Υψηλή τιμή, για ημιυπόγειο χώρο. Το wi-fi δεν λειτούργησε ποτέ !!! Η καθαριότητα, δεν τελειώνει μόνο σε καθαρά σεντόνια, πετσέτες και ένα σφουγγάρισμα . . . Ο κήπος, δεν καθαρίστηκε ούτε την Κυριακή, που είχα ενημερωθεί, και έμοιαζε με σκουπιδότοπο. Αριστερά στην κουζίνα, υπήρχαν 'κουρτίνες' από αράχνες . . . Ο ηλεκτρικός πίνακας ήτανε όλο σκόνη και τρίχες . . . Έβαλε νερά το παραθυράκι της κουζίνας, όπου υπήρχε και ένα σκουλήκι . . . άραγε, ελέγχετε πλήρως ο χώρος, πριν μπει ο επισκέπτης; Μία σκίαση πίσω από την πόρτα εισόδου, θα βοηθούσε πολύ την συσκότιση, για καλύτερο ύπνο το πρωί.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely disappointing. The host's attitude and manners were not particularly welcoming. The room was a ground-floor basement with no balcony, yet I paid €71, which I believe is far too expensive for what was offered. The room was not properly cleaned. There were spider webs and visible dirt, making it feel neglected and uncomfortable. I booked this accommodation because of its high ratings, but my experience was completely different. I felt misled by the previous reviews, as they did not reflect the actual condition of the room I received. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience. There was spiders.😪

It was fairly close to the airport, but you do need a car as was off the beaten track. The air conditioning worked.

The bathroom flooded from the rain shower, the water was barely warm..The bathroom door didn’t close. There was only one toilet roll for two days. The hot plate in the kitchen area was very dirty and did not work. As was the microwave and the other appliances. All of the cutlery and crockery had to be washed before use. There was no tea towel to wipe up with.

Ironed white sheets on a comfortable bed and there were mosquito nets on the windows. In late May it was cool enough to sleep with the windows open and there was very little street noise. The lighting in the apartment was very good. A very short drive to the port and on-street parking was easy.

We stayed in the Wooden studio. It was ground, or slightly below ground level. The floors were not cleaned well, especially around the edges and by the bathroom sink. The curtains were not opaque and with the lights on you could see in from outside. I recommend the host get a better cleaning service and better curtains.

Ήταν ενα άνετο και φωτεινο σπίτι και ο ιδιοκτήτης εξυπηρετικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι είχαμε απορία.

Seemed to be in a black spot as google maps gave up onme, so could be easier to find. Friendly warm welcome. Toilet seat loose, limited hot water.

All was great, and the host was nice and fast

The fridge is very big and spacious, and looks like a new one. But make a lot of noise like an old diesel engine truck. This is not a remark I did not mind at all; just a suggestion to take a look.

η ανταποκριση που είχαμε στο τελος που αναφέραμε το πρόβλημα με την κουζίνα και μας φαίρανε εξτρα δύο μεταχειρισμένα μάτια.

Δεν μου άρεσε που το ψυγείο και η κουζίνα δεν ήταν καθαρά. Ειδικά η κουζίνα δεν ήταν κατάλληλη προς χρήση καθώς είχε σκουριά τόσο στα μάτια όσο και ο φούρνος. Υπήρχε καναπές κρεβάτι για να κοιμηθεί η 5 χρόνη κόρη μου, το οποίο ήταν παλιό και ακατάλληλο να φυλοξενήσει κάποιον εκεί. Δεν μου άρεσε που η γειτονιά έκανε παράπονα και μιλούσε ασχημα για ΄όλους εμάς τους τουρίστες ασχέτως εάν εμείς ειχαμε ενοχλήσει ή όχι.

Friendly host arrived late at the property and needed guidance where to find it. The host help me a lot with detail instructions late at night as well.

Good size bedroom, kitchen and living room.

Very small bathroom, tiny sink. If you don't have a tiny car. You have to park on street.

Perfect location and felt like home away from home. Alex the manager was extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The shower head could have been mounted to the wall as it required one hand to always hold it which was annoying. I make reference to the Island apartment.

Great stay the night before an early morning flight. Comfortable beds, great air con, responsive host - particularly given we booked it very last minute.

A taxi (30 Euros each way) picked us up at the airport and took us back for our flight on the next day. It was efficient, courteous, and just what we wanted on our last day before a long flight home. Irene and Ioannis (taxi driver) were responsive to our every need. Our only criticism is the location of the property, which is a long walk to restaurants and most services.

Very helpful staff who met us on arrival. Also organised a taxi back to the port early the following morning as our ferry had been cancelled. Lovely spacious and comfortable apartment.

Location was a little isolated, although there was a supermarket only 5 mins walk away. Shops and restaurants 20 mins walk. Only had one night waiting for ferry. More than adequate.

Great little spot, I needed a room near the Port of Rafina and the airport for one night and this little hide-a-way fit perfectly.

This property was pleasantly surprising in a very positive way. The room was great and the photos didnt show how good this propery is.

The host was flexible for our late arrival. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The street parking was nearby and well lit.

