The room was very nice with a shower for 2 and a private heated pool. The check in started with a refreshing welcome drink and the poolside breakfast was huge and delicious. Jao was especially helpful and go the extra mile to help me deal with paperwork that I have to complete during my holiday. Thank you for the special birthday wine, chocolate and authentic olive oil to bring home. We had the most enjoyable time and was one of the highlights of our trip.

Definitiv kein 5-Sterne-Hotel, maximal ein unteres 4-Sternehaus. Ungepflegte und veraltete Zimmer. Sauberkeit wird bei der täglichen Reinigung der Zimmer nicht gross geschrieben. Die Bilder bei Booking müssen stark mit Photoshop oder Ki bearbeitet sein und entsprechen nicht Realität.

Hotel was stunning and staff so attentive. We almost had the place to ourselves and it was so relaxing. Staff brought round chocolates to rooms and room service was exceptional. Lovely staff on the front desk and at the bar working super hard.

No estaba cerca del centro y el hotel no tenía facilidades de transporte, los taxi tocaba esperar mucho para que llegue al desde las 5pm que al parecer se formaba el tráfico y nos cancelaban. Deberían también colocar un cartel para colocar en la puerta “no molestar” pues queríamos descansar y nos tocaban la puerta varias veces al día para realizar limpieza que eso estaba bien pero no se lograba descansar !!!

Great location. The service at the pool area was great. Amazing sunset view from the hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

The private pool inside the room was dirty everyday and full of small insects. Also, it’s not fully private if the female is hijabi (muslim). There was huge Centipede under the bed. Room service cleaning coast €10.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed 3 nights, staff were incredible. Room was huge, and pool was incredible with a sunset view as well. Breakfast was fantastic. 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay at Mykonos Earth Suites. The property is beautiful, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the location is fantastic—close enough to everything while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The only suggestion I have is regarding the check-out time. It was strictly fixed at 11:00 AM, and unfortunately there wasn’t any flexibility, even though check-in begins at 3:00 PM. A more accommodating approach to late check-out, when occupancy allows, would make an already excellent guest experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. I highly recommend Mykonos Earth Suites to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mykonos.

The staff were polite but somewhat distant, and the lack of air‑conditioning made the property uncomfortably hot during summer. The towels were noticeably discolored, which was disappointing, and despite mentioning my upcoming birthday, no acknowledgment was made. Additionally, the pool is advertised as heated, yet it’s not.

Balayımız için tercih etmiştik. Çok doğru bir tercih olmadı maalesef. Otel güzel, temiz. Özel havuzlu oda tercih ettik ama mykonos çok rüzgarlı olduğu için havuz hep kirliydi. Ayrıca havuzun önünden çalışanların geçmesi muhtemel yani %100 bir mahremiyet söz konusu değildi. Kahvaltı seçeneği çok kısıtlı. Restoran yeterli değil. Balayı konsepti için odaya getirilen çiçek ve şampanyadan bile ekstra ücret alındı. Süsleme vs hiç bir şey yoktu. Kendimizi özel hissetmedik yani bir daha balayına gidecek olsam tercih etmezdim, pişman olduk. Otel şık ferah temiz ama balayına uygun değil. İstediğimiz/Beklediğimiz ilgiyi göremedik. Bu fiyata bu hizmet yeterli değildi

The property was amazing. Beautiful and well kept. The staff really made our stay unforgettable. Fasia, and the restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. I did think the privacy barrier couls be better and the rives and towels seem a bit worn out. We also had a few ants in our apartment. But these were all minor details. The breakfast and restaurant food was absolutely fantastic. The beach was very conveniently located accross the main road. Was a short walk to all rhe main attractions and to the town centre. The sunsets were stunning. We had a private pool room amd would definitely recommend. Would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay there again. Thank you Mykonos Earth Suites for an unforgettable holiday and treasured memories.

Tüm çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi ama Christina ayrıca muhteşemdi. Yaşadığımız sağlık sorunu için samimiyetle Pazar sabahı bize sağlık merkezi ve harika bir doktor ayarladı. Kiralık araçtan, alışveriş önerilerine kadar incelikle her anımızla yakından ilgilendi.

Staff are lovely and very helpful. Hotel is very clean, communal areas and rooms are great. Food was also wonderful. Would happily re-visit if we ever go back to Mykonos.

קודם כל הנקיון. החדר היה יחסית נקי אבל הבריכה שיש בחדר היא כל הזמן מלוכלכת בגלל הרוחות.

Staff were amazing, couldn’t do any more to help us. Room was unreal, pool was great. Location was about a 15 minute walk to the town. Hotels location is on a hill, so there’s quite a steep one to walk up on one side. You get used to it.

Wife and I stayed at Mykonos earth suites few days ago, and we were mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff was excellent, and I would love to visit again. Our flight was early morning way before the check in time, they went above and beyond to make sure we get our room as soon as possible. Room was very spacious and loved the in suite pools. Property location was the best part, walkable to the beach down the hill and to all main attractions. We enjoyed the sunsets views from the property. Amazing breakfast options! Overall definitely would stay again and highly recommended!

Loved the room and the property. It’s not far from Little Venice. If you decide to walk, there’s a nice hill once you leave the property. After that, it’s about a 30 minute walk. I walk slowly. The room we had was spacious and we took advantage of the private pool every day. And you have to do the floating breakfast at least once.

