The property was fantastic with all Amenities included. Everything you may need had been thought about and included.

We liked the roof terrace most which had excellent views across the whole marina. Kitchen facilities were great. Breakfast was a delight.

Alojarse en un camarote flotante en un puerto deportivo fue una hermosa experiencia. Además la persona que nos atendió, Max, desde el check in hasta el check out fue sumamente servicial y nos ayudó cada vez que lo necesitamos. Un ejemplo de atención.

No tengo nada negativo que decir 100 % recomendable. Limpio, completo, incluyendo cocina, microondas, vajilla etc (que no utilizamos pero estaba disponible) buen a/a . Impecable!!!

La ubicación sin duda en pleno paseo. El anfitrión muy atento y risueño, pendiente en todo momento. La facilidad de comunicación con él es fluida y siempre está dispuesto.

El barco es un poco pequeño, contaba con ello y aún así me sorprendió, no había sitio para poner las maletas ni donde poner la ropa, creo que es una estancia como para 3/4 días, no más, no obstante lo recomiendo como experiencia, es como estar en una camper pero en el agua.

Péssima experiencia. Conseguiram estragar tudo com o mau atendimento da equipa. Exigiram o pagamento de 30€ extra à força pelo facto de sermos 2 pessoas em vez de uma, quando o quarto é duplo e o valor na reserva sempre foi o mesmo para uma ou 2 pessoas tanto antes como para novas reservas pelo booking.com . Apesar de dizer que nao concordada e nao via legitimidade para tal, depois retiraram, sem a minha autorização, esse valor da caução dos 250€ que exigem, destinada exclusivamente a cobrir danos no barco. As camas têm que ser feitas pelos clientes e o espaço interior é muito pequeno, chega a ser claustrofóbico. Nem pelo pequeno almoço achei que valia o preco, pois é pouco e muito básico.

El desayuno podría mejorarse, algo escaso y en nuestro caso 2 personas, la cama era un sofá cama que había que sacar y muy justo porque cogía toda la habitación…pero lo normal porque es un barco!

Heel leuk om een keer op een klein woonbootje te slapen. Ook leuk zo bij de Marina van Albufeira. Elke ochtend werd een mandje met ontbijt voor de deur gezet. Personeel was ook heel vriendelijk en je had via whatsapp contact. Ze reageren snel en dit maakte de communicatie erg makkelijk.

Houd er rekening mee dat het woonbootje niet groot is.

We had a wonderful five-star experience. We stayed with my pregnant wife, our eight-year-old son, and our dog, and the houseboat was comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. Max was always kind, attentive, and available whenever we needed anything. The breakfast basket delivered in the morning was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special.

The experience, private space and the view. Service people are very nice, from the whatsapp assis. Staff ( Max) who helping from the start to the end of the trip. He explained how to check in, out and making everything clear and smooth. We just left one hotel from new town in the morning and he managed us to early check - in , thank you very much. Also the homeboat itself is very cute, the breakfast delivery in a wicked basket is lovely idea and we like it so much to break away from the old way in the hotel room.

Nos encantó el sitio. Todo muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas. Con aparcamiento privilegiado. Ubicación muy buena.

Supuestamente íbamos a ser tres personas, pero finalmente una de ellas no pudo asistir, algo que se comunicó a los propietarios. El desayuno estaba incluido y pagado para las tres personas, por lo que consideramos que correspondía recibir los tres desayunos. Sin embargo, únicamente nos sirvieron dos. Sinceramente, no nos pareció correcto, ya que ese desayuno estaba incluido en la reserva y había sido abonado. Que finalmente una persona no pudiera asistir no significa que se pierda un servicio que ya estaba pagado. Además, lo habríamos aprovechado perfectamente.

Super doświadczenie, domek jest mały ale na 2 dni zupełnie wystarczy. Obsługa rewelacyjna, siadanie w koszyczku było bardzo smaczne. W porcie są restauracje, pralnia samoobsługowa, puby ale wieczorem było cicho więc wyspałam się jak niemowlę w kołysce ;)

La proximité avec les voisins qui font du bruit toute la nuit. Trop petit pour 4 personnes ,ça ressemble fortement à des bungalow donc l’isolation phonique n’est pas au top donc vous entendez tous les bruits !

Man muss das Doppelbett jeden Tag ausziehen. Wenn es ausgezogen ist ist im Raum kein Platz. Am Abend ist es oft sehr laut auch nach Mitternacht.

Esperienza simpatica, non comune. Bello sentirsi “in barca” per una notte nell’atmosfera viva della Marina. Valida però per un soggiorno non troppo lungo per gli spazi molto ristretti , per quanto tutto disponibile all’interno. Terrazza con sdraio ventilata. Colazione semplice, ma comprensiva di dolce e salato, fornita il mattino in un cesto.

