Location is great. Access to shops and food is superb. Accessibility to LRT is good, although the walk to the station can be troublesome if you carry heavy bags. Appreciate that the staff took care of my needs promptly.

Tower A is close to train station and subject to train noise especially in early morning. I had to change unit twice due to AC not working and one of them also had WiFi issues. Regular maintenance and inspection is very essential in keeping tenants happy.

It was a spacious and clean unit. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Although it had 2 aircons, it took a good one hour to cool the studio down because of its large, open concept. As we were only given one access card to the unit, everytime we left the electricity turned off, causing the studio to be really warm when we returned even after a short period. And, we had to wait another hour for it to be cool again. We did not sleep soundly as it was pretty noisy throughout the night due to the frequent sound of trains plying to and fro. Only Youtube was accessible on the tv.

Clean place, convenient location with shared gym, sauna and pool. Good wifi.

Facilities in property are quite basic. No stove or washing machine, hence less convenient for long stays. Did not provide any kitchen knives, teaspoon, ice tray etc. had to request but the request was promptly satisfied.

先ず、清潔感、広さで非常に満足でした。 食事のサービスはありませんが、モールに隣接しているので、嗜好は別として、全く困ると言う事は無いです。少々歩けば、ローカルのレストランへのアクセスも可能。ローカルのレストラン・エリアには、24時間オープンのランドリー施設があり、洗濯も困りませんでした。（もっと、近所か、施設内に設けて欲しいけど）

ランドリーについては、利便性が高いとは言えませんでした。次回に期待したいと思います。 あと、屋上のスイミング・プールに、サンタン用の簡易ベッドがあれば、なお良いです。（気候が良いので、よりリラックスできる） 全体的には満足なので、次回も、おそらく、利用させていただきます。

Our stay was very comfortable with the hospitality of Triksy, who attended everything quickly .At our request, she always did the cleaning and changed the amenities required. We will definitely stay again in this property in our next visit

Only the location

Our stay at DA Men Sunway was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The room was completely different from what was advertised and felt very uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, there was no proper reception support, no trolley service, no wheelchair assistance, and no staff available to guide or assist us with our luggage. Managing 9 bags with family members, without any support, was extremely difficult and stressful. The condition of the room was unacceptable for a family stay. The beds were not properly cleaned, the bathroom condition was poor, the flush tank was not functioning correctly, and the hand shower was not working. Towels appeared unhygienic, curtains were improperly fixed, and there was water leakage in the bathroom as well. Spiderwebs and insects were there. Overall maintenance and housekeeping standards were highly disappointing. We booked the property for 13 nights, expecting a comfortable family vacation in Malaysia, but the experience forced us to cancel immediately after check-in despite the inconvenience of relocating to another hotel with family and luggage. Unfortunately, the facilities, cleanliness, and overall service quality were simply unacceptable.

Easy to check in and refund deposit. The room was very clean and not smelly.

床单很臭，狐臭，很肮脏，好像没换掉床单，整晚睡了很不舒服，幸好是一个晚上。

Apartment is very spacious, very clean, the communication with ODY is great, aircon working as expected, security people are nice. Location is perfect to meet people in Subang Jaya and for the best price I can find. I stayed here in 2025 and 2026, because it is a great apartment.

The Mall next to the apartment building was called Da Men and now Easyhome. In 2026, only 10% of all shops remain, the rest are all closed! I was here in 2025 as well and it was lively, crowded, now it is almost a zombie mall. The kitchen (appliances) is minimal, there is a water cooker, fridge/freezer and a microwave, but I don't see myself cooking a meal. The iron machine is one without water so ironing shirts is not really possible in my opinion, so in my view a too cheap version.

The location is very good, there are some market places downstairs that can fulfil the daily requirements, and also the room's conditions is good & very clean and we stay comfortable. The pic is also response very fast, high recommend for this unit.
