Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Bellissima struttura in mezzo al verde e tenuta egregiamente. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. La camera con vista giardino è decisamente rilassante, arrivavamo da giorni intensi nella giungla ed è stato veramente piacevole arrivare qui.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Petite maison rétro, joliment décorée, avec vue sur un jardin tropical à l’arrière, au calme (et nous en avions besoin!). Nous avons eu une grande chambre et salle d’eau lumineuses. A proximité du centre, dans la quartier du Cañada mais n’a rien à voir avec les complexes hôteliers: ici il y a une belle et grande cuisine qui est partagée et du café qui est préparé et que l’on peut boire sur les tables de la terrasses. Le personnel est super gentil et attentionné.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Struttura immersa nel verde nel quartiere più carino di Palenque, vicino a ristoranti e cafè e al terminal Ado. Camere semplici, ma pulite e molto spaziose. Possibilità di uso cucina. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno permesso di fare un check in anticipato e ci hanno dato la possibilità di farci la doccia prima dell'autobus notturno.

Très belle cuisine On a pu laisser les valises en arrivant et en partant. On a pu meme se doucher dans une salle de bain commune en repartant pour prendre le bus de nuit.

In a good location, very close to the touristy strip of restaurants or you can easily walk into the town, bus station also walking distance. Staff were super friendly too.
Our shower head almost had too much pressure, I think it may have been broken, so it was a little intense 😅.

Le personnel en plus d’être très sympathique et très serviable : nous avions besoin d’arrivé en pleine nuit, et après échange avec le réceptionniste il nous ouvert à minuit. Nous avons voyagé avec notre fils de 3 ans, l’endroit est calme pour une famille, mais noter que le lit est assez juste pour 3. Encore merci pour tout.

Nos intentaron extorsionar por telefono dentro de este hotel, las personas conocían mi nombre, número de teléfono, el hotel y el numero de HABITACIÓN el cuál nos fue entregado solamente al llegar, recomiendo tomar precauciones, debido a esta situación tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Très bon emplacement en face de la gare ADO, et des rues animées du centre-ville. Facile de trouver des taxis ou colectivos pour aller visiter les ruines. Café à disposition dans la cuisine commune. Minuscule terrasse agréable avec vue sur un jardin tropical. Wifi OK.
La chambre "vue sur jardin" était semi enterrée avec un soupirail donnant sur les graviers de la rue, avec les voisins qui peuvent vous voir dans votre lit. Du bruit assez fort en provenance des bars de la rue d'à côté. Chambre qui sentait fort l'humidité, avec des murs lépreux, une salle de bains minuscule à la plomberie vieillissante. Pas très propre, aucun charme, j'ai juste préféré oublier que j'étais là et vite aller ailleurs. Heureusement le prix était peu élevé pour Palenque.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026La casa si trova immersa nella vegetazione, la giungla. Abbiamo visto anche 2 scimmie sugli alberi. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima dell ora del check in. C'è una cucina comune a disposizione. La persona che gestisce è molto disponibile. Si trova vicino alla stazione dei bus. Vicino ci sono diversi ristoranti.
La nostra camera era sotto il piano strada e aveva tracce di umidità. La doccia calda non funzionava e abbiamo usato quella di un bagno comune.

Qualche minuto in più e si arriva nella zona più "locale" di Palenque da cui partono anche i bus colectivos per il sito archeologico. Struttura immersa nel verde e molto tranquilla.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The location is terrific. And the little hotel is clean and lovely. The La Cañada is a bit of jungle right in town. Its a very pretty enclave with nice but somewhat pricey restaurants nearby. I usually walked to the nearby non touristy area. Great mercado near too. Plus a huge CHEDRAUI store. Also its very close to ADO station. I took a collectivo over to Palenque from stop near ADO.
Staff could have been friendlier. I do speak intermediate Spanish so not so much about the language barrier.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Casa Hadassa is an absolute gem! I loved my 2 nights here. The bed is so comfortable and the room and bathroom spacious and exceptionally clean. When I arrived, the air-conditioning had even been turned on for my arrival time. The host was lovely and helpful. I loved waking up surrounded by jungle plants outside the bedroom window. The location is perfect, set one street behind the main tourist restaurant area, and a short, 5 minute walk to the main town and Palenque square.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Der Garten war wunderschön. Man konnte abends gemütlich sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Super war die Lage. Eine gemütliche Küche, um sich selbst zu versorgen und Leute zu treffen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Alle Verkehrsmittel waren fussläufig zu erreichen, man ist auch schnell im Stadtzentrum.
Schade, dass kein Pool in der Nähe ist, aber das steht ja in der Beschreibung... Ich hatte nichts zu beanstanden. Würde wieder dort übernachten.

