Tiene una vista maravillosa, está aislado de todo ruido.

El calor en la habitación era insoportable, solicité un ventilador y el dueño me dice que no es necesario porque el tenía frío y el necesitaba ventilador. Estamos con temperaturas altas y donde hacía frío na no hace, pregunté en otros hoteles del sector y si tenían ventilador.

Villa Jair Hotel es una gran opción si buscas un alojamiento que ofrezca naturaleza, pero que al mismo tiempo este cerca de la ciudad, por tanto puedes disfrutar de Filandia sin necesidad de pensar en transporte. La habitación y los empleados 10/10, repetiríamos sin duda.

La habitación amplia, hay agua 24hrs, el personal muy amable y servicial! Los desayunos muy deliciosos. Las instalaciones muy amañadoras y el sitio es como una finiquita dentro del mismo pueblo 10/10

La tranquilidad del hotel es excepcional, adicionalmente, las personas del hotel nos ayudaron muchísimo. Muy hospitalarios, el desayuno también tiene su toque personal (el queso crema estaba muy rico)

The views are amazing, the beds are very clean and comfortable, and the staff Don Jair, Eider and Family are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. The location is strategically good for immersion into the country side but still within the town. The central plaza is just a few blocks away.

This was a lovely stay. It’s just on the edge of town but still a great location as only 5 minutes walk from the central plaza. The views of the surrounding countryside are amazing and the staff were very friendly, kind and attentive. We found it peaceful and listening/watching the birds in the morning was such a treat.

There is a sports field next door, so you can expect to hear some small noise but it didn’t bother us at all. It was nice to hear people exercising and enjoying it. The place is very peaceful

Trato muy cercano y familiar, nos trataron genial desde el principio. Nos pilló la lluvia y nos acercaron a coger el bus. Gracias por todo. Totalmente recomendable hacer una visita a este hotel y disfrutar de las vistas y la compañía de los dueños.

El señor Jair es muy amable, las habitaciones están muy bien y limpias. Las vistas son maravillosas

Al lado del hotel hay un centro deportivo y muy temprano (7:00) comienzan con altavoces lo que no facilita el descanso. Quizá está un poco alejado del pueblo

Excelente lugar, tiene sus propios miradores que ofrecen una vista hermosa, la atencion de don jair y su esposa es lo mejor al igual que el recepcionista.

The hotel's location and architecture give you an intimate connection with the surroundings, both on the big terrace as well as the observation room on the top floor. Everyone at the hotel were absolutely wonderful and warm, ensuring you had coffee, water, and breakfast, as well as local intel of where to go and what to do. The breakfast was mixed, filling, and healthy. What else can you ask for?

I honestly can't think of anything. People, facilities, location, and environment created great value.

El servei és genial, súper amable i atent. Ens han fet sentir molt a gust. L’esmorzar boníssim, el preníem a la terrassa amb unes vistes espectaculars. El llit era molt còmode.

Estàvem a l’habitació de la planta baixa, al costat de l’entrada i a vegades no teníem prou sensació de privacitat. Tan de bo haver estat en una habitació de la planta superior.

Beautiful family hotel with 16 rooms in the outskirts of Filandia, 4 blocks from the town square. The most fantastic view of the valleys below and surrounded with flowers and birds. The property is quite new, spotlessly clean and the most adorable hosts in Jair and his wife who will do anything to make you feel welcome and at home.Secured Parkingspace if you have a car. All rooms come with a view. Comfortable bed, hot water in shower, nice breakfast and wonderful coffee. Good value accommodation in a really nice village- Filandia. Truly recommended.

We (a family of four, including two children, 5yo and 2yo) had a great time! Jair was so friendly and nice, and all of the staff were also friendly and nice. Breakfast was delicious, and it was an easy walk to the center of the city. Yet the hotel is located in a very quiet area— and the view from the hotel is amazing.

Jair , Zokorra , Marta und Elmer lesen alle Wünsche von den Augen, sehr hilfsbereit und immer für ihre Gäste da. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Una señora Regañaro a mi hijo pequeño por coger un juego de mesa que al estar en el lobby del hotel se entiende que es para uso de los huéspedes, se deben hacer mejor esos acercamientos, desde entonces sentimos que no podíamos usar cosas del hotel como tan tranquilos. El señor Jair muy amable

Es un lugar lindo, tiene una vista preciosa, se observan aterdeceres hemosos, está ubicado fuera de Filandia, pero se puede llegar a pie, hay zona de parqueo. La atención excelente. Volvería.

Jair y su familia siempre están atentos, tienen uma calidad humana increíble. Te sientes como en familia. La ubicación es muy buena, pues queda a 5 minutos caminando del centro. Tiene una vista espectacular! Rodeada de naturaleza

Grossartige herzliche Gastgeber mit denen man auch einmal Desafío del Siglo XXI in der Lobby schauen kann. Jair und Socorro sind sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Das Hotel hat die beste Aussicht von Filandia: Wir genossen den Blick auf Armenia, den Alto de la Linea und den Nevado de Tolima. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Auf den Betten liegt es sich hart, aber wir mögen Jair und Socorro.

La ubicacion, cerca del centro pero en una colina con fantasticas vistas a laa montañas y una terraza envidiable. Jair y Socorro son super amigables y serviciales. Se nota que lea gusta lo que hacen. Te hacen aentir como en casa.

Nos ha encantado todo. La localización es perfecta, cerca del centro pero en una zona muy tranquila, con unas vistas increíbles a la naturaleza. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era muy cómoda. Aunque lo mejor ha sido la atención recibida. Jair y su familia nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Súper recomendable!

Was welcomed with open arms. Have to filandia before at anotjer place and didnt feel the love we felt at Villa Jair. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing, coffee kept coming. The proximity to the town square was only four blocks.

The view

Room was tiny with no closet. Owner lives in Bogota, and he refused to refund. He gave us a slightly bigger room, but forced us to pay extra, although we were the only guests. One woman runs the place, and she takes off in the middle of the day, and at night. Ten people showed up for breakfast one morning, and she served them before us. Pathetic tiny breakfast, no hair dryers, you can’t move in the tiny room, nowhere for your suitcase. To walk to town at night, it is dark with no lights. Avoid this place with a nasty, greedy owner. The hotel is far from town, avoid at all costs.

The staff and the owners were very nice and offered to help me in any way they could.

Don Jair is a really nice host, he stayed late to welcome us, and the whole time we stayed he was very helpful and just seems like a really nice guy that cares about those that stay at his hotel. It's really clean and well looked after, and the views are spectacular! The breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, toast and eggs with cheese. It was the perfect size and the fruit in particular was delicious. It's only 12 minute walk to the central plaza, and there plenty to see on the walk there. Overall we loved our stay here

Quiet location with a great view! Nice and friendly staff. Modern, newly built hotel with a home feeling. Had a zapo-game, which is a plus!

A bit hard to find... It's at the very end of a street, after the fire station. Also, the village has lost of one-way streets! So we probably didn't take the shortest path. The hotel is not 100% finished in some parts, fixing the last bits would be good.
