure everybody’s in my parties are pleased with our stay. Make sure accommodate everything we need. She’s consistent every time.
Great place, awesome staff :)
Fantastic hotel ! The amenities were plentiful the ppl are gracious and kind . The hotel is clean n safe . Always there to be helpful !! The best hotel so far to stay in !!!!!
This is the place you want to stay in. Look no further. After a long day of travel, we (2 adults, 2 young children + our charming, well behaved dog) arrived exhausted and vulnerable. Upon check in, we were instantly relieved to feel both pampered and at home - we were immediately restored. The hotel is beautiful, clean and conveniently located. The classy gestures like complimentary cocktails and snack were much appreciated. The restaurant is impressive. The people behind this hotel clearly know the meaning of integrity, style, value and warmth.
Very clean and accommodating to my handicapped wife and 3 month old grandson. Hotel had a great vibe almost kind of a western chic but modern in its design. Loved the evening cocktail and complimentary breakfast. Nice touches.
Great value for the money! Clean everywhere. Great location; easily walkable to downtown Paso Robles. Professional, friendly staff. Nice bar in house. Better than average included breakfast and eating areas. Nice evening bistro menu. I will stay here the next time in Paso Robles.
Beautiful rooms. Amazing staff.
Our stay at this hotel was great. Friendly staff, nice and clean, quiet and secluded despite being located next to the freeway, and a short drive to downtown and nearby areas for some great food and wineries. It's also very close to grocery stores like Albertsons and Walmart if you need to grab some essentials. A big thanks to Cheyenne for the upgraded room, the extra space and comfortable beds were much needed and greatly appreciated. The complimentary continental breakfast was fine- just enough to get your day started, but there are so many local bakeries and coffee shops that are a must visit. The only annoyance I had was with the elevator. There is only one elevator to the rooms and it is extremely slow and crowded, especially when multiple guests are coming down for breakfast or checking out. I would recommend leaving a few minutes earlier so that you're not stuck waiting a long time for the elevator.
La atención del personal
La ubicación, un poco alejada del centro a pie
They would not honor the “rest and refuel “ promo . The breakfast is dried out powdered eggs and grease soaked russet potatoes. This place was nice when it first opened but has gone downhill. Room had a broken bath door . Definitely going to one of the many other places nearby next time.
Unfortunately the sink was clogged and there were ants on the bathroom counter and on the coffee bar
Is was a great hotel very friendly staff great breakfast I can’t find nothing to complain about and the price was awesome very affordable I’m defiantly returning thxs to all you guys there appreciated it😊
What a perfect place to stay. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The rooms were nice, spacious with all the amenities you need.
We loved everything about this hotel - gracious staff, palatial room, good food and wine, easy access from 101, history of Paso Robles, nice toiletries!
The Oxford Suites in Paso Robles was wonderful. From the wonderful check in experience to the great shuttle service. Happy Hour with free appetizers was perfect after visiting tasting rooms and shopping all day. The hotel is kept so clean. Such a great nights rest. Chas our shuttle driver was a wealth of knowledge about the area. And was so accommodating. I recommend staying at Oxford Suites Paso Robles anytime you are in the area.
The only thing is no one texted me when room was ready
I have stayed here before. It is clean and the fee for dogs is reasonable. The nightly cocktail and breakfast included is great. I think only downside is very little grass for the dog to go pee in and you cannot take dog to where you can eat or get drunk so hard to enjoy together. Other than that great spot and I recommend
The hotel is very nice and offers good rates, great free breakfast and drinks at the social hours in the bar. It is located a short distance to downtown where there are many restaurants and tasting rooms and they have a free shuttle. The best thing is the staff that work hard to make your stay fantastic. We stay at Oxford every trip we take to Paso Robles.
This was a very nice, clean and friendly hotel! Central location so no tours- esp Viator! Shuttle provided to restaurants and entertainment. Lovely rooms, well appointed. It only needs a restaurant connected but we walked to a very good one!
Location was great for sensorio attraction. Rooms are modern and very clean. Family Friendly atmosphere. Complimentary cocktail and buffet style breakfast with reservation. Overall great stay.
The ambiance was stunning, the staff went above and beyond. They have shuttles for free to downtown. The rooms were comfortable, clean and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The bar was a nice touch. Can’t say anything bad. Highly recommend.