So clean , perfect location , gorgeous hotel , staff very friendly

Only miner things we could say is the cleaners didn’t replace cups and glasses and I think in front of all the pools if there was some sort of white stone or finishing touch to hide the dirt and weeds would be even more perfect than it already is!

Very luxurious design and feel. Only 15 rooms so very quiet. We stayed in a honeymoon suite which was beautifully finished and designed with a lovely pool and outside area. Staff were all very friendly and always catered to our needs. Breakfast choice and quality was very good too.

It is in a location which is only a 15 mins walk to town, however it is slightly higher up the island so there is a bit of a hilly walk sometimes when walking back.

Staff Kristala and Salvador were the best, very recommended. We wanted to get back to the same hotel next year.

Nothing much to like about this hotel. Other 5 stars hotels in Mykonos are far better. I know because they are we not my first visit.

- curtains in room have holes, and old, so much light comes inside room we couldn’t sleep well - Pool is very unclean. Not sanitized properly I got infection after swimming the first time then I stopped using it. - Towels look overused and not so clean - Sink is low, very hard to brush teeth properly and wash hands - Housekeeping will remove iron every time because they only have a couple. Also they remove dirty cups and don’t replace them. - Location is on top of hill and unpaved dirt road. Walking is impossible, public transportation impossible, and many Uber drivers have trouble reaching through GPS location - Staff are generally nice but very cold - TV is very very tiny. - Zero activities inside the hotel. Nothing to do at all and zero art.

Accommodation quality was excellent.

The hotel was on top of a hill, so when returning the short walk was up the hill and steep - so flat shoes needed.

The hotel’s location is close to the center, the staff were extremely kind—especially the receptionist who was very helpful. The room’s interior design was beautiful, and the room service team was outstanding!

The pool was not clean, and when I arrived the filters were not working for two days. Even after they were turned on, the water was still not clean enough. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom towels and bed sheets.

Absolutely loved everything!!! Highly recommend. We had our own private pool. The sunset view from our pool was breathtakingly beautiful! Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and kind! Breakfast every morning was very good. Location was perfect - make sure you are in shape - grab your walking shoes - down and up a few steep hills - to get to the famous downtown area. ( rent a car if you are not up for the walk into town every day - 15 minute walk ) On the main road - there is a store for anything extra you may need - food, snacks, water, wine - for us it was our beer stop. ( they close at 11pm) We spent one day at the beach, down the hill from the hotel. Public area was free - chairs and umbrella at the resort $30 a person. DJ was great at the beach! The Restaurants in town were delicious - lots to choose from - we traveled in May so we didn't need reservations. Around 11pm the DJs at the clubs started - it was packed - dancing and energy was fun! Very safe - even at 2am - walking back to hotel was safe - just watch the traffic - you are walking on the side of the road, no sidewalks. We will be back soon! - hope this helps- it was a great experience!! Loved our vacation!

The breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing. The pool and lounge chairs in the common area were also lovely with beautiful decor

No tea or kettle facilities in the room. There was an Nespresso machine with pods. The pods were replenished daily however upon check out the hotel charged for the coffee pods and advised they are only complimentary on the first night. The water in Mykonos is not for human drinking consumption and the hotel offers no complimentary water in the room. Considering bottled water is only .50 euro cents the hotel should offer daily bottled water. The only option was to pay 4€ for water. I have never in my years of travelling experienced such poor service. The security safe was also faulty. I had maintenance staff called twice to open the safe. The design of the room looks nice however it is not functional. There is no full length wardrobe to hang your clothes. There is also no drying rack to dry clothes, should you wish to hand wash. There is also no in room temperature gauge to customise your heating and cooling.

Modern design. Openness of room large heated pool loved! (Not a jacuzzi and we were very happy about that!) View. Breakfast was outstanding! Best tasting and fluffy omelette, great choices cooked to order. If you want breakfast or any delivery to room vs eat at pool bar (10 euro delivery charge).

Maintenance across the property- our room pool has dark brown ring around the edges on white paint. Dead or almost dead landscaping in planters and in front of pool facing towards water there is a 6 ft gravel area with very few plants living you stare at due to height of pool edge. Open hatch to a ladder and pool equipment open entire time should be closed. Workers kept walking around this area on gravel while we were trying to swim. Wood peeling on top part of full length mirror . Mold growing on ceiling above bathroom sink. Flicking lights and burnt out lights on stairs going down to room from lobby entrance. Disappointing because the property could be very nice if maintenance was done. The modern design has an appeal. But when you’re spending almost $1000 a night the bar is set at higher expectations of the property experience. We have no problem paying that it just needs to meet the expectations. The staff were very personable. However, didn’t take any initiative to be helpful. In a sense when we asked recommendations for restaurants, they did provide a list via WhatsApp, but we specifically mentioned what we were not looking for Greek food cuisine, mid scale but not fine dining, and it was just a generic list sent to all guests…..No personalization - at luxury resort with only 11 room - you should be catering to the guest and offering to make reservations , going above and beyond anticipating our needs. Just upscale your level of service. (We experienced top service at other hotels we stayed on other islands that cost less per night)… This is advertised as a new hotel but it’s over 6 yrs old and not well maintained sadly…. Most important to know that though the hotel is 20 minutes walk to Mykonos -the road is very narrow and has high traffic at all hours with no sidewalks. Too dangerous to walk. Plan on spending 36 euros minimum each way (they say the government requires a minimum of 36 euros to take a 5 min taxi ride anywhere….
