The location was ok. Near grocery store walking distance. Close to beach area. Some of the staff was good. Some not so much..

Let me count how many things were not good at all. I'll probably forget half the things wrong here. 1. Supposed to be a kitchen to fix your food. Problem is. The electric mini stove is induction cooker. But no induction pots. So its kinda worthless. So they started with gas cooktop. Yet u need to buy the gas. Since when do I need to pay for a kitchen use with room and buy the gas. Thats not on booking.com . 2. Many things broken or not working properly. A. Refrigerator. Broken handles.and ugly B. Walls not painted after repair was made C. There was an electrical conduit sticking out the side of the concrete near pool. D. Toilet water constantly running. Jiggle the handle. IYKYK. I fixed it myself. E. Bidec leaking on the floor. F. Blown bulbs in ceiling.. G. The water heater for shower can not keep solid temp. Either scolding hot or cold. Nothing in between more than 3 minutes. F. Broken water heater to make hot water fir coffee. Had to as for replacement. Plug was dangerous condition G. Broken hair dryer. Another broken plug in dangerous condition someone try fix but still dangerous. H. We had a few brown out after checkin. The emergency lights not working. We were in dark. 2. The bathroom doors are not sealed from the outside. So whatever temperature is outside at pool is the temperature in the bathroom.. CR. Hot as hell in bathroom. So when youre in cool bedroom and go CR yiu walk into sauna. 3. Sinks do not have cold water. 4. Didn't get to use pool everyday because its dirty water. They did not clean everyday even when I asked. Also. The day I asked to clean pool while im out. They didn't clean the pool. But they entered my room even though I asked them not to enter the room. Yet someone smeared something on my slider door There is not a filter on the pool to constantly clean the water. 5. We told cleaning staff. We said. Do not disturb and we will give u the garbage if necessary and dirty plates etc.

We stay here all the time so I've reviewed this excellent hotel 10+; times. There is nowhere better to stay on Panglao Island if you want a lovely villa with a fab private pool and superb staff, with an owner who understands good customer service.

This is an excellent hotel - we've stayed here circa 10 times over the years. The staff is first class, offering excellent responsive service; our mattress was a bit soft for us (but probably fine for most guests) and the staff changed it immediately. The bedroom and bathroom are large and well-furnished, with access from the bedroom to the pool. There's a useful separate area for clothes and suitcases etc. They've upgraded the TV since we last stayed to a big flat screen with apps etc. The outdoor space is ideal, with a day bed plus table and chairs. The pool is clean and lovely - and there's a 'mini kitchen' with a big fridge-freezer for those who want to cook. The location is a 7 minute moped ride to +Alona beach. We typically walk, which takes us about 30 minutes. A tuk tuk costs about £1.50. Upgrade works at the beach are now complete. There are loads of lovely beach bars and restaurants etc, and the beach is perfect for swimming - especially for younger kids. White Beach, which is very lovely, is the same distance as Alona Beach - with other attractions (hidden cave and pool etc) being 5 to 10 minutes away on a moped.

Mussten Zimmer wechseln weil ac nicht funktionierte und Pumpe direkt nebenan Riesen Lärm machte,wer den letzten Bungalow hat bekommt den schwarzen Peter ,nächster Bungalow war besser aber auch dort keine 100% funktionsfähige ac Parkplatz ein Witz Leistung für was wir in Panglao kennen nicht erfüllt

Location, but this is a personal preference, I like being away from the noise and crowds in Alona Beach

The bathrooms are a little worn now and there was no hot water for the shower. Not a massive issue but a hot shower every now and then would have been nice.

Завтраки отличные Персонал очень вежливый и заботливый, и было видно что это от души Территория ухоженная От виллы ходит бесплатный шатлбас на оба пляжа. С удовольствием бы остановились на этой вилле снова) Все было просто супер.

The Villa was closed to the Supermarket and whit in 10min in Alona. By Motorcycle and 45min from Bohol.

The cleaning was not good, old eye lenses was laying on my night table of more then five days an tell I told the staff to clean the bathroom properly.

