Lovely and cozy hotel, like the private onsen which is just next to my room. We have booked both breakfast and dinner all very delicious.

Nothing, for me I really like the cozy environment and recommend to those who are coming to Yufuin for a short stay

The front desk staff were extremely hospitable and friendly, and communicating in English was completely effortless. Each private onsen room was very comfortable, and the presence of the adorable resident cats and dogs made our stay all the more enjoyable. Lunch and dinner were both satisfactory, though nothing exceptional. The property is about a 10-minute walk from Yufuin Station. We had hoped to borrow bicycles to get around, but unfortunately this service is no longer offered.

the staff are mostly foreign workers not Japanese natives. While I don't mind communicating with non-japanese staff, in Japan I'd like to practice my Japanese with locals and that is the point for onsei hotel. The place seems to want to take advantage of the foreign work force. I saw Japanese staff but they don't seem to want to talk to customers. Breakfast is ok, like from assembly line.

貓咪Tama醬超級可愛親人🩷！ 貓咪最高🩷 早晚餐也好吃😺 住宿環境整潔乾淨、有些房間隔離很近、聲音要小一點、大家都很遵守旅館的規矩、過了晚上9點基本上都很安靜、可以好好享受悠閑舒服的一晚。 旅館旁邊有Lawson, 走路5分鐘可以補給零食飲品。

お風呂が色々楽しめました。 猫ちゃんと触れ合えました。 BBQサービスでスタッフさんと楽しく過ごせました。 朝食が噂どうり結構なお手前でした。

なんか夜中にゴキブリが一匹這いずり回っていたとか、わたくし熟睡してたのでノープロブレムです。 四番のお風呂が工事中だっのが残念。

最滿意的是有幾個不同的家族風呂有得選擇；另外就是庭園很漂亮。

不滿意的地方是我在很早之前住宿方面說晚餐可以選擇19:00或20:00，而我已經預約好了晚餐在20:00。但當我入住時，前枱職員說晚餐只有19:00，並將予約時間20:00給刪去。我立即跟職員說明明予約了20:00的，堅持下職員才給予20:00，但表情就好像很委屈的。 另外，這住宿我3年前曾來過，今次住宿安排的晚餐與早餐跟之前相比，實在讓我太失望。我一家四口予約了的晚餐是2萬4千日元，每人平均價格為6千日元，相等於3佰元港幣，但是吃的東西配不上這價格；3年前餐飲是免費添加，客人可隨意在飲料機添加，有啤酒有汽水果汁，很可惜是已經沒有這安排，客人需要另外付錢。食物味道真的很一般。 最後，3年前客人可以用手機掃QR code看到哪一個風呂閒置才出去浸溫泉，現在都沒有了這安排，客人需要親自出外看風呂是否被其他客人使用中，服務質素已下降。

Este alojamiento es sencillamente maravilloso, la habitación muy bonita y grande. El jardín del hotel es precioso y encantador, tiene un baño de pies en medio del jardín muy agradable. Tienen Onsen privado por lo que puedes ir con tu familia.

房務人員非常親切，而且位置離車站很近，浴池又是預約制。細節都很到位，住的很開心喔！あかりちゃん跟らんちゃん也超級可愛♡（這兩天都沒看到小貓媽媽的たまちゃん，小可惜～）

房間有時候會有大蚊子，量不多不頻繁，不過很大隻！

강아지랑 고양이가 너무 귀여워요!! 방에 들어와서 자기도 하더라구요 숙소도 일본 다른 곳들에 비해 넓은 편이고 화장실 씻는 곳은 좁지만 온천에 씻는 시설이 잘 마련 되어 있어서 괜찮았어요 탕도 좋았어요!! 직원 분들도 다들 친절하셨어요 아침 저녁 포함 옵션이였는데 저녁이 너무 맛있었어요 음료도 계속 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요 유후인 특성상 맛있는 식당이 많자는 않아서 식사 포함 하시는거 추천드려요!! 사진은 첫날 저녁 식사와 고양이입니다~~