That I wasn’t staying longer lol. This place was 10/10. Nothing bad to say
It was an amazing stay. It all started with the customer service I received from Cheyenne before I even arrived. She was so helpful and had a great sense of humor. I have a kid at Cal Poly and UCSB. I usually stay a Hilton. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to Cheyenne who made the difference!!
Oxford is our home away from home When we're in town to visit family or passing through on business. Thank you for another pleasurable stay
The customer service was top notch! I called the morning of and Cheyenne upgraded the room! She was so pleasant on the phone and so was every hotel employee we encountered. The check in process was seamless, room was clean and spacious. We stayed in the two room family suite. I would definitely recommend staying here. I absolutely love the interior decor as well.
Super clean and quiet rooms. Great pool and hot tub. Free happy hour drink and breakfast. The kids and I had a lovely time.
I chose Oxford Suites by looking online without any knowledge of this hotel or any recommendations. We were very surprised how lovely this hotel was. The room was spacious and the added bonus was a cocktail/ wine and an appetizer in the evening from 5:30-7:30 and a full delicious breakfast from 7-9 every morning. Oxford Suites is quiet indoors with a beautiful pool outside. This hotel is located very close to all the amazing wineries in this area and is a few blocks away from the downtown park. I highly recommend this affordable hotel in Paso Robles!
This is an outstanding hotel. Clean, classy, quiet, professional. Great location. Wonderful breakfast.
The visit would’ve been been perfect with the exception of (3) factors! With one being VERY IMPORTANT! A toilet that’s stable on the floor! Nothing worse than using a toilet that feels as though it’s gonna cone off the floor! And thst was our experience with our room! Secondly. NO towel racks to hang our wet towels after using! The two little black hooks in the bathroom were not enough. And third only two garbage bags for the three garbage cans! No extras for a two night stay.
Overall, I thought the stay was enjoyable. The hotel was clean, the room was well maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a great job throughout our visit. The service from the front desk, however, was a mixed experience. One young Black gentleman at the front desk provided some of the best customer service I've ever received. He was welcoming, professional, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. In fact, I overheard several other people in the elevator complimenting him as well. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel and certainly deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides. Unfortunately, my experience with another front desk employee was quite different. A white woman, who appeared to be around 40 years old, came across as condescending and dismissive. Her tone made interactions feel uncomfortable, and it left a negative impression. I also overheard other guests expressing similar concerns about their interactions with her, so it didn't seem to be an isolated experience. The complimentary breakfast was good overall. While it wasn't anything particularly memorable, there was a nice variety of options, and it was a convenient way to start the day. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning. With consistently friendly customer service across the front desk, the experience would have been even better.
Clean, Comfortable, and Genuinely Welcoming We had a great stay at Oxford Suites Paso Robles for our anniversary weekend. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is very clean, practical, comfortable, centrally located, and a very good value for the money. It has a bit of a Holiday Inn Express feel, but better executed and with a more welcoming atmosphere. The biggest highlight of our stay was the staff. Cheyene was extremely welcoming from the moment we arrived and gave us helpful information about wineries, things to do in Paso Robles, and the hotel in general. She also left a bottle of prosecco and a very thoughtful note in our room, which was a really nice touch and made our stay feel special. The shuttle service was also invaluable. It made it easy and safe to visit wineries without worrying about driving, and that added a lot to the overall experience. The included breakfast was convenient and perfectly adequate for starting the day before heading out to wineries. It is similar to what you would expect from a good Holiday Inn Express-style breakfast, so I would not book the hotel specifically for the breakfast, but it was definitely nice to have included. The property was very clean throughout, and the housekeeping team was attentive and friendly. The location was also convenient, close to downtown Paso Robles and an easy drive to several wineries we wanted to visit, including Booker and Austin Hope. A special thank you to Catherine, the General Manager, as well. The hotel is clearly well run, clean, and staffed by a genuinely welcoming team. Overall, Oxford Suites Paso Robles is a very solid choice if you want a clean, comfortable, well-located hotel with friendly service and good value. We would definitely stay here again.
Staff were very professional. It is a very clean hotel and any requests we had were addressed immediately. Walking distance to downtown and short drives to many wineries. They also had nice amenities.
