Vriendelijk personeel die je graag willen helpen. De kamer was erg schoon en je krijgt elke dag schone handdoeken en het werd word opgedekt. Ook de parkeerplaats erbij was fijn en dichtbij.

De locatie was voor ons wel een tegenvaller. Helaas wisten wij niet dat dit midden in een uitgaansgebied zat. En er waren relatief weinig bedjes bij het zwembad.

Deloc nu mi-a placut amplasarea, receptionerul care nu da toate informatiile legate de parcare, care este o curte pe alta strada unde singur trebuie sa operezi poarta, sa o incui sa o descui, langa este alta curte cu caini mari rai galagiosi, deloc placuta experienta. Galagia din hotel si dimprejur este oribila daca vreai chiar sa dormi.

Le foto non corrispondo alla realtà, le camere ,il bagno,e la piscina sembrano grandi ma in realtà sono piccole, noi eravamo in tre e non avevamo abbastanza spazio

Eigenlijk beviel alles mij erg goed, de kamer, de locatie van het hotel, het ontbijt, enz. Alles was goed voor elkaar!

Een andere douchekop was wel lekker geweest, maar desondanks ging het prima.

Nagyon szép felújított ,szobát kaptunk.A reggeli változatos ,ízletes és sokféle .Tiszta,szép szálloda ,a medence és környezete is kellemes volt.Szálloda elhelyezkedése közel van az éttermekhez,clubbokhoz az üzletekhez és a tengerparthoz.Lehetőségünk volt a késői kicsekkolásra is,de van csomagmegőrzés és zuhanyzási lehetőség is .Nagyon szuperül éreztük magunkat!Köszönet a személyzetnek nagyon kedvesek barátságosak és segítőkészek voltak.Szívesen visszatèrnénk ide.

Room was spacious aside from the small bathroom. Comfortable bed and the balcony was a nice addition although it faced the other rooms opposite so not very private. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was ok since it was included in the price. Location was handy to the strip.

Needs better sound proofing as we heard other people playing loud music and talking outside of our room most of the second night. Got woken up at 4am when they came back also which was frustrating.

Our group of 14 recently stayed at the Tazante Hotel, and while there were some positives, the overall experience was disappointing because of the way we were treated by the staff. The biggest advantage of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. Being situated right on the Strip meant we were within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and the main attractions. We rarely needed transport because everything we wanted was easily accessible. Whether we were heading out for breakfast, exploring the local nightlife, or simply taking a stroll, the location made our holiday much more convenient. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s central and puts you in the heart of the action, this certainly delivers. The pool area was fairly standard. It was clean enough and provided a place to relax after spending time out exploring. It wasn’t particularly luxurious or memorable, but it did the job. There were enough sunbeds most of the time, and the overall pool facilities were adequate without being exceptional. If you’re expecting a resort-style pool experience, you may be disappointed, but for a basic hotel pool, it was perfectly acceptable. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The biggest issue throughout our stay was the attitude of the staff. We understand that travelling as a group of 14 can require a little extra management, and we always tried to be respectful of other guests and the hotel rules. However, from the moment we arrived, we felt as though we were being judged purely because of the size of our group rather than our behaviour. Instead of feeling welcomed, we constantly felt like we were being watched and spoken to as if we were doing something wrong. Staff members were often abrupt, unfriendly, and at times downright rude. Rather than communicating politely, they frequently came across as if they expected trouble from us before we’d even had the chance to enjoy our holiday. It genuinely felt like we were being treated more like convicts than paying guests, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Another frustrating aspect was the air conditioning system in the rooms. It was surprisingly difficult to operate, with controls that were far from user-friendly. Something as simple as adjusting the temperature became a trial-and-error process. After long, hot days, the last thing anyone wants is to spend time trying to work out how to cool the room down. Clearer instructions or a simpler system would make a noticeable difference to the guest experience. Overall, the Tazante Hotel has the benefit of an excellent location and acceptable basic facilities, but customer service is a major weakness. A great location can only compensate for so much when guests don’t feel welcomed or respected. Hospitality should be about making visitors feel comfortable and valued, regardless of whether they’re travelling alone or as part of a larger group. Sadly, that wasn’t our experience. Would I stay here again? Probably not. The convenient location wasn’t enough to outweigh the poor treatment we received from staff and the unnecessary frustrations with the room facilities. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer the same excellent location while hopefully providing a much warmer welcome.

Nighttime staff is extremely rude and absolute jobsworth making you check in every night even though he sees you every night and then tells you off the second you reply to him because you’re being “too loud”. Just overall not a great hotel because of the staff. They need to remind themselves that they’re a hotel located on the Zante party strip, of course there’s going to be people coming in late, talking to each other, going into friends rooms and things like that. They need to be a bit more open and stop running it like a prison. Geeza with the beard needs to chill out also.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Personal unglaublich freundlich und sehr bemüht, einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl für griechische Verhältnisse.

