Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede bediening in het restaurant. Het eten was heerlijk. Iedere avond kon je kiezen uit een 3-gangenmenu voor de volgende dag. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Mooie kamers en deze werden iedere dag goed schoongemaakt.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Het personeel was geweldig. Zeer behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. We hadden half pension geboekt. Het ontbijt was ontzettend uitgebreid en erg goed en datzelfde geldt ook voor het avond eten waar je kunt kiezen uit een keuze menu. Het hotel beschikt over een ruime bar om na het eten ook heerlijk een drankje te nuttigen. De kamers waren voorzien van alle gemakken. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de Gaislachkogel gondel. Daarnaast stopt de skibus letterlijk voor de deur.
In de kamer en in het hotel was het erg warm. Het is aan te raden om ook zomerkleding mee te nemen als je het hotel in de winter bezoekt :-). We hadden een kamer aan de straatkant. Die was best gehorig zeker als het raam open stond.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Very good family run hotel! Position is excellent. Stuff is friendly. It’s very clean,beds are extremely comfortable and pillows are great. Interior is very well designed amd main toilet is extremely clean and very well equipped. Garage and ski room are so good. A la cart restaurant is pretty good.
Only complaint is about breakfast buffet. Always empty and they don’t fill it up frequently enough. Pastry variety is poor. Only sweet croissants (not plain ones!!!) Hotel with the grade good as this one MUST HAVE full buffet from beginning till the end of breakfast.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026The hotel was very convenient and well-organized. There was plenty of space in the ski room, and the spa area was relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the location was excellent for accessing the ski slopes and local amenities.
One downside was the lack of a small cold plunge tub, which would have been nice to cool off after spa.

Pokoje wygodne , gorąca woda pod prysznicem bez ograniczeń , sauny czynne 16.00-20.00 ( suche , wilgotne, krzesla z podczerwienią) , posilki smaczne i urozmaicone, opcje wegetariańskie, wegańskie produkty bez laktozy ( medal dla szefa kuchni za desery😋). Napoje do śniadan w cenie, napoje do obiadokolacji płatne. W hotelu pokoj zabaw dla dzieci , ski room z szafkami z podgrzewaczami na buty, z wygodnym wejsciem, bar ze stolikami do integracji . Pod hotelem zjazd z toru saneczkowego, przystanek ski busa na gondole Giggijoch, 200 m od hotelu gondola na Gaislachkogl.
Warto byloby wyposazyc pokoje w czajnik i zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty, karafka wody na stole do obiadokolacji tez bylaby dobrym pomyslem.

La literie trop ferme et la chambre donnant coté rue est très bruyante avec le passage des véhicules sur le matin.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Es handelt sich um einen Familienbetrieb. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich, und das Essen war köstlich. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein.
Die Nähe zur Hauptstraße ist leider nicht zu überhören. Außerdem konnten wir unseren Sitzplatz im Speisesaal nicht selbst wählen, dieser wurde bereits am Anreisetag fest zugewiesen – vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir mit einem kleinen Kind gereist sind. Trotzdem: schade. Alles in allem jedoch empfehlenswert.

Hotel je v Söldenu, takže je na hlavní silnici. Jestli chcete klid, musíte zavřít okna. Ale to je taková Söldenská klasika

Reviewed Aug 12, 2024The location is perfect. The main lifts are close. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel, that is also free due to the summer card. Our room was perfect, really big one for the 3 of us. The garage is nearby and also very big, no need to worry that one would not have a space there.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2024The hotel is very beautiful, located just a 3-minute walk from the gondola. The rooms are modern and clean, and the restaurant is top-notch. Both breakfast and dinner are diverse and delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly. This was our third stay in a hotel in Sölden, and it's the first one we can wholeheartedly recommend to everyone.

If I have to make a comment, as we had a room on the frontside, traffic noise was sometimes “present” (to be honest their was a lot of construction activity in the large neighbourhood, which explains the traffic)

Reviewed Aug 20, 2023Very large newly refurbished rooms with plenty of space. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Good food and plenty of it. Although the hotel is beside the main road through Solden it was still quiet enough to sleep with a window open. Excellent secure underground carparking nearby exclusively for the hotel.
Tables for dining were a little squashed together. TV could do with some instructions as we never got past the webcams of the mountains! These were very minor issues and did not detract from our lovely holiday.
