Overal haren op de grond en vlekken in de lakens. Geen enkel haakje, kledinghanger, kast o.i.d. om kleding op te hangen. Harde muziek in de avond (wij waren er in het weekend)

nos dieron una habitación que daba al pasillo del hotel (interior), llego esa noche gente con valijas e hicieron un montón de ruido. como no tiene ventanas al exterior, olía a humedad y muy obscura.

He estado un muchos hoteles y por lo regular dejo los controles en los cuartos, sin embargo esta ves nadie me comento que tenia que bajarlos y los deje arriba, y la señora que me recibio los controles casi casi me dijo que los bajara se me hizo mal plan por la forma en que lo pidio, pero bueno no vuelvo a ese hotel

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026The bed was firm the way I like it but that isn't unique to this hotel. Beds are nice and firm all over Mexico.
Lots. The first morning we had to be ready by 5:30 am for our tour and we couldn't get hot water in the shower no matter how long we ran it and had to give up. There was no floor mat in the bathroom when you step out of the shower. With slick tiles this could prove dangerous. We were happy to see a ceiling fan in the room but it would run only at full speed. No regulator. No extra sockets to plug in phone charger. Poor lighting. No elevator. After a long day of climbing while sightseeing it was painful to go up two flights of stairs. Not a good value for money.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025The hotel is in the center of town so everything is within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was helpful and gave me tips to get to the Palenque archeological site without spending too much.
The shower head is old and shoots water in different directions. The first day I got hot water in the shower but the next day I only got cold water.

Il faudrait revoir la salle de bain, il y a des trous pour les évacuations qui donnent sur un couloir qui communique avec les chambres voisines. Mais pour le prix c’est très bien

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025Hotel heeft een goede locatie, middenin het centrum. De kamer is ruim en heeft een groot bed, dat was erg fijn. Lief en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt. Ook was de douche warm en was er goede wifi.
Het hotel is erg verouderd. De kamer was prima maar alles is erg oud, hierdoor lijkt het allemaal niet fris. Het ergste: de deur kan niet goed op slot. Elke ochtend stond de deur op een kier open. Als je de sleutel maar 1 cm in de deur deed ging die al open. Dit voelde niet veilig. We waren bang dat onze spullen gestolen zouden worden. Dit is gelukkig niet gebeurd. We hebben dit aangegeven bij een man bij de receptie, hij begreep helemaal niets van wat we bedoelden dus kon ons niet verder helpen.

Redelijk hard bed. Geen raam met uitzicht naar buiten, voelt opgesloten.

The place has a weird vibe. Our room was quite small and had no real window to the street. Although there were no critical issues, we have stayed in many hotels in the same price range or lower where we had much better experiences.

(Outsourced) They have a very nice pizza in the hotel that smells and is delicious!! All connections of "collectivos" literally just outside the hotel! The ADO bus station is 6min walk and the centre of Palenque 5' away from the hotel! Excellent location, great value for money! Excellent beds!
Takes a bit longer than usual for the hot water to reach the shower/tap but don't worry it's available at all times!

I had to go to the lobby 1 night and ask the staff to be quiet. It was past 11pm and they were loud. Noise really carries because the stairs and floors are marble.

Location was very good and near shops and restaurants. bed was big and super comfy. shower pressure was good and did get warm (after a while!) cleaned everyday by the maids!

Reviewed Jan 7, 2024Place is simple, but everything works well. They do cleaning and restock supplies (soap/shampoo) on a daily basis. It’s in the centro area, so very walkable everywhere, colectivos to all the places nearby.
The internet gets glitchy sometimes and there was noice coming from the street and hotel corridors.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2023The staff was very friendly. We could leave our luggage there when we arrived around 7am. And as soon as the room was ready we could do an early check-in. We could do a later check-out because we were a bit sick and than leave our luggage there until we took the night bus. When we asked for food recommandations they were more than happy to help us. We could store something in the fridge as well. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, in the center and close to the busstation and all the colectivos to the 'touristy' spots.
There were no plug sockets near the beds. It was very noisy, during the day and at night. We could not only hear everything on the outside (cars, honking, people screaming etc.) but also our neighbours (moving things, walking around, water running etc.). The waterpressure was very low.

Hotel is very basic but it’s a great location, very clean and got what I needed for a night. Slept like a baby on the huge bed and air con worked perfectly!