Man muss unbedingt auf dem Schirm haben, dass sich die Unterkunft auf der Partymeile von Laganas befindet, daher kann es nachts schonmal lauter werden, wenn die betrunkenen Gäste zurückkommen. Es ist jedoch erstaunlich wie wenig man von Partygeschehen an sich mitbekommt. Die Frühstückszeiten von 8-10 Uhr könnte man mMn noch um 30-60 Minuten ausweiten, selbst für uns eher Frühaufsteher wurde es hin und wieder knapp.

Goede locatie, heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Alhoewel het in een druk gebied is merk je daar bij het zwembad of je kamer. Iets van. Wel veel jonge Engelsen die van uitgaan houden en wel hard en druk praten…

We truly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Everything was perfect, from the check-in process to the very end of our visit. We were impressed by the excellent service, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We would especially like to recognize the outstanding service provided by waitress Ioana. Her professionalism, kindness, and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience and for taking such great care of your guests. We will gladly recommend your hotel to our friends and would love to return again in the future.

Only downside to this hotel was the noise at night and the lack of sunbeds around the pool if you are later than 10am and not being allowed your own food or drink at poolside Very clean, comfy rooms and great location if you want to be close to the beach and the main strip. Breakfasts are lovely with plenty of choice and loads of options at the pool bar. Good access the mini market What really makes this hotel is the staff. The standout for us was Joanna. A super hard worker who went that extra mile to make our stay special - very friendly and helpful. A real credit to the hotel ☺️ All in all, a lovely hotel with a great location but just let down by noisy guests at night. If you are looking for a party holiday with little sleep, this is definitely the place for you. It wasn’t for us just due to the rowdiness

Nu pot să zic ca nu ne-a plăcut. Zona este una de tineret, majoritatea persoanelor din zona Zante sunt 18-20 ani, cu chef de party, in special turiști Englezi care sunt gălăgioși. Repet, pentru hotel nu am nimic de obiectat, dar dacă dorești liniște, caută în altă zonă

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Tzante Hotel! We have just returned from an incredible stay at Tzante Hotel and cannot recommend it enough. The hotel was absolutely spotless – everywhere was kept beautifully clean and tidy throughout our stay. We stayed in the hot tub suite and it is an absolute must! It was so relaxing and made our holiday feel extra special. Sitting in the hot tub after a day out was pure bliss. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of choice, and the coffee was divine – definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. The atmosphere around the hotel was superb, with a lovely mix of ages creating a fun yet relaxed vibe. The cocktails were beautifully made and tasted amazing. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making me and my husband feel at home and going out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic holiday. We have made some wonderful memories here and will definitely be returning next year. Thank you, Tzante Hotel, for such a fantastic stay!

Kérésünkre kedvesen válaszoltak, és kérésünknek megfelelően csendes szobát kaptunk . Ár- érték arányban kitűnő, nagyon kedves a személyzet, külön jó pont hogy a kicsekkolás után a csomagot megőrzésre ott lehetett hagyni, és délután is használhattuk még a medencét.

Penteu ca hotelul este amplasat pe strada principală din Laganas atât ziua cât și toată noaptea este un zgomot infernal provocat de ATV-uri, de turiști, practic indiferent dacă este zi sau noapte zgomotul este același.

Für unseren Geschmack gab es etwas zuviel Nachtleben rund ums Hotel. Außerdem war es außerhalb des Hotels ziemlich unruhig.

Die Umgebung vom Hotel, hat uns nicht so gefallen, da man das Gefühl hatte in der Schinkenstraße auf Mallorca zu sein. Es lag hier teilweise sehr viel Müll rum.

Outstanding breakfast for a 3-star-hotel and very nice staff. Beautiful pool area and bar. Few steps from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc.

Extremely loud guests, as it seems to be a party hotel (directly on main road close to all the bars). Some nights, it was not possible to sleep due to shouting and loud guests. I advise travellers to inform the reception immediately and ask for a quieter room. And change the room immediately to the back of the hotel.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was incredibly well organized. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the woman behind the bar by the pool, who was incredibly friendly. You can hear the neighbors a little during the day, but we weren't bothered by them at night. We had the smallest room, but it was fine for a week.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, we have arrived on our girls holiday and from the first night we have arrived the receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming. Shouting at us every night to be quiet although we were - every time we came in he would ask who we were and what room we were staying in having to be checked in regularly and clearly knowing we were guests. Regularly shouting and running up the stairs the moment we leave our room to go to our friends room which is three doors down. Feeling like we have been monitored constantly throughout and treated with suspicion. This staff members attitude has made us all very uncomfortable and made us feel unwelcomed and ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay. I would definitely not recommend staying here if you are going with your friends and also based on the customer service we have experienced.

The location of this hotel is close to everything. Night clubs, beaches, restaurants etc .you are in walking distance of everything.

The bathroom design. Tends to get wet outside because the glass that separates the toilet bowl from the shower is too short ...

The pool was nice and the Breakfast had an exceptional choice for the price.

Bed linen and towels had some stains. They sure were washed but it wasn‘t quite spotless. And the room wasn‘t as noise proof as described but that didn’t bother much.

What a wonderful, boutique hotel. From arrival, greeted by Bert and he assisted with taking our baggage to our room, to all the serving staff, at a varied choice of breakfast, throughout our 10 night stay, there was something for everyone. Cleaning staff visited daily with fresh towels. The staff at the pool couldn’t do enough for us. This time of year worked for us as we like going for meals and entertainment, not too busy but busy enough to feel the “vibe”.

