Property was modern and clean. The location was ideal being a 10 minute taxi to the airport, short walk to the beach, and restaurants. The apartment was spacious with a smooth and easy check in/out. We used the taxi company the apartment recommended and they were reliable. Air conditioning and cute kitchen area.

The apartment was cool and clean. It was easy to find and access. Several shops nearby and a beach over the road, though I did not have time for this with only one night stay.

One thing to be aware of is traffic noise as it's on a main road. Also people passing if talking loud.

Great location near the airport and, amazing view! The building is accessible for wheelchairs and a parking lot right next door. Restaurants nearby and sidewalk is flat with little obstruction, that’s pretty rare in Greece btw.

The water pressure is not great. At one point all I had was a trickle. Depending on the number of people showering at the same time you’ll get fluctuation in water pressure. Also I had no shower glass on one side? The most important side I may add It’s also a beach town so zero night life. We stayed for one night so something to think about if you stay longer

Excellent location, first class accommodation for our group of 6, and despite my concerns that we would be arriving late and getting in might be hazardous, the instructions provided were spot on, and made for a very straightforward arrival.

The noise at night was full on it was August ! The porch lights don’t turn off either so it effected sleep but only an issue as we where waking for an early flight!

The location is a real plus for anyone looking for a nice stopover area close to the airport, with seaside restaurants nearby. Overall, a very good option.

Bring your earplugs! Noise can be a downside, especially if your room is near the entrance. The room door isn’t very soundproof, so you can hear people coming and going, dragging their luggage up and down the stairs—even in the middle of the night. I was in A3, right by the entrance, and I’ll never forget it… 😉 The A/C can also be a bit noisy at times, and its large blue temperature display lights up the room quite a lot at night. Definitely something to consider if you’re a light sleeper

The location right on the beach , close to great beachside cafe and night time restaurants was brilliant. Bed was comfy too

All good , but a few minor design changes would help. Like fridge door opening the other way, extra blanket and pillows…. Little extras only, modern, clean and comfortable otherwise!

The location, facilities and ease of gaining the key for the room was amazing.

Not the best location but more quiet than the rest of Artemida. There was no reception, not talking or meeting with anyone for the key. All were automatic and quick.

Had to submit details (door code, input hours of arrival/checkout) to the property's own site. While it was easy and quick, this functionality should be done through booking, not in external sites. It's a huge hole in the booking services.

The property was designed well with good amenities.

Property needs more and better quality pillows! We were only given two very thin, cheap pillows, and there were two of us in the bed. There needs to be at least four pillows with an extra in the closet.

Brand new. Aircon very effective and essential. Nice verandah but too hot during the day nice in evening. Able to leave bags until shuttle to airport.

Dès la confirmation de ma résa, j'ai recu un whatsapp avec toutes les infos. Très pratique. Le logement n'est pas très loin de l'aéroport et est juste à côté de la mer et de différentes options pour manger. Je me suis même levée pour admirer le lever de soleil, je n'avais qu'à traverser la route. J'ai réservé leur taxi pour le départ, il était à l'heure et tout s'est bien passé

J'ai oublié un bracelet de cheville sur la table de nuit. Je leur ai écrit le lendemain mais bizarrement ils n'ont rien trouvé. La tête de douche était cassée et présentée des signes d'usure et calcaire

Appartement is schoon en van alles voorzien. Via de mail en app krijg je duidelijke instructies over het in en uitchecken. Als je de weg oversteekt zit je al aan de zee. In de buurt zitten vele goede restaurants en coffeeshops.

Zoals overal in Griekenland rijden ze flink door. Soms kan je hier nachts last van hebben.

Die Lage ist suboptimal, da die Unterkunft direkt an einer sehr stark befahren Straße liegt. Die Fenster müssten einen viel besseren Schallschutz haben.

Wonderful sea view. Large balcony. Good room layout. Two toilets. Elevator. 15% discount at the beach restaurant, where the food is delicious.

The air conditioner in the living room wasn't working. Technicians came to repair it on six out of the nine days we were there. For the first three days, we also had an ant problem, requiring visits from other specialists. On the sixth day, we bought ant repellent ourselves and finally resolved the issue. The owners were slow and ineffective in dealing with these problems. We felt helpless and unable to relax. This ruined our vacation. At one point, the owners even offered compensation for the inconvenience, but they forgot about it once the issues were resolved.

Καινούργιο κατάλυμα με όμορφο στυλ και σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία!

Θα ήθελα να είχε το ψυγείο ένα μπουκάλι νερο καθώς το νερό στην περιοχή δεν είναι πόσιμο καθως και τα μαξιλάρια και το στρώμα τα ήθελα λίγο πιο σκληρά.

Great little apartment perfect for our one night stay in Athens. It's right across from the beach and by a few good restaurants. If you need to head to the airport early, there are taxis already waiting for you. The check in was easy. We loved the view from the little balcony.

The walls could use a fresh coat of paint.

A terrible smell from the drain permeated the entire apartment. It was truly disgusting. I advised the management immediately but nothing was done and no further updates were provided.

There was a horrible amount of mold under the sink in the kitchen, to the point where I could not open the cabinet because the smell was so bad. I would like to be compensated for this because this is also a health hazard.

The beds were comfortable and good kitchen, nice and roomy. Good location, good restaurants within walking distance.

Очень простое и удобное бесконтактное заселение. Четкие, понятные инструкции. Номер комфортный, чистый, есть все удобства.

Единственное что хотелось бы добавить это сетку на окно. Без нее даже не открыли окно, хотя свежего воздуха очень хотелось. Но спокойный сон перед ранний вылет был в приоритете 😁

It was a nice apartment close to airport.

We booked penthouse and got a different apartment. When contacted guest services they confirmed I’m not in the penthouse but got what I booked. I sent couple of screenshots from my booking confirmation saying I booked penthouse and that was completely ignored, nobody bothered to reply. Couldn’t get through via phone either.