The villa was beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. Having a private pool was a highlight and made the stay feel really special. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall the atmosphere was peaceful and private.

The location is a bit tucked away, so you’ll need a motorbike or transport to get around easily. WiFi could be a bit inconsistent at times, but nothing major.

The fact that you have your own pool is already a big bonus! 🥰

- the outside bed is what you need in life - friendly and helpful staff - the pool was cleaned regularly - nice garden and terrace - big room - floating breakfast available - not the best wifi but works better than other places in panglao - supermarket very close, coconut very close, cafe very close - stayed here 2 weeks and it was amazing - free shuttle to the beach ( we didn’t use it but it is available)

Serdecznie polecam obiekt Bali Villas - domek bardzo duzy, czysty, komfortowy. Lazienka duza, a najwieksza zaleta jest prywatny basen, dosc gleboki, idealne miejsce dla rodzin z dziecmi. Super miejsce na zewnatrz do siedzenia, zaparzenia herbaty. Chetnie wrocilambym do tego miejsca. Duzym plusem jest to, ze jest bardzo blisko do chyba jednego duzego marketu na Boholu (3min pieszo), w ktorym mozna wszytsko kupic.

Lokalizacja nie jest bardzo blisko plaz. W poblizu nie ma tez bardzo duzego wyboru restauracji, ale jakies sa. jednak w hotelu serwowane jest sniadanie a do 2 plaz jezdzi bezplatny bus z obiektu kilka razy dziennie.

Awesome private pool villas that were great value for money, choice of yummy breakfast each day, cool pool, comfy beds, toiletries, and with shuttle to Alona Beach. Friendly, helpful staff who were very kind. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Tv in kids room didn’t work, but no one was watching tv anyway. Neighbours could be rude, beeping or harassing drivers while we were trying to get kids in and out of tuktuk/shuttle/cars/grab in the narrow street. But not much Bali Villas can do about that. It would be good to have a knife, coffee cups and wine glass left in the room for guests - I kept trying to keep the mugs from breakfast so I could make tea or coffee in the afternoon, but housekeeping kept removing them - turned into a fun game of hide and seek! 😆😆 But it was a fabulous stay, and if I had bothered/remembered to ask reception staff to leave the cups, I’m sure they would have. It was excellent value for money.

If you're checking the reviews of this property to decide whether it's worth booking, you will most likely be taken aback by a couple reviews complaining about everything: staff politeness, closeness to the beach, insects, room service.. Let me tell you: those people should either stay home, or simply pay twice as much and go elsewhere. If you want a 5 star treatment for the price of a 2 star hotel in your home country, you'll soon realize that the universe doesn't revolve around you, and you might be upset at that.. but that's on you. I arrived at the port, which is a 30 min drive from the villa. After having issues finding taxis at other airports in the PH, I decided to just book the transfer offered by the villa. It is a slightly pricier option than Grab, but it was worth it cause I didn't have to wait a second after arriving, and my driver was incredibly fun and knowledgeable about the island, gave me great recommendations and was a pleasure to interact with. The property is beautiful, the staff was welcoming, they explained the rules of the villa (like all accommodations do when you check in, again, crazy that some people are complaining about this) and let me know the timetable for the free shuttle to go to Alona Beach. It is a 10 minute drive. 10. If that's too far for you, again, please get a grip. An air conditioned van driving 10 min down the road to bring you to the beach is the best you can ask for. When I was done at the beach, I'd simply message them and get an ice cream while waiting a few minutes for them to arrive. Not a big deal unless you aren't able to sit down and wait for 10 minutes. While at the villa, I spent most of my time in the outside area, switching from swimming pool to the outdoors furniture. I saw a couple of ants and insects during this time. Can you guess why? Cause it's...THE OUTSIDE AREA. Hate insects? Go to a hotel.

Now, SOME criticism is fair. In particular, this villa would benefit from a little more maintenance. Both the fridge and the toilet tank in my villa need to be replaced with new ones, as they are functioning, but they are old and damaged/rusty. This really was the only thing preventing me from giving the villa a 10 rating. Other than that, I'll reiterate: this accommodation is a fantastic option for a short stay in Bohol, and I'll be back for sure.

