Die moderne und elegante Einrichtung. Die durchdachte (Innen-)Architektur, die sich fantastisch zurücknimmt vor dieser Bergkulisse und einen die herrlichen Ruhe geni8en lässt, in zurückhaltenden Minimalismus. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt .

Das Müllhäuschen, wo man seinen eigenen Müll am Ende entsorgen soll, ist nicht als solches gekennzeichnet und sorgte am Abteisetag für Verwirrung

We have been many times to the secret, this was first time after new ownership. The secret is still a nice hotel but clearly lost the special touch it used to have. Lots of little touches are gone. It is not special anymore, just a typical 4 star with worse breakfast than before (it was simply great), no towels or nice tea in the sauna and with cold pool so you can't spend there more than a few minutes. A clear downgrade from what it used to be. Checkout also is at 10, so makes Sunday morning too rushed for an Alpine Hotel. We also hada fire alarm at 3am and no apologies at all. Terrible night sleep when you are looking for relax. In summary, it was one of our top hotels in the Alps. Now it is just a pretty normal hotel, not worth the money .

Zimmer sauber und Top / Pool und Spa sehr gut / Küche hervorragend.

Nach 2 Jahren mal wieder in Secret- Sölden, aber leider hat man schon beim CheckIn gemerkt das der neue Betreiber (ggf.auch notwendig) Sparmassnahmen eingeleitet hat. Mit 2024 ist es bezüglich Service / Personal / HighEndservive leider nicht mehr zu vergleichen. Hier machen Kleinigkeiten den Unterschied.

Wie immer der freundliche Empfang, die gute Parkmöglichkeit und die Nähe zum Lift

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter im Hotel. Alles sehr großzügig gestaltet, sauber und stilvoll.

Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant kann großteils nicht Deutsch. Es wird ein Gedeck verrechnet und nichts dafür geboten - kein Brot, kein gar nichts. Essen aber gut.

Hervorragendes Frühstück. Vom Ingwer Shot und Sekt bis zum Pancake und Rührei. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Frisch, regional, selbstgemacht und liebevoll angerichtet. Toller Service im Frühstückraum und am Empfang. Sehr freundliches und herzliches Personal.

Im Grunde gibt es nicht wirklich was zu beanstanden. Das Appartement im EG war relativ "dunkel" und das Mobiliar etwas "abgenutzt", aber insgesamt ist das schon "Meckern auf hohem Niveau".

Die Lage ist klasse, eigentlich direkt am Gailachkogel. Alles total sauber. Die Menschen, die dort arbeiten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grandios. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit den Räumlichkeiten. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Das Besteck ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Einfach toll- wir kommen wieder!

Eine einzige kleine Anmerkung sei gestattet: Der Härtegrad der Betten war für uns zu weich.

Mooi ingericht hotel, straalt rust en klasse uit. Uitstekend, uitgebreid ontbijt en heel ruime kamers. Slechts enkele minuten wandelen tot aan de lift.

The housekeeping staff appeared to lack commitment to their responsibilities. The apartment was in a rather worn condition.

Very nice and undisrubed location, yet close to the lift station and city. Nice view from the room and balcony and very facilities.

Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

A minor note but the pillows were too soft and inadequate

De kamers zijn geweldig, de Spa en het zwembad ook. Het personeel was ook heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De locatie van het hotel was heel prettig omdat de skilift heel dichtbij was.

Er was niet een gezellig barretje waar we wat konden borrelen na het skiën, alleen een rooftop bar die was erg fancy maar gaat pas om 18.00 uur open en de behoorlijk prijzig.

Perfecte locatie nabij dorp en lift. Groot hotel, maar zeker niet massaal.

Flink aan de prijs. Voor soortgelijke bedragen zitten we in vergelijkbare hotels maar dan mét avondeten.

Service in general is definetly even close up to the mark - Staff on the breakfast chit-chat to each other, not paying attention to the guests. When you approach them to order something, they will tell you that they accept orders only at a table, please go back to table they will come. - Cleaning staff just rushed in the room when i was in the shower after skiing, I asked to come later and the response was "I cannot promise". Really? After couple of reminders on the reception the cleaning still did not happen that day. - Sauna and swimming pool closes very early - at 8 pm. So every day i had to select whether i take sauna after skiing and do late dinner or skip sauna. This is not i would expect from the such hotel.

