猫が可愛すぎた。スタッフさんも丁寧で優しかった。

室内テレビが地上波を映せ無く、スタッフに対応していただいた。 言葉が上手く通じないなか、一生懸命対応してもらえた。

部屋が狭かった。3畳程しか無く、ゆったりできなかった。

トイレ・洗面台のない部屋だったが、泊まるだけなら十分。 お風呂も貸切の時間があるのでのんびりできた。 共有トイレが1つ故障していたがもうひとつあったので特に気にならなかった。

3階まで階段になるのでそこを許容できれば。

門鎖非一般鎖 非常老舊 門很重 我們試了好久打不開 拔出來發現鑰匙斷了 沒有斷在裡面 後來員工也拿著備用鑰匙打開 試了2-3把鑰匙 也是弄了很久 才打開 真的很難搞 員工說我們弄斷鑰匙要支付10000日幣算我們5000同意嗎？ 我說打一把鑰匙哪有那麼貴我不同意可以嗎？ 這真的是很不舒服的一個經驗 以後要找的感應卡進出的都不易找這著傳統老舊的

駅やコンビニ、居酒屋に近い。家族風呂の展望温泉がある。ミニキッチンや冷蔵庫もあり便利。部屋は狭いとこにしたが、清潔でよかった。

エレベーターがないので、荷物が重いと大変。共有のトイレが狭かった。朝食は高め。宿の雰囲気は外国人が泊まる宿という感じで和風ではない。

リーズナブルで手軽に泊まれます。 温泉の温度調整に関するリクエストにも応えてもらえます。 スタッフの方々がとてもフレンドリーで物腰も柔らかい。 またすぐに行きたくなりました。

1.因為通往由布院列車均不通，惟巴士未停駛，很遺憾無法免費取消入住。2.期望下回仍體驗入住。

住宿的地點非常方便，離車站及餐廳都很近，走路便可抵達便利商店。浴場雖然小，但是和朋友及家人一起入浴相當適合。

房間稍微小了一點，打開三個人的醒理會有一點不方便在房間內移動。

晚餐還有頂樓的單獨浴池

We stayed in a budget room knowing it had no toilet or sink. As for the property, cannot fault it. Clean facilities and the opportunity to book the different onsens for private use made up for not having a bathroom. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Nothing...had a wonderful time.

Not far from train station & bus terminal (around 5 min walks). Staffs are very friendly and can speak English (also with 3 cats). If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage there first and come back for check-in later. Futon (Japanese-style bed) is very comfortable. Bathroom is standard. They have free onsen available for guests to use separating into 3 types: male only, female only and private which each room can book for 40 minutes daily. They also have space that we can enjoy our meal in case we buy some foods from the convenient store. They also have ice-making machine and drinking machine (drinking water, coffee, green tea, soft drink etc - hot and cold) available for free. There are also kitchen rooms on each floor that you can use anytime to prepare your food. In the kitchen, there are microwave, plates, bowl, knife, utencil, washing station (with sponge & dish washing liquid) as well as fridge to keep your food.

Nothing for me. But for elderly with big luggages, be careful as there is no lift to go up. You have to carry the luggage through the stair.

The room is very clean and well-ordered. The staff is very friendly. I like the hot spring very much, the water is really fresh. I feel very comfortable and healthier after taking a bath. The cat is also very cute and calm. There is a small bar outside the hotel. I will enjoy it when returning Yufuin in the next time.

隣部屋が若干騒がしかった。

Location was great for a short walk to the main tourist road, very near Aeon supermarket. The entrance is hidden behind a guesthouse and a yatai stall, so watch out for it. Squeezy but ample parking. We were in the Yufu room (tatami), super big, only toilet, shower is at the onsen. You can book a private session at various onsens (L3 semi-outdoor is great), or visit the communal one at night. Yufuin is touristy but there is still some charm. The owl forest at Floral Village is surprisingly charming! Lake Kinrin is so meh, pass unless it's early dawn and zero tourists.

The door lock for Yufu room is a challenge. Facilities are aged but functional.

