Lo único bueno de todo el hotel ha sido la amplitud de la habitación También era buena la ubicacion:todo esta en lo alto de la montaña,por lo cual hay que bajar a la playa por escaleras o por ascensor y las dos cosas estaban justo al lado Ademas,bajando una sola calle estabas em el centro del pueblo,donde esta toda la marcha y todo el movimiento de gente,restaurantes y demas Para aparcar,tambien bastante bien

Muchas decepciones con este hotel para el precio que tiene. Lo peor de todo ha sido el desayuno:ridiculo,escaso,cuatro cosas para comer y encima no tienen ni tostador. Ponen una o dos cosas de cada alimento (incluidas las tostadas,que las hacen en la cocina y te las ponen en la mesa para que cojas). Si la tostada te gusta mas o menos tostadas te aguantas,tienes que comerla como te la hagan ellos,y si la quieres caliente tienes que estar atento a cogerla en el momento que lo saquen de la cocina,si no,comes tostada fría y el pan como chicle. La zona de la piscina bastante pequeña,no hay hamacas para todos los que se hospedan

Le monsieur à l'accueil était très gentil et à l'écoute. L'hôtel est vraiment super bien placé, on pouvait tout faire à pieds. La piscine et la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel est un plus.

Le petit dej était correct mais pas incroyable. La clim se déclenche toute seule du coup il fait vite froid dans les chambre.

A localização é ótima. Dá para fazer tudo caminhando, perto da praia e perto dos restaurantes, bares, comércio. Funcionários bem prestativos. Café da manhã bem gostoso (o croassant é um dos melhores que já comi). Cama e chuveiro bem bons. Quarto silencioso. Vista de toda praia, do Café da manhã e da piscina.

Nada. Tudo ótimo. Só tivemos azar de pegar um quarto térreo. Os dos andares de cima, do lado que fica a piscina, tem sacada com cadeiras e vista pro mar.

Je n’ai pas aimé que la terrasse commune tout le monde nous voit dedans ils auraient pu faire en sorte de mettre des films pour pas qu’ils nous voient dans nos chambres et pour la terrasse commune, nous avons nos deux petites chaises mais que tout le monde se les approprie. Mes draps n’étaient pas changé pendant six jours, les prises de la salle de bain ne sont pas adaptées pour les sèche-cheveux ou liseur. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre pour le prix de l’hôtel.

Great location just a 5/10 minute walk into the centre of old town, lovely staff, always quiet, gorgeous sunbeds and pool.

Sehr gute Lage. Toller Meerblick vom Pool und Zimmer aus. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und in 1 Gehminute zu erreichen. Am Strand gibt es zwei Liegen mit Schirm für 20€ pro Tag und die Getränke können direkt von der Liege aus bestellt werden. Toiletten am Strand gepflegt und umsonst. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr zuvorkommend und das Frühstück vielseitig. Das Zimmer war geräumig, der Pool sauber und gepflegt.

Das WiFi könnte etwas stabiler sein.

It was a lovely boutique hotel with a friendly and calm vibe. The location is excellent, with a short pleasant walk to both the beach and main streets in the old town. We had a sea view room and it was worth upgrading as the view was beautiful. Our room was quite snug, but it had everything we needed and the storage space was excellent. It was immaculately clean, with the cleaners coming every day. The staff were wonderful. Very discreet and hard working. The breakfast was ample with very fresh produce, and the staff were replenishing items constantly. The pool area again is snug, but ample and immaculately clean. There are a few sunbeds and occasionally there were not enough for guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return in the future.

It was kept clean with lots of space in the room and good shared areas to relax in. Nice calm atmosphere

Breakfast was very basic and little bit chaotic… not set out ideally with the coffee machine next to the door and cereals.

The room keys kept failing at different times of the day & night so we would get to the room and then not be able to get in.

El aparcamiento es nefasto, no tenían sitio en el parking del hotel y tenías que aparcar bastante lejos. El desayuno lo teníamos incluido y no tiene nada de variedad, poco pan y frio y pocos ingredientes que echarle, no merece nada la pena pagar el desayuno

The location is excellent, it’s literally two minutes from old town and very close to the beach. Really handy to get to restaurants and there’s a lovely drinks bar and supermarket right beside it too. The drinks are cheap in the hotel and there’s a pool so you can relax. The staff are absolutely lovely, they were all so nice, couldn’t fault anyone. It’s also really quiet, we couldn’t hear any sound at all. Sea view from our balcony was gorgeous.

It’s just little things; the handles on the shower being wonky, the temperature of the shower changing sporadically, the door to our room didn’t lock properly sometimes so it would just open. We had two single beds pushed together so they kept moving apart. The lounge beds aren’t very comfortable. The lights in the bathrooms by the pool weren’t working. It’s weirdly laid out, so we had to go up and down two flights of stairs just to they to breakfast and the pool. There’s no elevator so it was just cumbersome trying to lug bags up and down stairs. The breakfast is served at the pool, so really it’s feels weird to lie out or get into the pool until after breakfast. It’s really important where your room is located as some have a view of the sea/pool and others are viewing the road or a wall, so I would get a sea view room if possible. All in all, there are small things that could just make the experience better.

Exceptional location! Staff was mostly nice, except for one guy at the reception that didn't even smile to greet us. The breakfast is delicious but lacks more variety (for example there's only boiled eggs, no omlette or scrambled eggs). The rooms are nice but once you finish the complimentary bottle of water they don't replace it. There's no minibar or any snacks available.

