Loved the view the size overall to much to list the positives of this place

Surfing wasn't that good but that is no fault of the Villas

We were welcomed warmly and had room A4 with the best view right at the top of the property! They were super helpful with all our inquiries, the location was amazing, literally 3mins away from the beach with lots of great restaurants and shops! Room was very functional and comfy! 100% recommend!

We stayed at Kata White Villas for a week with my husband, our 3-month-old baby, and my in-laws, and we had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from before we even checked in until our departure. They had thoughtfully prepared our room with a baby cot, which we really appreciated. They also accommodated our request to have our rooms next to each other and helped us with our luggage on both arrival and departure. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and serviced daily. The location is perfect—just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the main road, yet quiet and peaceful at night. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I really liked everything. But If you don't like climbing stairs, it might require a bit more effort, as there are quite a few steps.

别墅坐落于一个小山坡上，环境特别好，并且跟酒店老板有提前沟通为我们预留了一间最高层的房间，所以有特别好的视野去看海。进去之后房间也是香香的，打扫的特别干净，前台小姐姐也会特别有耐心的拿出翻译软件去跟我们沟通。从别墅步行大概五分钟就可以到达卡塔海滩了，看日落超级方便！如果下次还去普吉岛的话，我还回去住这家别墅，真的太享受了！

Excellent location, wonderful room, brilliant views. Ask for room A4. I requested a bunch of flowers for the room and they decorated the room. I didnt expect this level of service. Would definately recommend

L'endroit très bien situé au calme à 3 minutes à pied de la.mer. magique . Le personnel très gentil nous a aidé car nous avions un problème avec un transfert.

Great location - quiet but very close to the center of Kata and beach (through secret passage) Daily cleaning - every day. Also it was safe for our belongings (everything in its place) Nice personnel - girls are polite and friendly. Jane❤️

Overall impression is good, but anyway very expensive.. we had to prolong our stay for another week and found out that condo rent on airbnb cost 5 time less and offer much more like pools and gym. So it is a very good place but you may check other options as well

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen am Hang eines Berges. Durch die Lage am Berg hat man Sicht bis zum Meer und es ist ruhig, weil man weit genug weg ist vom Trubel des Kata Beach. Trotzdem ist das Zentrum und der Strand in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren froh hier zu sein um zeitweise Ruhe vor dem Trubel des Kata Beach und Kata Ort zu haben. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse könnten etwas bequemer sein, uns hat es nicht gestört. Die Aussicht auf Garten und auf die Bucht ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett! Wenn das Hotel an einem anderen Ort wäre würden wir dort auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten. Leider ist Kata Beach total überfüllt, Massentourismus in Reinform. Wir würden nicht mehr nach Phuket kommen.

Ubytování je dobré jezdim tam už 29 roku cena je velká po rekonstrukci to stali noc 1 500 bath.

Die Lage war perfekt, 2 min bis zum Strand. War sehr ruhig, sauber.

Mir hat gefallen, dass wir das Zimmer in der obersten Etage hatten. Wir mussten zwar viele Treppen steigen aber wurden mit Ruhe und einer schönen Aussicht belohnt. Das Zimmer war einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Jede Anfrage wurde umgehend beantwortet.

Wenn auf der Homepag steht, dass die Zimmer A3 und A4 eine Outdoor-Küche haben, dann erwarte ich, dass es eine Küche hat. Diese war leider nicht vorhanden. Es gab zwar in der nähe eine Mikrowelle. Mehr aber nicht.

La verdad que súper atentos! No faltó nada ,súper cómodas y unas vistas al mar divinas , los atadeceres!!!

Direkt am Geschehen von Kata Beach. Schöner Block aufs Meer wenn man ein Zimmer weiter oben hat. Sehe zuvorkommendes Personal und der Inhaber war super hilfsbereit was unsere Weiterreise anging mit Empfehlungen.

Das Zimmer hat sich sehr schnell erhitzt. Ohne Klima konnte man nicht wirklich schlafen. Hinter unserem Zimmer war der Generator der die ganze Nacht gelaufen ist und sehr laut war.