We visited the Philippines for a month, and this was by far the very best accommodation, without question! The indoor space is excellent, a huge bedroom with a ginormous, comfortable bed, a dressing room, and a large bathroom. There were plenty of towels for the bathroom and the pool I will point out that we couldn't get hot water in the shower on two occasions. A plumber was very quickly tasked, and the problem seemed to be resolved. When the issue resurfaced, though, the entire shower unit was replaced immediately, Fantastic! Having our own little pool was such a treat. Our outdoor dining table and the circular sofa enhanced the space further, and the fridge was great for keeping our drinks chilled. There was a complimentary shuttle service into the centre or a nearby beach, and though there was a timetable, whenever we needed transport, the drivers were on hand to take us! Did I mention a generous complimentary breakfast? We weren't expecting this at all - a bonus, indeed! The staff were charming, polite, and helpful, always. The young lady who was the MAIN person on reception was exceptional!

Meals brought to room not covered. Kitchen utensils not in good condition. TV broke down wasn't replaced or repaired. Resort seemed to lack a senior manager. Cooks under cooked the rice two days in a row. Yes the rice was under cooked, how that could happen in Asia only God knows.

El alojamiento ofrece servicio de shuttle gratuito a Alona Beach y hay un súpermercado grande que es perfecto para comprar alguna cosilla. Piscina privada en cada villa que da mucho juego. Nous sommes partis au bout de deux nuits sur quatre et avons préféré louer un bel hôtel en bord de mer plutôt que de rester : atmosphère étrange, personnel à la limite de la politesse , accueil uniquement pour nous informer que toute dégradation ou tache nous sera facturée alors que dans la villa : frigo rouillé, pas de drap ou couette sur le lit ! Les deux télés cassés, une douche pas d’eau chaude..des traces de moisissures sur les murs, des carreaux manquants, des cheveux au bord de la piscine (pas les miens), bref BEURK

Türknauf musste nach Ankunft getauscht werden das war etwas ärgerlich. Wurde aber sofort behoben. Im Bad gab es einige Mängel (Handtuchhalter, Spülkasten, Duscharmatur und Höhe des Waschbeckens) die behoben werden sollten.

Having stayed at both Bali Villas and Montecarlo, both are similar, but Bali is a bit cosier. Beds are incredible, pool was clean, and outdoor area was great. There is a small kitchen area and a super market nearby too for a few snacks. And free shuttle to Alona beach is perfect

Just a minor thing, but a lot depends on your neighbours. We had a family with kids who were quite loud playing in their pool which is fine, but maybe an idea of separating Bali and Montecarlo as one for adults, and the other for families?

Это просто отличный вариант уединенного отдыха! у тебя своя отдельная, огороженная ото всех территория, свой личный бассейн. Персонал невероятно приветливый. Да, далеко от пляжа и Алоны (центра), но отлично работает трансфер, не верьте отзывам, которые пишут, что его нет. Просто приходишь на ресепшен и говоришь, куда тебе надо и время (выбираешь из графика). Потом водителю говоришь, когда тебя надо забрать. У нас, можно сказать, было персональное такси. Ехать максимум 10 минут. Поэтому отдаленность расположения вообще никаких проблем и неудобств не создала, хотя изначально при бронировании были сомнения. В пешей доступности большой супермаркет. Еду при необходимости можно заказать через граб самим или персонал поможет. Завтрак на выбор - приносят в номер в указанное время Кто писал про комаров - за все время была какая-то парочка случайно залетевших, т.е средства от комаров вообще не понадобились Нам очень понравилось и мы были в диком восторге)) есть, конечно, всякие небольшие мелочи, например, был треснут бачок унитаза и т.п. Но в целом из-за общего впечатления ты вообще не обращаешь на это внимания

