Zimmer sehr gross, Schreibtisch, Sitzbereich, WC und Bad separat, grosse Fensterflächen. Von unserem Zimmer direkter Blick zur Kirche und Großglockner. Gutes, breites Doppelbett. Frühstück aussergewöhnlich vielfältig. Und auch noch sehr gastfreundliche Mitarbeiter! Wir waren leider nur 1 Nacht dort. Gerne wieder!

Die Duschwand in der Badewanne ist ziemlich kurz. Man muss beim Duschen sehr aufpassen, dass der schöne Parkettboden nicht nass wird.

unverschämt das man für so ein altes hotel soviel bezahlen muss. 100 jahre alt und vielleicht vor 50 jahren mal teilsaniert. die fenster und balkontüren katastrophal. badezimmer alt verbraucht und leicht schimmlig. betten alt und billig. in dieser preisklasse gibt um welten besseres.

The location is great for the Grossglockner Pass, and the choice and variety at Breakfast was fantastic. Our room was also very spacious, and the staff were very friendly.

Tolle Lage zum Zentrum ein paar Gehminuten, ein spitzenmässiges Frühstück, aber erst ab 7.30 Uhr. Für frühe Starts als Bergtourengeher wäre Frühstück bereits ab 6.30 Uhr ideal. Eine finnische Sauna ist herrlich nach einer langen Tour! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt super, sehr freundlicher Chef und nettes Personal.

Es ist halt alles sehr abgewohnt und leider etwas schmuddelig! Da hat man kein gutes Gefühl; und wenn aus der Dallmayr Kaffeemaschine eine undefinierbare Brühe kommt ist die Stimmung natürlich nicht mehr so toll! Zusammengefasst hätte der Kaiser wohl gesagt: Es war nicht sehr schön, wir waren sehr enttäuscht ….

Wow. Amazing place. Old fashioned villa in the middle of austrian Alps. Great location if you are crossing the Großglockner Hochalpenstraße from the north to the south. The staff was extremely nice. The self service sauna (wet and dry) is included. The breakfast was great as well. Please note that the pets are more than welcome with the extra charge of few euro ( five or something like that). Trully recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Kaiser Villa. The owner was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel has a warm and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful views and a wonderful sauna that made the stay especially relaxing. Breakfast was rich, fresh, and delicious. The whole place feels peaceful and well cared for, and we really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!

Our room was lovely. Very large and comfortable. The hospitality was amazing from the time we arrived until we left. A very pleasant stay.

Very friendly welcome at the reception, great breakfast in the morning, very close to the tiny city center and the famous landmark church. Loved everything about it :) We spent there one nigth after driving thru the Grossglocker Road, it was a super convinient location after a big driving day.

Our family room had no balcony, I missed the view. But for one night only it was really no problem.

A very friendly staff welcomed us to a great hotel. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast before following the reccomendations of the staff where to visit and were never dissapointed. The Sauna and spa area where a great place to unwind at day's end.

The location was perfect, very close to the entry to High Alpine road. The breakfast was great, well prepared and thought through. Excellent free parking on site. We felt very safe here as well.

Tolle Postkarten-Aussicht, wir konnten den Großglockner und die Kirche vom Bett aus sehen - in wenigen Minuten war man im Ortszentrum- - kaiserliches Flair.

Awesome location close to the center of the village. The staff was very friendly and warm-hearted. Special thanks for super-good breakfast and spacious room. There are good restaurants in the village with short walk from the hotel.

There's no lift so the hotel isn't suitable for disabled persons ( with heavy baggages). We didn't have any problems though. There wasn't fan in the room and it was quite hot weather. I recommens to bring your own if travelling summertime.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is great, and the village looks as if it's straight out of a fairy tale.

Good position, easily accessible parking, nice breakfast and nice staff, beautiful garden and big room.

Checkin should've been at 14 but nobody was there until 15. The room smelled really bad, we had to buy a spray air deodorant to make it a bit better. The sofa and chairs were a bit dusty and not very clean. Also pillows were very uncomfortable. Cleaning seems to be done right after lunch and the room was not ready both upon arrival and also the day after. This has nothing to do with the hotel but be careful when you book in this town, Heiligenblut, which only has 2 places to eat, one of which is impossible to get into later than 19:00. One night is more than enough, at least during summertime.

