Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from the staff, who kindly offered us coffee. The hotel features a pleasant first-floor cafe. Although we had booked a quad room, the hotel informed us it was unavailable. Following some discussion, we accepted an alternative arrangement of one triple room and one single room. Surrounded by many shops and cafes for easy dining. Only 10–20 minutes by taxi to IST Airport, or 3 stops on the metro, and the nearest metro station is a relaxing 15-minute walk away.

The initial triple room smelled of cigarette smoke, but management promptly reassigned us to a fresh room. Unfortunately, the single room lacked a window, and the bathroom was stuffy and lacked proper ventilation.

Amazing service! Exceptionally friendly people. Nice breakfast with a room service. Very quite location. Definitely I'll stay here again.

The customer service was excellent everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. We also loved that the hotel provides airport transportation, which made our trip much more convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

酒店交通便利，离伊斯坦布尔机场不是很远，坐M11只有三个站，从地铁站走路到酒店约15分钟。在酒店附近可以坐336公交去老城eminonu码头。

Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό, απο τον Manager μέχρι το service. Και να υπήρχαν μικρές ατέλειες τις υπερκερασε η πολιτιμη βοήθεια τους. Τους ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Единственное, нам прислали письмо с ценами на трансфер в аэропорт Сабихи Гекчен ,цена была 60 €,как только я начал договариться о цене,ценник сразу поднялся до 100€.пришлось отказаться.

Быстрое заселение. До метро можно дойти пешком. Рядом торговый центр и много кафе. На нижнем этаже есть кафе. Есть лифт. Очень удобная постель. Не шумно, не прокурено! Есть чайник, чай, кофе, сахар. В утром девушка принесла красиво завтрак в постель! Там был даже арбуз и черешня. Молодой человек на рецепции очень услужливый. разрешили оставить вещи до вечера. Городок тоже милый и приятный. Удобно добираться в аэропорт. для желающих есть недорогой трансфер.

Zeer vriendelijke personeel, İrfan bey en Rohan en ook de andere heren waren zeer klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers waren ruim en comfortabel. Het voldeed aan onze verwachtingen

It was in a good location. It was satisfactorily clean.

We pre booked an airport transfer, I received a message saying it was confirmed. On arrival nothing was arranged we had to wait while they arranged everything on the fly. We reserved a large 3 person room. We were in a small one, smaller than advertised. The shower in the room didn’t work. I asked for more drinking water in the morning, I was told I couldn’t have any; I’m aware it was a cheap hotel, I’d have been happy to pay - but I was just told no, no more water.

We stayed here because of the proximity to the airport. Excellent choice. Large room, friendly staff, OK breakfast and decent price. About 15 mins walk to the subway for the airport.We'd stay here again.

The service is amazing. You get a daily breakfast in your room. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. I stayed in many hotels but the people in this hotel were especially kind.

Rohan the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful even with the language barrier. It's a nice hotel and the room was clean with a comfortable bed, good lighting, a powerful shower and a complementary breakfast for Genius members. The room rate is excellent value. The hotel is located a few stops from IST Airport on the Metro and then 15 minute walk.

На ресепшн работает русскоговорящая девушка. Номер был без окна, но для ночёвки это не проблема. Заселили быстро, можно платить евро, до метро 10 минут пешком, сочетание цена/качество идеальное

I would recommend staying here for an overlay or something. The breakfast is brought to the room and that was very helpful. It’s a small scale hotel with friendly staff. I was busy working and stayed in so for me it was just the room that was necessary.

It could have a spa or something like a fitness for a long stay. But they do offer massages which I didn’t book. It’s 45 min from Beyoğlu.

Konaklamam boyunca her şey mükemmeldi. Otelin konumu çok merkezi; metroya yürüme mesafesinde olması ve havalimanına sadece 10 dakikada ulaşılabilmesi büyük avantaj. Odalar son derece şık ve tertemizdi. Ayrıca çamaşırlarımızın ücretsiz yıkanıp ütülenmesi bizi çok özel hissettirdi. İnce düşünülmüş tüm detaylar için çok teşekkür ederiz!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Spät nachts wurde das Zimmer geputzt als Wiedergutmachung- es gab eine Misskommunikation bzgl. der Zimmerreinigung und das Personal hat sofort angeboten das Zimmer sauber zu machen trotz der späten Uhrzeit und uns auf einen Kaffee im Untergeschoss bei der Cafeteria eingeladen.

Die Wände sind ein wenig hellhörig, aber bei zu lauter Lautstärke aus dem Nachbarzimmer hat das Personal eingegriffen.

