An exceptionally high level of service! The staff are wonderful and make you feel as though you are being cared for by family. The room was spotlessly clean and luxurious, as were all the hotel’s common areas.

I mention these points only as constructive feedback, not to nitpick, as everything else was truly wonderful. I simply noticed that some of the small decorative water features in the garden had leaves and debris in them and could have been kept a little cleaner. Another issue was that some guests would “reserve” the front-row sun loungers on the beach early in the morning by leaving towels or books on them, only to arrive around noon or even 1 p.m. It would be helpful if the hotel monitored this practice so that the sun loungers could be used fairly by all guests.

We stayed as a family from 6–10 August and had a genuinely enjoyable four days. A small issue with our booking on arrival was resolved immediately, and we were given two connecting rooms — ideal for families. The rooms are the newest and most modern we've stayed in anywhere in Greece. USB-A and USB-C ports are placed exactly where you need them, and the bathrooms are equally modern and well finished. Breakfast was the best we've had in Greece. Beyond a generous buffet, you can order eggs and omelettes to your table exactly how you like them. Lunch is served at a poolside restaurant with a surprisingly rich menu, and the evening restaurant offers very good Greek cuisine, with a small entertainment programme ending in traditional plate-smashing. The beach is lovely and the sea genuinely clean — but bring water shoes, it's pebbly. There are two pools, one for adults and one for children, and under-11s stay free. The staff made the stay. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and Ilian, the operations manager, took personal ownership of every request. Without us mentioning it, they spotted from our check-in records that it was our younger son's birthday and surprised him with a cake. We had mentioned we were looking for an adults-only concept, and the general manager looked after us personally — listening, resolving things himself and making genuinely thoughtful gestures, which is rare in peak August. He saw us off in person and said he would send us an invitation once the group's new adults-only hotel is completed. Highly recommended for families with children. If you're after adults-only, keep an eye on their new project — if the same service standard carries over, it will be a strong option.

The beach is pebbly, so water shoes are essential. Nothing else was left unresolved — the few minor issues were handled immediately by the staff.

Das Zimmer war gross,beqwem und sehr sauber mit ausblick auf dem Hafen.

Auf dem Strand bringen sie das Wasser nur die grosse Flasche ohne Eis und Glaser. Das habe ich nicht von Hotel mit 5 Sterne erwartet.

Perfect stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mount Athos Resort. Everything was perfect — the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea, the amazing beach, the delicious breakfast, and most of all, the exceptional service. A special thank you to Eilin, the kitchen manager, who was incredibly thoughtful with our baby. He sat with me when we arrived to arrange meals for her, and every day he already knew what to prepare. They even didn’t charge us for her meals at the end, which was such a kind gesture. Our sea-view suite was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also loved the kids’ club, gym, and the shuttle service to the nearby town, which is only a 4-minute drive away. We truly felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

Sehr schöne und sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Man könnte meinen das Hotel hat erst gestern aufgesperrt. Tolle Frühstücksqualität.

Tolle Lage, wunderschöner Strandabschnitt, sehr großer Infinitypool zum Schwimmen, sehr freundlicher Empfang, Bungalow war sehr sauber und geräumig, großzügiges Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC, ausgezeichnetes Abendessen ( mit bes. nettem Kellner) und sehr gutes Frühstück, sogar ganz ideal (wenn man die Bestellmöglichkeit einbezieht).

Θέλει προσοχή στα εξωτερικά δωμάτια λόγο του ότι είσαι μέσα στην φύση. Καθόλου κουνούπια μπράβο! Αλλά δυστυχώς μυρμήγκια! εξαιρετική θέα και ευαισθησία και προσοχή στα παιδιά!

Wunderbare Tage liegen hinter uns. Dieses Hotel gibt es wohl schon ein paar Jahre, aber es wurde so grundlegend renoviert, dass praktisch alles neu ist. Neu, frisch, stylisch, modern, geradlinig. Alles tip top sauber und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter grüßen sehr freundlich, viele sprechen auch deutsch, auch der Hotel Manager, der den Kontakt mit seinen Gästen sucht. Absolutes Highlight - das Essen. Ganz sicher eines der besten Frühstücksbuffet, was wir jemals gehabt haben, zusätzlich kann man diverse Dinge frisch aus der Küche ordern, z.B. sechs verschiedene Eierspeisen (alles im Preis inklusive, keine Extrakosten). Auch die zum Mount Athos Resort gehörende Taverne Leuko Kochili ist großartig, das ist wirklich gehobene Küche. Hier möchte ich den F&B Manager Ilian lobend erwähnen, von ersten Tag an grüßend, das Gespräch suchend, Tipps gebend, fantastisch. Er und sein Team machen das großartig. Und last but not least, schöne gepflegte Zimmer, gute Matratzen, ein sehr schöner Poolbereich und toller Strand. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen und wären tatsächlich gerne länger geblieben.

