Reviewed Aug 27, 2026По расположению: Очень близко к пляжу, прямо на котором расположены не дорогие ресторанчики и суперская школа серфинга (они проводят съемку прямо во время урока). 7-11 и фруктовый киоск рядом. Утром во время дождя спасал ресторанчик рядом (на него есть вход возле офиса), а рано утром тайская кафешка напротив 7-11 и выхода к пляжу. Сам отель: Когда я приехала мой чемодан довезли до номера. Каждый день уборка, новые полотенца и вода в холодильнике. Огромный матрас с жесткостью чуть выше среднего, прям то что надо для спины. Раковина и набор посуды для двоих. В начале отпуска была небольшая стройка, но работала только с 11 и до 16, о чем сразу предупредили при заезде. Очень доброжелательные сотрудники. После урока серфинга мои царапины подлечили из аптечки отеля. Ночью тихо. Если вы тоже быстро устаете во время жары, то близкое расположение от пляжа спасает. Утро тусила на пляже, днём отдыхала в отеле, а вечером гуляла или училась.
Наклон горки очень сильный, но это уже не то что можно исправить. Учитывайте возможности своих коленей!

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Da Bungalows are excellent value for money. Our room was large and while some of the furniture may have been a little dated, it was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and I have no hesitation recommending Da Bungalows to family and friends.
There was some renovation work going on in other villas. While that might bother some people, we weren't concerned as it was only during the day and most people are out and about during the day.

You have to select your room carefully. Make sure you select the sea view room as all rooms do not offer sea view. The property does not have lifts and you might have to climb some stairs.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon, es war gigantisch. Natürlich muß man für so einen Blick auch was tun, es sind einige Treppen, die man laufen muß, das ist es wert und nach einer Woche ist man fit 😃. Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast bei Da Bungalows. Mr. Da und seine Mitarbeiter haben einen Top Job gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben das Hotel mit schwerem Herzen am Abreisetag verlassen. Egal welche Frage aufgekommen ist oder worin Hilfe benötigt wurde das Team war sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle, sei es beim Roller mieten, des Telefonats mit dem Transfertaxi am Abreisetag zum Pier etc.. Das Hotel liegt nahe am Strand, ein 7-eleven, ist auf der anderen Strassenseite, das angeschlossene Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen, auch Frühstuck bekommt man hier. Man ist mittendrin und trotzdem ist es im Zimmer recht ruhig durch die gut schließenden Fenster. Im Hotel gibt es eine Wäscherei, die für einen günstigen Kurs die Wäschereinigung übernimmt. Es gab täglich zwei Flaschen Drinkingwater und der Kaffee, Zucker und Kaffeeweißer wurden aufgefüllt, sodss man sich in der kleinen Küchennische seinen Kaffee zubereiten und Gläser Tassen und Teller spülen konnte. Der Kühlschrank hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise, so dass sie auch Nachts nicht störte. Wir können Mr. Da's Unterkunft vorbehaldlos emofehlen und würdem ihm und seinem Team 10 Sterne geben. Wenn wir wieder nach Phuket kommen, werden wir versuchen wieder bei Da Bungalows ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Ganz lieben Dank für Alles. Um es mit Mr.Da's Worten zu sagen " wundebar" 😁. The Wi-Fi works very well, and for the price, this is easily one of the best places to stay in the Kata area. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the terrace along with the breathtaking sea view. Be prepared for a serious CrossFit workout just to reach your room! 😅 There’s a very steep hill followed by what feels like an endless flight of stairs. For some reason, I assumed there would be an elevator… turns out, there isn’t! 😬

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026The view was spectacular. Huge room, with sofa. Comfortable. Love being in the quiet part of kata beach, but 5 min. Walk to the main drag. Right next to the coolest bar to drink a beer on the beach at sunset. Farthest south point.
Big climb up to the room , many steps. We were both sick with stomach so this was a consideration when leaving the room. Although the view made up for it. During the rain the veranda was too narrow, so you get wet. Make sure to get a room with large veranda so you can enjoy sitting outside watching the bay while still dry.

Les toutes petites fourmis dans la chambre on ne les voit pas elle sont rentré dans un paquet de chips alors qu'il était dans un.sac plastique est c'est comme ça que je me suis rendu compte de ses fourmis

Tuba mugav ja olemas kõik vajalik - teler, suur külmik ja isegi eraldi rannarätikud. Tuba suur ja avar, voodi mugav, olemas konditsioneer, rätikuid vahetati ja koristati iga päev. Hotelli juures on väike restoran, toidud maitsvad ja teenindus samuti hea! Hotellitöötajad väga abivalmid. Big Buddha kuju on hotellist näha, lähedal on ka Kata night market!

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026The view from the room was super nice. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and all the amenities according to the description. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is great, in the middle of Kata beach main road, walking distance to the beach, many shops and supermarket close by.
I knew it and I was prepared but still climbing the hill to reach the room in the hottest days was a real challenge.

It's a little noisy where our room was located, but if you have the door closed (air conditioning) then it shouldn't bother you. Good soundproofing on the sliding glass doors.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Super situation dans quartier un peu plus au calme de Kata mais tout proche de l’animation du type marché de nuit, et avec tous les commerces à dispo autour de l’hôtel, magnifique vue sur la baie depuis le bungalow très confortable et grand, propreté impeccable et belle plage à proximité. Possibilité de restauration sur place de qualité.
Alors juste pour le détail, pas de colonne de douche, mobilier d’extérieur sur terrasse un peu vétuste. Les marches pour accéder au bungalow ne nous ont pas dérangé mais attention pour les personnes à mobilité plus réduite.

Utsikten från balkongen fantastisk och den väldiga uppförsbacken och trapporna till boendet glömdes lätt bort när man väl tagit sig upp! Personalen jättetrevlig och hjälpsam! Restaurang på nedre botten serverade jättebra frukost och även övriga rätter till bra priser!

Lækkert rummeligt værelse med skøn altan og eminent udsigt over by og hav. Få meter fra strand og alle aktiviteter. Bygget i flere niveauer så masser af privatliv. The køkken og stort køleskab med nye vand dagligt. Ingen morgenmad men restaurant med billigt, lækkert lokalt mad lige ved indgangen.
Kunne lide det hele, men ville savne pool, hvis vi skulle bo der i længere tid.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Нам достался большой номер со свежим ремонтом. В номере всё сделано удобно, розеток много, не самый маленький холодильник и раковина, где удобно было мыть фрукты. С балкона открывался вид на закат. На дорожке к номерам есть душ для ног, очень удобно. При этом цена была ниже, чем в соседних отелях. С удовольствием вернусь сюда в следующий раз!
Такого нет, всё было прекрасно)