Great location on the strip in Laganas. ok for checking out the beach which has some wonderful restaurants and bars, great for the bars and fast food on the strip.

Brown dirt coming out of the aircon covering our bags and clothes, room small and not really as pictured. Sockets not working and lighting poor in the bathroom.

The owner upgread me to a better room. Breakfast was very generous in quantity and the room was newly refurbished .

Was all good but personally I like good coffe and cappuccino done with real bar mashine and they had for comodità one of this self service mashine and that tipe of coffe is not for me, but that is jest me been difficult.

What a brilliant family run hotel. A great welcome on arrival. We had a upgrade when arrived. The hotel was outstanding the best I have stayed in Zante. Very modern room was super everything you would need in the room. Beds was so comfortable the best I stayed in. The room had iron and ironing board, tea and coffee and a kettle, shower gel, slippers. The pool area was great very clean pool was to cold for us to go in as it was beginning of May. A great bar area a selection of drinks and a good food menu. The breakfast was outstanding the best I have had in a hotel in Greece. Everything from cooked breakfast, cereals, breads, croissants, greek honey, greek yoghurt very delicious, cakes, meats, cheese, juices, coffee from a very good machine, tea and hot chocolate. The room was very clean. Clean towels everyday. We stayed in room 311 on third floor the hotel had a lift to the floors. Would I stay here again it's got to be a big yes. I wouldn't class it as a 2 star more like a 4 star. The owners Dennis, Mama and Papa are great people. The staff was very friendly.

We stayed in the room with the private hot tub, and it was perfect! It came with sun loungers which we used all the time since the weather was great, and ending the day in the hot tub at night was amazing. Even though our room faced the busy street, we didn't hear any noise at all. The room was also sparkling clean every single day. What really made our stay was the staff. They were super friendly, and anytime we had a minor question or request, they sorted it out instantly. On our last day, our taxi arrived at 8:00 AM right when breakfast was starting. Because we were going to miss it, the staff were incredibly thoughtful and gave us a container to fill up to take with us!

Honestly nothing major. We could occasionally hear some neighbors in the hallway at night, but it wasn't annoying or disruptive at all.

The staff were lovely, very accommodating. The property was clean and easily accessible.. great water pressure in the shower.. loved the tech with the room lighting…fabulous couches in the front area to chill on.. lovely pool ..

I booked here for 1 week for the first week in May. It was Very clean and all staff were helpful and spoke good English. I booked a standard room but due to it not being busy they kindly upgraded me to a nicer room for the same price. I couldn’t get the safe to work at the start and rang reception and they sent a guy up to help me immediately and he was very patient. The cleaners tidied and cleaned everything every day. They really put a lot of time into making the room pace look good. They mopped all of the stairs and reception and the poolside every morning and put the sofas right. The shower was great lovely big shower head and spacious. It’s in an ideal location right on the strip it’s just a 2 min walk to the beach or clubs. The pool was very quiet when I went often no one in it.

The only thing was when I went to get my passport out the safe on the morning I needed to leave, the batteries in the safe had died meaning I couldn’t get it out. When I called reception the guy on the desk couldn’t understand me very well. And I had to wait until other staff came in which meant I was a bit late for my transfer by the time it got sorted. Thankfully after 15 minutes another guy came in and got his tool kit and was able to unlock it.

Lovely little boutique hotel. Great location. We came before the summer rush. Right by the beach.. the staff are really kind and attentive.. we loved our room and walked into rose petals and a vase of roses wishing us to celebrate our anniversary !! It’s the little details that mean so much…. The couches int he lobby are a trap !!!! They are so very comfortable that you wont want to get up>>>>>>>

A reggeli finom és választékos. A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, közel a tengerpart. A személyzet segítőkész és kedves volt. A szálloda vendégei hangosak voltak, ezért éjszaka nem tudtunk aludni, de a segítőkész recepciós azonnal új (és jobb) szobát adott nekünk, ahol már kényelmesen és csendben tudtunk pihenni.

We kwamen aan en kregen gelijk een room upgrade. Verder heb ik per ongeluk een stuk van de lamp kapot gemaakt en er werd gezegd dat dit geen probleem was en direct werd opgelost. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Je zit met het hotel direct aan de strip bij een voetbal spel en dat gaat tot diep in de nacht door en als er word gescoord is het alsof het wereld kampioenschap voetbal word gewonnen waardoor je geregeld wakker word in de nacht.ook is het ontbijt veelal afgesteld op mensen uit Engeland

Wij hadden de premium kamer, erg netjes en mooi afgewerkt en verlicht. Fijn balkon. Zwembad mooi, al lijkt hij iets kleiner dan op de foto’s. Ontbijt had alles wel, vers brood, croissantje, pannenkoeken, eieren, fruit.

We waren nu in het laagseizoen dus was lekker rustig in de omgeving, weet niet hoe dat in het hoogseizoen is.

Much was closed because of the time of year I visited. Not sure what I would think at the height of the season.
