Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Simplemente espectacular. Es una finca preciosa, las vistas y la calma que ofrece es increíble. La habitación era enorme y muy bien equipada. La cama impresionante de tamaño y de comodidad. Esta bien situado del centro de Filandia, esta a 5 minutos por un camino seguro y bien adecuado.
No puedo decir absolutamente nada.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026A wow room with a wrap around window and view of the mountains and countryside. We had the ground floor spacious family room and private bathroom with our 2 teenage boys. A real find and a brilliant place to stay just outside of the main part of town - 5/7 min walk away from the central square - so very peaceful and serene. Breakfast included and you sit looking at the countryside from a big open air dining room. Very friendly staff.

Hay que pagar el jacuzzi aparte. Me parece que podría ir en el precio. Hubo un problema de comunicación. Le pedimos a la persona de recepción que nos guardara el desayuno porque teníamos un tour temprano por la mañana. Nos dijo que lo iba a preguntar con las cocineras y nos iba a escribir fuera cuál fuera la respuesta. Al día siguiente, las cocineras no sabían nada, que no les había escrito. Le escribí al recepcionista y me dijo que no lo podían guardar. Osea, ni les escribió. Por suerte, las chicas fueron muy amables y nos hicieron el desayuno, pero les molestamos mientras estaban haciendo otra tarea. Fue un detalle feo con ellas. Y ellas fueron muy amables con nosotros, que nos hicieron el desayuno en el momento.

The road to the hotel is a bit rocky, so anyone driving should be aware of this.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Quiet and beds are very comfortable. Secluded yet within walking distance to the square. The views are breathtaking. We rested well. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh squeezed juice and the ultra fresh regional artisan cheese was delicious.

El acceso es a través de una vía sin asfaltar por el cual no se hace muy cómodo transitar, y por la noche está sin iluminar por lo que tampoco invita a poder ir caminando al pueblo.

Hotel alejado del centro, todas las habitaciones olían a humedad, solicité la devolución del dinero ya que mi esposa tenía si tomas de gripa, la humedad, el frío en las habitaciones no ayudaban, decidimos no quedarnos por las condiciones de las habitaciones, no les importó y tampoco no nos devolvieron ni siquiera un porcentaje de la estadía

I traveled with family including two 1 year olds and would book again. The only complaint we had was the entrance to the hotel has a huge hole with no warning for oncoming cars.
