Good location

We had altogether reserved 5 rooms But the behavior of one male person from reception was very bad

Had a nice experience.Room was clean and service was efficient.

Breakfast was good and location is awesome. Room size, staff behaviour and tranquility. I liked getting newspaper in the morning. Overall food and restaurant staff behaviour was good

Bit more neater bathrooms. Avaibility of packaged drinking water is limited.

It’s located at a very good place and easily walkable to the temple. The beds were comfortable and had hot water.

The rooms could have been bigger. The breakfast buffet they offered was not great option it did not even include masala dosa, the buffet did not have anything the made freshly looked like was made and stocked. I recommend you just order breakfast. The food was good. The waiters were horrible did not know how to serve or take an order. We entered the restaurant and sat for 15 mins and then I had to go call a waiter to come serve us.

Interest feature.. wifi was not at all good in room

Altogether it was a great stay. The location, cleanliness, staff behaviour , food , facilities, everything was great

Every thing was good, but I feel there is still couple of things can be improved - please provide additional facial tissues in that room - please increase the size of the dust bin inside the room

Overall excellent experience. They upgraded me to junior suite, that was beyond my expectation. Clean room, nice vegetarian restaurant, located at the center of the town, quite convenient and comfortable stay to visit the temple.

Due to gas shortages, some items typically offered are removed from the breakfast menu. However, that's quite understandable, and impacting all the restaurants.

Stay was comfortable. The hotel has a good location. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and thoughtful.

Security ,

The main issue is the lack of professionalism in handling guests. Housekeeping is disorganized and does not follow a fixed schedule. The reception staff appear uncoordinated and communication among them seems weak. However, the security staff are excellent and very helpful. The air conditioning is not satisfactory, and the food quality is only average.

Some kind of engine or blowers noice that was disturbing noice heard inside the room number 311

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is within an 8–10 minute walking distance from the temple, which makes it reasonably convenient for a short stay.

The overall experience did not match the price paid. Check-in was disorganised, with mixed communication about the availability of an interconnecting room despite requesting it in advance and being initially told it was available. The staff attitude at the front desk felt rude and impatient (one lady in particular others were ok) especially during payment and ID verification. While ID for all guests is understandable, the way it was handled was unnecessarily unpleasant. The hotel is located right on a busy road, and there is constant traffic noise throughout the day and night due to poor sound insulation. Overall, better communication, hospitality, and noise control are needed.

Very good location and good rooms. Good food too

There was some minor foul smell coming in one of the 3 rooms we got.

Clean enviornment, good ambience, polite pleasant approach of staff members. Reception staff have warm, courteous behaviour.

My card details were collected by Booking.com, apparently for payment. But Hotel Renai collected payment directly on check-in. Why there is need to share the credit card details to both Booking.com & the hotel? Either Booking.com could have collected and shared the consideration with the hotel OR Booking.com could have avoided collecting the credit card details and authorised the hotel to collect the amount. Exposing the patron's card details to multiple entities could have been avoided.

There was a vip visit and the guests were asked to vacate the floor. We understand the rationale however, such things should be handled as courteous as possible for the guests who stay there already. We were just asked to move to a different floor without prior intimation and not much of an assistance of wrapping up all the stuff
