Die Lage ist hervorragend - mitten in der Altstadt. Der Verwalter ist unglaublich freundlich und super hilfsbereit!

Der einzige „Kritikpunkt“ ist, dass das Zimmer wirklich super klein war. Man muss sich sehr gut verstehen und sollte möglichst keine größeren Koffer dabei haben, denn ansonsten kann man sich dort nicht mehr im Zimmer bewegen.

Centrally located in the Old Town. Felt very hip to be steps away from the port, shops and restaurants. Georgios was very communicative with the best tips for restaurants (local and further away), sightseeing, parking and any other needs.

Difficult to carry luggage into area especially on a crowded, hot day. We were on top floor- nearly 60 stairs.

Liegt sehr zentral in einer Gasse in der Altstadt. Wir hatten Zimmer 5 mit grosser Terrasse von deren Ende man sogar einen Meerblick sowie Bergblick hat.

Ottima posizione nel centro di Chania. Si può raggiungere tutto a piedi. La gentilezza e disponibilità dell’host sempre a disposizione per indicazioni e consigli. Ci tornerei!!

Ubicación excelente para conocer Chania. El personal es muy atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y pendiente de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. La habitación es cómoda, moderna y cuenta con un excelente nivel de limpieza. La insonorización es adecuada, algo que se agradece especialmente teniendo en cuenta que el alojamiento se encuentra en una zona con bastante afluencia. Una estancia muy agradable. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Aunque para nosotras no fue un problema, hay que tener en cuenta que no dispone de ascensor.

Tutto perfetto dalla posizione incredibilmente centrale alla gentilezza impagabile del proprietario le camere sono meravigliose con un bagno spazioso. Bellissima la terrazza.

המיקום של המלון מושלם. ממש ברחוב ראשי עם כמה מסעדות מעולות ממש מתחת למלון. קרוב לנמל הוונציאני. בכל יום מנקים ומסדרים את החדר וזה נהדר. ג׳ורג׳ הבעלים אדיב וזמין כל הזמן. החדר חמוד ואסתטי מאוד.

The location is in the heart of Chania, the cleaning service is excellent, and the host is amazing. He truly cares about his guests and is always ready to help. If you’re deciding between this property and another one, definitely choose this one!

Very good location, in the center of old town but quiet enough Host is very helpful!

We chose the budget room, and the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom, but in the room itself, which was not very optimal, plus with the wooden floor and furniture everywhere.. Also the door of the bathroom is a glass door just next to the bed, therefore the light might be disturbing

Amazing location- right on the old harbour, amazing views, amazing bars and restaurants near by, not too far walking to the beach and bus station. Perfect sized room- exactly what we needed for two. Amazing communication from the host- replied very quickly to all messages and questions, gave great advice and recommendations for activities and places to visit and travel recommendations. The housekeeper visited the room and tidied every day, and she was so so kind and hard working.

Excellent location, clean room , great for people looking for a place to sleep only, very affordable considering the location. Giorgos was always in communication to make sure we were well taken care of, and even arranged transportation to the airport for us

Space in the room is limited if you are planning to stay in the room for so long, but there is a balcony with chairs and umbrella to relax.

There are a few stairs, so in case you cannot use the stairs that can be an issue.

Φανταστική τοποθεσία, δίπλα σε όλα, μαγική βεράντα για πρωινό καφέ

Είχε λίγα σκαλιά που δεν περίμενα (2ος όροφος )και δεν ήξερα ότι θα πρέπει να μεταφέρω την βαλίτσα για 250μ πάνω σε λιθόστρωτο.

Although everything was contactless, Giorgos was more attentive than any front desk person could have been. He checked in with me daily and attended to all my needs promptly and efficiently.

I would have liked breakfast and screens on all windows so I did not need airconditioning.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα, το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πολύ βοητικό. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική για να γνωρίσεις τα Χανιά και το κέντρο με τα πόδια. Έχει σε πολύ προσιτή απόσταση μαγαζιά εστίασης και εμπορικά καταστήματα.

Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά και προσεγμένο ακριβώς όπως φαίνονται και στις φωτογραφίες.