Es liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, auch für lohnenswerte Ausflüge.

I stayed in August 2025 and really liked that the hotel is new, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable rooms. I also appreciated that it has a private beach which is a great feature. The landscape architecture is beautiful and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was good as well.

I didn’t like that the beach and pool areas were often crowded with children, which made it quite noisy. It would be great if the hotel could consider separate zones for families and for adults or couples, so everyone can relax and enjoy their stay, especially since this is a holiday hotel. I also tried the lunch restaurant, but the food was rather mediocre. The fish selection was very limited, which was disappointing. Additionally, I had a harbour-view room that was more expensive than the standard double, but surprisingly, the cheaper rooms actually had a better view of the private beach. Finally, there isn’t much to do in the surrounding area unless you have a car.

Everything was fantastic: the breakfast, the room, the restaurant and especially the staff. We were for the first time there but we felt like home!

The pool could have been warmer -the sea was very agitated and we were not able to go in for few days and the pool was unexpectedly cool for the end of August ( 22-23 C)

The pool is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was great - very big and clean with a nice view fron 3 directions to the harbor, open sea and pool. Breakfast was very good - a perfect combination of menu dishest and a buffet.

Hotel is in great condition and very clean! Pools are nice and the beach is big and private for the hotel's guests (with sunbeds and towels). Reception ladies are very helpful too. Rare for Greece (although sounds like a common sense) it has shaded parking too. Biggest advantage for me is that even when it's full - you have a feeling that it's almost empty (well scale up and no overbooking or fights for sunbeds).

Can't say I didn't like it that much but the Tavern and the prices there doesn't correspond to the quality let's say. It's not so traditional greek but more of western adaptation 😀 E.g. Mousaka is missing, portions are downsized but pricey, grilled octopus is a bit rubbery but at the same time the most expensive one that I had in Halkidiki - 23€, maybe only Sani might have more expensive one. And something again common to this part of Greece - beach is more of stony than sand (including water). Good part is I saw sea urchins only in the deep.

A wonderful resort even if on the pricier side, but definitely worth it. Loved the infinity pool long enough for proper swimming and with a nice jacuzzi. Will gladly come back!

Tesisin temizliği, konumu, çalışanların ilgisi, odaların genişliği ve manzarası muhteşemdi. Plaj bölümünde yeterli yer vardı. Ayrıca çocuklara uygun ( çocuklar nedense hep büyük havuzundaydı.!!) bir havuzu da vardı. Yetişkin havuzu da boyut olarak güzeldi. Havuzun manzarası memnuniyet verici idi. The facility's cleanliness, location, attentive staff, spacious rooms, and views were all fantastic. There was ample space at the beach. There was also a child-friendly pool (the kids were always in the larger pool for some reason!). The adult pool was also a good size. The pool view was pleasant.

Beğenmediğimiz iki konu oldu; Öncelikle odalardan asansör ile ancak lobi katına kadar inilebiliyor. Asansörler havuz ve oradan gidilecek deniz seviyesine kadar çalışmadığı için ne yazık ki odanızdan havuza veya denize gidecek iseniz mecburen lobi katına inip, oradan ya akşam yemeği verilen restaurantın içinden veya kahvaltı salonunun içinden geçerek ara kapılardan bahçeye inip öyle gitmeniz gerekiyor. Bu bize oldukça saçma geldi doğrusu.!! Beğenmediğimiz ikinci konu şu oldu; İlk gittiğimiz gece tesisin akşam yemeği verdiği restaurantında yemeğimizi yedik. Çeşit yeterli idi, sunumlar iyi idi, temiz ve hijyen olduğunu da düşünüyoruz, tabii ki fiyatlar dışarıdaki herhangi bir güzel restauranta göre % 20-30 daha pahalı idi. Ancak ana sorun şu; yiyeceklerin lezzetleri hiç üst seviyede değildi. Yani mutfak lezzeti yönünden biz yetersiz bulduk ve restaurantının puanını biz 6/10 olarak verdik. Takip eden 4 gün boyunca akşam yemeklerimizi kasabadaki ARMYRA isimli harika bir restaurantta yedik ve oraya puanımız ise 9/10 oldu. There were two things we didn't like; First of all, the elevator from the rooms can only go down to the lobby floor. Since the elevators don't work all the way to the pool or sea level, unfortunately, if you want to go from your room to the pool or the sea, you have to go down to the lobby floor, then either through the restaurant where dinner is served or the breakfast room, and then through the connecting doors to the garden. This seemed quite ridiculous to us!! The second thing we didn't like was the fact that on our first night, we ate at the restaurant where dinner is served. The variety was adequate, the presentation was good, we also thought it was clean and hygienic, but of course, the prices were 20-30% more expensive than any other nice restaurant outside. However, the main problem was that the food wasn't delicious at all. In other words, we found the cuisine lacking in quality and gave the restaurant a 6/10...
