We absolutely LOVED our stay at Alla Marina!!! The location is amazing. Our room was Room 1. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and it was actually quite easy to get to and from the train station. Upon arrival the hotel staff met us at the train station and helped us carry our bags. The hotel is only a short walk and few stairs from the Riomaggiore pedestrian tunnel. Yes, there is a long flight of stairs in the hotel, but it was definitely manageable. Our room was AMAZING!!!! We had a comfortable bed in a spacious bedroom with a window to hear the sounds of the waves from below. The kitchen is well equipped and even had a clothes washer (I loved hanging my clothes on the clothes line like a real Italian). There are many restaurants and even a grocery store right out our front door. The owners of the hotel were very kind and attentive. This is THE place to stay in the Cinque Terre!

Was easy to get around Riomaggiore, close to port and close to Main Street, some steps but not as many compared to other properties

It was a wonderful location. We could look out our window and see the water and when everyone would start gathering for sunset. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice with rainhead shower, and a couple comfortable chairs to relax and enjoy the complimentary wine and water left for us. This was all nice but the attention and care from the owners was icing on the cake. Nico met us where we were to park and helped us take bags to our room. I would highly recommend this room. リオマッジョーレの写真のまさにど真ん中の一等地にあります。窓からの風景にも感動しました。このロケーションのおかげで、朝の人が少ない時間にもお散歩でき、目の前から出発するサンセットクルーズから戻ってきて、海で泳いだ後もすぐにシャワーが浴びられます。 また、スタッフのNicoさん、Sandroさんはとても親切で駅まで迎えに来てくれ、ホテルまでの近道を案内してくれるかたわら、おすすめビューポイントも案内してくれました。 お部屋も広く、綺麗で、シャワーもしっかりお湯が出ます。 チェックアウト後も荷物を無料で預けられるロッカーもあり、便利です。チンクエテッレは階段の街なので、荷物はスーツケースではなく、バックパックにまとめるのがオススメです。 リオマッジョーレは、チンクエテッレの中では比較的小さな漁村の雰囲気が残っていて、一番好きな場所でした。

La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Sandro, ses explications sur tous les aspects pratiques, il nous a attendu et guidé pour nous garer à une place réservée, très bien!!!!

Nico und Sandro sehr freundlich, es war alles sehr gut und sehr sauber Hatte in Italien noch nie ein Zimmer mit so einer guten Klimaanlage (Gleich 2x im Raum)

The location was stunning. Just steps away from Riomaggiore Marina. Cafes, restaurants and tourist shops. Activities at your doorstep.

Excellent location in the Marina. Sandro and Andrea met us at the station which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. They were really great hosts and shared suggestions for restaurants and a boat cruise which was amazing. We have rooms overlooking the Marina - amazing views

The location was beautiful, views of the harbour through cute shuttered windows. The manager met us at the train station as planned and was very friendly and showed us to our room. Lucky he met us as it would have been impossible to find! There were only a few stairs here and there which was a relief.

The pillow was very hard other than that everything was great

I don’t know where to start everything was perfect. The staff were so lovely and helpful with getting us to our accommodation. When we got into our room it was beautiful and spacious. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was in the most perfect location just a few steps out is the beach and great restaurants, everything you need really. This was definitely a highlight in our trip and with such great value for what we paid we’d do it again 100 times. 10/10 stay 👍👍

Our room was fantastic. I was travelling with a friend and booked 2 twin beds. We had two seperate rooms with a small kitchen So close to all the restaurants and shops and the ferry and train station Wouldn’t recommend if you can’t do steps We were met at the station with our bags which was a huge plus

We stayed in two apartments in the property and had a lovely experience here. Our hosts were so kind and helpful with recommendations as well as needs within the apartment (towels, toilet paper, etc). The view and location is incredible! Beds are nice and the queen beds were comfortably shared. We would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in cinque terre!

Some noise at night, but with the prime location that is unavoidable

We absolutely loved our stay. The central location made everything easy, the air‑conditioning was amazing after long days out, and the staff were so friendly - they really made the experience special.