The host was very helpful and easy to contact. The room was beautifully decorated and a good supply of hot water. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent.

There are many stairs to the second (37) and third floors (58) so there is difficult for the elderly, back problems and large cases. The room had no cupboards or wardrobes for clothes to unpack, so we lived out of 2 cases. There was quite a lot of street noise through the night. As an added comment overnight parking in Chania is extremely difficult especially if you have big cases - the host was helpful but we ended up in a car park that was about to be resurfaced - it was 15 minutes walk away with cases!

Sehr schöne Zimmer, in geschmackvoller Ausstattung, alles in neuwertigem Zustand. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Bequemes Bett mit zusätzlicher warmer Decke. Nur wenige Schritte zum venezianischen Hafen und mitten in der Altstadt. Frühstücksmöglichkeit in der Nähe.

Man sollte gut Treppensteigen können, da es keinen Lift gibt.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The place was very clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect and very convenient. George was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything even better. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

Honestly, everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

This is the absolute best place to stay in Chania. Right in the heart of everything but also very quiet for a good nights sleep. The decor of the place is really beautiful and it’s very clean with a comfy bed and nice fluffy towels. Cannot say enough how amazing Giorgos is with the communication and overall helpful information. He provided us with really great recommendations and answered any questions we had. This is a place we would return to again and again!

Very well situated and calm

In my room little light from outside

I spent nearly two weeks here, and it was absolutely delightful. The room was comfortable and spacious, and it had a great view of the mountains out the large bathroom window. The host kept in good contact, and the wonderfully kind housekeeper was so sweet and helpful! The room was indeed beautiful and well appointed. Extras included a coffee maker (with coffee!), TV and refrigerator.

Everything was perfect!

The proximity to restaurants, the harbour, the bus station. Clean. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

The location is perfect and they had little super market and a great place for coffee/ breakfast right outside the front entrance of the hotel. It was also super close to the little cove/bay and enjoyed my morning walk along the water front. Additionally, George (the host) was super friendly and accommodating the entire stay. He is a fantastic host and we really appreciated his hospitality! Highly recommend and if I am ever in the area again, I will be staying there again!

Giorgos was a wonderful host, great communication and very helpful. The room was very quiet, while right in the hub of the old town. Will definitely be back to explore Chania.

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε μια απίστευτη τοποθεσία ακριβώς πάνω από το λιμάνι των Χανίων,μέσα στα όμορφα σοκάκια της περιοχής,ανάμεσα στα ταβερνάκια και τα μαγαζάκια με σουβενίρ.Ο κ.Γιωργος όπου είναι και ο ιδιοκτήτης σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν εκεί να μας βοηθήσει με οδηγίες που να πάμε τι να κάνουμε ακόμη και με πινέζα στο google maps για να μην χαθούμε.Μας υποδέχθηκε με ένα χαμόγελο και έπειτα ότι χρειαζόμασταν το είχαμε.Πολυ εξυπηρετικός.Πεντακαθρο δωμάτιο και πολύ μοντέρνο και άνετο.Η κυρία που συμμαζεύει και καθαρίζει τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ ευγενέστατη με το χαμόγελο.Ηταν μια εξαιρετική διαμονή και σίγουρα αν ξανά επισκεφτούμε το νησί θα ξανά μείνουμε στο κατάλυμα το συγκεκριμένο!!

I 100% recommend this place. Everything was perfect. Súper clean room, comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower. Giorgios, the owner, such a kind person... we have no words for his welcoming. Including the woman in charge of the cleaning, who always received us with a smile. They even allowed us to extend the check out since there was no other guests coming right away. We will repeat for sure ❤️

Μια υπέροχη φιλοξενία,ζεστό περιβάλλον,πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο,καταπληκτική τοποθεσία δύο βήματα από το λιμάνι των Χανίων και 5 λεπτά από το κεντρο της πολης!! Ο ΓΙΩΡΓΟΣ ως διαχειριστής του συγκροτήματος ένας εξαίρετος άνθρωπος,ευγενικός,πάντα πρόθυμος να εξυπηρέτηση και γενναιόδωρος νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας !!
