古老日式旅館，很有年代感，很傳統的住宿， 博物館、浴池都很驚艷，餐點也非常棒。

浴室可以增加吹風機、化妝水跟乳液。如果有些小細節能夠微微調整（像是牆壁或是紙門的細節），相信會有更多客人願意入住！

室温とお風呂が快適でした

The location and history of this old building is facinating. We come as a family of 4 adults and slept on futons on the floor. It was all a lot of fun :) Given the age of the building the rooms had a tired old feeling. The views over the sea were stunning and the sight of Mt Fiji at sunset magical. Loved the pool ! There were some weird features eg. the fridge was programmed to lock, the access to the pool was under the buildings and down tiny walkways, the breakfast was traditional japanese with fish and little fish. The onsen was stunning and an experience within itself. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay helping with car parking and luggage storage.

I feel that the room was overpriced. No western option for breakfast.

L établissement est vieillissement et cet emplacement mériterait de remplacer les moquettes les fenêtres,, les abords et l acces a la piscine.

Bezpośredni widok na zatokę/ocean; wieczorny spokój i basen, który był zbawieniem w letni upał. Bardzo ładne onseny, dostępne cały czas i bez tłoku. Wyjątkowa atmosfera wyspy, szczególnie wieczorami i rano. Tradycyjne japońskie śniadania, oraz klimatyczny pokój. Dostępne nawet małe muzeum w środku hotelu. Zadbana zieleń wokół. Lokalizacja w samym centrum, a jednocześnie bardzo cicho.

Zabrakło jedynie widoku Fudżi, ale latem to nawet w takim miejscu niezwykle mało prawdopodobne;)

昭和感が満載でそれを味わいたい方にはいいと思います。 朝食の中居さん達のサービスが良かったです。

チェックインの荷物は自分でセルフ、布団は引いてくれます。場所のよさでお客様が来る感じ満載でした。 もうちょい昭和のサービスが欲しかってですね。 朝食のメニューも昭和

Amazing location, perfect to check into after that shrine workout. Please try both the cave and Roman baths if you can, they are phenomenal. Check out the museum as well! The staff there was extremely professional, kind, and hospitable. I had a lot of questions as it was my first ryokan stay and they made sure all of them were resolved. Can’t forget about the view. If the weather was a bit better and Mt.Fuji was visible then it would have been even more amazing. Still was phenomenal regardless. Highly recommend and would book again!

The staff were extraordinary accommodating. Location was amazing

My sister is vegan and the staff were really great about providing a vegan breakfast for her when requested, going out of their way to make special dishes. We really appreciated it! Great location on the island - it was cloudy when we went, or else the room would have had a Fuji view. We did just spot it with the sunset! The onsens are great fun - very different to others I've been to.

The hotel itself is a bit old-looking and could use some updates, but perfectly comfortable. The onsen areas in particular seem a little run down and could use a deep clean.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

It pains me to have to write this review because the staff was exceptional, very attentive, and friendly. Our room had a carafe of hot water, complimentary green tea, and a butter cookie for each of us. They had our beds all rolled out and ready by the time we got home from dinner, which was nice.

This property has major potential, but it needs a major overhaul. It feels 50 years old with little to no updating. The other reviews and pictures that I read before booking our stay showed a clear, beautiful pool set next to the sea with views, on a clear day of Mt. Fuji, but our reality was a green pool that was not for swimming. The baths are separated by gender and time, which isn't a huge deal, but if a traveller was expecting to go in with their partners or children of the opposite gender, they will not be allowed.

古蹟的時光痕跡讓人回味，也才會選擇這裏住宿，但建議部分設備（例如地毯、浴場壁櫃）也可以因應現代旅客需要而更新，讓旅人感受更佳。

La amabilidad del personal es maravillosa. El onsen es muy bonito (el de hombres más que el de mujeres, aunque hay un cambio un par de horas al día). La habitación es muy bonita y te sientes en el Japón tradicional completamente. Con unas vistas preciosas. Te preparan los futones a la hora acordada y te los quitan mientras desayunas, para no «molestarte». Además, el desayuno es súper abundante. Nos ha encantado.