Dinner was elke avond een feestje in mn mond. Damn wat overheerlijk gegeten, Parking excellent, Loop naar kelder skischoentjes aan en dan 5min walk naar Gondel en heerlijk einde dag helemaal terug skiën naar waar ik gestart was. Waanzig uitzicht op een berg weet eigenlijk nog niet hoe die heet, zonovergoten balkon. Heerlijke rainshower. Ga terug 13/4 ga ik terug. Spacious clean rooms. Good location near the gondola. Helpful and friendly staff. Rich breakfast.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Außerdem hat mir der Wellness-Bereich sehr gut gefallen.

"nicht gefallen" wäre hier etwas übertrieben. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ich fand es jedoch nicht so "herausragend", wie es in vielen Rezensionen beschrieben wurde.

- locatie aproape de centru si telecabina - apartament cu doua camere foarte mari - mic dejun bun si variat, facilitati hotel (parcare, piscina, sauna)

- acces relativ dificil cu masina la hotel (strada ingusta) - n-am fost informati ca avem Guest Card cu care se putea folosi gratuit transportul public - piscina era deschisa mai tarziu decat programul oficial, si asta pentru ca noi am cerut sa fie deschisa. In plus, piscina exterioara avea apa mai rece seara decat la pranz - atitudinea si comportamentul personalului (indiferenta, aroganta) care lasa mukt de dorit

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptlift, was natürlich toll ist, wenn man nicht mir dem Auto auf den Gletscher fährt. Alles ist sehr neu, sehr gepflegt und extrem stylish ausgestattet.

Relativ teuer. Gut, kurzfristig gebucht, Sölden war recht voll, aber das Hotel nicht... dafür überzeugt das Hotel aber gegenüber den anderen am Platz nicht. Einfach lieblos geführt. Personal, das nur Italienisch spricht - dann aber auf Italienisch den Weißwein auch nicht kennt... Eine tolle Bar im Dach, in der das Personal handyspielend lümmelt. Ein Snack-Automat im Keller, der aber keinen Rotwein hat und nur Weißbier (aber in den Zimmern sind keine Weißbiergläser..) Einfachste Badausstattung in den Zimmern, kein BD. Personal im SPA, dem es wurscht ist, wenn die Leute in Badeklamotten und Handynutzend herumlärmen. Auf den letzten Punkt hatte ich sogar hingewiesen, Aussage vom Chef vom Dienst, hätte ich halt "melden" müssen... klar, da ist der Gast schuld "müsse ich verstehen"

Za 4 dny u nás ani jednou nebyla pokojová služba. Měli nás v plánu každý den přesně na 10.00 a to se nám nehodilo. Opakuji za 4 dny ani jednou. Přijít o hodinu později odmítali :-) Prostě 10.00 nebo neni toaletní papir, ručníky nic. V čase 10.45 - 17.00 mohli pravovat, ale to se jim už nechtělo :-) Přece si program dne nebudu dělat podle uklízečky v hotelu ceny 800 euro na noc.

Excellent stay! They upgraded our room for free and everything was perfect. Modern facilities and great breakfast.

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – mitten in den Bergen, mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Suiten sind riesig, modern eingerichtet und die Betten unglaublich bequem – man schläft dort einfach himmlisch. Das Bad ist top gepflegt und stilvoll gestaltet. Besonders begeistert hat mich der Spa-Bereich: verschiedene Saunen, ein Pool mit Bergblick und eine perfekt angenehme Wassertemperatur – selbst im Herbst ein Genuss. Auch das Personal war jederzeit super freundlich. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war hervorragend – qualitativ und preislich absolut überzeugend. Ebenso das Frühstück: vielfältig, frisch und einfach perfekt. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft, in der wirklich alles stimmt.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Die Preise sind im Dezember zwar etwas höher, aber das ist in dieser Lage und bei diesem Niveau absolut nachvollziehbar – und für das, was man geboten bekommt, jeden Cent wert.