Nagyon örülök, hogy ezt a szállást választottam a kis hangulatos faluban lévő szállások közül. elragadó szállás, nagyon szép és családias, meghitt, minden kérésünknek elget tettek a végtelenül kedves házigazdák, személyzet. Legfelső szinten lévő szoba, erkéllyel nagyon elragadó volt és öröm volt látni innen a hegyeket és a falut, templomot. Tényleg nagyon ajánlom a szállást és kedves, figyelmes embereket akik ott vannak! A reggeli kiváló! Jól éreztük ott magunkat.

A franciaágy, két szimpla ágy összetolva, ami néha szétcsúszik, jobb lett volna egy nagy fix franciágy, de ezen kívül minden nagyon szuper:)

The location and the view from the property is fantastic! Very authentic Austrian design. Delicious breakfast, full of fresh homemade food.

The double bed was not actually double, joined twin beds instead, not too comfortable. There were a lot of insects in the bathroom. A little notice from the road near by.

I loved the charm of this old building. The squeaky wooden floors and staircase, as well as the location and views from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast plentiful and delicious.

This hotel offers a sauna as well as a steam room. I was looking forward to using the steam room, but unfortunately it was not working.

Was exceptionally warm, and as such a fan would have been nice! Had to leave the window open to reduce the temperature, but this resulted in a multitude of bug bites. Also the high speed internet that is mentioned is from the town more generally, and is not fast enough for a zoom call or watching a YouTube video.

Das Zimmer war schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ,also mit einer Suite hatte das nichts zu tun. Es war geräumig und zweckmäßig,eher für einen Kurzurlaub.

Het is een heel gemoedelijk hotel, waar het personeel tijd heeft om je tips te geven en opweg te helpen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. De kamer lekker ruim en het uitzicht vanaf het balkon onbetaalbaar. De omgeving is prachtig. Je kunt zoveel verschillende activiteiten ondernemen. Vergeet niet als de pass open is Großglocknerhochalpenstrasse te nemen. Hij is niet goedkoop maar wel zeer de moeite waard!!

Niets viel tegen. Het is een gemoedelijk hotel en je moet geen enorme luxe verwachten maar alles wat je nodig hebt is meer dan genoeg aanwezig.

Die Lage ist toll, Blick auf den Großglockner, wie versprochen, jedoch versperren Bäume den Blick. Die sind aber notwendig, da das Panoramafenster sonst das Zimmer erwärmt. Kleiner Garten, Salon. Frühstück war liebevoll und ein überraschend vielseitiges Angebot.

Beautiful room, very well equipped, and you can truly see the kindness and attention to detail from the host in every aspect of the accommodation. The breakfast was simply outstanding. There was an incredible variety of food, so everyone could find something they enjoyed. They even prepared freshly cooked fried eggs, which was a very thoughtful touch. We had a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back again!

У нас був сімейний номер з шикарним видом в любий час доби. Готель старий, але доглянутий, чистий і дуже атмосферний. Нас тепло зустріли, підказали цікаві місця по маршруту. Надали дитяче ліжечко, наші ліжка також були зручні. Є парковка на території. Смачний сніданок.

Wow. The room was amazing, with a great view of Heiligenblut, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and last but not least - the sauna and relaxation area was perfect at the end of a long day, and we had it all to ourselves.

Beautiful stylish villa at the end of the Grossglockner high mountain road - so the accommodation was a beautiful continuation of a wonderful trip including a walk to the glacier lake. In the evening we did not have time to use the beautiful wellness area with sauna and pleasant relaxation room. Maybe next time. The breakfast buffet was proportionally large for the size of the villa - a large selection in smaller quantities, but it was often replenished, so there was plenty of everything. Very nice lady at the reception. She was nice and helpful.

There is no restaurant in the accommodation, but there are many restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the stylish pizzeria.

When we checked in, the person at the desk was amazing! Made us feel incredibly welcome. The room and the view were amazing! We loved everything here!

Heiligenblutt is een fraai dorp aan de voet van de Grossklockner. Hotel Kaiservilla is een echt historisch pand met fraaie krakende vloeren. Wij sliepen in een ruim appartement met een goed bed en een ruime badkamer met groot bad. Verder een fraai balkon met mooi uitzicht richting het dorp. Een leuke ervaring in een reeks van verschillende hotels op onze rondreis. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk. De kamer schoon en fris. Ontbijt goed voorzien van allerlei lekkers. Avondeten kan goed in het dorp dat te voet makkelijk te bereiken is. Parkeren op terrein van het verblijf.