Perfect location, and they’re so helpful and welcoming.

The hosts were very responsive, especially on the day of our travel. They met us at the train station and walked us to the room.

There is no view from this room without leaning out the window. The hot water in the shower came and went...it wasn't consistently warm. I had to get out every couple of minutes to let it get hot again. We went with two other couples and all stayed in different places. Both other couples paid less for their rooms and had amazing views and a lot more space.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wurden am Parkplatz abgeholt und an die Unterkunft begleitet. Dabei gab es ein paar Tipps für die Stadt und wo man was findet.

Gracious and accommodating hosts who take great care to ensure needs are met. The location can’t be beat with easy access to the train and water.

Not unique to this property but expect a climb in any town in Cinque Terra. We had two rooms and one seemed in newer condition than the other. The suite was well provisioned with comfortable beds and wonderful AC, but could use a little refresh - Think family cabin or casual beach house vibe and you won’t be disappointed.

The accommodation is very well located by the train station...bars and terraces...I liked that I couldn't hear the noise from outside! delicious breakfast offered by the host at ...Bar Statione!

The location was fantastic, right in the marina area. Only 30 steps and a few min walk from the train. The guys who run it were super friendly, met us at the train station and helped us find the room.

One of the bed mattresses was nice, flat. The other was definitely in need of replacement and had a huge indent and was not comfortable.

Excellent communication from Nico and Andreas, and they met us at the station to show us the best route. Breath taking view out of the room window, utterly magic. The room was lovely and comfortable with spare bedding nd breakfast table set up. Location was perfect for restaurants, coffees and sunset by the harbour.

The views from the room of the harbor were breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy a beautiful spring evening. The location cannot be beat, steps away from the water and surrounded by numerous options for food/snacks/drinks. I'd go back in a heartbeat. We were met at the train station and escorted to our room. We were given the option to use a door code or have a physical key, which I appreciated.

The only thing that could be an issue for some people would be the number of stairs necessary to get to and from the room. This is not an ADA accessible property, but if you have strong legs it's well worth the effort.

Great location beautiful harbor views plenty spacious for us and two kids ages 8 and 11. The owners were super friendly and met us at the station and carried our bags up a lot of steps! Hot water with good water pressure and WiFi strong in all rooms of the apartment. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms quiet. We didn’t need heat or air so can’t speak to the quality of those services. Kitchen with all the utensils. I’d stay here again!

Es war alles von Anfang an Top organisiert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und zum Parkplatz geführt. Danach haben Sie uns zur Unterkunft begleitet. Es ist wunderschön und die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und auch das Badezimmer sehr schön. Es war sauber und hatte alles das man braucht. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist Traumhaft und das beste ist die gute Lage direkt im Zentrum von Riomaggiore.

Das Büro/Rezeption ist direkt neben dem Zimmer und daher hört man viel im Gang. Generell ist es eher ringhörig.

The owners are great. Everything we needed for two nights of quiet restful sleep was available in the cozy room. Thev arranged for us to be guided to the room by friendly Niko since it’s a bit winding like most of the room locations in Riomaggione. Expect lots of stairs up to the to the room. The view was picture postcard perfect including colorful small boats below our window at the top of the small harbor.

Diffrent experience that city is great, but you jeed to have good legs a lot of walking and stairs, so be prepared, its so authentic.

We were right on the water and the train station! A win win!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ładny widok z okna. Bardzo miła obsługa, która odebrała nas z dworca i zaprowadziła do pokoju. Mają szafki na bagaże poza pokojami więc rano można się wymeldować i zwiedzać bez bagażu.

The staff was very communicative with us and met us at the train station to help us to our room. The location was amazing, and our room had everything we needed for our two nights. Wonderful little gem and we will gladly return!

Personalized touch- Mario greeted us at the train station in the rain and walked us to our rooms! Rooms were very nice with a partial view of town and water.

Wish we could’ve been there longer. Well come back.

The heating/cooling unit stopped working night 2 and the room was hot without the window open. The wifi was a bit slow and came in and out. Otherwise it was a lovely stay
