Reviewed Sep 12, 2026駅や江ノ島に近く、1階はコンビニになってるので、何にせよ、便利です！ 荷物もチェックイン前、チェックイン後も預かって頂けるし、スタッフの皆さん笑顔で親切です！ とても綺麗に清掃清潔にされてます！
2人で宿泊したのですが、お部屋がベットで占領されていて、荷物の置き場に困りました お部屋に全身用の鏡が欲しかったです フロントにもあるとイイと思います

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Very nice clean and updated (looks new) staff was excellent and helpful if asked. Very close to beach and right on a street that’s full of restaurants and shops. Love location as it is a very short walk to main train station and close to highlights and attractions.
No onsen, no breakfast. On second floor so harder for people with joint problems to climb.

Les lits étaient tout sauf confortable : très difficile de dormir. Réservé pour 3 : trouvé 2 lits collés dont 1 grand pour 2 et 1 petit pour 1, donc pas de place pour circuler dans la chambre. Le sur matelas glisse en 5 min et donc le drap du dessous s'en va et on fini à chaque fois directement sur le matelas avec le drap et le sur matelas en boule : ce n'est pas hygiénique. Impossible de s'assoir sur les WC sans avoir la tête dans le mur, et pas de petit déjeuner.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Uno de los puntos más positivos fue la tranquilidad. Apenas escuchamos ruidos durante nuestra estancia, lo que hizo que pudiéramos descansar muy bien. También valoramos mucho que nos proporcionaran toallas limpias cada día, algo que agradecimos especialmente durante nuestra estancia.
La habitación nos pareció más pequeña de lo que esperábamos y resultaba un poco incómoda para movernos dentro, especialmente con el equipaje. En las fotografías parecía tener algo más de espacio del que encontramos en realidad.

It was great value for money to start, they had a range of amenities to choose from, the beds were comfy, the location was walking distance to everything! I wish I knew that they had a deal on parking next to the family mart. I parked in the one next door to it and payed more than double than what it would have been if I knew. I did message them and they responded, I just didn’t see the message - so no fault of theirs :) tip, go to Sorafune Enoshima for a pirate themed dinner!! It was AMAZING

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Nothing to complain. For one night it was totally sufficient. It would be tight with suitcases but we luckily travelled with smaller backpacks only. Great location, comfortable beds and very quiet.
If you need to store your luggage you can just leave it in your room and drop the keys. We weren’t aware of this and wasted a bit of time trying to plan our day. There is a note at the reception which we saw at checkout but I wish staff would have raised it with us at checkin. The reception is unmanned until 9am if I recall correctly.

Reviewed May 21, 2026利便性と清潔さ、いつ訪れてもスタッフの皆さんが丁寧で親切なこと、リーズナブルさで、江ノ島に行く際の常宿として利用させていただいています。ベッドのマットレスが以前より硬めに変わったのか、とても快適に眠れました。また、スリッパが使い捨てタイプになり、より衛生的になってよかったです。 各部屋ごとにフリーWi-Fiもあり（速くはないですが）、デスクもあるので仕事もできます。 部屋によっては狭めでシャワーも共用になっていますが、気になる方は広めのバス.トイレ付の部屋にしたら問題ないと思います。フロントにはアメニティ、ウォーターサーバー、コーヒー、電子レンジなどがあり自由に使えます。 パジャマやガウンはありませんが、このお値段でこの快適さなので全く問題ありません。またお世話になります。 いつもありがとうございます。
強いて言えば部屋の脱衣スペースにバスタオルや服を置いておけるものか、壁にひっかけるフックでもいいのであったらいいなと思います。シャワーを使う時、床に服やタオルを直置きしておかなければならないのがいつもちょっと気になります。

They helped us with our luggage and my baby's stroller, and were always very attentive to me. We even became friends with the young man who assisted us at the front desk, and we were able to exchange cultural insights. The location is perfect; we loved staying there and would definitely return.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026江ノ島から近くて立地最高でした。車で行ったのですがおすすめの駐車場を教えていただき通常料金よりお得に停めることができてよかったです。室内はとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。共有スペースのトイレやシャワーも部屋の近くにあり、他の方ともほぼ合わずに使えたのでよかったです。共有スペースにコーヒーやお茶も自由に入れることができ、アメニティも揃っていてよかったです。宿の周りにも食事できるところが多いのもいいと思います。

Love the washing machine room with extra bathrooms and vanity areas - so that you can shower/ blow hair without disturbing your kids after the sleep. Many Food and shopping areas, Lawson right downstairs. Clean and considerate.
I needed to take 1 flight of stairs up, but the staff was nice enough to help carry my luggages up!

壁が若干薄いので、気になる人はやめた方がいいかも。

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025スタッフの対応が優しくとてもよかったです！予約時心配していた、トイレとシャワー共用のお部屋だったのですが、私たちのみ共用だったみたいで他の人と重なることなく貸切りのように使わせていただいたので何も問題ありませんでした。お部屋も広く綺麗でまた鎌倉に行くときはまたとまりたいと子どもも言ってました！アメニティは歯ブラシやかみそりに化粧水・乳液・ｸﾚﾝｼﾞﾝｸﾞ・綿棒などありました。コーヒーが飲めるようにウォーターサーバーもありました！シンプルで江の島まですぐだしうちの家族にはとても最高でした。

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025The room is big, clean and comfortable. AC is cold, fridge working properly. We have free coffee, tea, tooth brush, razor, even lotion. Laundry is cheap and get free detergent. Toilet is amazing, complete with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I love it and definitely will come back!

ベッドのマットレスが柔らか過ぎて腰痛持ちには厳しい。ベッドにかかるようにテーブルが設置されていて頭をぶつけました。ぶつけた箇所はコーナ―ガ―ドが取り付けられているので他の人もぶつけたのだと思います。

Reviewed Sep 14, 2025Best Location to explore Enoshima. Close to the train station and the bridge to Enoshima as well as the train station to Kamakura. Convenient store next door.
Be aware, you need to take steep stairs to the reception, not so convenient with large luggage and strollers. Rooms are quite small but clean and sufficient to spend a couple of nights.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025The staff were excellent, very helpful and welcoming. The location was great, a short walk from the station, beaches, restaurants and bridge to Enoshima. The aircon worked well. The laundry room was also very good.
There was some black mould on the high part of the walls in both rooms. The rooms were overcrowded with almost no space for luggage storage. It is probably down to the location but I feel it was quite expensive for what it was.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2025Mr. Mamoru and Ms. Momokoand Ms. Maria are very kind and provide necessary assistance during 2 days. Room, shower booth and toilet all clean. Room is very cool and calm so very good to stay. Strongly recommend this hotel, specially Koreans.

ベッドが大きすぎて、横のカウンターを使いにくかったのと、カウンターがささくれていて、そのささくれが服に引っかかって服が傷ついてしまったのが悲しかったです。