Из минусов, попросили убраться на на третий день, уборка не успела прийти, но поменяли полотенца, салфетки и т.п. Уборка пришла на следующий день, но непонятно, что она сделала, т.к постель не была поменяна, на террасе тоже не убрались, пятно от разлитого так и осталось на полу, и на диване на террасе тоже не поменяли простынь, хотя она уже была явно несвежая из-за средств от/для загара и полотенца для бассейна тоже не заменили, хотя они уже тоже в этом явно нуждались Если попадутся шумные соседи, то тоже могут немного подпортить отдых. У нас то местные тусили на Хеллоуин - орали до двух ночи, то дети в 6 утра уже визжали в бассейне. Слышимость в самом домике - как на улице

Bali villas es un sitio espectacular, hemos estado 4 dias y no queríamos irnos, una piscina privada muy bonita, las villas tienen todo lo necesario para cocinar tu si quieres, aunque si no quieres salir en la recepción tienen cartas de restaurantes y te piden lo que quieras, las chicas de la recepción encantadoras te ayudan en todo nos buscaron una moto en 10 minutos la teníamos, hicimos uno de los desayunos en la piscina y es espectacular , relación calidad precio nos parecio increible, un 10 en todo, tranquilo y solo a 5 minutos de Alona Beach

I wish they would change the sponge for every guest. The sponge in our room was already over used and it was so gross to wash your dishes with it.

I really liked how quiet and private the place was, and having a supermarket nearby was super convenient!

Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. The staff didn’t feel very approachable, and cleanliness was an issue — we found cigarette butts by the pool and had to request the bin to be emptied despite it being full. The villa itself felt quite run down and in need of refurbishment. We also had to ask for fresh towels during our stay. The kitchen was very basic, which made self-catering a bit challenging. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The villa itself was very good. The private pool was really nice and a decent size. The property was very clean and the staff were helpful.

Unfortunately the location is a bit far from the town and beach area. Not really a walkable distance. The property does offer a van service which helps.

The shower smelled so rusty because the shower head was full of rust. When I asked the receptionist about it she answered me sarcastically which made me feel uncomfortable. I put the sign to make up the room, but no one came and they did not supply enough toiletries for our two-day stays. They overcharge for the visitors. The receptionist is not accommodating and has no good customer service.

The staff were very nice and accomodating. The free shuttle van was very useful. Property was beautiful and looks like the photos, and it was great to have a private pool.

Shower water was warm and would’ve been nice to have a hotter option - although the weather is quite warm so this isn’t a big issue.

We stayed at Bali Villas Panglao from January 4-8 and had a wonderful experience overall! The villa we rented had a private pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The rooms were nice, cool, and comfortable—a great escape from the heat. Plus, the location was fantastic, within walking distance of many places. The team at the front desk was incredibly friendly and responsive, helping with everything from arranging tours and rides to booking in-villa massages. A few things to note: * The property is cash-only, so be prepared. * While the front desk arranged transportation well, the tuk-tuk driver they use consistently overcharged us. The front desk provided a price, but the driver always asked for more, which got frustrating after multiple trips. We wished there were more tuk-tuk options to spread the business around. * The free shuttle from the hotel wasn’t reliable, so expect to rely on tuk-tuks or private drivers instead. Renting a private car with a driver for a day was an excellent decision—we highly recommend it! Other conveniences included laundry service, food delivery, and their ability to arrange almost anything we needed. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had an amazing stay. The friendly team, private pool, and great location made it a memorable experience. We’d happily return!

Just the pool BUT needs to have shallower one for kids like 3 feet so kids can have fun. Poor planning part of it should be 3 feet for kids and adults couldn't swim.

Paid extra per head per night but unable to provide enough number of towels and dishes for the people staying sayin oh even other villa also we couldn't provide cuz it's not dried up yet. It's not our problem for that reasoning no dry towels Real hotels are ready all the time, should have extras. Restroom no shampoo n conditioner in one room. No face towel and no rugs on floor from coming in n out from the pool. No extra toilet paper for 10 people have to asked evryday but very good cuz they give us 4 when we asked.Evry morning we finish eating big plates are not replaced and left us with 2 big ones and we were just using the small plates.. villa not cleaned when we come back after our tour. Had to call for service..saying no enough worker The extra mattress is very thin and hurts our body it's almost touching the hard floor for what we paid. The service should have enough if we paying extras per head per night . We appreciate and great thumbs up for drinking water and ready refill. Staff very very friendly and hardworker. Youre workers are very acclmodating and VERY HELPFUL and Quick to APOLOGITIC for their policies. They come right away and APOLOGIZE right away .