Extremely nice room extraordinarily clean bed was perfect for me since I like mattress on firm side hostess was very nice appreciative and accommodating ...only drawback was location from airport about 20 or so minutes but still would stay here again and recommend Hotel Artemissoula highly

The address listed for this property was incorrect and confusing. Had a terrible time finding the location. The host emailed me 2 days prior to our arrival and said would meet us at the property to let us in. At that time I provided the host an estimated time of arrival. The day of arrival I emailed the host again to say we were approximately 1 hour away. I never heard back. After not being able to find the property and without responses to emails, I had to call. After calling her three different times we finally found the property, and she gave us directions on how to enter. It took us over an hour of walking to find the property, with all of our luggage in hand. Thankfully it was day light outside. Will not stay here again.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable stay. Owners went above and beyond to help me with all my needs.

Good location to stop by if you will be using the airport. However be careful if you are renting your car from a company that have office outside of the airport. Nearly all of them located at the Athens side but this place stays on the opposite direction. Suddenly 10 mins from airport to this location becomes 45 mins. Parking is convenient in this location.

Location is very practical. Near the beach with a lot of tavernas and bars. The host Irene was there to welcome us and communication with her is very easy. Near airport, too so location wise is perfect.

Maybe she forgot the floor towel at the bathroom but not big deal.

Host very helpful on the phone. Flat is in some kind of souterrain and unfortnuately not in the best condition. Flush didn't work and a few bugs creeped on the floor. Location is convenient if you depart from Rafina to the iflands though. Also the host was very helpful on the fone.

Nice, clean adequate space. Owner very friendly and helpful in finding some great food. However, the beds were all very hard and uncomfortable.

Huge studio room with living area and kitchen- very clean

Bathroom a bit small and location far away from shops and restaurants however the hosts were very kind and gave us a free lift to a fish restaurant they recommended at the beach and the restaurant gave us a free transfer back to the property- lovely!

The place is very close to Rafina port so it was a very good choice for us; as we had to wake up really early you catch the ferry. The host was very helpful and the apartment was value for money.

Amazing appointment with amazing host

I arrived at the hotel only to find that there was no one there to greet me. I had messaged the property ahead of time to let them know my arrival time (I have proof). I tried calling them several times, but no one answered. I even yelled outside the building, hoping that someone inside would hear me, but no one came. After waiting for a while, I had to give up and leave with the taxi driver who had brought me there. He was getting impatient, and I didn't want to be stranded in the middle of nowhere. I called Expedia, and they tried calling the hotel, with not luck. The representative told me that they would cancel my reservation and issue me a refund, but they couldn't do anything to help me find another hotel. I was transferred to another representative, who finally managed to get in touch with the hotel. The woman who answered the phone said that she was on her way back to the property, but I had already returned to the city center, which was far away and expensive to get to by taxi. I also didn't know how long it would take her to return, since she told Expedia that I hadn't given her my arrival time. During the course of these conversations, I was disconnected from the Expedia. In the end, I found refuge in another hotel, but my troubles didn't end there. I was charged for a night I never spent in that forsaken place and for a reservation I had previously canceled in good faith. It was more than just a bad experience; it was a deeply disheartening.

The room was clean, fairly comfortable and just about ok for one night.

The only way to stay at this property is with a car. Its miles from anything. The owner failed to communicate when setting up arrangement meaning we thought we could metro there. We were thus impelled to use taxis at all stages. The price is not clear. We paid for room with view, but got basement. We had very difficult conversations with the owner. We really did not enjoy our last night in greece.

The unit is really quite close to the beach area and restaurants. If you have a car it is less than two minutes. Quiet, new place that felt very safe and clean.

There was a little bit of noise from some neighbouring dogs but that is not really the fault of the place, just the nature of a small town area like this.

Lovely stay close to the port. We only had one night here before moving onto Athens the next day. It was very spacious for a family of 5 and very well equipped and comfortable. Very clean and in a quiet area too but also a short distance to the beach which was very handy!

The place is in a very quite place, at a 2 min drive to the beach and a 15 min drive to the airport. The apartment is big and very nice decorated, you have a big fridge, stove, sandwich maker and many other apliances. The owner is very helpful. If you need a place to stay for a night or even more Artemissoula is the no. 1 choise!

There was nothing not to like

Everything was fine, very polite owner, good communication, parking in front of house.

We were tucked into the back of the property which made us feel very safe. We also had access to the laundry.

Cozy apartment close to the airport and ferry port. Very clean. Host was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the stay special for our family. Host also went to great lengths to help with transportation, which was a nice bonus!

Wonderful hosts. As English-speaking it was a real relief to know I could communicate with Irene. The property was better than we had hoped for! Quiet, clean, safe and very charming. We would rent this property again.

The apt does not has transfer as they said they do . Nobody gave us the password for Wi-Fi.

nothing, it was an easy and affordable room for our last night before we left to go home. I probably wouldn’t stay here for a holiday/long term but it was great for ease.

Irene and her husband accommodated us very last minute after an Airbnb canceled on us. They were amazing hosts. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. They even coordinated a taxi to take us to the airport in the morning and provided us with water upon arrival.

The host Irene booked us a taxi from the port and even took us to the nearest Mini Market on arrival for provisions. The room was clean and comfortable.

Only one mug in the room, so needed to take in turns to have a coffee.

The apartment was clean and big enough to fit 2 adults and 5 children. The internet was very good. There is no street traffic (quiet zone).

The place is right under the airport take-off/landing route, so there are a lot of airplanes to hear, but inside the house and during the night that was not a real issue (we could sleep very well)
