Frühstück 0815; zwar frisch aber eine minimale Auswahl, manche Sachen werden nicht nachgefüllt. Zimmer: Halbwegs sauber, teilweise beschädigtes Mobiliar, frische Handtücher hatten Blutflecken drauf, es gab nichtmal Gläser. Personal: so lala; konnten teilweise kein Englisch.

Belle salle de sport, petit déjeuner correct mais un des ascenseurs en panne depuis 10 jours occasionnant des attentes très longues.

Good hotel; comfortable and adequate space for my grown son and I, comfortable beds, hotel staff was accommodating. Location was a key selling feature; close to the heart of Paris, there are good bus and metro connections from the hotel.

Room was ok, curtains would have been nice to sleep a bit better. Bed was good and fridge was pleasant surprise. Gym was very hot, luckily could open all the windows. You can do nice aerobic ecxersice or yoga there but nothing much more. Breakfast was very nice surprise! Basic but good choices. Only the eggs were very overcooked, everything else was very good. Loved the fresh fruitsalad!

This place is very off the beaten path, 45min metro to Paris city center. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but not terrible. Hotel is a solid 2-2 1/2 stars. We needed a cheap place to rest our head, this did it. Beds were not comfortable (slats on springs), everything you needed required ID to ensure you will return the items etc. I wouldn't stay here again personally. I would rather pay a little more and not have to deal with this level of service.

Bon endroit avec les transports et commerces à côté, check in rapide,tour s'est super bien passé.

Surper appart hôtel bien placé au coeur de Paris non loin de la station de métro Mairie de Clichy. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Mais le plus pour moi c'est la salle de sport au dernier étage juste ce qu'il faut pour un bonne séance de sport en toute sérénité.

Très satisfaisant comme hébergement. Le calme, la qualité des équipements, la proximité du métro et d'autres moyens de transport font de cet Appart hôtel une destination conviviale et idéale. Je recommanderai vivement.

C'est excessivement cher pour un hotel... perso j'ai payé plus de 85€/nuit. Ce genre de chambre vaut max 60 €. il fait froid pour fin Sept/deb Oct. je pense que c'est un chauffage centralisé... donc là à ce moment là... pas de chauffage... et donc la nuit il caille! les points forts, en ce qui me concerne c'est le service payant des machines à disposition pour laver son linge. en ce qui concerne la sécurité... ça va, ce n'est pas trop un endroit risqué, par contre, à deux reprises quelqu'un fumait de l'herbe juste en face vers minuit... ça sentait très très fort!!! TRES DESAGREABLE. Est ce qu'il y a des activiités douteuses OUI! est ce que ça fait de la zone une zone insécurisée, NON! mais bon pour le prix que J'AI PAYE, très très déçue!

Good value for what it is...great location,with eateries around. And lots of supermarkets... Room was very hot,to the point i had to sleep on the floor. Shower was decwnt..had good faciilties,hobs,feidge and cutlery.. Cant comment on service as they spent 90%of the time smoking outside the building....

Filthy. Infested with flies, cockroaches and vermin (see images attached). Due to disgusting condition, guests refused to stay. No refund honoured, contrary to their booking rules. Hotels.com, are not not willing to pursue (uninterested), despite booking directly with them? now £2,500 out of pocket, Despite numerous calls, live chat and emails, Hotels.com still refuse to pursue? This is false advertising. I was MIS-SOLD. It is actually housing asylum seekers - this is NOT a hotel.

It was horrific. Firstly i was given the key to a room that had someone in, then i got in my room and the door was off the bathroom cabinet. Worst of all is that they have charged me twice for the booking and have still not refunded the several hundred euros owed to me, as well as the 50 euro deposit they take at check in. I will now have to contact the police for this matter. Be very careful when thinking about staying here.

arrivée tardive : pas de télécommande de la télé, pas de savon, pas de shampoing. Pas de climatisation Les lampes de chevet sont avec des ports USB mais sans prise secteur-USB !

Un Check in de 40 minutes pour juste avoir une chambre sans climatisation avec comme compagnie des cafards. Non merci mais plus jamais. Passer votre chemin.

Inacceptable. Réservation non prise en compte. Chambre sale. Cafard dans les chambres. Aucunes solution propose. Je suis partie car impossible de dormir dans cet environnement

Un établissement sans climatisation donnant sur une grande rue très bruyante avec une (petite) fenêtre qui ferme mal (et qui n'a pas été lavée depuis un temps probablement lointain). Une isolation phonique inexistante, Un établissement sans gel douche, sans petit déjeuner (machine a café HS, viennoiseries calcinées etc...) malgré une heure d'attente... Une chambre sale, un personnel certes agréable mais complètement dépassé par la situation. Bref je cherche un point positif mais rien ! Et tout ça pour un peu plus de 120€ la nuit ! Avant de réserver, étudiez toutes les autres options, rien ne sera pire !

C’est ok pour habiter mais pas de climatisation pas de gel douche pas de service rapide. Ok pour cette semaine compliquée à Paris.