Swim pool, it’s very clean . Air conditioner is powerful, there is a lot of chairs ,free car to Alina beach, and it’s same as the photos on the booking

The floor of the room is slippery, I don’t know what’s wrong with it , It made me feel dirty. Under the bed has a big stone , your leg must will hit it, it will be very painful. When we arrived here , they didn’t provide new shampoo and body wash , and in period of living time , they didn’t prepare new toilet paper.

Lovely pool, bedroom and Bathroom facilities were good. You can do some light cooking which was handy for the kids. The staff were very helpful and always friendly. Shuttle service to the beaches. And a supermarket down the road which was really convenient. We loved our stay and highly recommend

I have been working in tourism for over 30 years, so I travel extensively, both for business and personal reasons. From my rich experience, I can sum up a stay at Balli Villas in one word: wonderful! The rooms (villas) are modern, minimalist in design, yet they have everything you need for a luxurious stay. Comfortable, clean, and discreet. The pool is gorgeous, large enough to swim in. The outdoor kitchen is practical and allows for a fully functional cooking experience. What truly gives the place its soul, however, is the staff. Friendly, welcoming, and always ready to fulfill our requests. The location is a bit removed from the tourist crowds, but the accommodation offers free transport to nearby beaches as well as the city center. We love our privacy, and it's no trouble at all to drive 10 minutes to our desired locations. And all these locations are no more than 10 minutes away, while at the same time, you get to enjoy complete comfort and privacy at Villa Balli. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the perfect blend of comfort and privacy!

The only suggestion I would make to the management is to add a bit more lighting around the bathroom mirror. Other than that, everything is truly perfect.

The swimming pool to quench the hot weather.

We are total of 13 people and 1 kid. My reservation is for 12people but the Front desk charge me 4 extra mattress. Supposed to be just for 2 extra. 🙂‍↕️ Our bathroom kind of dark - one bulb not working. Told the front desk of this and it says where not going to charge you. I guess she didn’t understand. Bathroom needs improvements i.e. shelf @Villa 6

The pool gets too warm.

I liked the villa layout and the privacy it offers. The private pool in every villa is a plus ensuring private use. The rooms are very comfortable and offers great airconditioning.

The cleanliness could be improved especially around the pool. Make up room service could also be improved. Breakfast menu choices are not available and breakfast is dependent on what the cook would cook in the morning. Free shuttle service is a hit or miss and a ride to town using the tuk tuk would be an added costs. This facility only deals with cash.

I like the location that it is very close to the Panglao Airport.

1. Kitchen facilities -rusty kitchen utensils and pans 2. No lpg, they are using stove which is uncomfortable to use. We had a very hard time using it for cooking meals. 3. No rice cooker available. 4. Their pool is not kid friendly. 5. Services is not as superb as other service providers.

Very exclusive, quiet and beautiful place. Can cook. Just enough space for family of 6. Pool just enough depth at 4-5ft.

Location: difficult to find. Had several missed turns despite our driver being a local. Address given on the page was incomplete. People we asked along the way were not familiar of the place so you are not techie or no internet for GPS, youll easily get lost. Staff: not very informative. Did not explain the inclusions of the accommodation like breakfast, etc. Service: nobody went around to check f rooms need cleaning or there are trash to be thrown out or just change the bins. not even a broom to clean up on our own. No replenishments of toiletries and water. Nobody cleaned the pool 4d 3 days we stayed.

It was wonderful to stay at. The people would make sure they knew what time you wanted breakfast and the pool was always open to you even at 11pm at night! They would help you order food from a local place and organise a tuktuk driver to come and get you! Only 8 mins away from the beach.

The only complaint I have was that the shower didnt quiet work but it was acceptable and that the bed was a bit firm.