We stayed at the Oxford Suites Paso Robles with our two children for a night. We were very impressed with the clean, large, modern rooms. The gym was not large but had very new equipment and was clean, with a sauna and steam room. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary welcome drink and snack and the breakfast buffet was decent. Staff were all very friendly. Would definitely stay again!
Really happy with this property, but some things have changed here. First double check your reservations.. I booked through their online link for a special that included a $50 gas card, but when I arrived they said the link didn’t work & they refused to honor it. Another thing that has changed is their breakfast. They no longer have the omelette station on the included breakfast. It is now on a specialty breakfast menu that you can pay for. There were multiple people complaining about the breakfast in the dining room. The available options were fine & what you would expect from every other hotel breakfast.
Our overall experience was a positive one. From the size of the room, the complimentary breakfast, to the cocktail hour. The one thing we did notice however, was the lack of welcome from the front desk people. Each time we passed by them we were not greeted nor acknowledged. A simple ‘good morning’ or ‘ have a nice day’ would have gone a long way in customer service.
This hotel is excelent! The staff are so friendly, the facitlities are exceptionally clean and organized. 100% recommend
Great location, lovely property and extremely friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely choose Oxford Suites in Paso again.
The hotel was in a perfect location for our trips to local wineries. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. My rating is because there are no towel racks in the bathroom (one hook - that’s it) and while the breakfast was very good and plentiful, the coffee was absolutely terrible - weak and without any flavor. We went to a local shop each morning.
We travel several times a year to or through Paso Robles on our way north. We have stayed in multiple hotels throughout the years. We were very pleased with Oxford suites, rooms are spacious, great beds, large bathrooms, ours had a tub and stalled shower. It was spotless. Breakfast was included and a happy hr with a free drink and appetizer.
We really enjoyed our stay at Oxford Suites. The room was perfect for us. The facility itself was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Excellent location. My family enjoyed the pool, the gym, and we enjoyed the peaceful afternoon in the lounge. My grandsons also really enjoyed the breakfast. Will definitely be back.
Comfortable, clean, friendly with a nice perk of an evening cocktail and a hot breakfast. Within walking distance of downtown Paso Robles, so that was nice. Only drawback was there's only one elevator and no stairs that you can take up to your floor. The exit stairs only take you to the outside of the building but then you can enter easily back into lobby.
Just returned from a nice Paso getaway and stay at our favorite Oxford Suites. Always a smile to greet you after a few hours long drive, we were quickly checked in and headed for the social and a delicious pint, which turned into dinner. We were delightfully surprised by the exceptional and delicious menu offerings, we had yet to try. I ordered the Angus Green Chili Burger, while my husband settled on the chicken sandwich. The serving size of the sandwiches were generous and came with a healthy portion of french fries or fresh salad. What a great way to start our weekend stay. Of course the breakfast is always a really appetizing variety in the morning, after which a stroll into downtown follows. The Fitness Center is a wonderful respite early morning or as time permits within your activity schedule. We especially enjoyed the dry sauna this time following cardio and weights. What a perfect way to finish a workout. Always sad to have to leave, we look forward to our next celebration or simply a relaxing escape away. Thank you for your amazing hospitality!
Awesome place! Awesome time! Big room! The included breakfast was amazing and was an awesome start to the day. The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. The best thing was the free shuttle offer to downtown or within 5 miles. We used this a lot! The one downside was the lines/long wait for the elevator but we just used the stairs if in a hurry! Loved this place and would definitely come back!
We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having a shuttle to and from Sensorio was a huge plus!
This is a wonderful hotel! Many amenities to enjoy, like a pool, workout room, sauna, steam room, and hot tub. We loved both their buffet breakfast and welcome reception, complete with drink and snack. And, to top it all off, their shuttle service is extraordinary! Thank you for a relaxing two nights in Paso Robles! We will definitely be back!
My husband and I have visited the Paso Robles location many times and have loved the extra touches such as a glass of wine in the evening and a hot breakfast in the morning all included. Our rating would have been 5 stars if they didn’t cut back on the individually made omelette in the morning and substituted for premade scrambled eggs. We have mentioned that to management and hopefully they will bring back the omelette station. Great location, clean and welcoming.
