Breakfast was wonderful! I did have to work a little, so the desk was perfect. Very clean and comfortable.

Everything was good!!

I didn't wait.

The Holiday Inn charged my debit card an extra $50 for incidentals on March 6 and assured me that it would be returned to my bank in 7 to 10 days; 2weeks later, no return. The manager said she was searching but my name was misspelled, but she found it, and I would receive it in 24 to 48 hours. I did not. A week later I was told that it was lost in the Opera system but found; once again I was assured that I would receive it in 24 to 48 hours. I did not receive it. I called a third time, and she hung up on me. Then I contacted the corporate level, and they said that the hotel is responsible for returning it to me. Booking.com has warned me that suspicious activity has happened on my account.

Todo buena atención y servicio

Nada

Pool was closed and wasn't made aware until after I checked in... Req a refund and didn't stay

The rooms were clean

Traffic Traffic Traffic! Constant traffic noise.... perhaps don't book a room on the front side of hotel.

Clean, safe environment and convenient location

Clean, good staff, convenient location

No soda machine or drinks after breakfast.

Deposit of $50 was not refunded along w/stolen watch. I was told that booking company will send receipts & company (hotel) will follow up/ address watch. To no avail. Pls note I was also asked to returned to room to look for watch.

When I first got to the hotel by the looks of the parking lot and surrounding area, I was really skeptical about how it would be and look on the inside. Definitely don’t judge a book by its surrounding covers. The hotel is very nice inside! Room was easy to keep cool and very clean. All the Staff were always very friendly, respectful, polite and helpful! My towels were replaced daily and trash taken out and room serviced. The breakfast was awesome! There was something for us all! My kids loved the pancake maker and the food taste great!!

I didn’t like the parking. You just have to get there earlier than others to be able to get a good spot. It seemed like a lot of work trucks were taking up spots. I also didn’t like being locked out of my room for over 30 minutes. The key wouldn’t work when I returned from getting ice but front desk clerk was quick to jump in and help me. There just needs to be a better system for when the keypad dies and needs to be charged. A system could have been used to see how low the battery was or something to prevent it dying on me and locking me out. But that wouldn’t stop me from returning.

Good food

I did not get my deposit back

It was clean and in close proximity to everything.

Loved it!

Everything was GREAT!

All no complaints

We were impressed with the room and the cleanliness and the staff was very friendly nice amenities

The refrigerator had no freezer or way of keeping my ice pack Frozen overnight I have bad back problems and I have to have an ice pack in the mornings also we were not impressed with the breakfast the quality of the meat was horrible and there was no gravy for the biscuits

My reservation was not honored. They stated I should have checked with them, as reservations were not available as booked. They had to change my room 5 times. First, no hot water, second placed me on the first floor, then second floor with a tub not shower, next in a handicap room and finally in a queen size room, not the king I reserved, but with a shower. Very disappointed.

The staff were great. When we got to our room, we found that the TV couldn't connect to DTV and the phone was dead. The clerk moved to another room (a few doors down the hall) and the situation resolved quickly. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was OK. The juice and coffee had little taste. The sausage gravy and biscuits were good. The turkey sausage, well, it was turkey sausage. My wife said the scrambled eggs had no taste. I had hard boiled eggs and they were good. However, I was disturbed by the guys in the lobby. One was a middle-aged man sleeping (guest?) and the other a teenager lying sideways on the sofa with his feet on the upholstery (gross to me). All-in-all and okay stay.

The breakfast was the best I had in a long time. Shower had good water pressure and HOT water. Staff was A + Food Lion was next door. Pizza Hut was across the street.

Elevator seem to need a tune up. Slow and bell sounds like the speaker is blown.

Conveniently located to MUSC. Bed comfortable. Room clean. Shower and soap dispensers.

Location

Everything

It’s is now October 18th and I haven’t got my $50 deposit back. I stayed there on September 20th

Friendly staff, clean rooms and great location

There was a lot of individuals from various companies staying there that had oversized work trucks that took up 5-7 parking spaces which left the rest of us with little to no room to park. There could be a designated area at the shopping center right next door for these vehicles. Also, only 4 handicap parking spaces, more is needed and these could be located on the left side of the main entrance.

Clean

Loved location for my trip. Stayed 1 night. All staff were very nice.

I don’t give 5 starts because the tv was really awful just 10 channels to watch no news and mostly sports .. a shower hat would be helpful.. I didn’t get the breakfast only coffee and was very good .. other then that was good ..very clean ..

Great place to stay and good location

Nice room, quiet and relaxing I enjoyed it thank you

This was a one night stay on our way to Cypress Gardens and then Charleston. Room was quiet, except for the loud air conditioning unit which we had to turn off. Room was clean and fairly spacious, breakfast was ok.

Clean.

The receptionist was trying to give me a handicap room.

Staff was exceptional!! Though we had some discrepancy they worked tirelessly and politely to resolve it. They showed they really cared.

The lady checking us in was so friendly!

I like pretty everything about it from the staff to the parking to the food to the room etc just everything was #1

There was nothing I didn’t like probably the best hotel I ever stayed at

The hotel was great! comfortable beds, ample sized room and bathroom, fresh towels and linens, great coffee bar! breakfast was good. But mostly I want to give a shout out to the staff, especially Shantera. When she saw that my two boys (young men) were disappointed that they didn't have a roll away bed and would have to share a queen bed, she offered us an upgrade to a suit with a pull out couch. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. she deserves a raise!

as a disabled person i was excited to see the openings large and a walk in shower with seat already installed! great staff and was very helpful!

Everything was Great, especially the Breakfast! Thank You!

Great location. Super clean with updated amenities. Great breakfast options to choose from

Nice hotel

Not bad for a free breakfast every morning. Everyone was friendly. Hotel was clean. Food Lion is right next to it. A ton of places to eat are across the street. Charleston is about 30 minute drive. I would stay again.
