DoubleTree by Hilton Summerville Nexton

there was a roach in my bathroom. that's unacceptable

Clean and professional staff

Coffee could be better

Comfort of bed

Staring at double sided tape on the ceiling of the room; Being startled awake by the fire alarm which turned out to be a false alarm.

Clean affordable great location

The property has chefs

Check out was at 11 the housekeepers came knocking at 10a

Front office and dining staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The shower pressure was a little anemic (probably by design to conserve). The toilet dispensed slow and took more than one flush (RM 314).

Comfortable, pleasant decor

the toilet paper roll in the bathroom was placed so low, I almost fell off the toilet to reach it. poor design!!!

I loved the modern aspect of the room and the kitchen downstairs. I also loved the access of the different restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and acce

Only thing is that there was no cook on one of my stay nights but that is the only thing I did not like. Everything else was perfect! Oh, also having to pay for the breakfast!

We liked everything! Staff was very friendly and professional! Love the location, very clean.

Excellent location, amenities, and welcoming staff.

Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.

The hotel staff called me to say the hotel was full and they canceled my reservations.

Wonder

Clean room and friendly staff

Room was clean, bed very comfortable, staff friendly and this is a very quiet property. I will definitely be back!!

No staff at check in counter. Waited for about 5 min. Went to bar and asked bartender, He went to the back behind bar and got someone to check in. Lobby was very noisy from Bar proximity. People at bar being very loudand the acoustics magnified their voices. Wi no carpet and all tile floors and walls sound is magnified. Granted the people at bar were noisy. It was about 10;30pm

Cleanliness and bed was comfy!

Everything is wonderful

This property was one of the nicest we have stayed at and we do a lot of traveling,. It was a very reasonable prize, had extremely comfortable beds, super clean, exceptional breakfast, very nice staff and such modern amenities that we have not seen before. Would definitely stay here again!!

Clan

This property is clean and and the receptionist is very welcoming!

Customer service was awesome!! Property clean and quiet. Will definitely book again!

Convenient location. Room was nice and people were friendly.

The staff were the nicest, kindest people I have met at a hotel. The room was clean and I would definitely stay there again.

Friendly front desk staff, makes me feel at home. Comfortable and reasonably priced.

Staff was 10/10

satisfactory for thru travelers

Love it

Very efficient front staff and bar. The check in cookie was delicious!

A meeting space was rented on Saturday to a very loud church service - amplifiers, microphones, drum and guitar music, back-up singers, shouted sermons, etc. The service took place directly under my room, waking me at 9:15AM and going on until 2:30 PM. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway became a stressor that I shouldn't have had to deal with.

Customer service was excellent, very clean ! Beautiful hotel. I will stay there again !

The location

The initial room assigned to us was already occupied and contained personal belongings, rendering it unsuitable for our use. The second room presented issues as well, including the presence of a roach in the bathroom and a malfunctioning toilet that would not flush. It is evident that the quality of this establishment has significantly deteriorated.

The room was comfortable and well appointed.

We paid for breakfast but it was terrible experience. They had the worst cafeteria and workers for breakfast.it was waiting to get breakfast there.

Very neat

Everything was good

The bed was comfortable and the pool area very enjoyable. The workout center was above expectations. The staff, particularly Kia, was extremely helpful in finding things we needed.

I stayed at this property last year under a different brand. It was worth the price then. This trip I found the furnishings to be aging rapidly with the closet door not functioning, the shower faucet not adjusting and incessantly dripping when off, the couch stained, the faucet not getting cold and the table chipped.

The staff and the rooms were very large.

The rooms for the disable were not efficient. The bed and toilet were very low as well as the chair in the tub.

Friendly staff, clean, reasonable priced.

Clean, plenty of parking, close to highway and downtown.

The property is beautiful! In a super safe location and parking is easy. The food is delicious! And the bartender, Dave, is awesome!

Nice Hotel

Staff was so helpful

This is an amazing hotel. Cl an and comfortable. Staff could not have been friendlier

Stay was great! Room was huge and so comfortable. Conveniently located right near the interstate and main road in Summerville.

Very clean and everything up to date

Amazing

Pond behind the hotel is great for walking

Staff was great and place was very clean

Look anywhere here and you'll see something broken or dirty. Our air conditioner is barely working. The ice machines are broken on our floor and the next one. Our tub is scratched and stained. The TV is cable only, no streaming & no casting. Our room phone is half broken. No EV chargers. The parking lot is dark and has lots of warning signs absolving the hotel of responsibility. No coffee shop in the lobby. I even had to wait 5 minutes for my cookie.

Have stayed here a few times staff is very friendly right by shopping and dining short day, but worth it

Always a great experience at this property

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Loved the location,