Nice hotel, always very clean and centrally located to downtown Paso.
Nothing
We wish we could have stayed longer than one night! We were four and had a really nice, very comfortable room perfect for our family! We’ll definitely come back!
This hotel has great service & staff. The location is great
Breakfast was standard for this type of hotel…Egg were warm not hot, sausage the same. I would have had waffles, but was unable to locate any sugar free syrup, I'm diabetic.
The Surprise $59 charge 4 days after checkout. Original Booking Quote was: $174.37. I was billed on my CC: $164.38 on 10 May $ 1.00 on 10 May $ 9.00 on 11 May $ 59.00 on 14 May ….this make the bill $233.38 or $59.01 more than the original quoted price…Why?
One elevator, took a while to go up and down.
Excellent stay, great breakfast and afternoon wine with snacks all complimentary. Comfortable bed, great location....
It was very clean. Our stay came with a drink ticket and breakfast everyday. It is close enough to walk to the square. The rooms are so quiet. We never heard traffic nor neighbors. The hotel even featured a wine tasting from a local vineyard. It was great! Would definitely stay here again
This is our favorite stop when in the Central Cali wine region. Excellent in every way!
It felt newly decorated. Big bathrooms and rooms. Very clean. Good location
I think the food could use more fresh fruit and better coffee
Every touch point was perfect. The front desk staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. When I arrived to my room, there was a welcome package with bath bombs. My favorite part about Oxford suites is the large bathtub. The bath bombs were so moisturizing and smell beautiful. What a wonderful touch! In the morning, I enjoyed the breakfast. The coffee was perfect. The waffles, the eggs everything was amazing again the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Oxford suites for business or personal travel. Thank you Oxford suites.!
Quick trip to the coast and a 1-day stay in Paso Robles to visit some friends on the way home. Very nice facility perfect for our needs.
Oxford suite in Paso Lobles is always our first choice. We have been staying thus hotel over 5 years when we visit wineries. This hotel used to serve custom made olmlet but not anymore since 4 months ago which understandable because of inflation. It is still a best choice because of comfortable beds, big soak tub, chill atmosphere and 1 free drink for happy hour for everyone. We love to stay " Oxford suite" in Paso Lobles
My room was lovely!
The elevator could take a while if a lot of people were using it.
Everything was fine accept we missed hot breakfast like omelette. Why did they stop it? People who made them are there but no omelette.
Always delightful!!! Staff is amazing, immaculate rooms! We scored when we started staying here! Love this hotel!
Recently renovated. Everything is new and clean. The rooms are spacious and cozy.
Clean, quiet, accommodating, nice pool, back patio, breakfast was hot & delicious, great bartenders-just all around great place to stay. Close to downtown & most wineries 20-30 min away
Hotel is warm and inviting. Staff were helpful. I enjoyed the free breakfast (substantial amount of different foods to start the day) and the free drinks at the bar for happy hour. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were a good size. Overall very comfortable hotel.
Great stay
Everything was fine.
Very clean, great amenities and value.
Only one elevator and very slow. The morning coffee with the complimentary breakfast was like water, terrible. And was like that every day. Apparently they were aware of it and “working on it”
Clean spacious room. Friendly staff. Breakfast provided was delicious. Kate & Cordelly were wonderful.
None
The staff was so nice the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast had a great assortment for my boys (I’m vegan so I stuck with the potatoes, coffee, and bagel). I also loved the nightcap that’s included - go to the bar and get a drink of your choosing each night and you can bring it up to your room. My boys LOVE a hotel and were so excited about the “secret bed” (sofa bed) and loved how massive the tub was. I also love how pet friendly the hotel is - they have a huge space out back. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back.

