BrewDog Kennels - Aberdeen

Excellent location, always friendly staff, always helpful with any issues. Highly recommended. Use BD union street every time im in Aberdeen. The beers also awesome!

Friendly, welcoming and approachable staff. Well laid out rooms with cool furnishings. Loved the recorder player and vinyl. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Quiet too. Great overnight stay.

Liked everything about our stay.

Great amount of space for our family (3 humans and 2 dogs). Welcome drink was an unexpected bonus. Location perfect for our needs. Funky decor and pick n mix was fun.

My partner and I had been travelling and were hoping to shower before going for a meal but we couldn't due their being no hot water. We had to go for a meal and then come back to shower. The boiler wasn't turned on and I had to phone to ask how to get it on. Not great

Location was great, room itself was nicely designed with nice extras like the record player, guitar etc. Coffee was good too.

The worst thing was the bottles of shampoo, body wash etc in the bathroom. None of the dispensers worked, non of them. WHich meant having to unscrew them whilst in the shower and pour the contents. The bottles were glass which made them slippy when wet and risky if dropped. the mini bar wasn't stocked either.

3 people staying only had enough hot water for one bath, no television remote for bedroom tv, doors were a pain as hinges broken

The location was excellent,very close to the shopping centres, restaurants and drop offs for buses. The room was very nice,the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was a good size with a very nice bath,the shower fridge was an added bonus.

The doors were very heavy and had to be propped open,the vinyl on the cupboards had blown in a few places, nothing major but a little dated in some places

The staff were superb very welcoming and helpful. Great with the dog and even had little personal touches that we found superb!

To be honest we were happy with everything.

The property was perfect for our little trip away with our pooch, it was quirky with its unique little touches but still managed to be utterly comfortable and feel like a home from home. The staff down stairs in brewdog were accommodating and friendly and the free pint on arrival after a 8 hour drive was the cherry on top. Its only a small 10 minute walk from Aberdeen sea front which is beautiful and dog friendly and alternately the shopping facilities were also only a small walk

Location was great for town. Staff were happy to accommodate an early check in (albeit at a cost which I did say I was ok with). The 2 bluetooth speakers were a really nice touch and the guitar is a nice addition if you've got some time to kill.

It was a very tired room. The kitchen area has a few cupboards that needed replacing. One door nearly came off when I opened it. All cupboards need a fresh lick of paint. The bath/shower needs a good bleach and scrub. It's a slow draining bath so when I got in the second time, I didn't realise how slippy it was and nearly went over (and no I wasn't full of shower beers).

Free beer on arrival. Bed was comfy and the flat was great! LP player was a nice feature, shame it didn't work though. Slept really well during my stay and the staff were friendly👍.

No reception staff when we arrived and there were no towels in our room, but we did get some provided when we asked for them. Very little room to hang clothes, so we had to live out of our bags a bit for the entire stay. Toilet roll was rough on the backside too. Glad we brought our own 😆. Would still go back but next time we'll book a bigger room.

Shower beers fridge was not accessible from the shower, it was only in the bathroom, so it was the same as using the fridge in the kitchen

I especially liked the very easy check in, the self catering facilities, the decor, the location and the peace and quiet, as well as the friendly staff. Everything was excellent and I loved my stay with Brewdog Kennels, I'll definitely be back.

Great city location, great facilities, immaculately clean and lovely touches such as bonus kitchen facilities and sitting room. We enjoyed the complementary drink, and pick & mix. Great that there was also the opportunity to have free use of bikes, though we didn’t use them. Would definitely return and recommend

Clean rooms, separate entrance than brewery, comfy bed, pet friendly. Greetings with a free pint at the bar was the icing on the cake.

This is a very "neat" place to stay. The vibe is very upbeat and cool. Nice staff were so helpful. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Added bonus of the bar just down stairs!

Great location, great accommodations and great food!

Day prior to booking, was sent a message via WhatsApp advising that lift was broken. One of our party had a back problem and would not have been able to carry heavy bags and golf bags up stairs, so we had to urgently make a different hotel reservation. After I made the new booking, Brewdog advised that the lift had been fixed. But we had already booked another hotel. They made a mistake but were unwilling to refund the money. Very bad experience as a result of their mistake. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Decent place to stay, no complaints!

Room was clean and very comfortable. Loved that we even had a record player and albums in the room. Set up like a little efficiency apartment but cool decor. Bar staff were nice, food and drinks delicious. Very walkable area. Parking was not available at property, must park in parking garage.

Bagno caldissimo e senza la possibilità di abbassare la temperatura in autonomia . Le finestre che che non si possono aprire creano disagio (soprattutto odore) se si intende consumare cibo all’interno della stanza oltre che creare effetti di claustrofobia

Good central location

10 minutes walk from both the station and sea front. Plenty places nearby to eat drink and visit. Most importantly though, I could take my dog!!!!!

I paid extra for the cocktail package, on a weekend it’s a good deal and saves £10.00 on the price of 6 cocktails however Monday-Friday turns out they sell them 50% off downstairs in the bar and you can order them to the room so it actually cost me an extra £25 🤨 ( would make more sense to drop the price or double the volume to midweek stays)

Really spacious apartment, good facilities with full kitchen washing machine. Well located for the city centre. Comfortable bed.

We didn't get the room cleaned, although we put the sign up. We weren't able to leave bags if checking in early so meant we had to take our suitcase around with us. Could do with a coffee machine. Bathroom could do with a bit of an update.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Not a big deal, but due to local regulations the famous Shower beer fridge was not stocked. Not a problem, we just purchased beers from the brewery next door and brought them to our room. It was super cool that they had proper glassware!

Brewdogs Kennels shares their accommodation areas with another hotel. They need to state clearly, the instructions for check in, as the other hotel is not accommodating to Brewdogs guests, even though they share a lobby and elevator. The receptionist did not allow a little earlier check in evem though the Brewdogs person said he would, and that we were the only guests being accepted that day. The receptionist told us that they have nothing to do with Brewdogs. The same receptionist even turned away two guests around the same time who made effort to check into the Authenum Hotel. My wife, 6yr old son and myself all stayed here for a night so we could get an early start at Codonas and we are so glad we did. Firstly the staff were lovely, welcoming us and showing us to our apartment - which was amazing. Plenty of space, very quirky and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed playing the board games provided whilst listening (and dancing) to Sam Cooke on the record player in the room. We even enjoyed some of the vegan snacks in the mini bar and played a bit of the guitar. We had our tea down in the brewdog pub and it was absolutely delicious with plenty of vegan options for all of us. All in all it was a fantastic apartment and experience. Our son keeps asking for us to go and stay again so can't get better praise than that.

Only negatives were the bed was a bit squeaky and there was some noise from the pub below for a while

Having turned up at 11.15pm the check in desk to obtain my room key was already closed but the manager of the bar itself issued me the room key and even took time out to show me to my room as I hadn't stayed there before, all staff were superb, attentive and very friendly throughout my stay and the room itself was totally cool and retro. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future.