Avis Booking Nous avons passé un super séjour ! 😊 L’accueil de Max était vraiment au top, très chaleureux et agréable. Le logement est atypique, mais il est très bien pensé et tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous étions 4 et nous ne nous sommes absolument pas sentis à l’étroit. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, qui était excellent, avec un très bon choix sucré et salé. 😋 Nous recommandons ce logement et l’accueil de Max à 100 % ! ❤️ Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Location was great and close to restaurants and bars. Max looked after us from the moment we arrived. There was always someone around to help or we could WhatsApp message and someone would reply quickly. The boat was relaxing, breakfast delivered each morning at a time that suited us. So glad we opted for this instead of a normal hotel.

Emplacement. Bon et copieux petit déjeuner servis dans un panier. Attention les œufs ne sont pas cuits.

Pas de cadeau ou bouteille d'eau de bienvenue par contre frigo rempli de bouteilles payantes. Tellement rempli qu'on les confonds avec ses propres bouteilles achetées au magasin du coin... ils ont débité les bouteilles d'eau. Personnellement je n'avais rien pris. Matelas du canapé lit très sale et pas d'aleze de protection. WC et radiateur du couloir défoncé a notre arrivée. Dépôt de garantie de 250 euros qui n'était pas indiqué dans l'annonce booking. La personne a pris ma carte en main et a relevé les numéros recto verso. Ce n'était même pas une empreinte de carte. Cela a gâché mon séjour car j'avais peur d'être débiter. Il a aussi scanné sur un ordinateur portable toutes les pièces d'identité recto verso même celles des enfants au lieu de noter les numéros manuellement. On ne sait pas si c'est sécurisé. État des lieux d'entrée très long dans un local qui sert de bureau et qui n'est pas dans le port. J'ai dû appeler car il n'y avait personne dans le bureau et attendre. On a pû rentrer dans les lieux à plus de 16h pour une nuit. Dommage.

Posizione interessante, con parcheggio a pagamento (15 euro al giorno) molto vicino. Procedura check-in, gentilezza ed efficienza addetti ottimi. Houseboat pulita e funzionale ma davvero piccola per quattro persone; la colazione invece molto valida.

I letti sono decisamente scomodi, quello matrimoniale poi era ricavato da una struttura in ferro molto scomoda, con materassi piuttosto sottili.

The best feature was the location—it was within walking distance of local bars and restaurants, with easy access to Bolt and tuk-tuk services. The cabin had everything we needed, including towels, cutlery, a coffee machine, a hotplate, and other essential amenities. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was especially appreciated during the summer as it kept the cabin cool and comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything we needed, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique accommodation experience that’s a refreshing change from a typical hotel.

There wasn’t much that we didn’t like. The only minor downside was the limited space. Even though we booked the largest cabin, it still felt quite narrow for two people, particularly the bathroom. We also brought our own food and drinks, but the fridge was mostly stocked with items from the paid minibar, leaving very little room to store our own groceries.

Nous avions réservé et payé 4 nuits pour un montant de 530 €. Avant notre arrivée, nous avons informé l’établissement que notre vol arriverait vers 1h00 du matin et nous avons communiqué notre numéro de vol. Nous avons également demandé s’il existait une solution, comme un check-in autonome. L’établissement nous a indiqué que le check-in était uniquement possible jusqu’à minuit. En revanche, nous n’avons pas compris que cela entraînerait l’annulation de l’intégralité de notre séjour. Peu après, notre réservation de 4 nuits a été annulée. Nous avions pourtant prévenu à l’avance de notre heure d’arrivée et essayé de trouver une solution. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans hébergement malgré les 530 € déjà payés, ce qui a complètement gâché le début de nos vacances et nous a mis dans une situation très difficile. Nous avons contacté Booking.com, mais aucune solution amiable n’a pu être trouvée avec l’établissement. Notre expérience a été très décevante. Nous aurions apprécié davantage de dialogue, une solution alternative ou au minimum un geste commercial compte tenu des circonstances.

Great communication and personal greeting and assistance when we arrived and throughout our stay! The breakfast baskets were awesome. You are close to great bars and restaurants right at the marina. There is convenient underground parking if you have a car. We were shown right to our parking spot!! Remember it is a houseboat so the quarters are tight but very well put together and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We unpacked what we needed and put our suitcases back in the car. The roof of the houseboat is a sundeck with a great view of the marina!

The location is perfect within the marina and the property is well equipped with all mod cons. The roof sun deck is great and the hammock was so cool. The delivery of a bountiful breakfast basket each morning was a touch of class. The check in was simple yet professional and our host escorted us to the property to show us how everything worked.

