The bed was hard. I woke up with sore body. The sofa is not comfortable to seat on. It like falling on the other side. I saw a small cockroach on the drawer of bed side.😏😮💨

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026The property is soo cozy, its a place that you feel comfortable, safe and happy, its spacious and the bed is like home, you sleep like a baby. The stuff is amazing, always smiling, and treating you with care. If one day i came back to Newcastle I’ll definitely stay at this place.
I sincerely don’t have anything to complain about. Everything was marvelous.

Nothing really except there’s massive construction work currently but that’s to improve experiences for future. And them municipality cut water and we had to move to other room for bathing/shower

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026There is a stove. There is a seating area and the room was very big and spacious. It was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The shower was nice and hot. Very quiet and everyone was very polite.
Pots, cutlery and crockery are not in the room. Have to ask the staff even just for a mug.
