Reviewed Aug 30, 2026La struttura è moderna e ricercata, l' area esterna comune è molto bella.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Apartment in the basement, full of moisture and stench. The owner was literally wiping mold from the walls right in front of us, and he was solving the problem with greasy paint, fragrances and humidifiers. Moisture is literally leaking from the walls, the plaster walls are sticky and you can pierce them with your hand as they are wet. We asked him to refund our money so that we can leave the hotel, find a new accommodation somewhere nearby or give us a new room with an extra charge. He promised to solve the problem in 4-5 days. When we spoke to him again after 5 days, he laughed in our faces and said that it was the room we had paid for. He said that he will give us a new room, only if we give him a positive review first! We didn't want him to blackmail us, we cut short our vacation and left the room early. After leaving the room, I receive curses and threats from the owner via sms.

Reviewed May 26, 2026The location of the hotel was perfect, maybe next time I would request an upper floor, as my room was next door to the main entrance you could hear other guest returning late at night and departing early in the morning. As the hotel was very quiet this was not an issue for me, but at busier times of the year this could be an issue.
After 6 days I had to ask for clean towels and bedding as none were provided, even the waste bin was not emptied by the cleaners. After I saw the owner of the property and asked if this service was possible this was provided on the 7th day. The room was advertised as with kitchenette and Kitchenware, However no kitchenware was available and I was contacted and told I was not to use the Kitchen hot plate. No explanation as to why but this facility was not available during my 10 day stay.