頂樓的露天浴池可以有私人預約的時間，水溫也不會太燙，很不錯，位置也算離車站近，方便短時間停留

La seule chose que j'ai adoré c'est le ROTENBURO en plein air sur le toit. De nuit, c'est magique mais attention à l'escalieR pour y accéder, surtout s'il peut. J'ai failli me casser la gueule plusieurs fois car mal éclairé.

ALORS j'ai été déçue par la chambre (vraiment minuscule) sans lavabo no sdb ni wc. Je ne me rappelais pas de ça. Je pensais qu'il s'agissait d'une auberge familiale avec peu de chambres et des chats qui se baladaient un peu partout. Or, ce n'est pas le cas. Le deuxième étage était en rénovation donc on était tous au 3ème et il faut réserver pour utiliser les ofuro. Premier arrivé, premier servi. Tout était assez compliqué à comprendre et je me suis sentie souvent perdue, d'autant plus qu'à partir de 22h il n'y a plus personne.

有可愛親人的貓咪，訂了晚餐跟早餐，晚餐很豐富多樣，解決了可能要在附近餐廳排隊的煩惱，早餐也一樣好吃

附近有友旺還有羅森很方便買東西 3隻貓很可愛也很親人 離車站很近 去金鱗湖或是湯之坪都很順路 溫泉環境也很舒服

3 different onsens available, the one on the rooftop is great. Nice traditional room with great mountain view from the big window. Quiet locaton not for from the station. The receptionist spoke good English.

由布岳を眺め、湯の坪街道散策に適し、非常に雰囲気のいい宿でした。 部屋にトイレ、風呂ないのは気になりませんでした。 時間を仕切って温泉貸切、朝食の時間選択は評価出来ます。落ち着いて泊まれました。

飲み物サービスが故障なのが気になりました。

close to train station, shopping and restaurant

Very straight forward rules, I arrived 5 minutes before check in, even though nobody at that time, they asked you to come at 15:00😵‍💫 Similar, if you check out late, you will be charged for 10000 yen😡 Moreover, there is no facilities at all, there is no bathroom except inside the onsen. People are restricted to have access until 21:40 if you don’t have a reservation of private onsen 😵‍💫 Inside Onsen, it’s just hot water but not real hot springs 🤦🏻‍♀️ and there is no supplies provided in the change or after bath area except a hair dryer 😡

Es muy bonito y bien ubicado. El personal es muy amable y tiene 3 onsens diferentes que se pueden reservar en privado o que son públicos a ciertas horas. La habitación era muy grande y el desayuno tradicional japones muy completo.

No es el futon mas cómodo en el que he dormido, aunque era muy calentito

員工很熱心，為我解決問題！在它處租的車刮花了！員工幫助我聯絡不同單位！解決問題及聯絡警方！對此我深深感謝！

洗手間的廁紙，一用就跌！反映了給酒店放對方即刻為我解決問題，為我換了新的設傋！

No elevator so with lots of luggages so difficult for us

Near the Yufuin train station on the main street. You can make a reservation for one of three Onsen to have it private. The Ryokan had a nice size and the staff was friendly and organized.

The water in the semi-open Onsen could be hotter.

혼자 온천 여행 하기는 비싸서 걱정 많았는데 체크인시 바로 예약가능 한 시간을 알려주고 바로 잡아줘서 시간대에 맞춰서 할 수 있었어요 일인실 화장실 욕실 없는 방을 잡았는데 작고 아담하고 다다미에 딱 일본 느낌 들어서 좋았습니다 ~ 그와중에 테라스까지 있어서 분위기 좋게 혼맥 가능했네요!

온천세는 무조건 현금만 받는다고 합니다 ~메세지에 현금으로 지불하라 했는데 무조건이라고 안 써있어서 인식을 못하고 현금 털이 했다가 수수료 날렸네요 😭 유후인 자체는 현금으로 지불해야 하는 곳이 많아서 두둑히 챙겨가시고 ! 숙소 체크인 전에 현금 다 쓰겠다고 현금털이 하지 마세요 !