아침식사가 맛있지는 않았어요 2박 3일이였는데 식사가 겹친다는 느낌이 들었어요 욕실이 좁아요

收費過高，一泊二食的餐點很一般，收費方式也表示不明確。晚餐每人收費6000日圓，酒精飲料沒有喝到飽（跟介紹不一樣）。早餐是九宮格，是不是因為都是外籍工作人員，傳統的日式早餐都簡化了，很失望

The place was amazing, is like a Little Village- Loved the vibe so much! They have 5 private onsen, 2 of which are open air baths, really amazing.! Cats are super cute and friendly, staff is nice and always smiling. Recommend!

This is one of the most comfy place that I lived in Yufuin. Yufuin Lamp no Yado offers private osen and two cute cats to be your friends. They provide a wide range of necessities in the room. The location is very decent, one minute to Lawson and less than 10 mins to the station. The resort is very suitable for couples/group that dont have a car. Staff are nice and friendly. Overall, it deserves the high score! I already miss the time with Tama chan and Ran chan!

The room is small but enough room for two. It's clean and the bed is comfortable. Love the Tama family, its a highlight of our stay.

The ryokan has five private ofuro that can be used by couples (or families), which is a nice touch. There's a Lawson konbini just outside the parking. The coffee machine in the common room is good.

The tiny shower cubicle is where the room's only (microscopic) sink is located. It's about as convenient as an airplane bathroom. Try not to activate the shower while brushing your teeth.

This was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed the facilities. There are five hot baths to choose from, either on your own or with 1-2 other people. The hours of the baths are good and the property was clean and pleasant. We were surprised that a Japanese Ryokan would not have any Japanese staff but the staff who work there are lovely and they all speak Japanese. The rooms were nice - we had booked two for our family - but the beds were horrible - as hard as rocks. The food was good as dinner and breakfast were both included and we enjoyed trying lots of delicious things! Drinks can be purchased with dinner and if you want something to drink outside of meal time, there is a Lawson's right next door to the hotel. The hotel is walking distance from both bus and train stations and we enjoyed being able to walk around the town easily.

The beds were unfortunately horrible - they were clean but as hard as sleeping on the floor. For this reason, I would be reluctant to stay here again despite all the other positive things.

We LOVED the onsen ! We are a tatooed couple so the fact that they were private, even outside our room, was really appreciated. The place is very lovely and quite peaceful. We enjoyed the couches outside and the company of two adorable cats. The ryokan lended some yukatas that were very comfortable to wear. From there we could easily access a Lawson and a 7-eleven as needed and the city centre was at a walkable distance as well. It's a very nice place to relax after a day of hiking the mountain near town.

Although the ryokan is close to the train station (5min walk), it is also just below the main road, which means there is always cars noise evrywhere in the ryokan. Also, we had trouble accessing the wifi from our room on the first evening.

Les chats étaient gentils, le personnel était très sympathique et le cadre est très beau.

J'ai été déçu qu'il n'y ait pas de repas du soir ce jour là. J'avais en partie réservé ce ryokan pour le repas qui avait l'air excellent, mais j'ai du me contenter d'un bento du konbini. Mieux vaut se renseigner avant d'arriver si c'est OK.

Adorable area, quaint and close to shopping and food options If the onsite restaurant isn’t your speed. The included meals are delicious though! We loved the kitties on site and even had one join us in our room for a bit. The outdoor onsen were lovely. Just be aware there may be (normal) bugs outside! Saw a crazy looking centipede lol. Staff is friendly and free drinks in lobby were a plus!

Room lighting was a bit dim but once blinds were drawn it was much better. Bathroom is tight but pretty standard for countryside Japan.

Rien pour poser dans la chambre, pas d'armoire/placard, lits très inconfortables, logement près de la route, obligés de faire la queue pour avoir accès à n'importe lequel des bains.