Lovely location near to restaurants and bars. Houseboat was very well equipped and had everything I needed for a short stay. Max and the team were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It far exceeded my expectations. Lovely breakfast basket delivered to my door in the morning. I would definitely recommend a visit and hope to return again one day. Thank you to Max and the team.

A experiência toda foi muito legal, o barco é charmoso, tudo limpo e organizado, a vista é linda, tomar café da manhã observando os peixinhos foi incrível. Staff super atencioso e disponível. Na saída conheci o Max que fez questão de certificar se tudo corrido tudo bem na minha estadia. Foi uma experiência incrível.

Tudo maravilhoso, staff incrível e uma experiência a repetir. Recomendo sem dúvida nenhuma, está reserva foi extraordinária. O pequeno almoço é muito simpático e entregue à hora solicitada por pessoas muito simpáticas. Incrível Obrigado

A única coisa a apontar é a caução de 250€ não ser mencionada na altura da reserva. Não foi um problema, porque a caução foi devolvida no mesmo dia da saída. Só penso que deveria estar mencionada no momento da reserva. Ou pelo menos eu não vi.

Wenn man Camper ist, dann fühlt man sich wohl. Es ist alles sehr beengt. Die Lage in der Marina ist nicht schlecht. Das Parkhaus für 15 Euro pro Tag ist gut gelegen. Ein Stockwerk nach unten fahren, dann kann man ebenerdig rauslaufen. Das Frühstück, das im Korb gebracht wird ist lecker. Max aus Brasilien ist sehr bemüht.Super W-lan. Klimaanlage ist gut. Man sollte nicht länger als eine Nacht bleiben.

Die Toillette ist sehr grenzwertig. Man soll kein Papier reinschmeissen. Die Leiter zum Obergeschoss ist schon nicht ungefährlich.

Difficile d aller aux toilettes en fermant la porte lorsque le lit est déplié car l espace est réduit. Sinon tout s est très bien passé.

We just loved our stay in your gorgeous home boat. We are returned customers and this time we enjoyed it even more, as when we booked we asked for bikes. We were offered bikes during our amazing stay by Homeboat company and explored Marina Albufeira and discovered a very beautiful beach nearby. We would like to express huge thanks to Claudia and Max for their great hospitality and professionalism,, as we really felt taken care after and at home. They went an extra mile to make us feel really welcome and happy during our stay..We also want to thank the whole home boat team for their great service, offering us once in a lifetime experience,. Les plages sont un peu loin et la plus proche est en pente!! Il faut être en forme ou prendre le TukTuk qui abuse sur les prix 10 euros chaque course !! Pour ma part , je suis bonne marcheuse et je me suis adapté. Pleins d'autres plage magnifiques accessibles en taxis .

Das in der Marina gelegene Boot ist eine schöne Erfahrung. Vom Boot aus, sieht man viele Fische und man ist umgeben von vielen Restaurants. Der Supermarkt ist in Sichtweite. Das Frühstück auf der Mini-Terrasse war ein schönes Erlebnis.

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist etwas irritierend. 48 qm beziehen das Dach und die Terrasse mit ein. Das "Französische Doppelbett" ist ein Bett zum Ausziehen. Wenn dieses Bett ausgezogen ist, kann man die Mini-Badkabine nicht benutzen. Man kann aber auch auf der Couch schlafen. Ein Upgrade für ein größeres Boot wurde uns für 70 Euro angeboten. Kleiner Tipp: die Eier, die man für das Frühstück erhält, sind roh.

Hosts were super attentive, check in was easy and close by, they have a WhatsApp chat where you can contact them and get immediate replies if needed. They came and checked in multiple times, always asking if there was anything else I needed. The boat was amazing, really modern, facilities all worked perfectly, bed was super comfy and the roof terrace was sublime. Breakfast brought to you in a hamper every morning, they ask what time is best for you.

Frühstückskorb war eine feine Sache. Konnte auf bestimmt Zeit und mit Inhalt nach Bedarf am Vortag bestellt werden über whats-app. Hausboot war sauber. Reinigung nach Bedarf. Duschschlauch auf Dach eine coole Sache. Trotz Hafenlage und vieler Restaurants, war es überraschend ruhig, da Lokale vor Mitternacht geschlossen haben. Mit 2 grossen Koffern waren die Platzverhältnisse etwas eng. Würden beim nächsten Mal Reserve Kissen/Bettdecke abgeben und die dadurch freien Schubladen beim Bett aus Stauraum nutzen. Jeden Abend das Doppelbett auszuziehen war speziell, doch kein Problem. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und können es empfehlen.

We stayed for 3 nights on one of the houseboats. The houseboat itself as everything you need and anything you requested the team would do anything to help you with your request. They would check every day to see if there was anything you need and make sure you was comfortable. We loved it that much we have booked to go again this year.
