Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The hotel room was nice and clean, with a refrigerator and kettle—basically, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also clean. I was very pleased with my stay! Most importantly, it's close to Arnavutköy Hastane Metro, a 10-minute walk! I'd like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff. Everyone was very friendly and polite, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and a great mood. I've already been here fout times, and I hope to come back again as a regular guest! Thanks to everyone! I highly recommend this excellent hotel! See you soon!

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Good rooms and breakfast.
The receptionist refuses to issue an invoice. Also, we asked him to call a taxi to get us to the metro station. He called "a friend". It was a horrible experience. The driver lied to us about going to the metro station and took us to the airport instead. Disrespectful and his style of driving was dangerous, we didn't feel safe (two women with children)! I know the hotel is not responsible for the taxi driver but they should choose more reliable partners. I had much better experiences in other hotels before when they called a taxi.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026One of the staff members had a really bad attitude and was very unfriendly. It took him over an hour just to bring a hairdryer, and because of his unkind attitude, this stay was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The room was dark and dirty, unlike the photos, and the shower glass door was broken. The breakfast was also different from the photos, just a simple meal. I want the unkind man to know that as long as you're kind, our stay will be comfortable no matter what kind of room it is.

- •Very good value for money / price-quality ratio
- •Many guests report friendly and helpful staff
- •Clean and reasonably sized rooms reported by several guests
- •Convenient for short/stopover stays and transfer arrangements
Areas to consider
- •Tobacco smell reported in some rooms (carpets/curtains)
- •Noise from street/area / limited noise isolation
- •Inconsistent cleanliness; some rooms reported as dirty
- •Isolated negative service incidents (rude staff, taxi partner issue, invoice refusal)
- •Breakfast sparse/poor and sometimes not included
- •Occasional maintenance issues (no hot water, broken shower glass, delayed hairdryer)
Cleanliness
6.6/10Mixed reports: several guests mention dirty rooms, tobacco smell in carpets/curtains and a broken shower/glass door, while others report clean, large rooms — overall below average but not uniformly poor.
Service
9.4/10Generally praised as friendly and helpful in many reviews (easy WhatsApp communication, helpful reception), with a few isolated but serious negative incidents (rude staff member, long wait for hairdryer, taxi partner issue, refusal to issue invoice) that slightly reduce the score.
Location
10/10Consistently highlighted as a major positive: very central, near shops/cafés, about 20 min to the airport and convenient for transfer — noise from the street/area noted but location itself is excellent.
Room Quality
7.5/10Rooms are often described as large and comfortable with good bathrooms, but complaints include lack of windows in some rooms, dark appearance in others, occasional tobacco smell and broken fixtures — overall decent but inconsistent.
Amenities
7.8/10Basic amenities are present (transfer arranged, hairdryer available) but there are service hiccups (slow provision of hairdryer, no hot water reported by one guest) and unclear breakfast inclusion; overall functional but uneven.
Value for Money
9.9/10Frequently described as very good value or unbeatable price-performance; multiple guests call it a good value option for an airport stay.
Food and Beverage
6.2/10Breakfast is repeatedly criticized as sparse, different from photos, and not always included in price (small selection: one boiled egg, veggies, ham & cheese, bread); coffee/tea available but limited beverage selection.
Overall Experience
8.2/10Mixed overall: strong positives for location and value and generally friendly staff, tempered by cleanliness issues, occasional service incidents and noise — reflects an overall good-but-imperfect stay.
