Rude behavior of the hotel staff with my very old mother .They were only two ladies. Refuse to give complementary coffee powder. Food timing hotel staff told to them was wrong. They didn't get dinner. Very very bad experience. Not recommended for any others.

Food charges is a bit on the higher side. We can get very good quality food in the outside restaurants for lesser prices !! Why can't not Gokulam restaurants also follow the same !!

The property was advertised to be very near to the temple but actually had a 10 minutes walk from it. It was not so convenient during midnight temple visit.

Reviewed May 4, 2025We like the reachability or quick access to temple and the inhouse restaurant. Great customer support and friendly including reception persons, floor uncharged, watchman. Hot water was available 24*7. Room and toilets was super clean on checkin. Flexible check in. Sufficient parking facility.
It's not about unlike, few points to improvement. 1) bathroom tiles was slippery and we could not manage , which will be more tough for elder ones 2) Bed and pillow comfort can be improved.
