제는 호텔을 선호하는데 제 스타일이 아니라서 로비에 들어선 순간 부터 마음이 닫혀서 평가를 안할려고 합니다

一階にコンビニエンスストアがあり、とても便利でした。 近くにも大規模スーパーがあり、ATMがあったので、助かりました。 部屋は少し狭かったですが、清潔でした。 レストランの朝食も、品数が多く、おいしかったです。

工作人員服務很好，且可用英文流暢溝通。 房內有洗衣機及電磁爐、微波爐、滅火器等器材。 浴廁為乾濕分離，且附的沐浴乳洗髮精很香，地板設計流水良好，且有配置免治馬桶。 附近有許多店家可以逛，距離公車站步行約2-3分鐘。

冷氣會時而過冷

청소를 부탁드린다는 판넬을 걸고 외출했는데 숙소 청소를 하나도 해주시지 않았습니다. 수건과 휴지통도 교체되지 않았고요. 너무 실망스러웠습니다.. 그리고 숙소는 제법 협소해요

ウォシュレットが付いていた。部屋は綺麗に掃除されていた。

4星だったので、期待していた私たちが悪いんですが、フロントの女性スタッフの態度に疑問を持ちました。 その時間にフロントには一人しかいなかったので、仕方がないかもしれませんが、長時間にわたり電話の対応をしていて、私たちのチェックインの作業をなかなかしてくれませんでした。ずいぶん待たされました。 (ちなみに自動チェックイン機が、あったのでそちらでやろうと思いましたが、私たちのチェックインは機械では出来ませんでした) 電話の相手がいることなので、仕方ないですが、電話が、長くかかりそうなら、一旦電話をやめて、私たちに『少しお待ち下さい』と伝えるべきだと思いました。 差別をされたと勘違いしてしまいます。

출장으로는 무난한데 아침 조식은 예전만 못했습니다. 쌀국수는 하지도 않았고, 소시지는 껌같이 딱딱했어요... 침대는 푹신해서 좋았는데 아침 조식은 개선의 여지가 있습니다. 인근에 다이닝 옵션이 풍부하여 도착해서 당일 저녁에 맛있는 저녁을 먹었습니다.

호텔위치, 주변환경 등은 휴식의 편안함 이용등에 편리했습니다. 한꺼번에 이용객 등이 몰릴 때 엘리베이터의 대기 등으로 많이 불편했습니다.

Overall a good place to stay. The bathrooms in the suites need enclosures for families. Power went out for 1 hour in the morning.

Very clean and comfortable bedroom, very professional and helpful staff, who went the extra mile, nice comfortable bed, great shower.

There is a washing machine but no dryer, so it’s easier to go to a nearby laundromat. No cutlery or glasses in the kitchenette so it’s more geared towards reheating convenience food in the microwave. Big fridge and freezer though. Breakfast is very much Korean and with more savoury options (scrambled eggs, bacon, small sausages, smoked salmon)so if you’re more into continental breakfast the cost is not worth it. However some bakeries and cafes in the vicinity The location is ok but better if you take the tube, you do need to walk a bit more. However once you’ve worked it out, it’s a safe walk at night.

It was good to drink tea in the morning because there was a balcony and it was good to have an emart right downstairs I should have checked out an hour late, but there was no problem. It was soundproofed well.

Good location downtown with many restaurants in short walking distance. Nice property and rooms. Convenient , free parking under the hotel. Restaurant and bar well run. Great value.

Hotel allowed guests to park on the ramps in the parking garage (not proper parking spots). Navigating around these parked cars on the ramps was hazardous and annoying.

Not enough towels and no bathrobes. Had to request.

The location was excellent and the breakfast buffet was good. The cleaning staff was very nice especially Mrs. Bae, Sun Oak. This was my second visit and I was so happy to run into her.

The sofa in the living was not comfortable. It did not have much support.

상무지구 한복판에 있어요 2층 주점에서 술과 안주 룸서비스도 되어요. 주차는 주차타워를 이용해야해요

近くにコンビニやレストランがあり、便利でした。部屋に洗濯機や簡易キッチンが備わっているのも良かったです。 なんと言っても朝食の種類が豊富で、大満足でした。 ぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。

Clean and close to restaurants.

I enjoyed my stay at UTOP. My room was practically a spacious two bedroom apartment. UTOP provided several amenities enabling a comfortable atmosphere. I would book again.

Staff's English is very limited.