Der Hotelmanager ist aussergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit. Ich konnte eine von zwei gebuchten Übernachtung stornieren, weil ich wegen des schlechten Wetters meine Bikepackingtour anpassen musste. Herzlichen Dank!

Alles war perfekt ! Außerordentlich freundliche, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, riesiges, sauberes Zimmer, ein fantastisches Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt, ein paar Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, ...wir kommen gerne wieder.

The staff were extremely welcoming and were willing to assist with anything that was needed. They allowed us to use the sauna quite late, which was a major plus. Ми приїхали пізніше, ніж домовлялися. На рецепції нікого не було, але там лежали ключі та список гостей із позначками, хто вже заселився, а хто ще ні. Ми швидко розібралися, відмітилися й одразу зайшли до номера. Номер чудовий. Гарний стиль, затишна атмосфера, дуже чисте гірське повітря. Є невеликий холодильник з усім необхідним. У номері також був чудовий балкон із неперевершеним видом на церкву, гори та містечко. Коли ми вийшли прогулятися, зустріли власника. Він виявився дуже привітним і щиро зацікавленим у тому, щоб нам усе сподобалося. Того дня в містечку проходило свято. Після гірського хайкінгу спортсмени збиралися разом, їли, пили та слухали живу місцеву музику. Власник порадив нам туди сходити, і ми були в захваті. Зранку ми самі вирушили в гори. У містечку є безліч маршрутів для хайкінгу — на будь-який рівень підготовки та різну тривалість. Ми вийшли о 7:00 ранку й повернулися о 9:30, встигнувши на сніданок. А сніданок, як і все в цьому готелі, був неперевершений. Обов’язково хочу приїхати сюди ще раз, але вже на довше.

Перед плануванням поїздки я радився з GPT, але, як завжди, він дещо пропустив 🙂 Я хотів побувати на Grossglockner High Alpine Road — одній із найкрасивіших гірських доріг Австрії. GPT порадив мені зупинитися в Heiligenblut, а вже зранку їхати на Grossglockner High Alpine Road. Але коли прокладаєш маршрут із Відня до готелю, навігатор пропонує три варіанти: верхню, середню та нижню дороги. Ми чомусь обрали верхню. Саме вона проходить через платну територію Grossglockner High Alpine Road. Щоб потрапити туди, ми заплатили 36 євро. А коли вже виїжджаєш із цієї території, практично одразу опиняєшся біля готелю. Проблема в тому, що ввечері, коли вже дуже хочеться дістатися до готелю, не надто зупиняєшся по дорозі й не можеш повною мірою насолодитися неймовірними краєвидами. Я розумію, що готель не зобов’язаний про це попереджати, але, на мою думку, було б чудово мати шаблонне повідомлення для гостей з інших країн. Наприклад: 1. Якщо ви їдете з Відня, рекомендуємо їхати до готелю нижньою дорогою. Вона теж дуже красива й безкоштовна. А наступного дня або дорогою назад можна окремо проїхати Grossglockner High Alpine Road і спокійно насолодитися краєвидами (вартість проїзду — …). 2. Якщо ж ви хочете побачити Grossglockner High Alpine Road вже дорогою до готелю, тоді обирайте верхній маршрут (вартість проїзду — …). Але майте на увазі, що дорогою назад у вас буде вибір: або знову їхати цією дорогою й ще раз оплачувати проїзд, або повернутися іншою, теж дуже мальовничою, але безкоштовною дорогою. Більше мені порадити нічого. Все було просто неймовірно! 😊

Невероятный красивый вид из окна как утром, так и вечером. Удобное расположение и парковка. Просторный тихий номер. А также - замечательный господин на рецепции, который был чрезвычайно отзывчив и помог в решении неприятной ситуации с одним нашим мотоциклом. :)

Tolles und liebevoll dargebotenes Frühstück.

In unserem Zimmer konnte man von den vielen Fenstern nur zwei öffnen. Insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Wauw! Wij hadden de junior suite, die een frigo had en een badkamer met bad. Terras met prachtig uitzicht op de Grosglockner. Wij hebben heel erg genoten! De suite is zéér ruim. Wij reisden 14 dagen rond door Oostenrijk en dit ontbijt was veruit het beste van alle ontbijtjes. Echt een dikke duim hiervoor!