Die private Atmosphäre und die Sauberkeit im Bungalow, on the Top of the Hill. Abseits der Straße mit Blick auf das Meer. Herrlich!

Die Sitzgelegenheit auf der Terrasse war unbequem. Zum langen Verweilen nicht geeignet.

Я была в этом отеле с 17 по 24 октября 2025 года. Выбрала его по отзывам и не прогадала, уютное место с отличным соотношением цены и качества. Расположение удобное, рядом магазины, кафе и море, всё в пешей доступности. Я жила в номере В4 с видом на море, красиво и спокойно. Есть домики выше, думаю, оттуда вид ещё лучше, но и снизу очень хорошо. Территория зелёная, ощущение маленького оазиса. Ступеньки есть, но для меня это был лёгкий фитнес, а не неудобство. В номере было чисто, уборка аккуратная. За неделю бельё сменили один раз, полотенца не меняли, но для меня это не было проблемой. Отдельное спасибо Jane, очень внимательная и профессиональная, приятно, когда к гостям так относятся. На территории живут котики, очень милые. Если вы любите кошек, обязательно их покормите хоть раз. Завтраков в отеле нет, но это не минус. Рядом, налево от выхода и возле 7-11, есть проход к морю и кафе, где можно выпить кофе с утра (примерно с 6 до 9 часов). Если вы приходите рано, персонал только готовится к работе, но всегда приветливо улыбается. В целом это отличное место для спокойного отдыха рядом с морем. Подойдёт тем, кто любит уют, природу и доброжелательную атмосферу. Рекомендую! 🌿☕🐾

The staff are wonderful and make us feel welcome every time we have stayed here. The villa was cleaned everyday to a high standard and we had no issues if we needed extra towels etc.

No comments to make here. There were no issues at all.

Simple but TOP quality, clean, beautiful, and best location possible in kata and whole of Phuket

Très bel emplacement avec une super belle vue. Les chambres sont spacieuses propres et confortables.. Le site est facilement accessible, proche de toutes commodités et seulement à quelques pas d une très belle plage.

La.pente pour accéder aux chambres...vaut mieux être au premier ou au 2ème niveau. Au delà, l acces devient sportif.

the staff people were super nice and willing to help with anything. we were so close to the kata beach. everything was clean, housekeeping happened every day if we wanted to.

we were missing a comfy sofa or at least two chairs (instead of just one) by the table to sit on and chill.

Very good location, few minutes walk to get to Kata beach, a lot of restaurants near by. Property is very clean and the team was fantastic. Bonus: "Fatty" the ginger cat was always around

this villa was up a hill this was not shown prior to arrival my wife and I re 75+ and had a difficult time walking up a mountan side

Location is great, barely a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 7-11 up the road, and still pretty quiet. The staff were incredible, very friendly and accommodating.

The only issue I had was that the bathroom had a mildew-like smell to it, which didn't go away even after the room service team cleaned up.

Beautiful views from the room

Kata White Villas is a very good place to stay- the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff Is very friendly, great views (be aware that you have to walk up and down the hill), everything in close walking distance. We‘d love to come again one day!

I am extremely happy with my stay. The Villa is very close to everything, either Kata beach and Kata Noi beach. It is super clean, attention to details such as a Philip hairdryer which I loved because I have very long hair. The staff is amazing, they even helped me to go to an ATM as I was by myself in the evening. They make you feel at home! Perfect for solo female.

The hotel is on high hill. Therefore, if you want to be in a lower floor and you don't mind the view.. just request the possibility of low floor. I was in room C2 and it was perfect for me.

The room was cosy and very clean. Bed was really comfortable, and the view from the terrace (room A4) was breathtaking. All the staff members were super welcoming, polite, and helpful with anything we needed. The beach is about a 3 minute walk through an alleyway.

It's quite a lot of stairs and uphill if u reserve some of the top rooms with a sea view. It's not an issue for me, but it might be for some so take that into consideration.