Соседи курят прям а номере и дым проникает в твой номер! Нужно запретить продавать сигареты во всей турции! Всех курильщиков в номерах штрафовать на 1000€

İstanbul’a her gelişimde tercih ettiğim otel. Konumu, temizliği, yastık kalitesi çok iyi. Havalimanına ulaşım çok kolay. Avm’ye yakın olmasında büyük avantaj.

If you're looking for the best transit hotel near Istanbul Airport, look no further! After traveling all the way from Bangladesh-Qatar-USA, the Lavender Hotel was a breath of fresh air. They treated me with such warmth and are currently adding even more great features for families and business guests. The only minor note is that the cleaning could be a bit more meticulous, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

Отзывчивый и веселый паренек на ресепшене встретил, все рассказал и показал на уверенном английском. С утра была милая девушка, чуть знающая русский проводила на завтрак.

Завтрак так себе, за напитки платить отдельно и капучино не вкусный

The hotel is located near the Arnavutköy metro station. The room was clean, everything functioned, the bed was comfortable. Everything was good, thank you.

Заметила сразу при заселении ужасный запах табака. Но это не от прокуренности комнаты. Это скорее проблема вентиляции ! Кто-то курит, а весь дым тянет в комнату. Невозможно жить и спать. Большой стресс !

Отличный транзитный отель для ночёвки при перелёте через новый аэропорт Стамбула! Парень на ресепшн Efe умница, провожал как родных, напоил всех чаем, помог донести чемоданы до такси! Ему уверенные 10 баллов за работу и гостеприимство!

The hotel locates in walking distance (20-25 min) from metro station Arnavutkoy in 2 stops from Istanbul Airport. To go to the city center you need to change metro line and the time is more than 1 hour. The room and bathroom had all basic amentities including kettler and minibar. There are many supermarkets near the hotel. The staff was helpful.

My room had no windows at all. A very basic breakfast is provided in a cafe in the hotel building, The TV programms were all in Turkish language but WiFi was good

Останавливался несколько раз один и семьёй, к сожалению, отель стал портится, мебель, сантехника требует обновления, чистота в номерах оставляет желать лучшего. Пожалуй, буду искать теперь альтернативы.

Поданный на второе утро завтрак был ужасен. В первое утро его не подали вообще, обещали вернуть деньги, но ничего не вернули

Отличный отель для перелёта транзитом через Стамбул с ночёвкой на 1 ночь! Удобно, чисто, рядом магазины и минут 10 до метро, на котором можно легко уехать в аэропорт.

We had to change room because the first one has not cleaned up

Останавливались на одну ночь перед полетом. Хороший отель на одну ночь. Разрешили выехать из отеля позже на 2 часа. Месторасположение хорошее. Рядом магазины, кафе, площадь для прогулок.

Завтрак заказали. Принесли несколько сыров, маслины, джем. Пришлось дозаказывать хлеб и кофе за дополнительную плату. Цены в этой кофейне дорогие. Дешевле позавтракали бы кафе на улице.

Отель расположен недалеко от центра. Рядом много кафе и супермаркетов, есть торговый центр. Останавливаемся 4 раз в этом отеле, раньше было лучше!

Бронировала двухместный номер, дали трехместный. Заселилась в номер уже после полуночи, пришла в ужас! Постельное белье на двухспальной кровати не меняли, на подушке, простыне черные волосы, (у меня светлые) мусор. Вторая кровать одноместная, вроде чистое постельное белье, легла спать там. Уже не было сил идти на ресепшн, чтобы поменяли номер Утром ещё рассмотрела полы грязные, следы от ног и вдоль плинтусов мусор и волосы, в душевой на полу волосы. Причём у меня был очень поздний заезд, не было времени убрать хорошо в номере?

Номер чистый, все необходимое в наличии. Такси до аэропорта вызывают в любое время - мы уезжали рано утром, никаких накруток

Нас отправили сначала в номер со сломанным замком в двери и потом еще 20 минут водили из одного номера в другой - учитывая долгую дорогу от метро и общую усталость это было неприятно.

Удобная кровать. В номере было всё необходимое. Рядом с отелем много кафе, магазинов, метро.

Если вы не курите, то в этом отеле вам будет не комфортно. В номерах так сильно пахнет сигаретами, что трудно дышать. Открытое окно не спасает. Тянет то-ли с улицы, то-ли из вентиляции. Запах сильный, постоянный, удушающий. Не рекомендую этот отель некурящим.

Удобная кровать и на этом все

Было слишком накурено, розетка не работает, состояние очень потрепано, в целом чисто на крайний случай и последний разок.