Hay hora de cierre por la noche... y no puedes salir. Nosotros salimos a cenar fuera y nos hizo el favor, pero puso cara de sorprendido, como si nunca antes le hubiera pedido alguien salir...

Staff were so nice- limited English, but you should always try to speak Japanese when you travel here! Breakfast and stay was traditional, but exceeded our expectations. Our room was a basic one, with breakfast included, and it had a gorgeous view of Fuji san. What a brilliant place. Great location too. Seriously would stay again.

I saw a spider in the room, but that was about it! Older building, so that’s expected.

施設はちょっと古っぽい感じですが、ロケーションもとても良く、海ビューも綺麗でした。現地では駐車場がありませんが、観光協会のものを使ったら24時間パスが受けられます。ケイブ風呂は面白かったです。

ディナーが追加できなかった（が、隣の部屋にディナー届いていました）。

Location was perfect for our one night stay on Enoshima Island. Breakfast was awesome. View from our room was spectacular! Would definitely stay there again!

It is a very traditional Ryokan with an established history. The hot bath are both very special places you have to visit and enjoy. We had traditional dinner and traditional lunch. Maybe not everyones taste, but you have to enjoy those if you want to experience japanese hospitality. The staff almost only speaks japanese and little englisch. But this makes it even more kind. They make themselves understandable in every possible way. We also liked the traditinal room. The sleep at the Futons were so relaxing and one of the best nights I had in Japan. The best part about the room is the fact, that you can see Mt. Fuji in the morning when you wake up. I do not know how you could experience Japan better than waking up in a Ryokan with the view of Mt. Fuji in the morning.

I was a little worried about doing something wrong during my stay. The house is so traditional, and you just want to behave properly to be polite and respectful to your hosts.

Don‘t hesitate to book! We travel a lot and we are not campers, we like a good hotel. This hotel is old, but clean and has every luxury needed! We were treated like VIPs, this hotel is an absolutely authentic experience, we were the only people with non-japanese names at the time. The Onsen and the room are absolutely authentic and unique experiences. We loved everything. The breakfast is not for the weak though, it‘s authentic for Enoshima and traditional food that includes a whole fish. I could not eat it, but the staff were lovely about it. Room view on Fuji San was the cherry on top!

Cozy, comfortable, peaceful. Great hospitality, nice breakfast. The baths were very cool and the view from the bedroom was exceptional.

Meals were not served in our room as per typical ryokan but served in communal dining rooms. Carpark is off site so big luggage will be a problem; as we were driving a small camper, carpark fees was not reimbursed as as we could not park inside the designated multi-storey carpark.

Check in process was very good. The dinner offered was also amazing. Onsite Onsen was beautiful. Views of the ocean from our rooms was perfect.

Onsen cleaning times made it a little inconvenient. Also no clocks in the onsen (is that normal?)

I felt there like home.

ローマ風呂，クラシックな感じが良かった． 食事もバリエーションが有り，地元の食材あり，それでいて多すぎず，満足です．

洞窟風呂は一人で入るにはちょっと抵抗がありました．もう少し明るいほうが良いかも．もっとも，薄暗いほうが「雰囲気がある」，とも言えますが．

スタッフの対応

・窓の建て付けが悪く窓を開けるのが大変だった。 ・洗面所の床に干からびたコンタクトレンズが落ちて いた。

お出迎えして頂いた方、お食事の時の配膳の方、客室に灰皿やポットを替えに来て頂いた方など笑顔で丁寧な対応がとても良かったです。

駐車場から宿まで距離があるうえ、宿の玄関前には車が着けられないので旅行荷物を持って坂を上がるのが大変でした。

朝食が少ししょっぱかった

ロケーションもお風呂も最高てした。現在でもローマ風呂が使われているのが素晴らしいです。

朝食がご飯一膳に対しては少ししょっぱかったです。

旅館の方がとても親切だった。家族４人での宿泊したが、とんでもなく広い部屋に泊まらせていただきました。お風呂も温かく、マッサージチェアも無料で、朝食も美味しかったです。何より部屋から綺麗な富士山が見れて、感動しました。
