Enorm netjes en lekker ruim. De badkamer en de douche zijn fantastisch. Ook het personeel is erg vriendelijk en wil graag met alles helpen. Voor ons een dikke 10! 30seconden lopen van een mooi strand.

Wij hadden dit verblijf geboekt en werden gebeld door de eigenaar die ons vertelde dat ze ‘fully booked’ waren terwijl op booking nog 3-4 kamers beschikbaar waren. Hij kon niet uitleggen waarom dit niet op booking stond en we moesten zelf via booking ons geld terugvragen omdat hij de boeking niet annuleerde.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luaya Beach! Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere made us feel very comfortable from the first day. The room and the whole property were very clean and well maintained, and the location is fantastic — very close to the beach. A special mention for the delicious Sri Lankan breakfasts! They were fresh, varied and full of flavour, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Es war bis jetzt unser schönster Aufenthalt auf Sri Lanka. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Zimmer befinden sich in einem top gepflegten Zustand. Aber das beste ist die Gastfreundschaft vom gesamten Team. Super hilfsbereit, geben gerne Tips und sind nicht aufdringlich. Unbedingt das Frühstück mit dazubuchen. Preis-Leistung ist hierbei einzigartig.

Mi sono trovata davvero molto bene in questo posto. Le camere sono molto pulite e il soggiorno è stato piacevole e tranquillo. Per l’acqua calda c’è uno scaldabagno: basta accenderlo e in circa 5 minuti è pronto. Il proprietario e Kalpa, il ragazzo che lo aiuta, sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili. Ogni volta che ho avuto bisogno di qualcosa si sono fatti in quattro per aiutarmi, sempre con grande cortesia e senza mai essere invadenti. E la colazione è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: davvero ottima, abbondante e preparata con cura. Un posto semplice, curato e dove ci si sente bene. Lo consiglio sicuramente a chi cerca un buon posto dove soggiornare a Negombo.

Los desayunos son incréibles, todo está recién hecho y súper fresco. Los chicos que lo preparan son encantadores. La ubicación es perfecta: muy cerca de la playa y cerca de Tangalle. Zona tranquila, pero cerca de todo. El dueño del hotel está muy pendiente de los huespedes, te recomienda lugares y te resuelve dudas. Siempre dispuesto a conversar y a hacer que tu estancia sea inovidbale. En mi caso, lo fue!! Lo recomiendo mucho.

We had a lovely stay here! We stayed in a private double room, which was very cute, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We were welcomed with a fresh coconut as soon as we arrived, which was such a nice touch and made us feel very welcome right away. We also added the Sri Lankan breakfast for $5 per person, and it was absolutely worth it. It was delicious and came with a great variety of different dishes, so it was a perfect way to try a little bit of everything. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly throughout our stay, and the whole place had a really nice and cozy atmosphere. Overall, a very sweet and welcoming place that we really enjoyed staying at. Definitely recommended! 😊

The owner and the hosts are very friendly, you can always chat with them, they are very attentive, will make sure that your stay is awesome! Very sweet people, really, always smiling and polite! The location is amazing, right next to the beach. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need! We loved especially the huge breakfast, best curry!

Nach mehr als 3 Wochen Sri Lanka war das eine Ruheoase. Das Zimmer war extrem sauber, das Wasser war warm und der Besitzer und die Angestellten sehr einfühlsam. Danke

Świetne miejsce, przemiły gospodarz i personel. Bardzo się starają. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Czysto, wygodnie, suszarka do włosów, minibar w lodówce, ciepła woda pod prysznicem, wygodny nowy materac 😀 Pyszne śniadania, świeże soki, chłodny kokos do picia na powitanie. Bardzo blisko plaży i targu. Polecam 🙂 Ogromna prośba do mieszkańców i turystów: proszę, pamiętajcie o bezpańskich psach, kiedy tylko możecie. One też głodują i cierpią, a odrobina życzliwości może wiele zdziałać. 🐕❤️ psy są grzeczne i spokojne, grzecznie czekają aż nałoży im się jedzenie.

Super petit hôtel de plain pied (que 5 chambres), 2 des chambres ont une terrasse bien agréable donnant sur un petit jardinet. Un personnel très attentionné et des prestations de très haute qualité pour le prix (très bons et copieux petit déj). La plage est à 100m mais attention les vagues sont grosses (en été) !

La família que porta aquest petit hotel, es encantadora i ens han fet sentir com a casa. Sempre pendents de nosaltres. L’hotel esta molt aprop de la platja (5 minuts). Les habitacions i els labavos estan nete i ben cuidats. L’esmorzar es super complet!

Nosaltres no ho hem necessitat perquè portavem dades al mòbil, pero el wifi no acaba de funcionar del tot bé.

La gentilezza dello staff - Abbiamo avuto un upgrade (senza chiederlo) della camera per essere vicini al nostro amico. Lahiro ci dato l’indirizzo di un centro e abbiamo visto una tartaruga gigante deporre le uova. Ottima permanenza. Colazione buonissima e super abbondante😊

I booked this hotel based on all of the prior amazing reviews and am so happy that I did! It was very clean and comfortable with GREAT breakfasts (that you could tell were made with love)! And, most importantly, the family that runs the hotel is simply AMAZING! They are so kind and helpful Included among their MANY acts of kindness was the complimentary ride in their tuk tuk to the bus station (where they stayed with me and made sure I got on the right bus.) ❤️

Locatie. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Behulpzame medewerker. Sri Lankaanse gastvrijheid maar wel privacy. Je hebt je eigen terras en ook nog een zitje. Heerlijk ontbijt. Ze regelen ook een kook cursus, activiteit of vervoer als je wilt.