The hotel itself is very nice, extremely clean and well located. Very quiet for the most part, exceptions I will state later in my review. Staff mostly very nice and helpful. Breakfast very good and the evening social was nice with the bartenders extremely nice and accommodating. I would give it 5 stars but there was a problem with my room that was assigned, not sure if it was anyone's fault necessarily. Arrive 4:00 check in, one person at the lobby counter, a little bit of a wait. My turn, the young lady, who was difficult to understand what she was saying, acted as though I had no reservation, even after giving her my ID. I stated I had pre-checked in on my phone, and she found it. When she stated my room, 2 beds and two baths, i reminded her that the previous day I had paid for top floor room and got an approval. She informed me that the room I had booked is not available on top floor, which surprised me, but I was tired and said okay take off my charge, which she said she did. We were on the third floor, right beside the elevator. Unloaded our stuff, (we travel heavy) notice one shower in one bath was an accessible shower. I was concerned about that, and being so close to elevator due to potential noise, but we didn't want to bother and unpacked, relaxed and later went out to get some dinner. After a poor night's sleep due to noise from those above us and the elevator noise went to breakfast, used the other shower which was also accessible with the seats and dual water sources, we fully inspected and determined we were in an accessible room. Got a text from the hotel asking about our stay, I responded that it wasn't ideal but didn't want to pack up and relocate and unpack again. I would recommend the hotel to others but would warn to make sure you receive the room you ordered. I double checked my confirmation email and did not reserve an accessible room.
Muy cómodo
Todo me gustó
Everything you need at the end of a long road trip — and nothing to complain about. Clean room, great WiFi, friendly staff, and a very reasonable price. Sometimes that's exactly the win you're looking for. Well done. Hats off to the team here.
Well maintained property, great bar area with evening cocktails and included breakfast. Comfortable, well stocked room. Our new favorite in the area (second visit)!
Lage war sehr gut. Alles in Gehweite erreichbar.
Frühstück gab es nur bis 09.00 Uhr. Dies ist für Ferien zu früh.
Great location. Suits all my needs. Great breakfast and fun complimentary happy hour
Excellent stay start to finish. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub nice and the bar relaxing. We appreciated all of the staff who took care of us.
Hands down this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Its super cute boutique vibe was adorable and unique. All staff were friendly and professional. It was immaculate and offered free parking, free breakfast that was fantastic, free airport shuttle, and a daily free wine and appetizer social hour, and many other amenities. We stayed there for 5 days .
First time staying at Oxford Suites Paso Robles, and it was truly impressive! From the easy ( and early ) check-in to equally easy checkout. Very friendly interactions with all the staff during our stay. Surprised by the complimentary cocktails and tapas in their nice little relaxing lounge . The complimentary breakfast was also great - a step up from most . There was rain off and on , I noticed they placed a filled umbrella stand by the entrance for guests. Very clean room, great linens and comfortable bed and nicely appointed and comfortable furnishings . Ample and good quality toiletries too! Can’t say enough good things about this place. They absolutely know hospitality, and made us feel welcome and a bit pampered too. We will come back again and I highly recommend Oxford Suites in Paso Robles .
Good size rooms, great shower pressure (some might find it too much!), friendly staff
Lighting in the room
Location is at the end of town, so you needed to drive to downtown. But it was quiet, the staff was friendly, the accommodations were great. Great bang for the buck!
Nothing, everything was great, including the manager, Catherine!
Breakfast was about average for a chain hotel. Coffee was weak, no omelettes(were advertized), room was large and very clean. Being right next to the elevator, I heard it going up and down so used my airpods to dull the sounds. Staff was friendly and appreciated the Happy Hour drinks!
Noises from elevator and electrical panel next to my room were noisy. Was expecting a better breakfast as omelettes were advertized.
Excellent location, fantastic breakfast and happy hour, dog friendly, very hospitable staff. I’ve stayed here 3 times and this is always my first choice accommodation in Paso Robles.
There’s only one elevator for the entire building. Expect longer wait times for the elevator during peak hours (5-10 mins).
Thanks for having us! We loved that we were greeted everywhere!!! The shuttle was a huge plus.
The location was excellent, we could walk to downtown and shopping. The bed was really comfortable.
Clean, close to everything and offered a great breakfast. Wonderful stay.
Long wait for the elevator
Great location, clean. Everything looked in very good conditions. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everything function correctly. Personel were really kind.
Great front desk, breakfast staff.. Very comfortable room & very well appointed. Loved the bathroom as well. Very good breakfast food & nice happy hour. We'll definitely return.
A lot of kids running around. Maybe more comfortable bar area.
Suite is supposed to be separate bedroom with its own door
Functional at best .

Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar/breakfast area attractively furnished, clean, and well managed.
Just one elevator slowed access to upper floors.
The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and very comfortable