Reviewed May 20, 2026L'emplacement à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la gare routière et dans une zone boisée calme. La chambre avec vue sur la forêt. Le calme, aucun bruit la nuit. Literie confortable. Propre. La cuisine et la terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Les tortues dans le jardin. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Ils m'ont gardé mon sac jusqu'au départ de mon bus à 22h, j'ai même pu prendre une dernière douche avant de partir et ils m'ont prêté une serviette de bain. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Reviewed May 6, 2026It was difficult to enjoy our stay properly because there were some problems with the AC two nights in a row being disfunctional. A cable was damaged on street level and caused problems at our and some other rooms. Luckily the second night they offered us a solution by staying in a nearby hotel to spend the night. This was highly appreciated as the temperature did not go below 29C. Personnel were very considerate towards us.
The area around is very green in the street and at the garden, but you’re still very much in the city center with all it’s hustle and bustle from nearby streets and commercials.

Reviewed May 4, 2026La zona de la Cañada es muy bonita y atractiva, muy arbolada, llena de restaurantes, cafés, hoteles pequeño y medianos. El hotel colinda con la cañada en un entorno lleno de vegetación y vistas muy agradables. El hotel es sencillo, pero bien montado, no cuenta con muchas amenidades, solo una sala, cocina y terraza común. No hace falta más si lo que uno desea es descasar después de haber recorrido Palenque y sus alrededores. El precio es muy razonable considerando su ubicación.
No tengo quejas sobre el alojamiento. Hubo un desperfecto con una llave de agua pero lo resolvieron enseguida. No pasó a mayores.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Die Unterkunft ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom ADO-Busbahnhof und nur 1 Minute zu Fuß vom touristischen Zentrum vom Palenque entfernt. Trotzdem ist es total ruhig und schön dort. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Küche, die genutzt werden kann, sowie eine schöne Terrasse, auf der man sich aufhalten kann. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Vor allem die Größe des Badezimmers stach hervor. Es war total sauber. Es gab Ausstattung, die wir in den anderen Unterkünften in Mexiko nicht gesehen haben, zB. einen Föhn und ein Bügeleisen.
Der Deckenventilator war etwas schwach, aber es gab eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt ein paar Insekten auf der Terrasse, aber das ist angesichts der Lage am Dschungel normal.

Room is huge and is even better than the pictures. The staff are helpful, helping us book a taxi to the train station etc. Free coffee and great kitchen too

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Je n'ai pas pu séjourner dans cet hôtel - il s'avère que la cliente précédente n'a pas pu prendre la route en raison d'un malaise/maladie. En ce sens, ma chambre était occupée par cette femme et nous n'avions plus de chambre. A notre arrivée, le responsable de Casa Hadassa nous a expliqué la regrettable situation et qu'il s'était chargé de nous réserver une chambre dans l'hôtel voisin sans aucun supplément. Il nous a conduit dans cet hôtel, propre, bien équipé, rien à redire. Au regret de ne pas avoir pu séjourner dans ce logement réservé néanmoins sa grande servitude nous a permis de ne pas impacter notre voyage. Merci à lui.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Tout. Le jardin est remarquable. Il donne l’impression d’être loin de la ville d’autant que située dans une voie sans issue, la Casa est à l’abri des bruits de circulation. On y dort tranquille. A deux pas de la station de bus ADO et des collectivos qui mènent au site.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026Fantastic location if you're stopping in Palenque to see the ruins or catch the Tren Maya to the east. 4 minutes walk from the ADO bus terminal at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Amazingly quiet given how close it is. Lovely comfortable room, quiet seating terrace overlooking the jungle. Free coffee and filtered water in the kitchen and really helpful staff. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Nagyon jó helyen gyönyörű környezetben van. Jól felszerelt konyha. Személyzet nem tud angolul de fordítóval minden megoldható és mindenben segítettek. Csomagot ott hagyhatod és különálló fürdőt hadználhatod egy hosszú éjszakai busz út után.

Se cercate un luogo in mezzo alla natura, questo non fa esattamente per voi. La giungla è altro, diciamo che l'hotel si trova in posizione piuttosto centrale e facilmente servita. Chiaramente non ci sarà la tranquillità della natura.

Excellent location close to a lot of nice restaurants and just a stones throw from the bus station. Very friendly and welcoming host. We were allowed to store our luggage after check out and the host even allowed us to make use of an external shower and toilet to freshen up before our night bus Later after we had already checked out

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026This guesthouse is in a great location in a quiet little corner of the tourist sector of Palenque, overlooking a small wooded ravine. There is a shared kitchen and dining area, and luggage storage is available. Good communication with management to organize arrival orientation.