I loved my stay and kids had so much fun staying here. The owner was so sweet and nice that he helped us to book a Yala safari tour as well.We saw monkeys playing the backyard just a moment to add it to my journal.

Lovely place! Really nice hotel close to the beach. Friendly hosts who will help you if you have any questions. Best shower we’ve had in Sri Lanka after a month of being here.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen met een King Coconut. Zeer gezellige tuin/veranda/entree. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime kamer met koelkast / mini-bar en ruime badkamer. Rustige ligging in de directe nabijheid van strand en centrum. Eigenaar was zeer behulpzaam en had goede tips.

Unser Aufenthalt in Luaya war großartig! Die schönste Unterkunft die wir in Sri Lanka in einem Monat hatten. Die Zimmer waren schön modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, groß mit einer super AC und einem großen schönen gefließten Bad. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und sauber und das Zimmer war sehr schön hell durch die vielen Fenster. Sogar schöner als auf den Bildern. Falls ihr überlegt das teurere Zimmer mit der "eigenen" kleinen Terrasse zunehmen: Auf jeden Fall machen! Der Garten ist groß und hell und wir konnten eine Affenfamilie, viele verschiedene Vögel und Streifenhörnchen beobachten. Auch der Service war super: Der Inhaber war immer ansprechbar und hat einem Tipps gegeben ohne einem etwas aufzudrängen. Zum Beispiel empfiehlt er auch Bus zu fahren wenn es sich lohnt anstatt einem ein TukTuk aufzuquatschen, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Auch die Angestellten waren mega nett und das Frühstück war der Hammer! Hier bekommt man für das kleine Geld eine riesige Auswahl von salzig bis süß! Und geschmacklich kaum zu übertreffen! Das Meer ist 2 min zu Fuß entfernt, der Bahnhof 10 min und viele gute Restaurants sind auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Alles in allem eine großartige Erfahrung! Wir haben sogar noch spontan 2 Tage verlängert, da uns das Hotel so gut gefallen hat.

Sehr freundliches Personal und fußläufig zum Strand und in die Stadt. Man kann regelmäßig sein Wasser kostenlos auffüllen. Die Unterkunft ist schön ruhig gelegen.

Sehr nettes Personal. Hat uns mit der Organisation von Tuk Tuks und Transfer geholfen. Super Frühstück, hatten jeweils Sri Lanka als auch English breakfast- beide super reichhaltig und fein. Hatten die Bungalows mit Garten - Top!

We had a wonderfull stay at Luaya Beach. The location is perfect - just across the beach in a quiet part of Tangalle. Everything is within walking distance. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and even had a mini fridge filled with drinks. Also the staff was really nice and made sure we hay everything we needed. We‘d come back!

Spacious and squeaky clean room. Absolutely amazing breakfast (the best we've had in Sri Lanka so far). Hotel is located 50m away from the beach. Lot's of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Staff is amazing.

The breakfast was great, left me super full! Love the option between Sri Lankan breakfast and English breakfast. The rooms were also very clean and spacious and they provide you with free water. The staff were also super helpful and nice!

We had a great time. The owner, Lahiru, took excellent care of us and organised several things during our stay (taxi, safari, scooter rental). Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was very reasonably priced. The accommodation was lovely, with a spacious bedroom and bathroom, and everything we needed. Breakfast was very generous and served each morning by Kalpe with a beautiful smile. We were lucky enough to book the room with the back garden—so relaxing. You feel completely immersed in nature. We loved seeing birds and other wildlife; it was one of the highlights of our trip. The garden and front reception area are very tidy and clearly well looked after. Highly recommend. When we’re back in Tangalle, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything🙏

I had a great stay at Luaya Beach. Everybody was very friendly. The Sri Lankan breakfast was very good; I particularly enjoyed the string hoppers and dhal. Located just a couple minutes walk from the beach. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. I would definitely recommend staying here if coming to Tangalle.

Welcoming staff, rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. We did the kayak tour if the lagoon which was fun! The staff were very helpful and breakfast superb.

Heerlijke kamer, ook een heerlijk zitje in de kamer en goede zitzakken voor de kamer op het terras. De mensen zijn super lief, op het terras is ook een ventilator en er is veel muggenbescherming. Super fijn! Ontbijt is ook echt heerlijk, vers fruit, koffie en keuze voor europees of sri lankaans ontbijt. Wij hebben erg genoten van deze plek! Ook waren er genoeg dieren te zien in de tuin (eekhoorn, reuze eekhoorn, varaan, pauw en vele vogels).

Super Lage, um zu Fuss unterwegs zu sein. Das Zimmer war sauber und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bewirtet.

The rooms were clean, air conditioned, comfortable and had everything that we required. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Located very close to the beach and various bars/restaurants, however, still minimal noise. The breakfast was great, we tried both the Sri Lankan and English breakfasts and enjoyed these, the portions were generous too!

Supertrevlig personal, som verkligen tar hand om stället och alla som bor där. Det finns gratis vatten att fylla på vilket är ett stort plus. Finns kyl på rummet även med dricka till rimliga priser. Renommerat starkt detta boende! Nära till många trevliga restauranger och de erbjuder många olika typer av tjänster så som tvättning och de hyr även ut moppe. Allting vi behövde kunde de fixa. Helt klart 10/10!! Frukosten är också ett stort plus. Bokar man med uteplats så får man frukosten serverade precis utanför rummet på sin egna lilla uteplats, hur trevligt som helst.

Comfortable bed with very good mosquito nets. Hot shower! Good sized room. Air con is amazing. Fridge in the room stocked with beer, soft drinks and beer - we had ice cold water! Very hospitable and helpful staff. Lovely area with bean bags and hanging chairs to chill out on. Very clean.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt maximal 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und in der Umgebung befinden sich viele Restaurants.
