Lovely apartment

Phòng thiết kế khá độc đáo, khá hợp gu mình, có tiện nghi bếp và máy giặt nữa, cũng cũng nha

Đặt để ở thử vì cùng chi nhánh với TTR Midtown tôi hay ở để trải nghiệm, chi nhánh này khác là có bếp theo dạng căn hộ. Thấy cũng hay, nếu đi với gia đình có con nhỏ thì tôi sẽ ưu tiên ở chi nhánh này

Thật sự thích view và cách bố trí của phòng. Nhân viên lễ tân rất lịch sự và nhiệt tình. Ngoài ra khách sạn còn chấp nhận cho tôi gửi đồ ngoài giờ ở lại.

Tuy nhiên khi nhận phòng thì sàn còn khá bụi, đi chân trần thấy nhám chân

Chỗ nghi đăng có ăn sáng nhưng khi đến thì nói là do BOOKING đăng sai chỗ căn hộ không có dịch vụ ăn sáng,chỉ đang như vậy thôi để có khách. Tôi nói là không đúng như khi chọn căn hộ nên đề nghỉ huỷ ngày hôm sau, nhưng chỗ ở bảo là "huỷ phải mất phí". Không bao giờ đi chỗ này nữa .

The apartment is about 5 minutes drive to the centre of Dalat. The check-in and check-out process were seamless. We really like the apartment as the property has an elevator, clean apartment with complete kitchen and washing machine. It is sufficient for 4 of us. We will return yo this apartment for our next trip to Dalat. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were not told it was mattresses on floor or that it was on 2 levels attic room at top had electric cable coming out ceiling. It was dirty - fridge and microwave sticky with dirt. Black patch on ceiling above shower. No towels. We stayed one night due to exhaustion after travel. I did not even want to shower there. The boy on reception was apologetic as if guests leaving was not new to him. He did offer another room which was slightly better but we didn’t think it wd make much difference after we’d seen the general standard. It was not as advertised! We went to a different hotel which was far better, cleaner, comfier and lovely staff and turned out to be cheaper. I would advise folks to check the dates of reviews.

The hotel is in a great location, rooms are clean and well-equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and will return!

This property doesn't even worth 1 star.

The studio was not looking like what they advertised with this price I think I will have at least a clean room but I what received is a smelly, old, dirty, moldy room. I booked for 4 days 3 nights and there are no towels available for guests. I booked for 5 guests but there are only 2 beds and no extra bed for extra cost. The owner told me that is all they have, all the rooms they have is just like this, other location will look similar to this. When I told them the room was not like what they advertised they told me they would come to repaint the room if I wanted, and they would call the plumber because the bathroom smelled really bad. What a shame for what they can say. I don't know how they still be on all the booking apps when they are literally scamming people.

The apartment was dirty. Only bed and bins were clean. The rest has not been cleaned for a long time. The cleaning needs to be done properly.

Big space, good value for money.

Not great cleanliness, also in the stairwells and corridors - needed a good sweep and mop. No windows in the downstairs area so it was pretty dark. Upstairs where the beds are, didn't have curtains on two windows. Bit shabby and signs of damp - quite different from the smart photos.

Quiet location, walkable from town, but a motorbike is preferred. Size of our duplex unit was OK.

The unit actually looks very different from the pictures, it definitely requires renovation. The Booking.com score is overrated for Westerners, probably OK from a Vietnamese standpoint... There are many small things; damaged walls, several visible water problems, etc. The kitchen is also by far not sufficient to do home cooking, even basic cutlery was missing... There was no cleaning service done and no daily water provided.

I liked the location being near restaurants and market in walking distance

I can’t say I liked anything about this property. Please do not fall for the pretty pictures, it is horrible.

First of all, reception was attended by some random guys still wearing the grab helmet, so obviously hassling two jobs. Had to give him my passport, not comfortable he was going to leave it unattended. For the rest of the stay, the reception was always abandoned, so any random people can enter the property. Second, it is dirty. The room smelled dump, mould on the wall. The bathroom was not clean and there was still carrot and noodles in the kitchen sink. I don’t want to touch anything in that place. The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear literally every single word of your neighbour. We were very happy to leave and I would definitely never stay there again.

The room was terrible, nothing like what I booked, but I have already sent booking.com 3 complaints about this property and have received no reply. You are bad people and will not recommend you to anyone. I booked 4 nights at the property and left after 2 nights it was so bad, you are fraudsters and that cost me 1.75 million Vietnamese Dong! Not to mention the discomfort and bad experience 10000 km from home on my own , thanks booking. Com!!! And I have taken photos and film of it all.!! No windows in the appointment and no balcony contrary to what I paid for!! You are sick people. I want my money back, but I already sent you 3 complaints with no reply.

Nice location, quite at night, near city, good hospitality and facilities, provide motorbike to rent, the wifi is good

Expected more from the picture displayed, does not maintain the room provided, old furniture, the tv does not work, hard mattresses, does not provide stove as per listed,

It was a good size room. Washing machine.

Was kind of dirty when we got our room. Window was broken and could not close.
