Modern finishes.

Being locked out of the hotel because all staff had left the front desk when I first arrived. It was raining and the listed booking.com number to call for help goes through to a stranger who insisted it is the wrong number. When at reception, the same number is listed as a contact. Rectify this!

The stove was not working & There was no mop

It was cozy and clean

Shortage of cutlery,sliding door not locking,plugs in the bedroom are behind the headboards so it's difficult to charge your phone and no blanket for the other room.

The property was run down with damp eating at all the wood and the chip wood disintegrating. Huge gash in the ironing board , cheap couches and bed you can feel the mattress springs , Peeling vinyl floor , the beds don’t have feet and sit directly on the floor . We requested a refund due to our house being fixed in record time as our roof was damaged and they refused to even refund half a day . I stayed for less than an hour handed the key in and never came back , couldn’t let my family stay I. That place and our contractor managed to fix our issues at home so we were not in need of the hotel any longer and the head office was completely unhelpful. Man at the front desk was friendly though.

The place went down from when we were last time. Not enough cutlery, disturbance, blocked drains in shower and basin, ect

On a arrival the reception did not know wbout out booking he was calling aroynd to find out eventually got an apartment . Then looking for the wifi couldn't connect had to go back down to reception for help he came up to sort it out but couldn't connect to the wifi in our apartment wich was bo 111 he then had to connect us to the apartment above us wich us 211 but didn't help signal was very poor and got kicked out every minute eventually just left it and endes up buying gigs if data wich was costly . Then the blackets was a thin as a polony slice and its supposed to be a comforter its winter we got only one thin blanket ended up sleeping in my puffer jacket hubby slept in a full tracksuit to get warm . Then lastly the most horrible part was that the apartment we got had two rooms but one was obviously licked but only on the inside i checked outside the second rooms windows was completely ooen we were unbale to lock it wich made me feel completely unsafe i woke up every two hours just to check if we are still safe . Finally 5am came and we got up finished up and left . Came home got into my own bed and had to sleep to get proper rest . And to top it the purpose of our stay was to get away from our buzi lifes to relax and rest but it was the most uncomfortable experience i had recieved . Im dissapionted and wont be back

Toilet paper in one of the bathrooms was never replaced, and coffee and sugar supplies were not replenished. We stayed for three nights and not once were our towels replaced. The parking situation was also extremely frustrating. Our allocated parking bay was constantly occupied by other residents, which resulted in us parking elsewhere and being verbally confronted by another resident. To make matters worse, the security guard was often not on duty to assist with opening the gate. Broken furniture too. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price we paid. We will definitely not be returning.

I made a group booking and my group travelled 14hrs and was allowed an earlier check in, thank you Luntu at head office and you to the day staff for excellent receipt of my Team, thank you.

You can place 2 tables and a chair in front of units to accommodate smokers, and put aircons in, especially in the winter as the units are cold

The shower was leaking cause of the drain that was blocked. The curtains was dirty Rooms mat was wet The experience for my money I did spend for one night was very unpleasant but I would like my next stay must be better 😌

Unprofessional regarding checking in as they didn’t have my room number or details available. Had to wait 15-20mins to head into a room. No WiFi password was given. Not too happy with facilities

The apartment booked was very beautiful and also breakfast was good

Staff attitude: very poor interpersonal skills, they appear very cold , no greeting or smile, and we had to figure most things on our own. Thabiso,however made the stay feel better. Only the beds confirmed that housekeeping had visited. No soap rack in the shower, and also no bin in the bathroom for sanitary products

The unit upstairs to Room 117, water taps were noisy😭

It was kept clean. There was change of linen regularly.

The lady from the restaurant had a nasty attitude. Straight up rude. We weren't told about the WiFi password-I eventually figured it out last minute. The beds-not so comfortable The charging sockets not easily reachable because they are behind the headboard.

The Check in lady was amazing. She was very kind and friendly.

We found getting in and out of building a big problem. At times we waited for an hour for someone to open the motor gate. It was very frustrating. Also, very noisy living next to a main road.

Bads where so uncomfortable must be changed. Cutlery was not enough had to borrow from the other room, slept in one bedding for 3 days. Cleaning was not proper.

The apartment is as is on pictures, very spacious and clean.

Location was not ideal I thought I had booked in town but unfortunately booked the wrong area diep river, also I made the booking for my little sister and her 4 friends but an extra friend arrived and they were 5 and I was made to pay 350 extra for her and an additional 150 for breakfast. It was only girls couldn’t understand why she couldn’t just sleep there. I was called at 2am by the security guard for the money because when the lady at reception tried to take payment earlier their machine was down. I just felt I was being scammed the extra money for themselves but it is what it is.

Convenient

The honesty of the staff. The friendly that they were to me. I arrived earlier than 2pm.lnfornthe check-in but they managed to accommodate me. Then by any other mistake I forgot my other phone and didn't realize for lets say 5 hours and when I came back they came to me and asked if that phone was mine cos it was somewhere written in Portuguese. And I just unlocked with my finger print 🐾. I was so thankful. The next day, I checked out around 7h55 and I forgot my laptop inside the room. And they noticed around 10h50. They called me and I was on my queue to board back to JNB, I asked if they could find an Uber and check if they could be within 20 mins cos the boarding would be 45 mins and yes they managed to help with that. And I checked in lets say 10 mins to board. They were amazing, specially the lady at the coffee ☕ area and the cuisine chef. Happy ending with them.

Very creepy at night when it gets windy at night when you try to sleep. The wind blows the doors so it feels like someone knocking on your bedroom door. You can also hear your neighbours voices late at night haha.

Was ruime verblijfplaats met aparte badkamer per slaapkamer. Privé parking die beveiligd was. Ontbijt was heel lekker.

I've stayed here a number of times and find the staff very accommodating and helpful Cleaning of rooms done in a timely manner WiFi is good and secure parking offered

Smart TV don't have local TV station access

It was close to where we needed to be, but it’s not a typical holiday destination.

Although it was ok and clean, the quality of the beds, furniture, finishes were not great. Walls were quite thin…

after my stay I had to wait 3 weeks to get my invoice and the staff wasnt very helpful only after i had to lift my temper did i get some quick response

Rooms were clean. Check in process was good.

Could not find remote control in room. The lady at check-in did not explain certain things clearly (how we would be able to enter/leave parking area again), we tried calling the number provided for assistance and no one picked up. Please provide check in information prior to guests arriving.

Beds not comfortable, showers too small for big people, they did not clean our room,,entrance at the parking bay full of scrap furniture just at the entrance,not good and they made the place more cheap and filthy,please remove that rubble at the back,otherwise breakfast wasn't that bad

Need to provide a remote for the back gate for the parking .

The staff from Saturday morning was very nice and available to assist whenever we need assistance.

We were not allowed to play music on our speaker.