The property was lovely and pretty much as pictured. I thought there’d be a bigger lounge area by the pool but it was fine. Very close to the main village with all the shops and the beach is super close. The staff was also very lovely, very kind, and very helpful. The only reason why I didn’t give it a 10 is because they are a super small team, which means things that can be a little slow if they’re occupied elsewhere. However, they were incredibly helpful and nice!

It was a fantastic property - I will certainly come back - the views over the beach were stunning!! The pool and sun lounging facilities were fantastic and the resort was quiet which is exactly what we wanted from the adults only resort!

The aircon broke half way through the trip and the reception colleague said they might not be able to fix until the next day. Didn’t really offer any alternative solution other than have to wait to the next day but they would look at it, however that was not an issue as they had it fixed within a couple of hours so wasn’t anything to worry about!!

Room was great, staffs were very friendly, I loved the internal space in the room and also the pool area was indeed very nice. Everything was very clean and I did love everything location, food and cleanliness.

The only very very minor thing was one of the staffs in one of the days, was making drinks for people on the pool area (It was the only young blond boy) he was not very friendly, He didn`t say antyhing bad, just did`t seem very happy to be there serving people, but apart from that all the others staffs were lovely.

Très bonne situation géographique au centre de la vieille ville d’Albufeira. Une vue incroyable sur la mer depuis la piscine, personnel très sympathique, confort, tous les équipements nécessaires et produits de qualité. L’hôtel prête également des parasols pour la plage, c’était top!

Great location in the old town, close to all the bars, restaurants and the beach but not loud. Nice pool and sunbathing spots.

Bit expensive for what it is but not overly so compared to what else is in the area. The staff don’t let you have water out of the filter after breakfast so you have to drink out the bathroom tap or buy from the shop, which seems a bit daft. The bar is also extortionate, but can just buy soft drinks or booze from a supermarket next door.

The rooms were so comfortable. Spectacular views overlooking the old town and beach. Great pool, sun lounges and breakfast. Very close to everything. They can’t guarantee parking but there is free parking very close by anyway

Location was good. 2/3 minute walk to the beach. 2/3 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Very clean. Staff fair - but didn’t go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Breakfast was poor. Little choice. Concerned that meats were not kept in fridge/cool conditions but just placed on a table in a very warm dining area. Coffee like warm milk - we added an extra shot of coffee. Rooms small but clean. Terrible hairdryer in the room (bring your own)! Pool very small but clean.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was very good and hotel is within walking distance to beach and restaurants.

The hotel cleanliness is immaculate. The decor is lovely, clean, fresh and modern. Continental breakfast is very good, with a decent choice and is speedily replenished by the two lovely ladies. Pool area is small, sun loungers comfy and umbrellas are good. There is also a terrace with more loungers and shade. It does get very hot there but the pool is great for cooling down. Lovely little book library in the public area. Hotel is very close to bars, restaurants as you venture down to the Old Town Square. No noise at all at night. We stayed in June and were surprised at how breezy it got in the evenings!

Ein besonderes lob gilt dem service. Rezeption, fruehstueck. Alle sehr bemueht und hilfreich. Top. Frühstück war spartanisch, aber alles da und somit ok.

Das erste zimmer haben wir getauscht, war preiswerteste buchungsalternative, leider eine zumutung, zwar relativ gross , aber dunkel und einzige fenster/tueröffnung zur garageneinfahrt. Haben dann eine upgrade gemacht , mit meerblick etc. leider war der duschsiphon offen und das zimmer roch unangenehm. Selbst nach dem duschen war das innerhalb von 5/6 stunden wieder der fall. Ansonsten war das zimmer von der einrichtung ok. Problem war die xtreme hellhörigkeit. Wenn einen der lärm nicht stört ist das hotel ok. Lage top wenn man zu fuss unterwegs bleiben will und nicht mittendrin sein möchte.

Veldig rent på rommet og resten av hotellet. Hyggelig personale og veldig enkelt å sjekke inn og ut. Behagelig basseng, men også veldig nære stranden. Masse fine restauranter i nærheten, men ikke så nære at du hører lyd.

Varmen på vannet i dusjen kan variere på tider mange bruker vann. Kaffen til frokosten var ikke spesielt god, men den er drikkenes og man trenger kaffe.

The hotel was near everything we needed, spotless and peaceful. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were so nice. Bars and restaurants 5 minute walk away but didn't hear anything during the night.

Situation parfaite et retiré du centre très très animé. L'hôtel reste à 5 minutes du centre et 10 minutes pour descendre à la plage. il y a aussi l'ascenseur de la plage pour remonter c'est plus facile.

L'eau de la piscine n'est pas chauffée. Il pourrait y avoir une petite pâtisserie portugaise au petit-déjeuner mais celui-ci reste soigné et correct.

The breakfast was limited

A lovely hotel, very clean and tidy and the room were the same, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff very polite and didn’t have to wait at all if you asked for anything. It was done straight away. Most enjoyable stay and will definitely be coming back.

The only thing I can think of is the breakfast, it was continental. I would have preferred an English breakfast but it was fine and fine the job.

Needs more accessible plug sockets , really low, struggled to reach them underneath the bedside tables .

A beautiful hotel, in a great peaceful location and only a short stroll into Old town. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was plentiful, and delicious. A lovely spot on the terrace overlooking the sea to eat every morning.

It was a powerful shower but it ran hot and cold every day. Not good.
