Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Que los administrativos no hayan actualizado el estado en que se encuentra el hotel, aparte de eso no contestan por ningún conducto bien sea por acá por la app o por el número que tienen agregado en el mapa de Google.. Tuve que reservar en otro hotel cercano porque mi sorpresa es que el hotel Z3 quedo destruido por el terremoto que se presentó en la cuidad el pasado 10 de agosto, la app confirma reserva sin tomar en cuenta que el hotel está inoperable, les toca demoler para volver a construir de nuevo

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Solo nos quedamos a dormir. En mitad del desayuno nos pilló el terremoto, solo podemos valorar el gran esfuerzo de los trabajadores por sacar todas las pertenencias de los huéspedes sin tener necesidad de hacerlo.
En cuanto a insonorización mal, se escucha todo.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The room is a good value for what you pay for. Do not expect something more if you can´t pay more. The location is excellent if you need to stay near the airport or the ExpoFuturo. They have pleasant staff who are always willing to help you. And that is I think one of the best counter effort the hotel can give you if they have other misgivings. They have a good filling breakfast. Their hot chocolate is divine.
The first room they assigned to me has a non-working AC so they had to move me to another one that is on the road side. It was just noisy as it is the main road. So it is difficult to sleep. They have a little repair going on the hotel, so the surroundings was a bit dusty and dirty.

There is no elevator and they put you in the 4 floor, even though they offer help to carry your luggage. It is not that bad, the hotel just feels cheap, but if you need to stay close to the airport for an early flight it is a good option.

Cuando lo vimos por internet se veía lindo, ya cuando llegamos por encima no se veía tan mal, pero entonces mi compañero se asomó por la cortina, una cortina enorme, pensando que tenía buena vista y era un engaño, la ventana era exageradamente pequeña en comparación al tamaño de la cortina, él al "asomarse" vió fué la pared, luego notamos humedad en una parte de la pared, al parecer tapada justo por la cortina, después revisamos la cocina, no tenía ni una sola cuchara, ni ollas, absolutamente nada para cocinar, tampoco funcionaba, no tenía gas; luego nos recostamos y encontramos muchísimos pelos encima de la cama, sacamos varios, las almohadas estaban algo manchadas también. Llamábamos a recepción en varias ocasiones y no contestaban. En la mañana preguntamos si podríamos tener el desayuno al cuarto y a mi compañero le tocó traer absolutamente todos los platos. Sinceramente no me parece que no tenga potencial, pero le falta demasiado y siento que la publicidad es muy engañosa.

Seleccionamos opción cama y sofá cama y nos dieron una habitación con una cama sola. Pedimos varias veces pero me dijeron que no tenían disponible esa opción. No obstante cuando llegamos el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío y vi que habían habitaciones con dos camas libres. Otro punto negativo que el baño no tenía ventilación y daba a la habitación.