Man kann im Zimmer die Raumtemperatur nicht eigenständig regulieren und die Temperatur war viel zu warm eingestellt. Als ich an der Rezeption nach gefragt habe, meinte dieser, dass man die Temperatur nur des gesammten Hauses einstellen konnte. Die Betten waren nicht bequem, meine Freundin und ich hatten sehr Nacken- & Rückenschmerzen in der Früh.

Die schicke Einrichtung, das extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, der Pool, Wellnessbereich und Gym alles mit Ausblick auf die Berge. Das riesige Zimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern und en-suite Bädern und einer freistehenden Badewanne mit Blick auf die Berge. Einen riesigen Balkon und großen Wohnbereich hatten wir auch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut vor allem das frisch zubereitete Omelette! Wir kommen wieder!

L’accueil et l’amabilité du personnel. Les hôtesses d’accueil ont été très disponibles pour régler et trouver une solution à toutes nos demandes .La décoration que soit celle des chambres ou des parties communes. Le parking souterrain gratuit. La stresse grande qualité des équipements. La piscine mixte intérieur/extérieure. Le petit déjeuner. La Summer card .

Le restaurant. Nous y avons mangé le premier soir mais les plats étaient trop salés et pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. La première chambre que nous avions réservé sur booking était au premier étage et face à la façade du bâtiment d’en face. Merci à la responsable de la réception pour nous avoir trouvé une chambre avec une vue plus agréable. Notre chambre n’a pas était faite la dernière journée de notre séjour.

Second stay in your hôtel, we love your hôtel. Rooms, design, SPA are great! Staff is very friendly as well. Great to have charging station free of charge. Good communication for the bedrooms choice. Staff is friendly (big up for the blond lady at the breakfast, sorry do not know the name but might be headwaiter or?) -> super pro.

-À young waitress discussed for very very long at a table at the breakfast. Please, this is not professionnal... -And, we decided to order starters in the room for the 1st evening. Very good but, one was trout salmon, and it was not in it, there was only the salad. The day after we just mentionned at the lady at the réception, we were not asking for anything, we just asked to pass on the message to the Chef and she asked us to do it by ourself…really? ? We decided not to do it… we were going all day long outside and came back after 10pm. Aim was not to have a réduction, it was only to mention it so that they can pay attention to it. Some suggestions, -ask people charging their car to move them when it is done. It was sometime complicated to have one despite the high number of places. -Breakfast is really nice but everyday the same… Except fresh juices. It would be a really good point to have more qualitative cheeses (always the same, for the Price we can expect something else). Same for ham/salami. Your hôtel is great, but there are Little things really easy to fix to get back to the level of two years ago.

بصراحه الفندق ك اثاث جميل ومسبح ولكن موظفة الاستقبال التي استقبلتنا لم تكن ودوده ولا جيده فالتعامل اسلوبها كان جدا جاف وسيئ .. لم يعجبني اننا حجزنا شاليه يتكون من 3 غرف نوم وشرفه ولكن لم تتم مساعدتنا في اي شي كان الاصنصير لا يعمل وحملنا الشنط إلى الأعلى بدون اي مساعده منهم .. لم يكن هناك نظافه التنظيف عندهم فقط تبديل المفارش .. عند خروجنا تم اخذ منا 200 يورو اي ما يقارب ( 900 درهم ) فقط لاننا خرجنا بعد الجيك اوت ب نص ساعه مع العلم اننا أعطيناهم علم اننا سوف نتاخر لننزل الحقائب والشنط ولم يخبرونا بانهم سيخصمون 200 يورو < لا اتوقع انه مبلغ بسيط على تاخير بسيط جدا مع اعطائهم علم بذلك < لم يعجبني أبدا الفندق أنا اخترت الفندق لأنعم بالراحه ولكني لم اجد اي راحه ..

كل شي لم يعجبني واكثر شي الموظفين والعاملين ومستوى النظافه ..

I have been staying at this hotel with my family for four years because we truly love it. The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, and they even arranged a lovely birthday surprise for my son.

This time, I was very disappointed. The furniture was old and dusty, the cooking utensils were dirty, and there were many insects in the room. Housekeeping only changed towels and emptied bins without proper cleaning. For such an expensive hotel, this was unexpected, and I hope it returns to its previous high standards.