방 2개에 끌려서 예약했고 룸은 참 좋았어요 컨디션도 좋고 주방도 분리되어 좋았어요 다만 욕실과 세면대 화장실 분리된 부분의 문이 없어요 볼거 다본 커플이나 가족이어도 민망한데.. 그 외 사람들은 뭐... 미덛이 문 2개만 달아주심 퍼펙트할 거 같아요!

1층 라운지가 없어 대기시 불편

룸 상태 좋아요. 넓지는 않지만 1-2인사용에는 문제없어요. 체크아웃 시간때에 엘베는 혼잡하고 느려요.

도심중심위치 편리

Excellent modern property. Even though the room was small, they did an excellent job fitting everything into the space with plenty of storage, kitchen, sink, large fridge, closet, etc. all modern equipment. Bidet was better than most hotels. No complain in functionality despite the small space. The only complains are: (1) noise insulation, can hear neighbors (2) heated floor seemed to take temperature above thermostat temperature, we had to turn on the AC

It was value for money - a suite more than 4 times the normal room size, with a jacuzzi and balcony, for under USD120 per night, including breakfast for 2. The buffet breakfast was also decent for the price. Concierge services were uneven, but one of the men at the front desk was very helpful - he gave advice on our day trip to Naejangsan and ensured that the taxi driver knew exactly what we wanted by translating our requests in English to Korean. The staff who came to our room to fix the safe also tried his best to help us, on our request, to change the language setting for the TV set. The staff at the hotel’s restaurant were also helpful and courteous even though they had to deal with full houses on the two mornings we were there.

The following are areas for improvement: 1. The elevator system could be more efficient. We had to wait quite long for our turn every time because the elevator car was programmed to traverse down to the ground level and then up to the highest floors before returning to pick us up on the 7th floor. Its lack of speed did not help to make our waits less painful. 2. The switch system in the room could be more intuitive, or the switches should be labelled clearly. It took us quite a while to figure out ourselves which each switch was for. 3. The language setting for the TV set should be more easily accessible as we could not understand the Korean language in its written form. 4. We appreciated the wide range of local channels, but international and regional news channels were missing from the TV offerings. We would have liked access to, e.g., CNN, BBC and CNA, to keep up with the latest developments internationally and in the region.

숙소 깔끔하고 좋아요. 다만 주차가 너무 불편해요ㅠ

상무지구에 있는 호텔이라 주변에 즐길거리와 음식점들이 많아서 좋았고, 시청하고도 가까워 시청앞 숲에서 조깅하기도 좋았어요.

위치도 좋고 깨끗하면서 주변에 식당도 많아서 좋았습니다

This is really a comfortable hotel. Staff is very friendly with a great service provided. Room looked like the pictures and was very clean and neat. Terrace was a great plus. It had also a movable frame with net against bugs and mosquitos. For this we could sleep with the door open en have fresh air. Location is great, in a posh upscale area with lots of bars and restaurants. Also the nightlife scene is around but was no disturbance for us. Overall best hotel we had in south Korea price quality wise.

머리카락 뭉터기로 여기저기 ㅠㅠ 침대및 리모컨 발견, 그래서 티비리모컨 두개 ㅋ , 식탁 또는 테이블 없어 불편, 세탁기는 있는데 빨래건조대 없음, 주변 편의시설은 좋음, 주변 맛집도 발견, 또 갈 의향있음

Good location, enough space, kind staff. Public transport nearby, taxi available, convenient store in the building. No problem with check in/out, recommended.

The hotel was very clean. It was centrally located in the city with underground parking.

The rooms were very small; there was not space to leave suitcases.

위층 투숙객을 잘못 만나서 그런것인지 공사가 제대로 안 된 것인지… 층간소음이 심하네요. 새벽까지 소음에 시달렸습니다.

シャワーの温度調節がすごくすごく難しかったのと扉の音が気になりました！

창틀에 먼지가 만아요 커튼을 열때 먼지가 너무 많아서 지저분했어요 안내데스크 여성분 굉장히 사무적이고 냉소적임

이불이 찢어져있고 커튼에 먼지가 한가득이네요ㅠ 침구 상태 외에는 좋았습니다

편한 숙소 깨끗한 실내 개선이 필요한 엘리베이터 맛집과 편의점이 주변에 한가득!

아주 좋아라 할만 하지는 않지만 후회는 안할 숙소... ^^

스위트룸 소파가 불편한 것 빼고는 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 소파는 좀 바꾸셔야 할 것 같아요.

조식이 훌륭해서 광주 출장가면 꼭 숙박한 호텔인데 작년부터 이상해진 이후로 안 갔다가, 이번에 방문했더니 조식다시 좋게 나오네요. :)