Très correct Avec juste un peu plus de régularité sur le ménage hebdomadaire ( que l’on doit rappeler) ce serait parfait Lit confortable Chambre assez spacieuse et bien équipée

Die Unterkunft war im Großen und Ganzen ganz in Ordnung. Es war jetzt kein Fünf Sterne Hotel, aber für den Aufenthalt hat's total gereicht. Man konnte alles soweit zu fuß erreichen und das Personal war auch immer freundlich und hilfsbereit Also im Gesamten völlig ok

Mon collègue s'est fait fouiller son sac et voler des bien a l'intérieur, nous l'avons signaler a la réception. Malgres tout, le personnel de l'accueil est très compétent et l'hôtel a un bon rapport qualité /prix

O apartamento é muito bom e localidade também. Porém eles tem um problema com o depósito que eles pedem antecipado para uma segurança, pelo que eu observei em comentários anteriores aconteceu comigo também, eles fala que vai estornar o deposito feito no cartão até as 16hs da data do seu check-out e não fazem isso. Até o momento não devolverao e nem entrarão em contato.

Hôtel bien situé mais pour une nuit avec petit déjeuner au prix de 90€ j'aurai aimé avoir le petit-déjeuner et surtout de l'eau chaude car prendre une douche avec de l'eau entre 2 et 5 degré c'est pas top. De plus la personne à l'accueil pas super aimable et limite de ma faute pour l'eau chaude.

Localisation de l hotel à préciser. Pas d'eau chaude pendant 12 heures et 2 heures dépannage chauffage. Reste alimentaire dans le micro ondes ( donc pas de nettoyage de ce dernier ) Literie spartiate. Hôtel utile en cas d'urgence ou de pénurie.

Os aposentos são novos, confortáveis, no entanto, falta água quente na ducha. Quando tem é muito fraca.

Ce qui ne m'a pas plus pendant mon séjour c'est le problème du chauffage et de l'eau chaude au niveau de la douche.

The hotel is five minutes from the Metro into Paris. The rate is very reasonable. My room was only cleaned once during my nine night stay. Staff was helpful. They were stingy with toilet paper.

Mi experiencia ha sido lamentable, al llegar al hotel para el check in me dieron la llave de mi habitación, subí a la habitación y no me la prepararon, estaba sucia y sin arreglar, al parecer otro huésped acababa de dejar la habitación. Luego me dieron otra habitación pero diferente a la que solicité y pague, encima me cobraron el mismo importe por una habitación que no era la misma, no recibí ningún descuento por ello.

Close to metro station, cheap supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi) and nice bakeries. Very basic, but has all you need. Not very pretty building in a working class area, but we had a room with an Eiffel Tower view! Very quiet at night, noisy construction at daytime, which was minor as we spent days away in Paris. Helpful staff. Would stay again.

Me and my wife was told by the reception when trying to check in yesterday that our room was cancelled. We was told that the reason was that was that my credit card was not valid. But we should pay when we arrived at the hotel and nothing is wrong with my credit card. The reason for cancelling the room is simply not valid. The hotel was fully booked and we didn´t have any room. After some discussions we was told to leave the hotel or they would call the police. This was a horrible experience.

Tuesday(September 20.), around 9:30pm, I got to a hotel and they said my reservation is declined and I can’t pay in cash. I didn’t understand why, because on Sunday (September 18th) I talked to someone online and they said I can pay in cash. I had a very very bad experience. In the middle of the night, I almost didn’t have a place to stay. I would really appreciate some refund.

Hôtel très bien situé, très propre personnel à l'écoute, literie confortable, un petit bémol chambre un peu exiguë

Everythig was great! Our arrival was heavily delayed past midnight but the staff was so helpful and the check in was very fast. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

The room was small but functional. Shower lacked pressure and there were no toiletries included

It is not a bad spot to stay. The hotel overall was nice, but it seemed like many of the surfaces in my room hadn’t been cleaned and the linens didn’t look the best either. The view of the Eiffel Tower was a happy surprise from the window.

My room was not cleaned during the 5 nights

Front desk staff was very helpful. Great location and easy to get to the city center by metro or bus. The bed was hard, but fine for just a week. To make the lights work, you have to put your card in a box, which we found out after spending two days with the stove light on. Good stay overall.

A decent and comfortable stay. Loved the Eiffel tower view from the window. Definitely worth the money. Good connectivity via public transport. Cutlery could have been cleaned well. Overall a good stay and would visit again.

The hotel is in a very good location, the reception was very good with no problem, however the hotel did not clean my room, I had hair in the shower and all the furniture was dusty, the bed seemed to be clean but after the first night during bedtime I woke up with allergies all over the body, so I washed the sheets twice and the allergy improved, I asked at reception when the room would be cleaned and I was informed that once a week, but during my entire stay no one even showed up. change the towels, I had to go to the reception to ask for new towels, breakfast was served with almost no food, if you arrived later there was almost no food, I complained at reception and no one seemed to care about it, we had to wake up every day super early to get food for breakfast, in general I was very disappointed because by the reviews I expected it to be better, I don't intend to go back ever again.

Lovely and attentive staff!

We came from the UK. Our first trip to Paris. Hotel was good for the price paid. Had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Communication from staff at reception upon arrival was excellent. Very polite guy. Room a little on the small side and no air conditioning. Breakfast was disappointing. No milk for cereal any morning we went down. We always went for breakfast with at least 1 hour to spare before breakfast finish time. Sometimes no ham and very little choice. Last day coffee machine out of order. Overall though we would still return. Maybe not with breakfast included. Polite and helpful staff were a big plus.
